The next day, everyone headed to the Burrow for Albus' birthday party. Young Molly was having her own party, but it was separated in the yard from Albus' birthday. Cousins bounced between the parties, and friends also flittered in between the two.

As the evening wore on, Albus and young Molly received the same gifts from Harry and Ginny. Passports and a letter. Their eyes grew wide as they read the letter.

Harry smiled. Lily wondered what was going on. After all the non-family left, Harry made an announcement to the extended Weasley family.

"My family, I have an announcement to make. As you all are very aware that I am related the Murphy family through my late mother. Recently Mr. Victor Murphy contacted me about a family vacation into the states, specifically Florida. In Florida, there are many things to do. There are several theme parks, along with beautiful beaches. The vacation would last a month. Beginning of July to the beginning of August. I would like to offer to take the children to Florida for that month. All the adults I know may not be able to get the whole month off, but you can come and stay with us during anytime you want to take off from work, be it a whole week, or just the weekends. Along with myself and Ginny, there will be Mr. Murphy and his wife, his two sons and their families, and his oldest daughter and her children. Plenty to do for the whole month. You don't even have to do what the rest of the family is doing. But if you are underage, you will need to be accompanied by an adult. I will front the expenses for this trip. Just let me know."

You could hear a pin drop. Then all the children started talking at once.

The next several days, plans were made. Several children were going. Teddy and Victoire volunteered to go with also to help chaperone. They were able to get several weeks off from their jobs. The parents said that they would figure out their schedules between now and time to leave so that they could figure out who was coming and when.

Back at Potter Manor, Lily pulled her father aside and said, "A little warning would have been nice."
Harry laughed. He hugged his daughter, saying, "It was a nice surprise for everyone. We have a couple of houses in Florida and Uncle Victor said they have a bigger house also. We should have no problem with housing.

Two weeks later, the extended family headed to the ministry to get their international portkeys. With the group being so large, they had to take two portkeys. Teddy and Victoire took one portkey, and Harry and Ginny took the other. The kids were split up between the two along with the other adults that were going for the first part of the trip. They landed in the arrivals area of the MACUSA office in Orlando. It was utter chaos. They were expecting a big group from London, but not this big. Harry whistled loudly and all the children stopped talking at once.

He walked through the group to the ministry official that was trying to control the situation.

Harry said, "I'm sorry about all this. What would you like us to do?"

The ministry official said, "We need to split everyone up into different lines. It'll go faster."

Harry started directing everyone to the various lines. He also handed out passports to everyone. After Harry took control and had the other adults help, everything went smoothly. After passing through customs, they headed out to the floo area. Harry started passing out housing assignments. Lily was shocked that she was staying with the Murphy's at their house in the Keys. It seemed like all the Potters were.

Harry said, "Okay, everyone listen up! The floo address for each of your housing assignments is on your sheet of paper. At your house, you will find mobile phones. Use today to get used to them. The adults among you have been shown how to use them. Dudley and Connie especially know how, considering they are nonmagical as do their children, Iris, Jasmine, and Ivy. Petunia when she makes it, will be able to do this also. Make sure you have your always phones on you. The phones are a gift to you. They are prepaid for a year. If you need something, contact the adult at your house. If they cannot take care of it, they will reach out to me. My family and I will be staying with my uncle and his family. Each house will do things together. I suggest you make decisions once a week on what you want to do for that week. Now off you go to your homes to get settled in."

Everyone headed to a fireplace and shouted out their destination. After everyone had gone, Harry told his family the address to the Murphy house in the keys.

Renee and Julia squealed when they saw Lily come through. Harry came through and checked in with each house to make sure everyone made it through the floo okay. After making sure everyone was accounted for, Harry turned to his cousins and hugged each one of them.

Victor came in and said, "We'll be doing the adoption ceremony tonight. That way the girls have the weekend to rest before the fun begins."

That evening, Dudley, and his family flooed over from the Ft. Lauderdale house to watch the adoption ceremony since they were part of the family.

Uncle Victor welcomed Dudley into his home. He then proceeded to explain to everyone what was about to happen. Harry and Iris would participate for each of their families as acknowledging their acceptance of Julia, Irene, and Wanda into the family. The reason why Iris had to participate was normally it would be Dudley, but since Dudley was considered nonmagical, it had to be Iris. Victor assured her that he would help her with the correct wording. Allen would be doing the ceremony as him and his wife would be the ones adopting the three into their specific family.

As the ceremony started, a hush came over the room.

Victor said, "Magic head my call. We are here today to adopt Julia, Irene, and Wanda into the house of Murphy in blood and magic. Allow my son, Allen and his wife, Victoria the privilege of becoming the parents of these three wonderful girls."

They felt the magic stir in the air as they felt magic deciding. Then became the warmth of the acceptance. Allen stepped forward with a goblet. He said, "Julia Anne Donaldson, I offer you adoption into my family as my daughter. Do you accept?" Julia nodded, unable to speak. "Allen said, "Please take a few drinks out of this goblet that make you a part of my wife and I in blood and magic." Julia took the goblet and drank. Allen continued, "Welcome to the family, Julia Anne. From now on, your name shall be Julia Anne Murphy."

He then turned to Irene and then Wanda. Allen then turned to the family at large and said, "Harry Potter and Iris Dursley, please come forward and accept these three into our family."

Harry stepped forward and said, "I welcome you to the family, Julia, Irene, and Wanda. May you continue to grow and bless our family with your knowledge and power."

Iris did the same.

Victor stepped forward and said, "Welcome to the family. Thank you for heading my call magic and accepting this adoption. So, mote it be."

After the adoption ceremony was closed, everyone rushed forward. That weekend, everyone relaxed by the pool. Julia, Irene, and Wanda were still asleep from the adoption.

James had gone to Alley of the Keys, the magical shopping district of Key West. He was meeting Jasmine there as she lived in Key West. Lily wanted to bug her brother about it, but her parents gave her a stern talking to. Albus had gone over to where Rose and Hugo were staying and were going out with their group to one of the beaches. Lily had wanted to do something but didn't want to leave Julia and Renee behind. Renee was busy helping her mother with something. Lily stood and stretched. She had noticed that there were some tennis courts here at Murphy Key. Lily decided to practice her tennis skills.

An hour later, Lily was on the tennis court, and was batting away every ball that came out of the machine. She was growing bored though. It wasn't fun just doing drills against a machine.

"Want some help?"

Lily turned and saw that Henry was up and about. She said, "If you don't mind. The ball machine can only do so much."

Henry said, "I understand that. Let me go get my rackets."

Lily was surprised. She didn't know Henry played tennis. Something to talk to him about later. Fifteen minutes later, Henry came back in some comfortable gear, and they played a couple of pick up games.

When they were finished with the third match, Henry said, "No wonder you were offered a reserve spot on the school team."

Lily raised an eyebrow at that.

Henry said, "I'm on my house team and along with the school team. Everyone who was offered a spot on the school team were told who else was offered. So, did you decide if you were going to take up the offer?"

Lily rubbed a towel over her face and said, "I don't think so. Between classes, the house tennis and I'm also a reserve seeker for the Quidditch team, I don't think I'll have the time."

Henry nodded. He said, "Congratulations. Not many make more than one sport."

Lily smiled.

The next day, they received their letters from Ilvermorny at breakfast. They just appeared in front of them. Irene's was on the counter since she was still asleep. Lily opened hers eagerly to see her new booklist. It took up a whole sheet. James' wasn't as long as hers since he was going into his seventh year. Lily noted that the train would leave Boston on August 21.

Julia and Irene came in and sat down. They had completely changed the way of looks. Julia took on more of Victoria's features, but had the Murphy green eyes. Irene was a mixture of both parents. Both had reddish brunette hair.

Julia said, "Ahh good. Our booklists."

Irene accepted her letter with trepidation. She knew how much she wanted to be just like her older sister and that when they learned that they were all witches, their former parents had grown to resent them.

Julia said, "This is a lot of books."

Victor said, "No worries, Julia. You won't have to worry about your schooling. The Murphy family is very wealthy."

Julia nodded. She wrapped her arms around Irene.

They spent the day at one of the beaches. Wanda was busy helping Troy and Eileen make sand castles.
