Hiccup woke up early and left before his father woke up.
He didn't care for Berk anymore after they turned their back on him and commented that they should have thrown him into the sea as a baby.
Once he achieved getting Toothless into the sky, he was going to abandon them.
He grabbed a barrel of fish and left to the forest.
No one needs him.
Twenty minutes later, he arrived at the cove and set his dagger down.
He walked over to Toothless and fed him.
While Toothless was eating, he walked behind and attached the prosthetic tail fin.
Toothless widen his eyes and took off into the sky.
He flew around the cove until the prosthetic tail fin closed on them.
Hiccup realized they was going to crash and pulled the fin open to fly and excited says "it's working!"
Toothless fling him off into the lake and then crashed into the lake too.
Hiccup emerge out and says "I have to ride on your back to control your prosthetic tail fin. Right now I have to get married to a horrible girl."
Toothless snorts at his rider.
Hiccup leaves the cove after collecting his dagger and returns to the village to see everyone looking for something.
He sneaks into the forge and grabs the wedding rings.
Gobber walked into the forge and ask "what are you doing here, your supposed to be getting ready for your wedding today starting with ceremony bath!"
Hiccup sighs "well then I think I'll disappear or skip the bath since I'm soaked."
Gobber comments "well you missed the bath. Everyone is waiting for you to arrive for the marriage ceremony."
Hiccup hands the rings to Gobber and leaves to go grab his fur coat.
He walks home and gets dressed and leaves heading to the square center of town for the wedding ceremony.
He arrives on time to see his father standing there at the alter before the villagers.
Astrid arrived with her father walking her down the isle in a white silk dress with cape trail down.
Hiccup and Astrid stood at the alter.
Stoick went through the speech.
Hiccup went through his vow to love Astrid.
Astrid just grumbles through her vow to love Hiccup.
They kiss and head to the Meade Hall to celebrate.
(At the Meade Hall)
Hiccup doesn't eat or drink because he doesn't belong on Berk.
Astrid hisses "could you at least try to smile!"
Hiccup scoffs "oh please, Astrid. We don't want to be married to each other. You hate me and I want to leave you all with Snotlout as heir!"
Villagers gasped at that argument.
Astrid comments "at least he can fight and lift weapons while you're useless!"
Hiccup comments "I'm gonna go to the bathroom! I'll be back tonight for the wedding night."
He ran out of the Meade Hall and disappeared into the village and ran up to the watchtower to hide.
He makes himself a fire and cooks fish "she would never want me. At least they don't know I figured out who I am."
Night time came.
Hiccup was on the floor staring at the night sky.
Gobber ask "so this is where you disappeared to."
Hiccup sighs "hey, Gobber."
Gobber sits down and ask "what's wrong, Hiccup?"
Hiccup answers "I just want to leave now, but I can't yet."
Gobber ask "was you really going to leave Snotlout as heir?"
Hiccup answers "yes in five days, if I can help a friend fix his ship in the forest and don't tell my father."
Gobber ask "is this mystery friend an enemy to the tribes?"
Hiccup answers "no, he knows how to fight dragons and he's teaching me about them for dragon training in two days since no one wants to help me."
Gobber sighs "okay, Hiccup. I'll keep your secret."
They walk down the tower.
Gobber ask "I didn't think Astrid grew up to hate you after her uncle Finn died."
Hiccup ask "can you get me annulment contract?"
Gobber sighs "you don't want to work on winning her love?"
Hiccup shakes his head "no, she's a lost hope.
They arrive at the Haddock house.
Stoick, Spitelout, Magnus, Ingrid and Mr. and Mrs. Thorston.
Stoick comments "your wife is ready for you."
Hiccup walks upstairs to his bedroom door and says "you all can leave except for Ingrid. I would like to have a word with you."
Stoick and the witnesses left the house except for Ingrid Hofferson.
Ingrid ask "what do you want to tell me, Hiccup?"
Hiccup answers "consummating should be expressing your love for each other. Astrid will never grow to love me. So I won't force her to give me a heir and I don't want to make a heir with her.
Don't be surprised when you don't find blood on the sheets."
Ingrid leave the house in shock and amazement and comments "he's such a sweet boy."
Hiccup walks inside his room and says "I'll be sleeping downstairs because you are nothing but hateful towards me and I don't want to do anything with you.
When my father ask why your not pregnant in following years, it's I won't force you to give me an heir! Good night!"
Astrid widen her eyes at his anger all of a sudden at her and snorts like she doesn't care.
