Hello everyone, Tenebris here. I'm quite happy with some of you seems quite interested with the First and Only (Glory to Gaunt), this is my first time writing for a fanfic and I'm doing this as a hobby btw. I'm not good with grammar since English is not my first language.
At first, I'm sceptic that anyone would read this story since the idea seems to be to edgy, but seeing that some of you are willing to follow this story I decided to give it a go. Also please leave some review so that I know your feedback, and I will try to reply your comments

ProjectIceman: This Izuku is a Warlock, but due to his closeness with Cayde and mentored by Shin Malphur (which is why he hold the Last Word) he styled every mission as a "hunt". Also, if you read Last Word description, there's a writing of "-Till the last falme dies and all word have been spoken- From Shin Malphur to You as You journeyed into the unknown" so I took some inspiration from this. I'm not well-versed into destiny lore so forgive me if I made any mistakes
ProjectIceman: Yes, izuku will suffer in silence for now due to his terrible bullying by Bakugo, he tends to repressed all emotions. It doesn't help that he just returns from the Destiny universe, explaining what happened would make people think that he's mad. So for not he will repressed every concern, dark thoughts, and insecurities. Not even his family will know. This is why Aria is important, she's Izuku's ghost, and they have gone so much that they are linked with each other through light. Which is why those two are extremely close

"Wakey wakey my dearest guardian, mine beloved warlock" Aria's sweet melodious voice tried to wake me up from my deep sleep. While guardians have no need to sleep and eat, we still do it to keep our mental health.
"Five more minutes Aria, If Ikora knocks the door just ignore her" I return with half-awake state
"We are not in the Tower my beloved warlock, do you forget what happened yesterday and the day before?" she cooed onto my ear "If I was correct, in which I usually am, you have somewhere to go today no?"
"No Aria, I have asked Zavala for a day oof today we will not go for a hunt. So, leave me be…" apparently still in half-awaked state
"So be it" that's the last thing I hear before Aria blasted a max volume foghorn. And THAT, woke me up one hundred percent
"By the light of the Traveler! use more subtle method will you?! Goodness my head still ringing" I jammed my index finger into my ear, my head still ringing and my vision blurry. But at least I'm fully awake now
"I tried my dearest guardian. And you still asleep, even thinking that we are still in the Tower" she explained in a cherry voice seemingly happy with my suffering "You have somewhere to go today, aren't you? an academia of sorts"
"A junior high school, although I doubt, I would learn anything useful there considering how many books I have read during my time in the Tower and under Ikora's and Eris's tutelage" I tiredly said.
During my time in the Last City, I learned a lot of things, not just about the light, the history of the guardians, or the Traveler. I learn a lot of mundane things like language, math, physics, sociology, at first just to fill some time, but later as a field of studies. Not to mention that Rasputin is a super computer, he holds a vast amount of knowledge both crucial and mundane for me to acquire.
Sigh* "Well, let me prepare my books and equipment, after breakfast we can go" I really, really, really NOT! looking forward to this.
Aldera Junior Highschool…
A prestigious junior high school in Musutafu where only few can join, you either need to have a powerful quirk or a genius. As for old me? Neither are true. I managed to join because of hard work, I do not wish to let my mother down so I crammed every bit of knowledge I could get from the text book in elementary and other books
I managed to enroll and accepted, I thought that this would show my sister that her older brother, only 30 minutes older but still…, is not a drag to our family, that with hard work I could made our family proud…
Instead, she belittles me even more, claiming that I must've cheated during the test, or I managed to bribed someone to let me in, or perhaps it's just luck. It doesn't help that Katsuki Bakugo's bullying start to become more physical, almost every day I return with a bruised eye or a second degree burn in my face. It even hurt a lot more when he told me to jumped from the roof to lessen the burden of my family.
I have no wish to return to that circle of hell if I could, but mother already paid my tuition and letting her down is out of the option. I may not like her that much, but in the end of the day I'm still her son, besides she already sacrifices so much for me and it left a bad taste in my stomach to see her looking depressed.
'Welcome to hell Aria, I hope you're happy' I grumbled to her as I making my way to the class. By the time I made into the class I see that most of the students are already inside, most are chatting, the girls talked about the most fashionable heroes, the boys talked about how cool Endeavor and All Might, some perverts ogling on the R-18 hero Midnight or Mt Fuji. How childish…
"Okay class sit down, class are in session." A new voice cames into the room, the teacher Ms Fujiwara came in with a board
"Okay, I will call your names and I expect you to raise your hand, if you did not raise your hand, I will strike it as absent" The naming process began…
"Izuku Midoriya, ah he's must've still in hospital" she tried to wrote me as absent, to degrade my score in the final paper
"Here" I lazily raise my hand and look at her with a bored face
"A… ahh it seems Midoriya-san in here with us! Glad to have you back" she forced a smile, which I ignored. The rest of the class though looked at me with a shock expression, I pay them no mind ad face the window
'Grave news Aria, it's still summer' I told her. 'The day just going to get even more hot'. Oh, speaking of hot
"DEKU!!" There it is the blond boisterous guy that became the primary reason of my traumatic past. Katsuki Bakugo with his quirk explosion, his sweat contains nitroglycerin the primary element to made a big explosion.
Also, the killer of Alfred Bernhard Nobel's brother fun fact. Well, it not "fun" to see your brother dead because of working with dangerous chemical that no one have ever handle before. But still a small tidbit of information
"DEKU!! You think you can just come back to here huh?!" he yelled at me "You should know your place you quirkless!" again still yelling at me, the fact that my head still facing the window with a bored expression probably angered him even more
"I'm talking to you DEKU!" he opened his palm letting several explosives to roar out in an attempt to intimidate me
"….. Go away Katsuki-san, you and your fireworks are bothering me" I really do not have any energy to check the words I use, the thought of summer day really sapped my energy. The rest of the class gasps, no one have ever said no to Bakugo due to his hot-headed temperament and powerful quirk he basically run the school, what he wants he gets simple for him
"WHAT DID YOU SAY DEKU?!" he roared, "I'll show you your place!" he quickly raises his palm and tried to move it to my face.
BOOM!*
The sound of an explosion ringing throughout the room, he uses more energy for this blast than usual. He smirked thinking I would surely begged or him to stop. However, after the smoke have cleared there is no one at the seat, only some burnt marks on the chair, table and note
"Hm? Is something happened while I was away?" I said while entering the classroom for the second time. "Oh well… who cares?" I certainly don't
"Wha-…"
"Huh?"
"How is he alive"
"Why is he on the door? I'm sure that he just seated in his chair seconds ago"
Some students started to murmur, discuss, asking each other about the event
' HAH! Those fools are nothing more than mere clowns, their strength is pale compared to my dearest guardian!" Aria certainly proud of my little trick
"Okay class calm down, Midoriya-san, Bakugo-san please return to your seat immediately" Fujiawara sensei finally decided to calm the class down, of course she could do that before the engagement between me and Katsuki-san, but why would she? For her I'm just a quirkless nobody.
'You see this, Aria? THIS, is the reason I wish to be left alone, no complaints, no unnecessary fight, no loud noises.' I harshly said to her. 'I'm sorry if that sounds a bit harsh Aria' I apologize
'It is okay my dearest guardian, mine beloved warlock. I understand, truly, I do' her soft voice calmed my nerves
The rest of the session going as usual, nothing noteworthy comes, teacher comes and goes, subject of the day changed by every hour, but the damn blasted heat of summer stays.
'By the light of the Traveler, it seems I could not go to the roof to find my solitude' I absentmindedly thought while daydreaming about rainy season.
"Midoriya-san could you please answer the equation on the black board?" Takahashi- sensei's voice brought me back to reality.
Sigh*
I went to the black board. 'Hmm, Sir Newton's gravity equation, eh? Simple enough…' Within 3 minutes I finished the equation and looked at the teacher
"Em… well… co- correct answer Midoriya-san, please return to your seat" he stuttered and allowed me to return to my seat, many other students looked at me with either awe or suspicion.
The bell for lunch rang, it seems I can finally able to went somewhere that's not hectic at all, I was storing my text book, pencil case and other equipment when…
"DEKU!"
Oh jeez, you cannot let me left this place is peace Bakugo? Why you must torment me with that laoud voice of yours eh?
"Oi DEKU! You thought that you could embarrass me like that and get away with it huh?" he shouted at me "YOU should learn your place! as nothing more than a stepping stone for me!"
'My dearest guardian, how big is this kid's ego?' Aria asked to me.
'Think about it like this my companion, he born with a powerful quirk, praised by everyone, pampered by his friend and childhood friend, he believes everything they said. That he is number one, repeat that mantra for 10 years, and you'll see why he becomes such an asshole' I explained to him, of course I omitted some details but it is the short and compact version of it
"Don't ignore me DEKU, I'll kill you!" he shouted, again trying to grab my face, in which I simply catch, his wrist. "Damn you DEKU! Release me right now or I will kill you!"
I pull in his wrist and jabbed him in the face, so much so that his teeth flew out. He stumbled down, his hand holding his jaw with his eye glared at me. For some reason he did not shout or spoke anymore threats for me, it seems the pain is too much for him to bear. I grabbed his collar lift him up, so that he could stand, and spoke in a cold voice.
"Leave. Me. Alone"
Before pushed him away, hard enough so that he stumbled on the chair and fall over, I brought my lunchbox and went ouside, In the door I gave him one last icy glance then left the classroom.
'I hope that would silence him for the time being' as I walked into a small garden in the edge of the school, over there stood a small hut where I could enjoy the shade.
"I'm sure that you enjoy watching the scuffle Aria…" I said that as she manifested herself next to my shoulder
"Oh, you bet I am, my beloved warlock. And I hope that you would do that more often to someone like him" she spun her shell and seems quite ecstatic.
"The only problem is that Bakugo-san is a favourite student and the teachers would certainly call me for my "aggressive attitude" towards him." I said as I much down on my bento. "I would be surprised if he didn't call the teacher"
I continue "Also I'm surprised Aria, you seem quite happy the fact that I beat him up quite bad. I thought you would chastise me for harming an innocent" as I wipe my mouth, today's lunch is quite bland, but maybe because I just used to the spicy ramen shop that Cayde always recommends to me
"Oh, I would NOT! tolerate killing my dearest guardian, but I'm fine with a beating just like that, furthermore I don't like hike "high and mightier than you" attitude. Such action is not tolerable in my eyes" she made it clear for me
"Except you my beloved warlock" of course… I should've known about her bias towards me
"Hmm… that's a biased view Aria, I'm not sure that Zavala, and others would approve such view." I said to her while manifesting a glass made out of light power and chugging the liquid inside
"Hmph, they're just jealous just because, I and I, alone have the greatest guardian" if she have humanoid body and face I would sure she would cross her arm and pouted while looking sideways.
After our small conversation we headed back to class and resume our boring lesson in a hot day. It was not long before the bell rang indicating that school's finally over. I quickly packed my stuff when suddenly the teacher called upon my name
"Midoriya-san please meet the principle after this class"
Shit, I should've known that punching Bakugo and then threaten him and got away without any consequence would be a dream. Of course, the school would want their star pupil satisfied, to pamper him with good grades, facilities, and protection no matter who's at fault.
I sighed as I took my bag with me and walked unto the principal's office.
'Hmph, they probably will punish me with cleaning the swimming pool'
And lo and behold the principal DID yell at me for my "aggressive behavior" that I should "tolerate your own friend" and calls me a bully, he rants about an hour yelling at me and throwing several small objects like eraser, pencil, pen, and… crayon? With some chew marks on it? Whatever
So here I am, 03.00 PM in the evening cleaning the swimming pool with a net collecting many stuff like, leaves, branches, jocks, pebbles, boys underwear, girls swimsuit etc. etc. By the time I finished I managed to separate into different pile and then threw them into the bin. That's when I see Bakugo and several other bully comes to me…
"So! You thought that you're better than me huh DEKU!" he shouted at me "You think you could just get away humiliating me? You think I'm scared of you? Huh?!"
"Yea, you should know your place loser!" Majima said "You know that we're stronger than you."
"Yea! Give him a lesson Bakugo!" Izuma said. Majima and Izuma alongside Bakugou are the strongest kids in Aldera, due to their powerful quirk. Majima's quirk allows him to create rocks from his hands, and Izuma's quirk allows him to shout really loud.
"Well then, I guess Izuma is right! We will teach you a lesson…" Bakugo said his eyes harden, his body hunched just like a tiger preparing to strike his prey "Know. Your. Place" before, predictably, using his explosion to propel himself to me, and in midair launch his right arm trying to use his explosion directed towards me.
However, I move forward a little and tilted my head to the left, and his palm went passed me harmlessly before grabbed his bicep while turn to the right and the fling him away. The momentum is strong enough to launched him to the middle of the pool. While that happened Majima used his quirk to create a big boulder, and threw it to me.
BANG*
I summoned Last Word and shoot at it, this is more like a reflex since I was focused so much on Bakugo I forgot the other threat. The bullet flew and penetrate the boulder and hit Majima in the shoulder, a good hole now can be seen on his shoulder and blood comes out of it.
'Crud, now everyone would know that I have a quirk and my mission to lay low quite in jeopardy. Unless….' I sinisterly thought about eliminate the brat
'No, I promised Aria that I woul be a guardian, protector, of the weak, defender of innocent' I shake my head
'But there's no innocence in thus kid, heck we are NOT innocence, just varying degree of guilt' a dark thought came back to me
"Majima! Shit! I'll kill you quirkless failure!" Izuma inhale a large amount of air before screaming REALLY loudly at me, the soundwaves broke the ceramic tile, and reverberates the air.
I used my 'Blink' passing the shockwave harmlessly, he seems shocked that I'm able to pass his scream. That feeling however soon changed with dread as I grabbed his head lift him up and slammed it to the floor. There's a sickening crack sound and his body went limp
'Shit… I hope he still alive' I checked his pulse, he's still breathing. 'Hmm what about his face?' I rolled his body to the side with my foot… 'Hm yeah it okay, banged him up pretty good, but he'll live… I hope'
"Monster! You're a monster!" Majima wailing at me his left hand grabbed his right shoulder in an attempt to stop the bleeding. "You killed Izuma!" he screamed
"No I'm not, he's still alive doofus" I lazily replied with an "are you stupid or idiot" look.
"If I wanted him dead, I have several more effective way to do that. and don't forget. You! The one that attacked me, you! Are the one that confront me. This is the consequence of your action." I said as I move to him and chopped his neck
I grabbed an underwear from the bin and used it as a makeshift bandage while at the same time use my healing grenade to him.
BOM*
"DEKU!!!!!" apparently Bakugo managed to launch himself out of the water using explosion, now in the air, he put his palm together creating a large ball of fire. "DIEEE!"
He launch his "bomb" at me, and…
"KA-BOOOM" a massive explosion occurred and blew apart a good chuck of the roof and destroyed the surrounding area.
"Haah… Haah... Haah…" Bakugo's running out of breath "Know your place… you.. are… extras…"
Clap* *Clap* *Clap*
A sound of clapping can be heard from the stairs that connect the swimming are and 3rd floor
"Congratulations you blithering idiot, you not only managed to caused a massive property damaged, but also almost kill your friends!" I said while smiling sarcastically as I walked into the swimming pool form the stairs. Bakugo's face is one mixed between shocked, anger, and fear.
A whole lot of fear
He took a step backwards
"Had I not quickly blinked and carried Majima and Izuma, the last explosion would surely kill them" I'm said while looking at him with a scornful face. "It's time to end this…"
I blinked again… now standing behind him summoned Last Word and whacked him in his head, he dropped like a sack of potatoes. Now there are no more loud noises in the swimming pool, but I was left with a roof blown open like the containment chamber of Chernobyl, several kilos of debris in the pool and a younger version of the three stooges.
Except that they are Japanese, and none of them are fat, they are not twins, and other reasons.
'By the light of the Traveler, Cayde's devil-may-care attitude really rubbed unto me'. As I thought the big mess that's the result of our little battle and sigh. This is why I hate socialize with people. People brought nothing but trouble, let me be….
