The Powerpuff Girls has always been one of my favorite Cartoon Network franchises ever, and since I love it so much, I've decided to do a whole retelling of the 2002 animated film The Powerpuff Girls Movie known as Specialness: A Four Super-Powered Little Girls Story which has new characters, new scenes, new locations, and different dialogue, and my OCs belong to me. Specialness: A Four Super-Powered Little Girls Story
Chapter 1: The Perfect Little Girl Formula
Within one of the fifty states of the United States Of America which is known as Virginia that is located in the Mid-Atlantic and Southeastern regions of the country, there is a vast and very beautiful metropolitan city known as Townsville, Virginia, and it has such very amazing places to go to such as tourist attractions, local businesses, and other businesses. Also, the many neighborhoods in the city are located in the urban area and the suburbs, and the main transportation of the city are taxis, buses, subway trains, and ferries.
The many tourist attractions are an urban public park called Maple Leaf Park, an amusement park called the Wonderland Amusement Park, a water park called the Aqua Zone Water Park, a zoo called the Happy Safari Zoo, an aquarium called I Sea You Aquarium, a forest called the Gentle Willow Forest, a beach called Sunnyside Beach, a museum called the Central Museum Of Treasury, a baseball park called the Venture Stadium, a soccer stadium called the Dawn Field, and a basketball arena called the Clover Arena.
The local businesses are Townsville City Hall, the Townsville Police Department, the Townsville Fire Department, the Townsville News Network building, the Townsville Tribune newspaper building, the Pokey Oaks Kindergarten Academy, the Horizon Institute Of Science and Technology, the Lilypad General Hospital, the Miracle Library, and the Theodore Roosevelt Space Flight Center.
The other businesses are a grocery store called the Quality Grocery Store, a gas station called the Oil Me Up Gas Station, a mini market called Stop and Shop Mini Market, an auto repair shop called the Auto City Repair Shop, a car wash called the Splash-N-Dash Car Wash, a video game arcade called the Xtreme Arcade, a roller skating rink called the Rainbow Roller Rink, a bowling alley called the Bowling Castle, a burger restaurant called the Burger Express, a hot dog restaurant called the Hot Dog Hut, a pizza restaurant called Papa Pepperoni's Pizzeria, a donut restaurant called the Donut Factory, and an ice cream restaurant called the Frosty Drive-In.
Townsville, Virginia, is such an amazing city and had many exciting locations to go to as well has having a great government, great homes to live in at the urban area and the suburbs, and great transportation, and even though it's an amazing city to visit, it only has one problem, and it's really in some serious trouble.
Somewhere in the city of Townsville, a huge explosion happens in the distance, and the explosion has happened at a local bank where it's being robbed by a group of vicious bank robbers, and the robbers successfully steals most of the money from the bank while the ones who are the employees of the bank are left very frightened by the bank robbery. Day by day, crime, lawlessness, and evil has always been running rampant and has been terrorizing innocent people for so long.
Elsewhere in the city, a group of thugs break into some cars which is located at the parking lot of a Donut Factory donut and coffee shop by using some crowbars and steal some of the owners' belongings such as their money, credit cards, coupons, cellphones, and watches as well as their purses and handbags. The thugs then run off with the stolen belongings from the cars, and while they did so, the members of the Townsville Police Department didn't do anything to stop their theft since they are busy with eating donuts and drinking coffee inside the Donut Factory donut and coffee shop, and they are also too afraid to fight back the criminal element of the city. The citizens of Townsville have lost all hope to stand up to the criminals and the forces of evil, and they are all helpless and in a desperate need of some kind of a true hero.
Elsewhere in Townsville, a gang of six green-skinned teenage hoodlums known as the Gangreen Gang which consists of Ace who is the leader, Snake, Big Billy, Chloe, Lil' Arturo, and Grubber, are causing some vandalism at one of the Quality Grocery Stores where they spray some graffiti outside of the walls of the grocery store, and they draw various graffiti art that shows praising themselves and the graffiti says "Ace Was Here", "Snake Rules", "Big Billy Is So Awesome", "Chloe Is Absolutely Beautiful", " Lil' Arturo Is Really The Greatest", and "Grubber Is Totally Amazing". There really must be somebody out there in Townsville who can help it out and make it a better place somehow.
Also, while the Gangreen Gang vandalize the outside walls of the grocery store by spray painting it, inside of the grocery store, there isn't that much customers due to the criminal element terrorizing the city, but there is only one customer in the grocery store so far, and it's a man known as Professor Howard Utonium who is a brilliant scientist and a professor at the Horizon Institute Of Science and Technology, and his car is the only one parked at the parking lot of the grocery store. The reason why he's shopping at the Quality Grocery Store at nighttime while the criminal element is terrorizing the city is because he is now planning on doing something about it, and he was brave enough to do so as well.
Professor Howard Utonium is planning on improving Townsville by somehow removing the criminal element, and how he will somehow do so is by creating the perfect little girl. How he will manage to create the perfect little girl in order to somehow remove the criminal element and make the city a better place is by using the ingredient mixture of sugar, spice, everything sweet, and everything nice and using the power of science in order to make that kind of thing happen. He shops around the grocery store for the correct ingredients while the city continues to be terrorized by the criminal element.
First, the Professor goes to the sugar and artificial sweetener section of the store where he buys three big boxes of sugar. Next, he goes to the spices, herbs, and teas section where he buys three big shakers of spices. Next, he goes to the candy section where he buys three big bags of everything sweet. Then, he gets finished with shopping what he needs at the store, and he goes to the counter where the cashier scans the sugar, spice, and everything sweet ingredients and he pays the right amount of money for them and he begins leaving the store.
While he does so, he suddenly witnessed the cashier being threatened by a hillbilly creature named Fuzzy Lumpkins who points a shotgun at her, and she very fearfully gives him a large wad of cash from the cash register just as he sadistically smirks at getting what he wants, and the Professor became very dejected at the scene just as he wishes something could be done about it and then he leaves the Quality Grocery Store just as he hanged his head. Outside of the store, the Professor heads right towards his car and prepares to head back to his home which is located in the suburbs of Townsville so he can begin on his perfect little girl experiment.
Just as he is, the Gangreen Gang get finished with vandalizing the outside wall of the grocery store and begin admiring their own spray paint art, and they all suddenly notice the Professor preparing to go inside his car and they decide to beat him up for fun just as they approached him from right behind. The Professor is about to get into his car, but before he could do so, he suddenly sees the Gangreen Gang from the reflection of the window of his car, and suddenly turns to them in fear and they begin brutally beating him up for fun before leaving. After the Gangreen Gang beat up the Professor, he dropped the grocery bag on the ingredients on the ground and he weakly picked it back up, and he was injured from being beaten up and went inside of the car with the ingredients for the perfect little girl.
The Professor leaves the parking lot of the Quality Grocery Store in his car and begins driving throughout the urban area. Just as he is, he dejectedly witnessed the city continued being terrorized by the crime and lawlessness such as a jewelry store being robbed by an evil seductress named Sedusa, a flower shop being cursed to be flower beasts by an evil demon named HIM, and a group of amoebas known as the Amoeba Posse are trying to commit a crime by trying to steal some merchandise from another store, but they're not that very good at committing crimes at all, and the Professor wishes that something must be done somehow which will be his brand new experiment.
Soon, the Professor leaves the urban area and arrives at the suburbs of the city where he and his family lives, and once he arrives there, his very dejected expression soon turns into complete happiness just as he is preparing to get started on his perfect little girl experiment at his home in the suburbs. He continues driving throughout the suburbs, and then he arrives at his and his residential house where he gets out of his car and goes inside the house. Inside of his home, he begins heading to his laboratory to get started on the formula for the perfect little girl by using the sugar, spice, and everything sweet, and he already knows that the fourth ingredient for the formula which is everything nice is at his lab.
But before he could arrive at his lab, he stopped at the living room where he begins observing some photos on one of the walls which shows him and his family together and spending some time together, and his family consists of himself, his wife Nancy Utonium who is also a scientist just like him as well as an astronaut of the Theodore Roosevelt Space Flight Center, his son Wyatt Utonium who is an young aspiring scientist, and a young pterodactyl-like monster named Delta who has been raised by Wyatt and his unique pet. The Professor smiled at the family photos for a moment, and he then stopped witnessing them and continued to head to the lab to do what he needed to do.
Also, upon seeing the Utonium family photos, they made him remind him that not only he plans to improve Townsville by creating the perfect little girl, he plans to make up for the tragic death of his and wife Nancy's daughter who have been miscarried a year ago which deeply devastated him, Nancy, Wyatt, and Delta, and he also hopes that creating the perfect little girl would somehow cheer them up for the loss of their miscarried daughter.
Soon, the Professor enters the laboratory where he studies on the many branches of science such as chemistry, physics, biology, astronomy, mathematics, robotics, genetics, technology, botany, and so much more, and he warmly greets his five-year-old son Wyatt Utonium and his son's pet pterodactyl-like creature Delta who are playing an platform video game on two handheld video game consoles together on as couch and are working together on watching the fourth ingredient of the perfect little girl formula which is a very big pot full of everything nice on a table, and Wyatt smiled at the everything nice ingredient just as he was also very excited about doing the experiment in order to somehow make Townsville a better place as much as his father is and Delta is very excited all about it as well.
"Hello, Wyatt." the Professor greeted.
"Oh, what's up, Dad?" Wyatt greeted.
"Hello, Delta, my son's pet creature." the Professor greeted.
"Hey, Professor Utonium." Delta greeted.
"So...did you get the ingredients that we need for the experiment from the grocery store?" asked Wyatt.
"Of course, I did." said the Professor just as he showed the grocery bag filled with the sugar, spice, and everything sweet ingredients. "Were you and Delta watching the fourth ingredient that is needed for the experiment?"
"Well, yes we were." said Wyatt just as he and Delta showed the pot of everything nice ingredient on the table.
"Son, do you know what little girls are made out of?" asked the Professor.
"That's easy. It's sugar, spice, everything sweet, and everything nice, and it's an old nursery rhyme." said Wyatt.
"I'm gonna try to use that old nursery rhyme for the power of science to create the perfect little girl, and use some genetic engineering as well," said the Professor.
"Yeah, but are you sure that your latest science experiment is gonna work somehow?" asked Wyatt.
"Mmm-hmm, and I need your and Delta's help to make it come to a success so it could be able to do some good for the city of Townsville." replied the Professor.
"Let us guess, Professor. It's to try to make the city a better place." said Delta. "And in order to do that, you're gonna use the old nursery rhyme of sugar, spice, everything sweet, and everything nice to use genetic engineering to create the perfect little girl. "
The Professor nodded his head. "You see, if the perfect little girl experiment could succeed, then I would teach her from bad and good and from right and wrong in order to do something good for Townsville by doing something about the crime that has been causing so much trouble for the city for so long. Also, I've always dreamed about doing something to help others in need by using the power of science, and I hope that the perfect little girl experiment would somehow work."
"Alright, Dad, and I hope for the same thing too and my pet Delta hopes for it too." said Wyatt. "I would like to teach the perfect little girl from bad and good and from right and wrong so she can do something good for Townsville since crime has always been running rampant as much as you do, and I think it's such a good idea."
"Maybe I can do the same thing for the perfect little girl, and since you're gonna use the ingredients and genetic engineering, Nancy would do it for her as well." said Delta.
"Hey, that's right, Mom will be very delighted about the perfect little girl experiment, but she is very busy right now." said Wyatt.
"Yes, your mother is currently doing some research at the space program, and she would sometimes visit us when she's off of doing work," said the Professor. "She would be very excited about all of this, and most of all...she would be very excited that it would somehow make up for...you know what I mean, Wyatt."
"I already know that, and it's the loss of my sister which was last year and she miscarried before she could be born," said Wyatt. "What happened to my little sister is very sad, and she will be missed."
"The whole family has been very depressed about your unborn sister's death, but we still had love and happiness for each other." said the Professor. "Creating the perfect little girl will make up for her loss besides improving this city. Oh, and speaking of the experiment, have you been watching Jojo while I've been out besides watching one of the ingredients?"
Suddenly, the Professor, Wyatt, and Delta heard some very loud screeching sounds and they all notice it came from a chimpanzee wearing a diaper named Jojo who is right on top of one of the shelves in the lab which is loaded with chemical beakers, and he began jumping off of the shelf and landed on some other shelves with beakers while smashing most of them in the process before landing right on the floor and begin causing havoc all over the lab as he usually does. Just as he ran across the floor, a group of robots that had been invented by Professor Howard Utonium known as the assist robots began chasing after him in order to restrain him from causing destruction to the laboratory.
Jojo suddenly jumps up to a wall-mounted TV and quickly punches the TV screen, and one of the assist robots manages to grab him from the TV, but he manages to punch it in the face and continues running around in the lab. He climbs up a tall computer equipment and begins throwing some of its reels off, and two of the assist robots attempt to grab him but he quickly dodges them just as he hopped on both of their heads. Jojo then jumps on a machinery and begins jumping up and down on it brutally which caused it to be completely wrecked, and three of the assist robots attempt to grab him, but he brutally beats them up and leaving them totally wrecked on the floor before continuing to cause mischief all over the place while the assist robots continue to chase him around in order to restrain them.
Just as Jojo continues to cause trouble and the assist robots continue to pursue him, the Professor, Wyatt, and Delta watches in complete shock and annoyance since they are completely aware that Jojo has always been very destructive even though he serves as the lab assistant to the Utonium family and was bought by the Professor from the internet in order to have a lab assistant which would be a primate, and Jojo was originally from an African country known as Rwanda before was put up for sale on the internet and the Professor realizes that it was a mistake to have Jojo as his lab assistant since he is very destructive, and Wyatt and Delta has already known it was a mistake as well.
"Actually, yes we have been watching Jojo, and it looks like the assist robots are watching him along with us," said Wyatt.
"We've barely watched that chimpanzee at all, and that's 'cause he usually does nothing but wreck things all the time. Especially the laboratory." replied Delta.
"That's right, Dad. Jojo destroying things is all he does, and you're even stuck with him as your lab assistant." replied Wyatt. "If that chimp is that destructive, then why did you choose him to help you around the lab anyway?"
"I honestly have no idea why I chose Jojo as my lab assistant in the first place, but the website I bought him said he was so friendly, calm, and helpful." said the Professor.
"Well, that website you got him from was so incorrect, and some things on the internet are sometimes not always correct," said Delta.
"Yeah, and I guess having Jojo as my assistant was a huge mistake since he does nothing but break things." said the Professor. "I have to admit it, Jojo is the worst lab assistant ever, and I am considering having him sent away."
"That's a good idea, and we can send Jojo back to where he came from and it can be the African country of Rwanda." said Wyatt.
"Having Jojo being sent back to Rwanda is for the best, and once we do so, we wouldn't have any more headaches from his destructive behavior," said Delta. "Seriously, what he has always done does give headaches."
"We'll deal with Jojo after we get finished with doing the experiment, and let's get started on it right now," said the Professor.
"Okay, let's do that, and the equipment for mixing the four ingredients is all ready," said Wyatt.
"And all of the equipment for genetic engineering is ready too," said Delta.
"That's great. Now let's create the perfect little girl together." said the Professor.
Wyatt and Delta nodded their heads in agreement, and Professor Utonium proceeds to create the perfect little girl by using the four ingredients sugar, spice, everything sweet, and everything nice in order to make Townsville a better place by doing something about the crime and lawlessness that has always causing problems for it with the help of his young son Wyatt and his son's pet monster Delta. He puts the grocery bag which contains the boxes of sugar, the shakers of spice, and the bags of everything sweet on the counter and Wyatt gives him the pot of everything nice and he also puts them on the counter. While the Utoniums are proceeding on the experiment Jojo continues to wreck up the lab while the assist robots continue pursuing him.
Jojo went to a bookshelf while three of the assist robots attempted to catch him, and he ended up throwing the books at them which caused them to be badly damaged and he threw some more books on the floor before continuing running across the floor and screeching very loudly. At the counter, the Professor starts up the machinery for mixing the ingredients together which is an automatic mixing machine wired up to a computer that shows how will the process of the genetic engineering will turn out and connected to four long cleared tubes which are also connected to some four chambers which are four helping out the process of the genetic engineering of the perfect little girl.
The Professor pours the sugar from the boxes into the mixer while Jojo ran on top of a file cabinet where he opened the top drawer and threw some papers all over the place and managed to dodge the assist robots, the Professor shakes the spice from the shakers into the mixer while Jojo got caught by one of the assist robots and manage to get out of it's grasp and grabbed on a rack of beakers filled with chemicals but it ends up collapsing due to his weight and a shower of chemicals rain down and he fell, the Professor pours the everything sweet from the bags into the mixer while Jojo suddenly gets into a brutal fight with some of the assist robots and he manages to destroy them so easily, and the Professor pours the everything nice from the pot into the mixer while Jojo climbs another rack to a wall clock and punches it.
Soon, the Professor gets finished with putting all of the ingredients in the mixer and he turns it on which causes it's automatic spoon to mix the ingredients together, and once he activates the machine, he begins typing on the computer for the genetic structure of the perfect little girl which the screen begins showing a DNA structure of the perfect little girl forming, and once the forming DNA structure shows on the computer screen, the mixture of the four ingredients begin going through the clear tubes and go inside the four chambers where it began working on the process of the genetic structure of the perfect little girl.
The first chamber works on the insides of the genetic structure such as the brain, heart, lungs, stomach, kidneys, and intestines while a formation of white light appears inside of the chamber, the second chamber works on the skeleton of the genetic structure such as the hands, feet, elbows, knees, ribcage, and skull while a formation of white light appears inside of the chamber, the third chamber works on the flesh and blood of the genetic structure while a formation of white light appears inside the chamber, and the fourth chamber works on putting together the insides, the skeleton, and the flesh and blood while a formation of white light appears inside the chamber.
While the process of the creation of the perfect little girl by using the sugar, spice, everything sweet, and everything nice ingredients and the genetic engineering machinery, the Professor watches the whole thing in complete happiness along with his 5-year-old son Wyatt and Wyatt's pet pterodactyl-like monster Delta who are also very delighted by the whole thing, and the Professor and his family are all very excited about the upcoming birth of the perfect little girl and will be teaching her on how to do something good for Townsville by somehow removing its criminal element as well as make up for the death of the Professor and his wife's unborn daughter from a year ago.
Just as the process of the creation of the perfect little girl continues, Jojo continues to cause havoc all over the laboratory and the assist robots continue pursuing him in order to restrain him from causing more trouble, and Jojo suddenly pushes Wyatt into Delta which causes them both to bump into the Professor, and it suddenly causes the Professor to push the mixer on the counter right above a mysterious flask containing some black chemicals and the metal spoon suddenly crashes into the flask by accident which caused the black chemicals to pour right into the ingredients into the mixer, and after the black chemicals has been accidentally poured into the mixture, it is quickly revealed to be known as Chemical X, a very powerful and mutagenic chemical that has been created by one of the Utonium family's ancestors so many years ago.
Once the Chemical X has been accidentally added in the perfect little girl formula, it began to have a very ominous glow inside of it and began bubbling up violently which causes the Professor, Wyatt, and Delta to become filled with complete surprise and fear, and the genetic engineering machinery for the perfect little girl suddenly begin going out of control and the computer that shows the forming structure of the perfect little girl's DNA to go out of control as well just as the forming DNA structure began forming so differently, and the four chambers for the experiment began going out of control as well just as the mixture of sugar, spice, everything sweet, and everything nice stopped going through the chambers through the tubes and began going back and forth through them while the white light formations began acting differently as well, and the Utonium family became even more surprised and shocked at the whole thing.
"Um, Dad...what's...what's going on with the experiment?!" asked Wyatt. "It's going crazy! And what made it happen?!"
"I guess I got shoved and it made me push the mixer to the Chemical X, and it has been added into the perfect little girl formula as an extra ingredient by accident!" exclaimed the Professor.
"Actually, we all got shoved right into each other that caused the mixer to crash into the Chemical X and get added into the experiment!" exclaimed Delta. "It was all because of that stupid..."
Delta suddenly got interrupted when he, Professor Utonium, and Wyatt noticed the genetic engineering machinery for creating the perfect little girl continues to go out of control due to the added Chemical X which was just an accident, and the perfect little girl formula continues to bubble up violently, the computer continues to go out of control and the DNA formation continues to form differently, and the tubes continues to go out of control and the mixture continues going back and forth in the tubes and the forming white light continues to form differently.
The Utonium family became even more shocked at the scene, and they slowly backed away from the genetic engineering machinery just as it continues to go out of control due the accidental addition of the Chemical X while Jojo continues to escape from the pursuing assist robots until he and they noticed the perfect little girl experiment is going out of control as well. Suddenly, the Utonium family notices the out of control experiment is about to explode and prepares to run away from the explosion in safety.
"It's gonna blow! Everybody take cover!" exclaimed the Professor.
Professor Utonium quickly picks up Wyatt in his arms and he, his son, and his son's pet pterodactyl-like creature quickly runs away from the out of control genetic engineering experiment before it could explode, and while they did so, Jojo climbs up to the counter where he observes the perfect little girl formula bubbling violently in the mixer with completely curiosity while the DNA structure on the computer suddenly turns into four DNA structures instead of one and each of them are in the colors of light pink, light blue, light green, and light purple and just as the four ingredients continue going back and forth through the tubes, each of the four formations of white light in the four chambers suddenly turn into the colors light pink in the first chamber, light blue in the second chamber, light green in the third chamber, and light purple in the fourth chamber.
Then, the perfect little girl formula in the mixer suddenly explodes violently due to the added Chemical X and it also exploded right in the curious Jojo's face which sent him flying across the laboratory, and once the perfect little girl formula explodes, Professor Utonium, his son Wyatt, and Wyatt's pet monster Delta are taking cover from the explosion right behind a wall, but the explosion pushes them towards another wall and they all end up being unconscious from the explosion on the floor. Also, during the explosion of the experiment, the sound of four cute giggling can be heard from right inside of the four chambers, meaning that the perfect little girl experiment could somehow be proven to be a success after all even though what just happened when the Chemical X has been accidentally added to the experiment.
