A/N: This is a one-shot crackfic that I did in a few hours, I might continue this depending on my mood. I wrote this with my phone during vacation lmao. Please leave a review.

Humanity has ended. Fifteen thousand years into the future, technology advanced rapidly as the mystique and mysteries of the world was slowly uncovered. There were no more secrets, the users of the occult, the magus society died out slowly, their magecraft waning in potency as years go by.

But, there was one group who never faltered. Atlas Institute, an organization dedicated to the uncovering of mystery, to search for more questions, to find the ways of the universe itself. At this day and where mystery is slowly disappearing, they remained resilient and continued their research for the future of humanity.

As the final days of humanity goes by, the remaining alchemists of the Institute worked their hardest for their magnum opus. Not a weapon of destruction as they typically make, but an Ark. Inspired by boat of the Great Flood, they made an Ark of Knowledge even the top Alchemists of the past cannot even begin to comprehend, a device that would surpass even the legendary TRI-HERMES.

"A Recreation of The Throne of Heroes itself"

The concept was first conceived before the total dismantling of Chaldea. As they feared that a day would come that humanity would outgrow their legends. Now, a question was conceived, and the answer was pondered for over hundreds of decades.

The following timeline of events aims to demonstrate the process of its creation.

3000 AD: The Last Master of Humanity's sealed corpse was passed over from the Mage's Association to the Institute's hands for research purposes.

3200 AD: Ristsuka Fujimaru's consciousness was successfully uploaded to a digital device.

3400 AD: Sir Galahad's Shield was successfully retrieved from the Mage's Association's hands, the Animusphere line died at the same year.

3700 AD: The frame of the vehicle that would house the archive was first conceptualized, the first iteration of the Ark.

4000 AD: The archive starts recording and transferring knowledge, the obelisks of TRI-HERMES and Chaldea's TRISMEGISTUS was integrated to the archive, the aim was to relay uncorrupted, unfiltered, and undiluted information for the next generation, to continue their mission diligently. The Ark was at 20% of completion while it was built around the Atlas Temple.

5000 AD: A millennia after the start of the project, the Seven Superweapons of Atlas were integrated to the Ark. The black barrels becoming its main retaliation system.

5500 AD: The remains of the Machine Gods were discovered deep in the Atlantic Ocean. The Institute started its research of reverse engineering the technology and plans to integrate it to the Ark if they were successful in doing so.

10000 AD: The project was in 80% of completion. A few centuries before, the Mothership CHAOS contacted the Atlas Institute, deciding to side with humanity for unknown reasons, making the completion of Starship TIAMAT underground more efficient. The renamed Ark was now large enough to be considered a small country.

10200 AD: The recreation of the FATE summoning system was successful, heroic spirit Mash Kyrelight achieved partial-incarnation and decided to undergo cryogenic hibernation to await for her duties. It was noted that ghost liners under partial-incarnation didn't rely on faith and popularity too much, depending on who they were in life, they might become weaker or stronger, the weakness could theoretically be mitigated by copious amount of mana, which the research team aims to achieve next. The first milestone of the project was achieved.

11000 AD: The intentions of Mothership CHAOS was deciphered. It seems that it saw humanity's apparent resemblance to its creators and decided to help the species achieve the preservation of knowledge. The Ark, TIAMAT was complete. The Archive was now also almost complete.

13000 AD: The current holder of Second Magic decided to help with the project and research for interdimensional travel beyond parallel worlds was established. They also achieved unlimited energy using second magic by pulling energy from parallel worlds. The Second milestone was achieved.

14000 AD: Paper Moon and Second Magic was the answer to the dilemma, they can now glimpse into alternate worlds beyond the scope of their original universe and its parallels. Imaginary Numbers dive was still far from reach.

15000 AD: Humanity nears its extinction, only a few remain of Earth. Gaia was essentially dead, and resources were drained rapidly due to a massive world war. Starship TIAMAT also entered deep space a few decades ago, with the last Alchemists on board leaving a message to its future captain, to preserve all of sentient life across alternate worlds, to interfere if needed, there is no hope for humanity, they were too late, but there still might be for others, beyond the universe itself. That is the new mission of Neo-Chaldea. The last milestone was achieved at that moment.

Present Day

Ritsuka Fujimaru stared at a hologram screen regretfully, he was informed of humanity's extinction a few months ago, the same time that his mind was reactivated and transferred to an artificial body. His loyal Shielder Servant Mash also awoke from her cryogenic sleep.

They found out that as long as Ritsuka's body was maintained, he was essentially immortal, meaning he can't die from old age. But any major wound could still be considered fatal though. Their new ship was called TIAMAT, a ship full of homunculi staff ready to serve their master and captain, their appearance differs from other homunculi, Chaldean homunculi had yellow pupils and white hair, compared to the Einzbern's red-eyed once. Though, the ship was too large to manage on its own, considering that it was the size of a small country.

So, Mash and Ritsuka aimed to summon partially-incarnated servants using the new summoning system. With over three-hundred frozen contracts reactivated, the pair decided to resummon their old friends first, then next would be the new servants from the Artificial Throne.

The pair stared at the summoning platform, Ritsuka looked at his command seals, sweat trickling down from his head. "Mash… I'm ready." He looked at his kouhai with a ghost of a smile.

Mash nods to her senpai. "Let's do this."

With three saint quartzes on the platform, Ritsuka lifted his hand as he started to chant.

"Oh heroes from beyond the end."

"Heed my call as you are needed once more."

"Listen! For here is my oath!"

"I, as the last of the humans, promised to uphold the preservation of sentience."

"I, as the last of the humans, promised to not steer away from my eternal duty."

"Step forward!"

"We shall serve as the foundation of a brand new civilization!"

"So, answer me!"

"Oh guardian of the sacred order!"

Bands of light exploded from the platform, the kaleidoscopic maelstrom surrounded the whole summoning room. The platform shone as bright as the sun as spiritrons form in conjunction to make a humanoid body.

Moments later, the light subsided. At the platform was a busty brunette woman holding a staff. "Leonardo da Vinci of the Caster Class, summoned as you ord-" She stopped when she saw who summoned her.

A boy with black hair and blue eyes, she knew this person. Well, he grew a lot taller since she last saw him. Beside him was a pink-haired young woman wearing a white Chaldean Mystic code. 'She grew her hair, how pretty.' She thought as the Shielder started tearing up.

"Well well well! Isn't this exciting! More adventures for us huh, Master-kun?" She winked at the young man.

"Welcome back, Da Vinci-chan." He answered, tears from his eyes.

"Now, now. We've got a lot of work to do, why not tour me for awhile?" The caster spoke in playful tone.

"Yeah, lets!" Mash answered enthusiastically.

A Few Years Later

Naofumi Iwatani leaned in as he was held by the soldiers of King Aultcray, he was accused of rape by the very kingdom he was supposed to protect, his fellow heroes glared at him as if he was filth. Everyone despised him by now, with all the accusations thrown at him.

"As if anyone would believe anything you say, you damn rapist!" The Spear hero sneered at him as the bastard embraced the red-headed woman.

Naofumi felt anger well up from his stomach in disgust. THIS was the people he was supposed to protect!? That bitch! The trash king! All of them! He needs to yell, tell everyone how much he hates it here. But… the emotion never came, he slumped in one of guards' arm as if he was passed out.

The audience gasped. What could've happened? They yelled.

The Spear Hero let go of Mein and approached the "passed out" Sheild Hero. He twirled his spear before poking Naofumi. "Oi-!"

Boom!*

Before the gentle poke could land, and explosion occurred. All the surrounding guards were thrown to the wall along with the Spear Hero. Amidst the smoke, blue orbs glowed within the fog. As the smoke subsided, they witnessed something bizarre.

It was Naofumi, wearing a white long coat with a golden "C" in its right shoulder. He wielded a giant white shield with the coat of arms of a laughing jester. They looked at his face, his eyes specifically, they were blue instead of green.

He started speaking, with a deeper voice this time. "Chaldean Sleeper Homunculus: Naofumi of the Shielder Unit, reactivating." The Shield Hero reintroduced himself, pointing his giant shield at the king. "Lüge Lansarz Faubrey, also known as Aultcray Melromarc XXXII, former Hero of the Staff, you will be bought to questioning at the Mothership along with the other heroes for working under a compromised counterforce, the magi and the representative of your holy church would be bought in as well, please do not resist." He spoke in a serious, almost cold tone.

"Shielder" observed his surroundings, the guards were ready to attack at any moment, and the heroes were in their "battle stances", the Spear Hero recovered and tried to plunge their spear to the Shielder. But before he could do it, he was hit by the giant shield. "Mission control, do you copy?" He spoke to his earpiece.

"Yes Naofumi, loud and clear." A female voice spoke.

"Operator, beam us up before their counterforce could retaliate. I scanned their divine constructs, they house spirits and should be sedated as fast as possible." The Sheilder ordered.

"Guards! Get him!" The king shouted.

"RAAAAAAH!" All of them launched an attack along with the other heroes before they were enveloped by a bright light.

The audience only heard a single phrase from the Shielder. "Mission complete."

At the same time, in another world.

"Naofumi's done with his thing, you should hurry up too, EMIYA said he's doing a full western buffet after he's done with Nilfgaard." A male voice spoke at the coms.

"Tsk, the hell happened with Mash? Why is your ugly mug here!?" Jeanne Alter asked her master as she stabbed another undead.

"She's gone to meet Naofumi at the docks." Ritsuka answered simply.

This made Jeanne scoff. "Ever the stage mother, huh. Now get me out of this hellhole, got the intel, we should be able to find the source of stagnation, something about a First Flame."

"Hm, alright. Find a safe place, I'll beam you up." Her master nodded at the screen.

"Fucking finally! I'm getting tired of killing undead!" Jeanne cheered.

Somewhere, perspective of the EMIYAs

"Assassin, status." The Archer asked his colleague. He aimed a bow at what appears to be nothing.

"No disturbances inside the palace, the elf is walking with the ex-knight to meet their "White Flame." You should be clear any moment now." The Assassin responded.

"Good, need to do this swift." It turns out that he was aiming at a balcony from miles away to assassinate an Emperor and his cronies. "Emhyr var Emreis, Cahir Mawr Dyffryn aep Ceallach, and Gallatin of the Scoia'tael Front. Starting elimination."

"Alright Archer, the aim is to create a big enough power vacuum so we can infiltrate the court easily." The Assassin instructed his partner. "Use a big explosion, we need to lay the blame to the mages… now fire."

Archer breathed in and out. "I am the bone of my sword…" A twisted sword manifested in his hand, he proceeded to load the sword to his bow. "Caladbolg!" The name of the sword was released, it flew miles away to the sky.

To the locals of the continent, it looked like a shooting star zooming through the sky as it broke through the sound barrier.

At Nilfgaard, the Emperor talked with his subjects, the former knight Cahir, and the elf, Gallatin. As Gallatin faced the Emperor, he saw a bright light come their way. "What the fu-!" Before everyone could respond, a large explosion destroyed the balcony, completely obliterating the trio.

"Alright, that's good." Kiritsugu, the Assassin Servant spoke to his partner at the coms. "You should come back to the ship, I'll go meet our Witcher friend and his allies."

EMIYA came down from his vantage point to look for a safe area. "I'll make a buffet when I get home, what do want for dinner?" He asked his fellow guardian.

"The usual." Kiritsugu answered as he got out of the Nilfgaard Castle Gates.

"Hamburger Steak, alright then. Mash's beaming me up, take care." The Archer spoke one last time before he was engulfed by a bright light.

Elsewhere, at Cintra

"By the gods, this is a mess." Medea, the Caster Servant exclaimed as she analyzed a giant ravine.

"What is it, Miss Medea?" Mash asked the caster from the mission control.

"The world's textures, it's like three different incompatible planets merged. The local legends are real, then." Medea answered while squeezing the bridge of her nose. "We need a new approach, the planet would tear itself apart if we let this just be as it is."

"Mhm, do I have to retrieve you now? Mister EMIYA is almost done with dinner."

Medea shook her head. "No it's alri-"

"The Artorias are there" Mash intercepted.

Medea's body stiffed up as she packed her tools in a hurry, the witch. "Why didn't you tell me!?" She yelled at her earpiece.

"I'll take that as a yes, then." Mash spoke as she pressed the button for retrieval.

A Few hour later, At The TIAMAT's deployment docks

Kiritsugu opened his eyes, he sensed that he was home once more. The assassin looked up and saw Starship TIAMAT's artificial blue sky, He looked at his companions while they were being scanned by the homunculi staff for sanitation.

The young girl, Cirilla, looked at the area in awe. The pure white buildings outlined with gold, the skyscrapers of the Chaldean City was something she hasn't seen before.

The Witcher Geralt on the other hand was glaring at Kiritsugu as if he was just lied to. Well, unsurprising since Kiritsugu's wording was sort of confusing.

Jaskier the bard, the man beside Geralt, gulped in nervousness. 'Looks like I got myself in another mess.'

"You three, I'll hand you over to the staff, I'm needed in the garrison." The counter guardian told his guests.

As he walked away, the Witcher called him. "Wait! What about Yennefer?"

"We'll get her next time, for now, rest. We'll have to solve this safety problem with your princess tomorrow." Kiritsugu spoke as he waved goodbye to the group.

Central Command Room

"Captain, we got all of them." A homunculus told Ristuka.

"Good." Ritsuka nodded as he gazed at a screen full of maps and numbers. "What about Castoria's mission in Ferelden?"

"She's stuck, Sir. Do we send backup?"

"Send Iskandar, his Noble Phantasm should balance out the battle with the darkspawn." The captain ordered.

"Aye aye, Sir." The homunculus responded as they flicked a switch. "Rider Iskandar, this is Central Command, you are needed at the docks."

Moments later a homunculus barged inside the central command "Sir! It's chaos in cafeteria! It's two of the guests!"

Ritsuka sighed in exhaustion. "Again? Let me guess, Fullbuster and Dragneel?"

"Yes, captain."

Ritsuka Fujimaru palmed his face. 'Just another day at work.'
