. . .

The whole fabric of the universe shifted and shook for one moment. Every sentient being could sense that something has come. Something grand. From every corner, every world, every plane and dimension. A streak of piercing and blinding light traveled across the cosmos.

From where? No one has the answer. From a human's perspective, they saw a supernova. So bright that it lit up the night sky and showered down crystal like drops. They were like small glowing lanterns that put all humans at awe. Such a phenomenon was never recorded nor told. It was a first.

They started to believe in many things. Some say the apocalypse was near, some shrug it off and others believe it to be a sign of good fortune. Whatever they may conjured up to justify the beautiful occurrence, all of them were far from the truth.

A meek and milky light descended and made it's way down to Earth. This light made sure it wasn't sensed by anyone, paranormal or otherwise. It was like a flicking white candlelight, glowing to survive the unexpected winds and obstacles along its way. This light phased through a window of a couple's home and faded into the abdomen of a sleeping woman. She and her partner had no clue what this would entail. They were both clueless as to what happened. All they knew was that their new lives together were about to begin.
