Author's Note: Here's another chapter of the story and I gotta say the amount of attacks I saw definitely intrigued me because I wouldn't have thought of them but aside from that I have taken some abilities from what some people have put but you'll find out when I use them. One more thing, as for the power list I may change them accordingly depending on the ability, and compare the attack power to whatever is already there plus the characters who use the technique.

Anyways, there wasn't much to say about this except getting on with the Chapter.

Chapter 18-Realization

(With The Demons)

After the Ten Commandments slaughtered everyone in the war, except for Grayroad given her commandment, they returned to their base and completely took over all of Kuoh. They had enslaved the humans forcing them to work, if they refused they simply took their soul, nothing more nothing less as the rules were simple for the humans. Do as they were told and they would be feed and live longer, and the humans easily complied knowing that they couldn't take on the magical beings.

Meliodas had Azazel in a healing pool while Gowther was warping his mind, he figured that because of his injuries he would have amnesia and decided to capitalize on it to make it easier to change his memories with Memory Control magic, which was far better than Invasion, the only problem was that it wasn't as versatile and if the target figured out they were under the use of his magic they would snap out of it.

He figured that they would just have to be careful with what magic they use around him, or he could simply rewrite his memories up to a certain point and completely make fake memories. He found his second option much easier and simple as he got to work while the leader of the Grigori was unconscious healing, for when he would wake he would have no recollection of ever being against them in this war.

Meliodas had taken the time to have Ophis learn a spell of her choice from the Forbidden Library as a reward for helping bring an Indura here, the others were rewarded with a day off as he walked with the dragon through the library through different sections as her eyes scanned through the many different spells, from elemental to passive and supportive to even torturous.

She was about to close the book she scanned through it until she saw a spell that caught her attention, she looked at the name then read its description. Deciding that she would want this one, she brought the book back to Meliodas, patiently waiting for her.

"I wish to learn this one." Ophis politely asked as Meliodas nodded. He wasn't one to determine what spell she wanted to learn, if this is what she wanted he would do his best to help her learn it. Nodding to her request he simply applied magic to the spell name itself as an identical piece of paper appeared with the spell she wanted to learn. Ophis was very surprised by this, she didn't know that he could do that and while she was interested she doubted she would ever have such a use for the spell.

"Let us go. This particular spell is quite destructive, completely disintegrating a person should they not be able to resist. It would be best to practice away from the castle, as to not destroy it and anger my father during his time of rest." Meliodas calmly explained as Ophis nodded as the duo walked out of the library and towards a desolate place within the Demon Realm...which could've been anywhere.

Ophis took the time to glance at Meliodas every now and then. She made sure that she wasn't noticed, not wanting to be questioned why she was glancing at him. From the first time Ophis met Meliodas, she could admit that she thought of him nothing more than pure arrogance and as another person, she wouldn't give another thought after this was all over she and would return her commandment back and simply live her days out in the Dimensional Gap as Melascula could open a portal to the Demon Realm herself.

However, as the small-time she spent with him her thoughts would sometimes drift to Meliodas, thinking of either how he was or what he was doing. She shoved very mundane stuff to the back of her mind, despite them returning towards her thoughts every now and then. They would soon increase, from wondering how he's doing to wondering how she could impress him, such as bringing an Indura here.

While it wasn't as deep down as one may think, she felt very proud of Meliodas's praise. Now, she wouldn't go as far as to seek his attention all the time, but she would occasionally seek his attention simply wanting to spend time with him. She had pondered as to why he was different from people like Vali, he was a man as well but she saw him as nothing more than a very valuable person on her side, and yet she wanted him gone the moment her goals were achieved.

Meliodas was different, she wanted to be near him, if not she felt slightly emptiness, which would be filled if he was in the same room as her. Ophis unknowingly smirked, she prevented herself from laughing as she realized why she was feeling this way...she loved Meliodas. She never expected herself to fall in love, or even grasp the meaning of the concept. There were two questions she asked herself, one was if Meliodas felt the same way, and the second was how she would tell him. She had no idea how to do actually convert her feelings towards him, but she would figure it out, for now, she had to focus on learning her new spell.

(Timeskip)

Ophis could admit that she may have underestimated the destructiveness of the spell she chose. She expected it to be very powerful, that was guaranteed, she did not expect for the spell to completely disintegrate whatever came into contact with it if the being couldn't withstand its power. That being said, many Demons in the area had been killed, leaving nothing behind as Ophis trained with her new spell.

Meliodas wasn't as surprised, he knew that there were spells that could destroy an entire dimension or even the planet, not counting the passive spells that support oneself or others but even his father had forbidden him from the use of such spells. Even going so far as to personally seal them away in an alternate dimension in case his son ever got any ideas. Meliodas wouldn't try and breach such a place, that would require magical power he didn't have and even then he doubted he had the magical energy to use such spells.

"Alright, I take it that you've finished?" Meliodas asked as Ophis nodded. He suddenly burned the paper in his hands not wanting some low-level demon to learn such a spell. He noticed that Ophis actually seemed tired from using the spell, she had used it continuously in rapid succession without any breaks as he even suggested for her to take a break as the spell uses a good amount of magic, which he found odd as he would train others or himself till they dropped to the floor.

Before she fell to the floor in exhaustion he picked her up and put her on his back giving a piggyback ride, shocking himself and Ophis. Neither said anything as he started walking back towards the palace where the portal was as he had many thoughts running through his head, namely being why he was carrying her like a child, which was ironic given her appearance.

"Why are you carrying me?" Ophis asked breaking the silence as Meliodas replied that she was tired and he decided to carry her. Ophis smiled slightly that was unseen by Meliodas as he sprouted wings and started flying through the air, he wasn't flying at breakneck speeds just at a good pace. "Thank you..." Ophis muttered but was heard as Meliodas had a small smile, it wasn't that one would have to pay attention to see, one would just look at him to see it.

"Ophis why do you work so hard? I have my reasons but what are yours?" Meliodas asked wondering why she pushed herself. He understood that Ophis had no emotions before receiving her Demon powers, and he wondered why she suddenly would start working herself when she had reclaimed the Dimensional Gap. He assumed that it was because of that reason, but he threw it away remembering how slow pacing Ophis was, not lazy just like taking things very slow.

"I just feel the need to repay you. Whether or not this is because of my new emotions I do not care, you have kept your word, you've helped me regain my home, regain my powers, and above all else, you've helped me in slaying Great Red." Ophis replied as Meliodas was silent, listening with a shocked expression on his face. Of all things he had expected her to say, he didn't expect this. She had poured out what he had assumed she had either been thinking at that moment or what had been on her mind for a while as he suddenly stopped his flight.

Ophis got off his back and started levitating as Meliodas turned to face her. Her face was slightly red, something that surprised them both as Ophis looked a little bashful of saying her next words. Meliodas would be lying if he said he didn't feel anything for Ophis, perhaps this is how his brothers felt when they were around their beloveds...well he only thought of Zeldris, Estarossa had only known Asia for a few weeks after her capture while he assumed that Zeldris's "secret" relationship with the Vampire was far longer.

"Meliodas, ever since I've received my demons, as you know I've received emotions because of it. Every day I discover new ones, at first, it was happiness, then anger, sadness...even love." Ophis mumbled the last words to herself but Meliodas still caught it. Ophis was in love, it slightly irked him to know that she loved someone despite not knowing that it was himself.

"...I believe the same is for me. While I have always had emotions, they've been pushed down. I never needed them in battle, and I don't think I ever will." Meliodas started explaining as Ophis just listened. "However, outside of it, I show them, even if it's very little. But for some reason, whenever you, my brothers, or Chandler are around I show them more, even if I don't realize it." Ophis just listened to Meliodas say what was on his mind like he did with her. From what others had told her Meliodas wasn't one to tell others how he felt other than disappointment, hatred, frustration, anger, and other emotions that were the opposite of happiness.

Meliodas himself didn't know why he was telling her this, but to him, it felt right. No words were exchange as Meliodas hugged her, Ophis was very surprised by the sudden hug as her cheeks became red but returned the hug as Meliodas's face was also red, something that he would forever keep to himself.

"Ophis I promise you that I'll protect with my life." Meliodas whispered as Ophis smiled. Ophis was stronger between the two, Meliodas knew it but he wouldn't admit it, his pride was too great. And yet, unbeknownst to Ophis and many others there was a nickname given to him by his father, and a power along with it...that made even the Demon King afraid of it. His nickname...

The Destroyer

(With Gowther)

Gowther had since long finished altering Azazel's mind, it had been done so great that Chandler himself believed that Azazel remembering his previous life was slim to none. All that was left was for him to heal and regain his consciousness so that he could help the Demon Clan. He was currently heading towards Azazel's room where he was being held for healing, not wanting to give off the vibe that he was a prisoner of some sort.

He walked into the room where the Grigori Leader was being held and saw that he was sleeping. Of course, it would be strange if he was awake after losing two limbs and having most of his bones broken. Gowther needed to make him artificial limbs, nothing special just something that wouldn't hinder his ability to do everyday things...and perhaps could be enhanced and enchanted with magic.

He got to work and used the information from Azazel's mind to make him a new metal arm and leg. He had some help from a few Devils making the limbs not wanting to accidentally mess it up, just as a percussion. Afterward, he enchanted both limbs with different kinds of magic, his prosthetic right arm had been enchanted with a form of magic that would crush whatever was in his way, while his left leg was enchanted with fire and heat magic allowing it to catch fire but not harm him in any way nor allowing the leg to melt, meaning he would need to enchant it with Fire immunity.

His work was quite easy, he didn't take much time to enchant them then enhance them to make it durable so it wasn't easily broken. He was practically done, only taking him about 5 minutes to add the enchantments but it took him about 30 minutes to make the prosthetic limbs. He thanked the devils who helped him as he walked back towards Azazel's room with the prosthetics in each arm wanting to connect them to his missing limbs.

He opened the door and saw Azazel actually squirming. He thought he was going to wake and decided to sit on a chair and wait.

...

...

...

...

Azazel didn't wake he just moved around in his sleep. Gowther didn't care if was awake or not, he was going to have to put on his prosthetics either way and if he was asleep it made it far easier. Although, if he did wake sooner than expected then could see how the memory changing affected his mind if it was truly changed but he was positive that it was.

Attaching the prosthetics he nodded to himself seeing that they fit properly as he looked over his injuries and figured that he would wake up in another week or so unless he forcibly woke him up but he didn't know how that would affect the memory changing magic. He didn't feel like testing what would happen if he did so he decided to let him rest knowing that even if he woke up he would need more rest anyway.

Gowther left and assigned to fallen angels to watch over him, if he woke up it would be better if people of the same race were the first thing he saw than a demon or devil not wanting him to accidentally kill them or worsen his injuries. Gowther walked off to find Melascula, from the information he gathered Melascula was the only one who had yet to find a powerful spell for herself.

Gowther's task was to make sure that each commandment had a Forbidden Spell from the Forbidden Library. He was surprised when she didn't have one, expecting it to be Galand he had to go and bother but he was wrong when Galand had his spell. He was in front of her room door as she requested her privacy that Meliodas didn't care for so long as she was present during meetings.

He walked in and saw her using her new Command T magic, allowing her to shrink and enlarge anything she wanted. She was messing around shrinking random things in the room until she noticed Gowther and slightly screamed before calming down and glared at him.

"Why didn't you knock?!" Melasucla yelled but already had an answer in mind she just wanted to hear Gowther's excuse.

"I was unaware that I had to knock to enter a comrades room. I shall try again." Gowther explained as he actually stepped back out of her room causing her to sigh as he knocked on the door asking to come in. She sighed again and told him to come back in as he opened the door again and walked into her room.

"What the hell do you want?" Melascula asked as she was wondering if she was losing more brain cells with Gowther or Galand.

"I was told to go and check up on each commandment to see if they learned a spell from the Forbidden Libray. You are the only one who hasn't done so yet." Gowther bluntly explained as Melascula seemed angered that she was the only one without a Forbidden Spell.

"How the hell does Galand have one before me?!" Melascula complained to herself as Gowther watched. "Tch. Whatever, I already have something in mind, I just need to find it." Melascula huffed in annoyance until she dragged Gowther along with her out of her room wanting his help in finding the spell that meets her criteria. Gowther allowed himself to be dragged as he figured that helping would quicken the process of having her learn something.

(Small Timeskip)

Gowther may have underestimated how picky Melascula could be when it came to spell finding. He found many spells that he considered useful and presented them to her but she declined them, saying she wanted something not as destructive as others. He sighed, but ultimately nodded and looked for spells that weren't offensive spells.

He knew that she wanted something not very destructive, but trying to find something not destructive within the Forbidden Library would be difficult so he opted for not trying to find such a spell. Instead, he would search for something that could be used without chanting and something that could be used as offensive and defensive at the same time.

Much like Ophis did when she was spell searching Gowther's eyes scanned book pages before moving on to another page. He continued looking through books until his eyes fell onto one book in particular. It was familiar, Estarossa had used it for his own spell but never did he actually learn anything else from it. He flipped through the pages and with a nod he grabbed the entire book and walked over to Melascula.

"I believe that I have found something." Gowther got her attention as he handed her the book. She opened it and went through the spells, she was wondering if Gowther wanted her to learn all of these, and while she would have no problem seeing as most of them didn't take up to much magic that would take a lot of time.

"Do not worry for I can help." Gowther said giving her a thumbs-up as Melascula looked at him. She honestly had no idea how he was going teach all these spells but she would admit that she was curious as to how he would do it. Gowther closed the book then placed his hand on it as a bright light appeared before he put his other hand on Melascula's forehead as he channeled his magic.

Melascula suddenly gained a massive headache as Gowther removed his hand as Melsacula fell to her knees. She held her head in pain from the information she was given but true to Gowther's words her mind was filled with the numerous spells the book contained. Melascula looked to Gowther who had a passive look, he simply waited for her to get to her feet as she glared at him.

"What the hell did you do!?" Melascula demanded as she was now floating in the air. She knew that Gowther was powerful when it came to the mind and magic but this was completely unexpected.

"I used Broadcats but on a grander scale. I think I will call it transfer, anyway I scanned the whole book of the spells, then using Broadcast I transferred all the knowledge to you. All you must do is either use the incantations in the book or simply don't use it, although some of them will lose strength when you don't use the incantations." Gowther explained as Melascula nodded. It was simple enough as she opened a portal back to the other dimension as they stepped through.

"I'm going to my room for some rest. You can tell Meliodas that I have something from the Forbidden Library, wherever he may be." Melascual said as Gowther nodded and left her to find Meliodas to inform him of the news. Before he could go and find him a Fallen Angel and Devil appeared in front of him. He motioned for the Fallen Angel to speak then the Devil.

"Lord Gowther! Lord Azazel has awoken and is wondering where he is. I figured that it would be best to get you." The fallen explained as Gowther nodded. He then turned to the devil for his news.

"Sir Gowther, I have come to inform you that we have over the number of Souls needed for the plan." The Devil explained as Gowther once again nodded. He couldn't be in two places at once which was why he developed this special kind of magic. Gowther channeled his magic until he separated into two versions of himself. They looked the same as the Fallen Angel and Devil looked in awe until Gowther wanted them to take him to where they needed to go.

"Thought Projection Magic...perhaps I should teach it to the others." Gowther thought to himself as the Devil led the thought projection to the area where they harvested souls, while the Fallen Angel led the real Gowther to Azazel's room.

End Chapter

Author's Note: Was up it's me again and this chapter was a little shorter than normal but I figured that I should get this out sooner rather than later. Also, thanks for all the numerous attacks that you all left in the review. I didn't use all of them (obviously) but some that could've been a forbidden spell were turned into regular spells that they use.

Now onto someone more specific when it came to the spells. Devac19, I thank you for taking the time to write out or copy and past Greed cause it's pretty powerful. Like holy hell, Greed is powerful as fuck, and Original Greed is insanely powerful. I'll be honest and say that I'm not using Original Greed for the sole purpose that it's OP and Idk if I'll use Greed itself. (Doesn't mean I won't take some individual powers from it) As for Ravel, I dunno how but I'll see what I can do if there's a way to join the commandments, if not then sorry but it couldn't happen.

Anyways, I actually have all 10 Forbidden Spells for each of the Commandments so no need for any more spells but thank you for it all. Also, how was the Meliodas and Ophis thing? Was it good because Idk, also how did you like the little part after it? Good right?

That's all I have to say for this chapter, hope it was good, and have a good day.
