Author's Note: Was up it's me again with number 14 on this story. Now ima go through reviews again cause I don't have much to say here so let's go.

I swear if Rias becomes a threat to Meliodas and makes him now to her ima drop this shit faster than flash.
Hahaha! Yeah, Rias isn't becoming some threat to Meliodas possibly just a small annoyance that he would just deal with and if she does become a major threat or a threat at all then I've let this story go to shit.

Same spelling as always? When are you getting a beta reader or at least get Grammarly.
I have no idea what you mean by the "same spelling" so ima ignore that and try not to figure it out and I have Grammarly thank you very much it just doesn't get every small mistake I make though.

I thought Ophis got the commandment of patience?
It was a typo on my thing she does have the Commandment of Paitcence, not Repose.
Now, let me say something about the Commandment of Purity. So while I actually forgot to take out what it should do in the last chapter on the SDS wiki someone let me use their idea for what her commandment should do So I'm going to use theirs and I didn't feel like going back to change it. Sorry for the guys who left their ideas about her Commandment but I've already got an idea for it and for the Commandment of Reticence it already has an ability so just go to the SDS wiki to see it.
Fun fact I saw the Demon Slayer Movie but when this Chapter comes out it'll likely be a few weeks later but Rengoku...I'll add in one of his attacks just for him, as for who's it for...keep reading to find out. (By that I mean it's not showing itself in this chapter but another one)
Anyways, that's it for this so let get on with the Chapter.
Chapter 14-Reclaiming the Dimensional Gap
In the Dimensional Gap
Flying through the Dimensional Gap at great speeds was a group of Seven with different colored Demons following them.
These were the Six Knights of Black, and in front of them was technically their boss. Ophis, the Infinity Dragon and bearer of the Commandment of Patience.
Ophis couldn't hide the smile on her face. For someone who others would call emotionless, she seemed very happy as of now. Meliodas had been true to his words, she had become one of the Ten Commandments and now she was going to reclaim her home and once that was done she had to uphold her word and help them win this war against the Devil's, Angels, Fallen Angels and many others who were against them.
Soon enough they slowed to a stop when they encountered a castle. The Castle was enormous and could rival the Castle of Liones. The only difference, however, was that it was on a floating rock. Many pillars surrounded it as there were different sections of the Castle branching out into what could be considered a two-story home.
"I take it that's the base of your intruders?" Bellion asked as he floated next to her. Ophis nodded as she mentioned that man by the name of Cao Cao was hers alone to kill...anyone else was fair game.
Nodding to her request Ophis stuck her hand out as she started chanted a magic spell.
"Darkness Rain." Ophis calmly spoke as a magical seal appeared over the castle as arrows made of Darkness rained down destroying parts of the Castles and killing anyone unlucky to be caught outside.
Seeing that as the start of their battle, Bellion led the charge as the rest of the demons followed him in the castle where explosions started of darkness and light.
Hellfire started burning down the Castle and those unfortunate to be caught, the hero's did not make it easy as they were fighting back killing demons before moving on to other demons.
Sadly, none of them were prepared when they faced one of the Knights of black as they were mercilessly killed. Suddenly, a spear of light ran right through five red demons and another five blue demons with a man appearing on the other side.
It was a handsome young man with short black hair and blue eyes. He wears a combination of a Japanese school uniform Gakuran and ancient Chinese attire. Over his right eye was an eye patch, this was Cao Cao, leader of the Hero Faction, the same man who stole some of Ophis's power.
Before the attack, minutes before he was debating with himself if teaming up the three factions, was a smart decision since Rias started the war. When he felt the castle shaking with explosions he immediately grabbed his weapon and ran outside to see demons he's never seen before killing the humans as he grew enraged killing some of them as he turned and saw Ophis floating above watching the destruction.
However, he was confused for numerous reasons: he swore he saw a smile on her face even though she was known for having almost no emotions. He also felt demonic power within her, whatever kind of power-up she had gained from when they last fought had not only returned her to the previous strength she had also gained new abilities and power.
"So, you've returned to kill me is that?" Cao Cao asked as he floated up in front of her but he kept his distance not knowing what tricks she may have. He slightly cocked his head to the side seeing different people killing his comrades from a man with a broad sword to a man flying around in orange flames burning people to death and another striking people with lightning.
This angered him greatly, he had brought in these humans because saw potential in them only to be killed by the Demon Clan and this of course did not go unnoticed by Ophis.
"I've never seen you this angered before. You never expected me to return after you stole my power with an army..." Ophis said in what was a smug tone as Cao Cao scowled. "...one of the perks of being with the Ten Commandments." Ophis couldn't help but stifle her giggles seeing the shocked face of the strongest Human. She was also realizing that when she accepted the commandment and became part, she gained more and more emotions by the day whether it be happiness or anger.
Cao Cao however was not sharing her same emotions as he was only feeling pure rage. However, he did realize that the information he just learned was important and that he shou-
"You aren't going to be leaving here alive if that's what you're thinking." Ophis's cold voice snapped him out of his thoughts as he felt the malice coming from her. He looked behind him and saw the castle falling apart. The souls of the humans were being consumed by the demons as three of them flew towards them.
Cao Cao had to quickly dodge a fist of fire as he turned around clashing his spear with a sword of fire as Cao backed off flying farther away from the demons.
"Ace I thought I said that that Cao Cao was mine to kill?" Ophis glared at him but she was also pouting so Ace chuckled as he patted her head which only increased her Glare.
"I am not a child!" Ophis yelled slightly irritated as Ace chuckled at her foul mood.
"You look like a child but I didn't know that he was Cao Cao." Ace countered putting his hands in the air as Cao Cao watched them. Were they really the ones who just destroyed his castle and slaughtered his army? Shaking his head he realized that he was still being watched by Pump and Bellion. He slowly gripped his spear as he vanished and appeared behind Bellion ready to skewer him but he blocked the attack with his sword with some difficulty as he swiftly turned around and kicked him back towards his base.
Ophis stopped her argument and looked at Bellion with a blank stare as he rolled his eyes.
"I was defending myself not my fault he decided to attack me." Bellion scoffed as Ophis sighed as she disappeared and reappeared in front of Cao Cao who was getting up and had a gigantic scowl on his face that screamed anger.
"That damn Bastard! When I get my hands on him he's going to die!." Cao Cao internally yelled cursing Bellion's name as he saw Ophis landing in front of him which only increased his anger.
"I've taken your power before! What's to stop me from doing it again!" The strongest human yelled as was about to start his spell but Ophis beat him to it.
"Black Lance!" A jet-black spear appeared next to Ophis as she threw at the human in front of her.
"Maniratana!" Cao Cao countered sending the spell towards Galla who noticed and a wave of her magical energy at it causing the spells to clash then explode.
Cao Cao quickly flew into the air as the Dragon gave chase, sending and redirecting spells either at each other or their comrades. Darkness and light magic explode all over the Gap and while the Knights of Black were ordered to not kill him that didn't stop a few from sending their own magical attacks at him forcing him to block them and Ophis's attacks at the same time.
"Itthiratana!" Cao Cao yelled momentarily stopping her special abilities for the time being causing her to scowl slightly as she could no longer use the Demon powers she was given but she was still able to manipulate darkness as she wished sending a wave of magic towards him as he cut it in half as the castle behind him suffered the damaged before Ophis was in front of him as he was punched in his stomach across the Gap as he vomited blood with many of his bones broken and organs ruptured from her immense strength.
Ophis flew after him ready to deliver the finishing blow but Cao Cao straightened himself out holding his stomach in pain as his eyes widened seeing Ophis flying towards him with magic gathered towards her mouth.
Ophis suddenly stopped releasing her breath attack which was purple in color and very poisonous as Cao Cao muttered one last spell.
"Assaratana..." He mumbled to himself as before the breath attack reached him he was teleported away from it and out of the Dimensional Gap entirely.
In the Underworld
Sirzechs was in the middle of a meeting with Azazel and Archangel Gabriel when Cao Cao suddenly appeared on their table which thankfully didn't have any important papers on it not that they cared seeing his near-death state.
"Cao Cao what happened!? Who did this!?" Lucifer was the first to ask as Gabriel was healing his wounds as he could only cough blood before his breathing was steadying before he opened his eyes.
"Cao Cao please explain what happened to you?" Azazel asked in a very concerning tone as he mumbled words not getting a clear sentence.
"Op-Ophis..." Their eyes widened at his first words. They knew that he took some of her power but they assumed that she was still weakened but seeing the state of their ally like this told them otherwise. "...Sh-She's one of them...one...of the Commandments." Cao Cao passed out as the leaders gained horrified expressions. Ophis...the Infinity Dragon was one of the Ten Commandments. They had no idea how or why she joined them but now the war they were in seemed almost impossible to win.
"This is now a major problem. For what reason does Ophis have to join the Ten Commandments?" Gabriel calmly said but she was very concerned still healing Cao Cao's wounds as their subordinates quickly entered the room after hearing the commotion seeing the leader of the Hero Faction near death as they quickly took Cao Cao away for healing leaving the leaders of the factions alone.
"The simplest reason is wanting her home back. The other could have been revenge for when he took her power and she probably made a deal with Meliodas for some help." Azazel quickly deducted as the Devil and angel nodded but couldn't get any more answers until Cao Cao awakened while considering his severe injuries from the Ouroboros Dragon he knew that it would take a while.
Back with Ophis
Ophis released a small growl when she saw that Cao Cao escaped but was pleased knowing that her home was now hers once again. She turned around and saw that any remaining humans were being killed either from Hellblaze or having their souls taken.
The Knights of Black soon meet up with her as they held smiles... except for Ace who fell asleep in the air...again. They sighed at their teammate but decided against doing anything as he actually did work this time and did not sleep for a majority of it.
"Sometimes I wonder how he falls asleep in the air?" Nexus sighed running his hand through his hair as Ophis created a portal allowing them to leave her home as she stepped through then Bellion as the rest of the knights followed with Nexus pushing Ace through annoyed with his antics.
With Meliodas
Meliodas had been patiently waiting for the Six Knights of Black and Ophis's return from the Dimensional Gap where he just knew that they won. While he was waiting had decided to ask his brothers about his thoughts on Ophis and let's just that it was a very interesting talk.
FlashBack
Ophis had just left with a few demons and the Knights of Black to reclaim her home. During this time he decided to ask his brothers the question that's been lingering on his mind.
What were the thoughts he was having about Ophis?
He couldn't think of why, seeing as he's never really thought about women the way he was thinking about Ophis, he decided to ask his brothers seeing as they were dating girls, and figured that they would have information that could help him.
Walking into the main room he saw Estarossa sitting on the couch with Asia sleeping on his shoulder as he walked up to him.
"Hey Meliodas what do you need?" Estarossa asked with a yawn indicating that he either woke up or was about to go to sleep. That didn't matter to the blonde as he grabbed Estarossa by his ear dragging him despite his complaints as Asia woke up rubbing her eyes seeing Meliodas dragging away her boyfriend by his ear.
"I have something talk to you about." Meliodas calmly said as Estarossa became quiet which Meliodas raised a brow for but he ignored it as he walked by Zeldris who he had told to come with and did so ignoring Estarossa's complaints on why he wasn't dragging Zeldris.
Soon enough they reached an empty room as Meliodas threw Estarossa onto the floor where he rubbed his ear.
"Alright, I have a question for you, and answer me honestly." Meliodas started but he noticed that his Silver-haired brother was shaking for some reason. He couldn't figure out why and neither could Zeldris as the two shared an incredulous look before Estarossa broke from his own pressure.
"I'M SORRY FOR WHAT ME AND ASIA DID IN YOUR ROOM!" Estarossa yelled but it wasn't loud enough for anyone outside the room to hear as Zeldris gave him a blank stare before shaking his head while Meliodas...
"I'm sorry...but you did what...?" Meliodas slowly said as Estarossa paled as he reached for his katana slowly taking the blade from its sheath. Darkness was slightly coming off of it and from Meliodas as Zeldris was slowly closing the door.
"Good luck." That was all Zeldris said before he closed and locked the door as Estarossa yelled traitor in his mind until Meliodas standing in front reminded him of oncoming death.
(Small Timeskip)
It was safe to say that Estarossa had learned his lesson about keeping it in his pants and about not doing it in his room. He also said that Asia was going to be getting punishment as well and he couldn't complain due to his bruises and that he would probably get more if he argued.
"As I was going to say before we got sidetracked..."Meliodas gave Estarossa a small glare as he looked away. "...I was going to ask you about the thoughts I've been having about Ophis's lately." Meliodas got it done and over with as his brothers looked at him with wide eyes as if he had two heads. He looked at them confused as if they were the ones with two heads.
"What?"
"You're in love with Ophis!?" Estarossa and Zeldris yelled in unison causing Meliodas to hold his ears as they calmed down slightly. Zeldris calmed down first and was the first to speak.
"Has anything happened between you two as of lately?" Zeldris asked wanting to hear if anything happened between them that would have his brother thinking about love.
"Well before she left to the Dimensional Gap after I gave her the commandment of Patience she kissed my cheek then giggled."
Zeldris did not expect to hear that. He expected to hear that Meliodas was feeling different around her...well, different enough that it would annoy him and ask him and Estarossa about it. This was different, Meliodas wasn't annoyed but he curious so that really threw Zeldris for a loop.
"I see...Just to clarify you don't feel annoyed around her?"
"Well, I don't feel like killing her...and I slightly enjoy her presence not annoyed. So no, I don't feel annoyed around her." Meliodas explained as Zeldris sweatdropped. They were two separate things but that's all he needed to hear as he nodded.
"Well if you ask me I think you should wait it out and see how you feel about her from here on out when she returns." Estarossa piped up as his two brothers looked at him. "Look all I'm saying is that you should act like how you always act around her, if you feel anything different with her than when you're around other girls then come back to us unless you figured it out on your own." Estarossa finished as Meliodas nodded. He saw the benefit from it, if he felt any different with Ophis than other girls then it would clearly mean something, and if not then it was something he shouldn't have been worried about in the first place.
"This had helped me. I thank you both...Estarossa I shall lighten Asia's punishment." Meliodas said as his silver-haired brother nervously chuckled knowing that he couldn't stop his girlfriend's impending doom.
Flashback End
Meliodas shook his head as he got up to leave as a portal opened behind him causing him to stop. Turning around he saw Ophis and the Knights of Black walking out of the portal and he assumed that she either left the Demons he sent with her in the Gap or had created another portal sending them elsewhere.
"I take it that your mission went well then?" Meliodas asked with a poker expression on his face. He decided that he would keep his facial expressions in check and that thought of a little experiment on his own.
He decided that no matter what Ophis did to him, whether it be her randomly kissing his cheek (which she has done once) or hugging him (which she has not done) that he wouldn't react not showing his facial expressions or showing his emotions wanting to see how she would react when he would not.
"Yes, it has. We have successfully re-claimed my home." Ophis replied happily as she had a small smile. "As such I shall keep my end of the deal and help you win your war." Ophis said as she kissed his forehead this time surprising the six demons behind her as they stared at Meliodas waiting for his reaction...
.
.
.
Nothing
Meliodas showed no emotion or facial reaction to what she had done as the knights of Black looked at him in confusion as they had completely expected some reaction from him or even his eyes to show a reaction.
"Understood. Just make sure to keep your end...as I promised to you Bellion I shall get you back into my father's good graces. So long as you don't start acting on your own without good reason of course." Meliodas looked at Bellion as he said it before turning around and walking away leaving a very confused group of Demons. Ophis was confused as well knowing that the last time she did that, she got a reaction, but she did not get one this time.
She felt what she knew was disappointment that she didn't get a reaction from him.
"Uhh, are you two dating or something? I didn't think Meliodas knew what love was." Nexus mumbled but was heard by everyone as they were just staring where Meliodas had left before deciding that meddling in Meliodas's love life wouldn't be good for them and trying to figure it out wouldn't be good for their brain.
They left Ophis by herself as she was slightly disappointed for a reason that she did not know. Now she would be curious as to why Meliodas showed no reaction unlike the last time he showed one, she was also curious as to why she was disappointed so she decided to try and find the answer to her question but would have to wait as Gowther came up to her.
"Ophis, Meliodas has called the commandments and the groups that are with us so I was sent to come and get you." Gowther in a monotone voice said as she nodded and started following him. During their walk, she could not understand why Meliodas didn't have some reaction like he did the last time. Was it because she kissed his forehead? If that were the case then she would've seen a reaction showing his disapproval but she didn't see anything at all which slightly frustrated her.
Her walk with Gowther was in Silence with Ophis trying to figure out why Meliodas didn't show any reaction and she could no longer think about it because they arrived where the commandments were. After that, they waited for a few more minutes as the Six Knights of Black arrived then Vali's team arrived shortly after.
"Good everyone as arrived. Now, as for why I called you here is because we all need to train." Meliodas declared as all of the commandments paled except for those who did not know how Meliodas trained. They didn't understand why they looked so fearful about training. "After hearing about what happened with Derreri's fight with that devil shows they have the power to take one of us down. If he was only using his brute strength then that means he was hiding more power meaning that he could possess a Sacred Gear." Meliodas spoke with an iron voice as everyone could tell he refused to be beaten so easily after the fear and power they've inflicted on this world. It would be very embarrassing if they were defeated by one man with his sacred fear after everything they've done.
"He does have a point. I noticed that whoever Derreri was fighting didn't seem affected by her commandment considering how she dresses." Estarossa said recalling how the man was only focused on his battle with the demon and not her almost nude body that was covered by darkness. Estarossa suddenly felt a glare coming from Asia as he nervously chuckled as he looked at her as she huffed looking away.
"What are your commandments?" Ophis asked as everyone looked at her. "It's just that I have no idea who's commandment does what and I don't even know what my own commandment does either."
"She does have a point." Vali spoke up for him and his team. "We also have no idea what your commandments do and I believe that we should know what they do so we know how not to be affected." Vali concluded as his team nodded. Meliodas also nodded, seeing why Ophis and Vali wanted to know what they do so they do not fall prey to their commandments.
"Then I shall tell you. For myself, I hold the Commandment of Repose, anyone who gives in to their rage or loses themselves in their emotions in my presence will be stripped of their emotions. Then for Estarossa, he holds the Commandment of Malevolence, those who hold hatred in their hearts with be unable to cause harm in others. Next is Zeldris, he holds the Commandment of Piety, all those who turn their back on him will be as if they are betraying him and as such, they will faithfully serve him and the Demon King. Up Next is Derriere, she holds the Commandment of Purity, those who hold Sexual feelings in her presence will lose their strength. Then we have Gowther, he has the Commandment of Selflessness, Anyone who holds desire from another person will lose their memories, emotions, and sense of self.
Then we have Galand. He holds the Commandment of Truth, anyone who lies in his presence will be turned to stone. Next is Monspeet, he holds the Commandment of Reticence, anyone who expresses or reveals hidden feelings or emotions will be unable to speak. Then we have Melascual. She holds the Commandment of Faith, whoever shows a lack of faith in her presence will have their eyes lit ablaze. Next is Grayroad, she holds the Commandment of Pacifism, whoever kills in her presence will be robbed of their time, or in other words, they will lose their remaining lifespan rapidly aging until death. Finally, we have you, Ophis who bears the Commandment of Patience, all those who do not have confidence in their own actions or do not agree with themselves and act recklessly will suffer from Internal doubts or act recklessly of whatever plan they or others may have in mind. I should also mention that our commandments affect ourselves as well but don't affect each other. They are absolute and cannot be broken, the only way to resist it either being a commandment yourself or being blessed by the Supreme Deity who does not exist here." Meliodas explained their commandments as he took a breath while taking some water that had appeared. Everyone who wasn't one of the Commandments aside from Ophis nodded.
If they didn't know how powerful their commandments were they did now. Their commandments were like hacks from a video game, for those who knew what video games were. Kuroka already knew what Galand's Commandment was and how it worked as did Koneko but both sisters were shocked at how powerful all their commandments were. Koneko could admit that she was glad that she went with her sister as not only did she reunite with her but now she's realizing that winning a war against them seems impossible especially when you couldn't kill anyone in front of one of them without dying yourself.
"Now that you know our commandments let's get back to the topic at hand. From here on out until my say so we will all start training, I don't care how you train so long it's physical, mental, and magical." Meliodas had a glare in his eyes along with darkness slightly going off his body showing everyone present that he wasn't playing around nor was he joking. "I don't care if you must learn forbidden techniques to get stronger just do so before our enemies learn of Derriere's battle and start planning countermeasures. We shall also be in teams of two, for us commandments anyways, if the rest of you choose to be in teams or by yourself that is up to you." Meliodas explained in a clear firm tone indicating that if he caught any of them slacking they would be severely punished.
Everyone nodded as they all started leaving with Meliodas included as he had a meeting with Yasaka, leader of the Yokai Faction, and Chandler along with Zeldris and Cusack would accompanying him. Their meeting was quite important as Yasaka wanted to know the reasoning behind the entire planet shaking and she needed to know what battle plans they were coming up with against the three factions.
Estarossa was given the task of Training Ophis and Asia seeing as neither of them can produce the flames of the Demon Clan bigger than their palm. He would also use this time to increase his magical container knowing that one of his techniques drains a lot of his magic and wanting to try and see if he could cast the Black Coffin spell without an incantation.
Everyone else had paired off into small groups or went off by themselves with Kuroka wanting to teach her sister senjutsu and how to use her nekomata powers while the descendants of King Arthur decided to train with Estarossa wanting to see how much stronger they would get while training under a commandment. Vali had chosen to train by himself along with Fenrir and while he would rather die a thousand deaths than admit that he was slightly scared of Meliodas he did see it as a time to train than carry out missions that he was given by one of the commandments as they themselves had their own training partners.
It was funny really, if one were to think about it. Demons of another dimension training along with their allies because of the power of another dimension they challenged. It would absolutely destroy their pride and everything they've accomplished thus far because of items known as Sacred Gears, or because of the sheer power, some may possess without one.
The same however could be said for the dimension they currently reside in. The supernatural of the dimension never expected to be challenged by Demons capable of killing one of the Maou's or even defeating the Red Dragon Emperor, or it even scaling to the point where the humans had now known that the Supernatural existed. Even then, they still do not know of Great Red's death, or even why the Infinity Dragon had chosen to side with the invaders. Either way, both sides knew that losing wasn't an option for them, but a wise man once said.
"As long as the concept of winners exists, there must also be losers." As such...
There is always a Winner...and always a Loser.
Chapter End
Author's Note: Hello another chapter has ended and did I take a part of Madara's quote yes, yes I did. Anyways aside from that how did you think about this chapter? I think it went pretty well and let me know how you think about the battle between Ophis and Cao Cao, Derrieri's commandment ability, and Ophis trying to understand what Love is.
Aside from the small joke I did with Estarossa Meliodas does know what love is he just doesn't see it compared to Ophis who has no clue as to what it is. I'm not really good at romance so this is possibly the best I can do but anyway aside from that that's it for this chapter and knowing me there's probably something I'll think of later that I wanted to add but whatever.
That's it for this Chapter and I'll see you when the next one comes out.
