Chapter 51: New Powers
All for One was blind due to his previous fight with All Might. The upper part of his head was covered in scars, including lacking any eyes. But even he could sense All Might's transformation.
"So you bonded with the boy… and it seems like you lost your injury…" said All for One.
All Might gritted her teeth.
"What were you planning to do with Young Midoriya?" asked All Might, "Because you figured this would happen…"
"That you would become young and healthy… yes…" said All for One, "I had heard about the scar on Endeavor's son disappearing and the fact that his mother hasn't aged. Those two factors made me realize there was a chance for someone older to be de-aged along with healing."
"What were you planning to do to Young Midoriya?" asked All Might again this time with more force in her words.
"I did briefly consider doing something to happen akin to a lobotomy…" said All for One, "However I figured that it wouldn't work out…"
"What… were you figuring that power of love with his partners would cure him of whatever you had planned." Said All Might.
There was an award silence among the two.
"Yes… exactly…" said All for One.
"I didn't think that would be the answer." Mumbled All Might.
"Look… I know how quirks work and I figured that his was steeped in magical girl logic…" said All for One, "Chances are if I pulled something like that the power of love and friendship would break through and heal him, it was only a theory but after meeting him I can tell there's a very good chance of that happening."
All Might just sighed at that… it was the only reaction she could make… even with being turned into a magical girl.
"However I realized what if I gave it someone or rather something else the quirk." Said All for One.
"You were planning to give to a Nomu." Said All Might.
"That's' right… a specially built Nomu that unfortunately wasn't ready yet… after all it needed a certain level of intelligence that we needed to get just right in order to properly control it." said All for One, "We didn't think you would show up so soon."
All Might glared at her nemesis.
"This was also a backup plan… after all we weren't sure this would work… after all Plan A is working just fine." Said All for One.
"What does that mean?" asked All Might.
"Wouldn't you like to know." Said All for One.
All Might gritted her teeth and launched herself at All for One.
Meanwhile Izuku watched as the fight once again began.
"Can All Might beat him again… even with the power…" thought Izuku.
"Kid…" said Gran Torino, "I have to get you out of here."
"I know…" said Izuku.
He still looked at the fight though.
"I don't know if All Might can beat him again…" thought Izuku.
That was when his gem started to glow brightly.
Not too far away… the attempted Rescue Team was breathing heavily. During their escape they kept hearing crashes and explosions. They knew whatever was going on was big.
"Something big is going on…" said Tsuyu.
"Yeah…" sighed Ochaco.
"Deku's safe from whatever is going on at least…" said Katsuki.
"Are you sure?" asked Momo.
"Me and Auntie always assumed that if Deku died…. Then the bond would break." Said Katsuki, "As long as the bond exists we know he's alive."
"We have to keep moving." Said Tenya.
That was when all of the magical girl necklaces began to glow brightly and in a flash of light each one of them disappeared.
"What!" yelled Kirishima, "What just happened!"
"I don't know!" said Momo.
"Do you think something happened to Midoriya?" asked Kirishima.
"I don't know, but we still have to get to safety." Said Momo.
They heard another crash.
"You're right." Said Kirishima.
On I-Island. Melissa was watching a live stream of the events unfolding.
She had gotten an e-mail from Kaminari saying "I don't want to be that guy… but you need to see this."
She wondered why Kaminari was the one to send it, not knowing that he figured he might be the only one who could due the fact that the other partners were on the rescue mission.
That was when her necklace began to glow and a bright flash of blue light she disappeared.
At UA, Inko and Mitsuki were watching the events unfold with Nezu, Aizawa and Vlad King.
At first they were on edge because of the horrifying fight.
However they saw the turn the fight took when they saw the golden light.
"Of course…" muttered Aizawa as they all saw the now female All Might.
"Looks like you're no longer the only adult in the group.," said Mitsuki.
"Why do I get the feeling like I'm still going to have to mother him…" mumbled Inko.
"You should worry about that later…" sighed Nezu.
However before anything else could be said Inko's necklace began to glow brightly and she was gone in a bright flash of green light.
"Inko?" asked Mitsuki.
"Where did she go?" asked Vlad King.
"You might need to see on the screen." Said Nezu.
Back in Kamino…
All Might unleashed a powerful punch on All For One.
"I can feel One for All's power has increased." Thought All Might, "I think this will be enough."
Unfortunately there were going to be more problems with the fight that he wasn't expecting.
With Izuku and Gran Torino, there was a bright flash of light. When it cleared the rest of Izuku's partners had appeared.
"What just happened?" asked Katsuki.
That was when it registered to all of them.
"Seriously kid!" yelled Gran.
"I think… I just discovered a new power." Said Izuku with dot eyes.
That was when they saw All Might in the distance. While Melissa and Inko knew about this, the rest didn't.
"Is that All Might?" asked Ochaco.
"You bonded with All Might!" yelled Toru.
"Yeah…" sighed Izuku.
"Was it an accident?" asked Tsuyu.
"No…" answered Izuku.
Most of them were shocked.
However Shoto and Katsuki quickly deduced why.
"You… found about the injury… didn't you?" asked Katsuki.
"I did." Said Izuku.
"Injury?" asked Ochaco.
"We'll explain later." Said Shoto.
Back with All Might's fight. He saw that All for One had gotten up despite a heavy injury he was showing.
"It's such a shame…" said All for One, "It appears your new little pet has discovered a new ability in his roster… one that just made everything worse."
"What?" asked all Might.
He turned around and saw the large group.
All For One aimed at an attack at them.
Thankfully the group had saw it.
Shoto grabbed her necklace and transformed.
She created an ice wall to block the attack before All Might could even react.
All Might smiled at this.
"They need to leave however…" thought All Might.
She knew that Izuku was the only one who could activate the telepathy.
On the other side of the ice wall.
"We need to get out of here…" said Inko.
"I'm sorry! I didn't even know I could even do that!" cried Izuku.
"It's fine…" said Melissa reassuring him, "But I think we should wait a bit to leave"
"Why?" asked Tsuyu.
"I can only carry a couple of you." Said Gran Torino, "And I don't know if all of us can escape…"
"That's right…" said Melissa who transformed.
She got walked over to Izuku.
"I can get it off him." Said Melissa, "But it will take a few minutes. We can come up with a an escape plan once it's off."
"Wait… can you even maintain your human form long enough…" said Tenya.
"You haven't been getting any sleep." Said Ochaco.
"Since I just bonded with All Might I got extra time." Said Izuku.
"We can easily form an escape plan." Said Tenya.
"We just have to make sure that we can get away soon and as quickly and safely as possible." Said Tsuyu.
"And make sure Katsuki doesn't do anything stupid." Said Toru.
"What the fuck that does that mean!" yelled Katsuki.
"We all know you want to tear that wall and join All Might's fight.," said Ochaco.
"Like you don't Round Face!" yelled Katsuki.
"It's not time to start fighting…" said Inko.
"She's right! We need to talk about what you all are wearing…" said Inko.
Everyone in the in the rescue attempt team froze.
"Crap! Aunty is using mom powers!" thought Katsuki sweating.
"We just decided to play dress up at Ochaco's apartment!" said Toru.
"Then why is Katsuki dressed like a boy? We all know Katsuki's identity issues." Said Inko.
"I just wanted to try it…" said Katsuki starting to sweat.
All but Shoto who was focused on the wall looked at Izuku, Melissa and Gran Torino.
Melissa had a look on her face that said "I need to focus on, so don't drag me into this…"
"I don't know any of you… so don't drag me into this…" was the look Gran Torino was a giving them.
"I'm going to have to agree with mom on this one!" said Izuku.
None of them could accuse him of being a traitor as he wasn't in on it…
They were now trapped in a corner.
There was no way to get out of it…
That is until Toru noticed something…
"Wait! Does Izuku have wings now!" yelled Toru.
However with the hecticness of everything. Izuku hadn't noticed his wings.
"Wait… I have wings!" said Izuku.
He finally noticed his new little wings.
Inko sighed…
Although Inko didn't use her mom powers often, Katsuki could tell what the sigh meant…
They were going to talk about it when it was all over.
Back with the fight.
"You know… I just realized, I haven't told you about my plan A." said All for One.
"I don't need to hear it!" said All Might knowing it would just be a distraction.
"Are you sure… even when it deals with your master Nana Shimura?" asked All for One.
"What?" asked All Might.
"That's right… my apprentice, Tomura Shigaraki is Nana Shimura's grandson." Said All for One.
All Might's eyes winded in horror.
"I was trying to figure out what would annihilate your golden heart… and then I found Tomura." Said All for One, "I groomed him to hate you. I was you smile so proudly as you beat your master's decadent."
"That's not true!" yelled All Might, "That's impossible!"
"Oh come now All Might you know it's the truth. It's clearly exactly what I would do…" said All for One.
All Might was trembling in horror.
"Now All Might… where is your smile now." Mocked All For One.
However all Might couldn't help thinking about his master…
Back with the others.
Ochaco lightly poked his wing.
"It's really soft…" said Ochaco.
"Your right…" said Toru joining in the poking.
"Can you please not poke my wings right now…" said Izuku.
"Your right… it harder to contrate if he moves around too much." Said Melissa.
"But how did I get them?" asked Izuku.
"They appeared after you bonded with Toshinori." Said Gran Torino.
"Toshinori?" asked Izuku.
"That's Uncle Might's real name." said Melissia.
"I know All Might's real name!" said Izuku with eyes sparkling, and making everyone sweat drop as a response.
"I didn't say anything because I thought you noticed…" said Gran Torino.
"But why did they appeared now… was because of All Might quirk, it does feel really powerful even if I can't use it at the moment… or was it because if you count me, there's 10 people in the bond and if gave me a power boost." Said Izuku in one of his mumbling sprees.
"Are you okay kid?" asked Gran Torino.
"He does this." Said Melissa.
That was when the transformation color beeped and it popped off.
"It's off!" said Melissa.
Izuku breathed a sigh of relief and then turned human.
"Oh you don't have your wings in human form." Said Toru.
"I guess not…" said Izuku.
However that was when he felt something…
"Deku what is it?" asked Katsuki.
"I didn't gain one quirk from bonding with All Might… I gained 2… I don't know how it happened…" said Izuku.
But then he really felt it… it wasn't so much he gained 2, it was more like he gained one, and one was created to fill Melissa's empty slot.
"We need to come up with a plan." Said Gran Torino, "I can carry Melissa for sure."
"It's probably better if I only carry a couple of you…" said Ochaco, "I know I don't have as many limits… but…"
"I know what you mean… I think I might need to use Respro Burst…" said Tenya, "But I will have some trouble…"
"Have you been practicing it?" asked Tsuyu.
There was an awkward silence.
"Katsuki…" said Inko.
Katsuki was looking at the wall.
"Katsuki no…" said Inko.
And that was when they heard All Might scream.
"All of us need to transform if All Might is screaming like that!" yelled Tenya.
"All right!" cheered Katsuki as she transformed.
"Not like that!" yelled Inko, Ochaco and Tsuyu.
"More like to defend ourselves if we get into trouble." Said Tenya as she transformed.
"Figure out a quirk that would help us get out of here kid." Said Gran Torino.
"Okay…" said Izuku.
He narrowed it down… to Katsuki's or Tsuyu's .
However he felt All Might's… as if it was asking to be used at the moment.
It was strange… like it wanted to be used at the moment.
"All Might's quirk would be useful…" he said.
And so he activated it… it wasn't a super strength quirk but rather a type of stockpiling quirk.
He let it fill his whole body and he felt he could dial it back, so that he could use.
"Izuku! It's really not a good time to use it." Said Inko.
That was when Izuku felt something from the quirk.
Something else that it was granting him something else…
"What is this…" thought Izuku.
He felt 9 lights… and for some reason, he felt he could also channel the quirk into the lights.
And he realized he should try it.
"Deku's trying something he shouldn't be…" said Ochaco.
"Not again…" sighed Tsuyu.
Back with the fight All Might was shaking, she couldn't believe this… but knew that All for One was right… that is exactly something the bastard would do.
That was when All Might felt something from the gem on her forehead. It was like she had just gotten another boost from her own quirk… yet somehow how there was a two of them.
Then it hit All Might as there was a bright flash of golden light. All Might's hair started to grow out while the bangs remained the same, the rest became long with some of it being tied in a bun.
She also gained a small white cape and a second layer was added to her skirt.
Not only that but her eyes was now the same gold as her gem.
"This power…" thought All Might, "Did Young Midoriya gain a copy of One for All? I was planning on giving it to him…"
The hero knew that she had to think about that later… for now she had to focus on this fight.
All of One scowled knowing that whatever just happened just fixed All Might's resolve.
However All Might wasn't the only one getting the new transformation.
Katsuki was surrounded by an orange light. Her hair grew out and fainted itself in a long ponytail. Grenade like gauntlets appeared on her arms and she gained an orange layer to her skirt. And her eyes were now bright orange.
Inko was surround by a green light. Her hair grew out a lot but unlike the others didn't change in style. She gained second pink layer to her skirt her sleeves now resembled carnation petals and eyes turned a brighter shade of green.
Ochaco was surrounded by a light link light and her hair grew and was put into a low ponytail. The second layer of her skirt turned into a sheer material. Her boots turned to a translucent pink oddly enough giving them a strange look like they were made of a puffy crystal. Her eyes also turned light pink.
Tsuyu were surrounded by a dark green light Tsuyu's hair length stayed the same as it was already incredibly long but it did restyle itself, it was alif her usual bow like braid was moved to the top of her head and the rest of her hair flow freely. She gained another layer of her skirt that resembled leaves as she also gained a pair of gloves that resembled frog hands. And her eyes turned a dark green.
Shoto was surrounded by a lavender light. Shoto's hair grew out and her fastened into a long braid, she gained something of a lace like blue cape while the back of her skirt lengthened. Both of her eyes were now the same color and was lavender.
Tenya was a surrounded by a sky blue light. Tenya's hair grew out and fattened into twin braids. Her sleeves became wing like as she gain a pair of metallic wings on her back as her eyes were now sky blue.
Toru was surrounded by a silver light, as like the others her hair grew out and for his fastened her hair into high pigtails. She had gained a second skirt though they couldn't see all of it, the bottom of it was a rainbow. Her back ribbon began larger and wing like. Her eyes also turned silver .
Melisa was surrounded by blue light. Her hair grew out and some of her hair were put into two buns. She gained a second layer of skirt that was very frilly as well as a pair of gloves that seemed to be glowing. Her eyes also turned a darker shade of blue.
"Frilly upgrade!" cheered Toru.
"This hair style isn't permeant is it?" asked Ochaco.
"I agree, I had decided this wouldn't be my hair style…" sighed Tenya.
"Don't worry! If I know my magical girls, this is just a temporary boost… thought might be a chance of being exhausted after the battle." Said Toru.
"I had no idea this was going to happen…" said Izuku.
"We know…" said Inko patting one of his ears.
"We have to get out of here." Pointed out Melissa.
Back with the fight… All for One had a new plan… one that he knew All Might wouldn't stand for.
He aimed an attack at the ice wall which he had been ignoring for a while.
The ice wall completely shattered before Shoto could do anything to fix it.
"7 of your students, 1 of their mothers and the daughter of David Shield…" said All of One, "Your all connected to them now…"
"Don't you dare got after them!" yelled All Might.
However before All for One could say anything he was suddenly engulfed by a large explosion.
Everyone looked to see where it came from… it was from Katsuki's gauntlet.
"Awesome! I always wanted something like this since I was a kid!" laughed Katsuki, "But I never needed it… whatever this powerup is… I think no matter what this bastard has planned… he won't be able to stand up against us!"
And with that the battle really got started…
Even if no one else on their side thought it was a good idea…
Next Time: With All for One making sure none of the others can leave the fight things get dicey quickly... however All Might know that she must defeat him. Will she be able to in. a very unexpected yet very magical girl way... Find out next time!
A/N: Let me clear up a few things... first off the reason why Izuku has One for All... he was able to copy it because All Might wasp leaning to give it to him before they bonded, basically opening it up to him while he bonded.
Why he was able to get a handle on it... he's used to learning how to use new quirks by this point. so that's the reason.
As for the other Quirk... it's his wings... they won't normally appear in his human form so they took the empty slot that the bond with Melissa took. So yeah...
