The First Day, Part 2
At the same time as Dazai enters Class 1-C…
For Suzune, her class is not what she's expected of an elite school. If this is still her old persona, she will just brush it away and mind her own business, but two years of learning and some guidance from Itachi about how to become more sharp and sociable, she's start to become better at analyzing her surroundings.
Inside her class, which is Class 1-D, the students from what she can see is like normal student in your everyday high school instead of what she can expect of an elite school. Furthermore, she also already have suspicions about how generous the entrance exam for her. There's something fishy about this school and she's about to find it no matter what. For her seat, she sits on the fourth line of the last row. Kokoro surprisingly sit on the first line of the first row, close to the class entrance door. She feels bad for her since after three years, she knows how shy Kokoro is but she can only hope she'll adapt to it. As for Akito, he sits on the fifth line of the seventh row. However, the one that sits on her left side give her a bad vibes.
He is a tall young man with brown hair, brown eyes, and a fair complexion. He is seen wearing a standard male ANHS student uniform and it seems have a muscular-built body which from Suzune brief review compares it to Itachi. But what makes her feel something off and stay away from him is his facial expression, which is almost if non-existent and looks like he was sleepy or even unable to change his expression. His eyes are like hawk searching for prey, observing everything around him.
'I must be keeping my guards when around him.' Suzune thought as she currently reading her favorite book, Crime and Punishment by Fyodor Dostoevsky. But due to something that she didn't expect, the student she wary the most speak to her.
"You're the one that give the seat to the old lady on the bus back then." The male student said with tone that really fit with his expression: plain and emotionless. "I thought you have no interest of doing that so why'd you do it?" He asked.
Suzune silent for a moment, close her book and look at him with serious look. "Because… It's the right thing to do." She replied with the answer she have on her mind. "Are you not planning to give the seat to the baa-san?" She returns the question.
"I was planning to do so before you stand up by your own volition." He answered.
"It's also the bus conductor fault." She then gazes toward Kouenji. It seems after three years had passed, he still the same, arrogant, narcissistic freak back on the Middle Grade Martial Arts Tournament. The muscular blonde is sitting by putting his leg on the desk while see himself in the mirror, not caring at all about anything around him. "Dealing with Kouenji-kun of all things is not wise. For one that knows him briefly, I really disappointed that he doesn't change at all."
"But, we can't easily change the mindset that we already have after years of thinking that way. That's the logic." The brown-haired student argued.
"Maybe that's true. However, the most important if someone want to change to be better in my opinion is not because of being push to do it. It's the inner desire to never use their old mindset during that process of change." Suzune slightly smiled, remembering her situation three years ago. "I by far know that feeling the most."
"I see." The brown-haired man said before introducing himself. "My name is-"
"May I have your attention?" Before the brown-haired student can introduce himself to Suzune, the same blonde student that on the same bus as Atsushi speaks up with a kind smile. Speaking of Atsushi, he seat in between Suzune and a teenage girl of average height with butt-length pink hair that is tied in twin pigtails with bangs swept to the left side, gradient blue eyes, a very well-endowed figure. She also wears red glasses. "Since we're going to be together in this class, why don't we introduce ourselves? That way, we can know each other better. After all, our homeroom teacher is still not come yet." He suggested.
"I agree!" A short, beige haired-student with crimson eyes said in excitement. She seemingly the friendly type person.
However, Suzune knows that she can't judge from outer looks. She remembers her go to the same middle grade school as her and Manabu and seemingly has connections to a certain incident. Nevertheless, Suzune doesn't know her well and simply just give her a wide area.
"Okay." The blonde-haired gyaru that on the same bus as Atsushi also stated her agreement with a smile.
"After all, I still not know anyone in here." Another seemingly gyaru type, a teenage girl of average height with upper-back length brown hair that has bangs hanging on the left side, and blue eyes also said her agreement. She have a laid back, carefree appearance by wearing a thin orange cardigan with the sleeves rolled up, with a loose tie around her neck instead of a normal female ANHS student uniform.
The blonde haired student seems happy that most of the class agrees with his suggestion before introducing himself. "All right then. Start from me, my name is Yousuke Hirata. You can call me Yousuke if you want. I like all kind of sports. I'm also hope to join soccer club on this school. Nice to meet you all!" He said, introducing himself as Yousuke Hirata. This make Suzune happy that one of her classmates is friendly.
"Then it's my turn!" The beige-haired girl from before said. "Hi, my name is Kushida Kikyou. None of my friends from junior high made it to this school, so I'm alone here. I'd like to get to know all of your names and faces right away and become friends as soon as possible! My first goal is to become friends with everyone. So, after we're finished with introductions, I'd love for you to share your contact information with me!" She introduced herself in cheerful tone as Kikyou Kushida. Most of Class 1-D students quickly enamored by her angelic personality as she seems kind enough similar to Hirata.
However, some not take Kushida's introduction well.
Suzune for at most keep her guard. After all, she's the student from the incident that happens on her middle grade school. She can be up to something if she recognizes her.
As for Atsushi, he can sense something is wrong. Ever since he was a young boy, Atsushi has sharp sense that allows him to feel if someone's emotion is being trigger by something. From what he sense from Kushida, she's similar to a certain hell-hound he already begrudgingly acquaintance with for over two years.
Anger toward someone or rather… Toward anyone in particular.
'I must be careful when interacting with her. From what I sense, she kind of remembers me of him. I better be careful when I was around her.' Atsushi concluded.
One by one, all of the students on Class 1-D introduce themselves including Akito, Kokoro, and the blonde-haired gyaru from the same bus as Atsushi that introduce herself as Kei Karuizawa. Even Kouenji did so in his own arrogant way, even claimed to punish those that bothers him. This really makes Suzune's cringe. Was his arrogance so important to him that he never consider changing to be better? But she know better that not all people want to change.
Then it was the brown-haired boy from before to introduce himself. Stand up from his seat, he then start to speak with his usual, monotonous voice. "Well … Um, my name is Kiyotaka Ayanokouji. The, er… there's nothing particular about me, I will do my best to get along with everyone, uh, nice to meet you." He introduced himself as Kiyotaka Ayanokouji. His eye flickers around as he introduces himself.
Feeling pity for him, Hirata just smiled while clapping his hands. Some of the students also do the same out of pity of his introduction. "Nice to know you, Ayanokouji-kun. Let's get along." He said as Kiyotaka back to his sitting position once again.
'What kind of introduction is that?' Suzune thought in disbelief. Is not her being arrogant or anything but even in her old, flawed persona, she still can introduce herself to the teacher properly during middle grade school. 'Still… He probably home-schooled so I feel pity for him…'
Atsushi also thought the same. But can't help but feel cautious of him. He knows far better the most that someone with plain attitude likes this must be hiding something, and he pretty certain based on the experience that it wasn't pretty at all.
Now it was Suzune's turn. She stands up from her seat after put her novel on the desk and speak up. "My name is Suzune Horikita. I like to do Aikido and reading novels. Please to meet all of you." Suzune said while inwardly smiled, hoping she would leave positive reaction from the class.
Hirata nod with a smile. "Nice to know you Horikita-san. Next, I believe we see each other on the bus." He said pointing to Atsushi.
Atsushi nod with a smile as he stands up. "My name is Atsushi. Atsushi Nakajima. I come from Yokohama. My hobby is reading. Nice to know all of you." He said introducing himself.
"Nice to know you as well Atsushi-kun. For the next-" Before Hirata can continue, his words being cut off by a loud bang of the desk being kicked. The perpetrator is revealed to be the same red-haired student that falls asleep during the entrance ceremony. His appearance clearly resembles a delinquent.
"What are we a bunch of kids or something? I don't need to introduce myself. I doubt that's what the school is looking for to be 'proud' of us. People who want to do that can go ahead. Just leave me out of it!" He said in rather high tone.
"What's wrong with introducing ourselves?" Atsushi immediately demanded. "That's one of normal decency considers we're going to be classmates for three years. Don't blame us if we left you behind because of it." He stated, quite disliking the redhead attitude.
Silent for a moment, the red-haired just tched before finally relent himself. "Ken Sudo." He grudgingly introduces himself.
"Humph." A women voice grunted in disappointment and it was come from a female student that sits behind Kei. She is a pale-skinned girl that seemingly around Atsushi's age with a short and slim build. Her eyes are green, and her long crimson hair is styled into two thick braids with choppy bangs and a white flower hairpiece on the left side of her head. Like Suzune, she completely wearing her ANHS female student uniform. "This is why male pride are annoying. All that they care is only about their stupid pride. At least I can respect what Hirata and Atsushi did." The girl then stands up from her seat and making a slight bow while hold the tip of her skirt. "Before I forgot to introduce myself, let me do so. My name is Lucy Maud Montgomery. Let's get along for the three years to come." She said in surprisingly polite tone but not all quickly fool by it.
'Lucy-chan… She seems try her best to hold her disdain.' Atsushi thought while making comical sweat drop on his head. He after all knows best that Lucy has general dislike with 'normal people' because she feels they are lucky for not experiencing something like her. It was thanks to Atsushi that she slowly changed.
For Kiyotaka, Lucy seems caught his interest as he looks at her intently.
The Class 1-D is silent for a moment before making the same reaction like when Sumireko introduce herself on Class 1-C.
"SERIOUSLY!?"
"A FOREIGNER!?"
"She's quite arrogant for a foreigner…"
Suzune already expect this since the existence of another foreign student on Class 1-A so she not that surprised considers what Manabu manages to do to ANHS.
Before Hirata can continue, the door of Class 1-D open, revealing their homeroom teacher. She is a young woman on her late 20s with long brown hair that is tied in a ponytail with bangs swept to the left, brown eyes, and a well-endowed voluptuous body and a serious expression on her face. Her outfit consists of a black blazer with a white polo shirt underneath, a short black skirt, stockings and a pair of black heels. "All of you, quickly back on your seat." She ordered with stern tone.
After all of Class 1-D students back on their seat, the teacher then introduce herself. "Good morning new students. My name Sae Chabashira and I'm in charge of class D this year. I teach Japanese history. This school doesn't rearrange the classes every year, so over the next three years, I hope I get to know all of you." She said with plain tone. However, there's hint of anger and disappointment on her words, something Atsushi immediately notice.
"Now I will now distribute the list of special rules of this school and the matriculation guide. Keep in mind some of the rules already change thanks to the current Student Council President revolution." Sae informed. "Please hold all questions until the end." She continued. With that she began to walk through the class handing out the same guidance book that Dazai give to Class 1-C.
"At this school, there are special rules that make it different from every other high school. All students are required to live on campus, and are forbidden from contacting anyone outside the school. However, that changes thanks to the current student council president. The detail of it already written on the book. While you're here, there are many other facilities so that students don't suffer. There are karaoke, theater rooms, cafes, and even boutiques." Murmurs rose from some of the more excitable students.
"I believe you also being shared smartphone by the front staff of the school right? These only work on school grounds. It serves as your Student ID cards. With this phone, you can buy anything from any of the shops and facilities around campus. It works like a credit card. However, be careful of how many points you use. There's nothing you can't buy at school. If there's something on school grounds, it's purchasable." Sae informed them but on a more ambiguous way than Dazai did.
"Student cards can be used by swiping them on the machines. Using the machines is really easy, so you won't have any trouble with them. The points will be automatically credited on the first day of the month. Everyone should already have 100,000 points on their card. Also, 1 point is worth 1 Yen. Any more explanation is unnecessary." For a moment, the classroom got loud, real loud. Those that had never had access to that much money suddenly excited about the prospects of such a large sum.
"Were you guys surprised by the amount of points given? This school measures the abilities of its students. Everyone here, who passed the entrance exam, has shown some level of merit and worth. The amount of money is a reflection of your skills. Use without holding back. After graduation, however, all the points will be taken back. Since it's impossible to change these points into cash, there's no point in saving up the points. How the points are used are up to you. Use it on things you like or need. If you feel that no use for some of your points, you can always transfer them to someone else." Sae said before looked around the room.
"It seems like no one has questions. Well then, please lead a good student life and enjoy yourself for the first day. The Club Fair will usually begin on the evening so be prepare." Sae said as she nonchalantly leaves the classroom.
After Sae leave the classroom, Suzune can't help but finding something suspicious back from the entrance exam till' now. She also hears some seniors whining about their lack of private points during her way to the class. Just what is this Private Points importance and why'd she feels something fishy about all of this.
"Um… Horikita-san." Suzune glance to her left seeing Atsushi called her. "Forgive me… But you don't mind called Horikita-san right?" He asked.
"Feel free to call me whatever you want… Atsushi-kun." Suzune nod, knowing that Atsushi just called her. "For what reason you call me?"
Atsushi shook his head. "It's fine. I just… Feel something is not well about Sae-sensei. I can only feel rage, disappointment, and mocking from her. It's like… She wants to see us fall…" Atsushi shared his opinion on the matter.
"See us fall?" Suzune ask in curiosity. "Why'd you think like that? She's our sensei. Surely she will support us." She said the most logical argument. After all, what kind of teacher wants to ridicule her own students?
"I don't think like that. Can't you see the way her gaze toward us? She sees us like some kind of useless person. I… Really can't acknowledge Sae-sensei as my teacher." Atsushi stated his blunt, honest opinion. "However, I get you noticing something is off with Chabashira-san explanation?"
"I agree with toraneko-chan here." Lucy suddenly joined in as she appears beside Atsushi all of the sudden but she probably walks toward both of them without they noticing. "That teacher from what I can tell is not a true teacher. Just like someone that tries to mock us or something. Seeing it makes me sick."
"That's not an appropriate words toward someone that older than you and a teacher nonetheless, Montgomery-san." Suzune warn her.
"Lucy-chan… This is not a place where you can opine freely in the open like that." Atsushi also share Suzune agreement to warn her.
"Like I care about it and also… Please call me Lucy, Horikita. I really not like any honorifics." Lucy said with no care attitude of what she just saying
During the entire conversation, Suzune clearly shocked by what Atsushi and Lucy just describe to her. Is both of them are like Itachi that able to read other people easily? Anyway, Atsushi's last question toward her makes sense. "I feel something's off after her explanation. Like this school seemingly nothing like it seen from the outside. If so, do you want my assistance to search for this problem together?" She asked which earn nod from Atsushi. "Okay then. After this first day is over, we'll begin."
"Count me in. Seeing toraneko-chan even bother to interact with you, I can tell that you're not boring person to interact with. Especially considers how your hobby reminds me of my old friends…" Lucy chimed in nostalgic tone; remember quite fond memories of her past.
"You realized it from the front seat?" Suzune quizzically asked.
"Suzune." Akito raise from his seat and approach her. "How about we go to the canteen during noon? You can also take Kokoro if you want." He then glances at Atsushi. "You're Atsushi and Lucy right? My name is Akito Miyake. Nice to meet you." He said while offer a handshake.
"Likewise." Atsushi said while accepting the handshake while Lucy just nod with a formal smile knowing Akito also good to befriend with.
However, due to Sae's explanation, his classmate that seems unaware of hidden malice behind her words with only handful of them plus the existence of problematic students like Sudo, Yamauchi, Ike, Shinohara and Kouenji he can conclude one thing.
Seems Class 1-D is not a normal classroom like he was first thought. All according to a certain person prediction.
"Sure I don't mind about that. However, I think we shall ask Hirata-kun and if can… Inogashira-san to join as well. As for now, he's currently the most trustable person in the class with all of you in here. There's something that I need to discuss with him." Suzune stated while agreeing to Akito's offer.
While Suzune's class seems disorganized and being happy with the Private Points explanation which of course hold some secrets, the same can't be said for Honami's class. Different than Class 1-D who seems mind their own problems for each student or Class 1-C that still on the process of accepting their homeroom teacher stupidity, Honami's classmates are friendly and manage to act as one unified class the instant they're introducing themselves.
For Honami herself, she can see there are some of her classmates that stand up from the rest.
The first one introduces himself as Ryuuji Kanzaki. Judging from his way of speaking, Honami can conclude he is a quite realistic man on his approach. Kanzaki is a young man of average height with violet-bluish hair and purple eyes. He wears a male ANHS student uniform.
The second introduce himself as Sou Shibata. He's a good person who has good athletic abilities and favors soccer like Hirata did. Shibata has blue hair and purple eyes. He wears a male ANHS student uniform.
The third introduce herself as Asuka Tanaka, which earn clap from other students as her father is well-known to be a famous Euphonium player. Asuka is a teenage girl of above-average height with straight and lush shoulder-length black hair, and light-blue eyes; she wears thin red circular glasses, which are seen as her trademark and like Honami, wearing a female ANHS student uniform.
Speaking of the two girls that she talk with during the entrance ceremony, both of them introduce themselves as Mako Amikura and Chihiro Shiranami respectively. They are quickly become friends as they are freely talking about many things. Of course Honami's reputation as the participants of the Middle Grade Martial Arts Tournament three years ago at first make some of her classmates bit afraid of her because her gentle nature really betray that she's a practitioner of Taekwondo. This however makes her form a quick friendship with Kanzaki, who's revealed to be 2nd Dan in Karate and he want to spar with her sometimes.
By luck or not, Honami never expected her class will get a good homeroom teacher in the form of Chie Hoshinomiya. Chie is a young adult woman of average height with chest-length light-brown hair that is curled at the bottom with bangs hanging on the right side, purple eyes and a slim but well-endowed body. Her outfit consists of pink shirt, short gray skirts, a silver necklace and right armband. She, unlike Sae did, wearing heel sandals.
Unlike Dazai and Sae, Chie explained the general rules with kinder tone and no jokes although she occasionally hiccups due to drinking alcohol. Like Itachi and Suzune before her, Honami also founding something strange with the teacher explanation and from what she can see, Kanzaki and Asuka also feel the same.
However, she needs to make class structure first so they can unite as one. Honami then goes toward the podium before clapping her hands.
"Hai Hai! May I have all of you attention?" Honami asked with a smile. Due to her kind nature, most of the class happily agrees with her. "Now, with Hoshinomiya-sensei explanation, do all of you find something suspicious? If that so, feel free to speak your mind. After all, we're going to be together for three years!" She encouraged as Kanzaki raise his hand. "Yes Kanzaki-kun?"
"I found something suspicious about these Private Points and the word merits. My suggestion is as we bide our time searching for the true meaning of it, we shall behave in class and keep safe our private points as many as possible." Kanzaki explained his theory and suggestion.
"I see! And I also see four cameras on each corner of our class Honami-chan!" Kozue said. She's bit saddened that Shiho attend the different class from her but she hope Shiho will be all right in her class. After all, they can still meet with each other during the break.
"Heh? You've got quite sharp eyes, Kozue-chan!" Asuka praised her.
Kozue just smile receiving the praise.
"In any case, we must behave inside class while all of us try to search for the true nature of Private Points. And for safety, don't tell this to anyone outside our class." Kanzaki stated which surprisingly earns nod from Honami.
"I agree with Kanzaki-kun. It's not like we don't trust our friends from another classes, but we must use this as a way to keep them from borrowing Private Points while we doing an investigation." Honami said in agreement with Kanzaki suggestion. "Now let's move to another part, choosing a class representative."
"That fast already? You're too overworking in this." A female student that has violet eyes and long violent hair that is tied up in twin-tails speak up in bored tone. Her face also looks disinterest with the discussion. Honami known from her introduction as Yuki Himeno. "The day is still long. Let just enjoy ourselves for a moment while also investigating this."
"They said its best to prepare umbrella before rainfall right Yuki-chan? If that so, we already choose class representative on the first day will make us one step ahead of the other class who probably still on progress of choosing class representative as well. After the introduction and our discussion, I think I know who the one that fit to lead us is." Honami said while pointing to unexpected person. "Kanzaki-kun, I think you're the one that fit to lead us Class 1-B as class representative." She said with a smile.
Kanzaki immediately shook his head. "I can't. Even though I can confident on my analysis and academics, I don't have a charisma to become a leader. However, I think you can do it Ichinose. Your experience as student council president on your middle grade school plus your ability to make this class already unite on the early first day makes you more than better to become one." He reasoned. Honami however shook her head with a smile.
"I'm not as good as you think, Kanzaki-kun. After an advice from someone and recall my experience… I realized that I'm a person that easily fall under the pressure and sometimes overblame myself over something. Also, during my reign as student council president on my middle grade school I mostly supported by other student council members so I maybe not your good choice of becoming leader." Honami argued. 'If not because of your advice back then… I probably not realize my own minus. Thank you, Itachi-kun.'
"That's a good way of thinking, Ichinose-san." A male student with an average build and height with broad shoulders and a defined facial structure speak up. He has short, slightly spiky and messy dark blue hair with bangs framing his face, and sharp, aqua-blue eyes. "Knowing your weakness is a one way to adulthood." He said. From the introduction, Honami knows him as Arata Kaizaki. "However from the situation now, it was only you that can become the leader of our class Ichinose-san. However, you need a powerful adviser so that the pillar which is you won't easily fall." He opined.
"If that so, being an advisor is not a bad thing. I'm ready for it. However, you also shall have your own opinion Ichinose. Not all my advice is always right after all." Kanzaki suddenly said, agreed to be her adviser. "I'll be in your care for the next three years, Ichinose."
Honami smiled hearing it. She really glad that for the next three years, she and her classmates seemingly can go well with one another. "Umu. Nice to work with you for the next three years, Kanzaki-kun." She said with happiness. "Now like what we said before, we'll use our first day to relax ourselves while waiting for the club fair on the evening. Then starting tomorrow, we'll try to search the true nature of the school. Feel free to ask our senpai for any information. For now, class dismissed." Honami ordered.
"Hai! Ichinose-san!"
For Masumi Kamuro, despite being placed in a class that she can call probably the best class due to how properly behave the students are when their homeroom teacher, Tomonari Mashima that teaches English explained to them about the school system, he can feel her own class have a high tension of who shall become the class leader. Mashima is a middle-aged man of average height with gray hair and green eyes and he's seen wearing business suit fit for a teacher.
With a few hours of discussion, their class concludes that they'll not get 100.000 Private Points next month and one of them manage to decipher that the merits words means that they're must be some hierarchy in the placement of the students.
Masumi clench her fist in frustration after hearing this. If this class hierarchy is true, she can't bring herself to face her friends. Those three years of friendship was very precious to her and was not a lie. She doesn't want to mock her friends just because they were on lower class than she did. Especially ever since she manage to build decent friendship with Honami, Mio, and Suzune due to their mutual interest of martial arts.

Remembering her promise to her father's grave once again, she shook her head. Yeah, she promises to be her own person and she will do it even if what they decipher is true.
But after that, another trouble arises. It seems that after some heated arguments, her class seemingly split into two factions.
The first faction is Katsuragi Faction that she dubbed as Shield Faction, since from what she's analyze, Kohei Katsuragi, the leader of the faction want just to defend their standing as Class A if their theory about the school hierarchy is true and will attack only if they're threatened, or conservative ways of leading in short. Katsuragi is a well-built young man of above average height. He is bald and has a large body frame compared to other students, which contributes to his intimidating appearance. Based on their small interactions, he becomes bald because of illness and this reminds Masumi of her late father. Despite knows that he's actually a good person despite his intimidating looks, she feels that Katsuragi reluctance to attack and change will cost Class A dearly and she hope she can give him some advice if what they theorize is true.
Unfortunately for Katsuragi, most of his faction consists of arrogant and blindly loyal students that look down on other classes. Especially Yahiko Totsuka that adore Katsuragi like he some sorts of god. His act alone makes her disgusted by it. However, she knows there are also some normal people on Katsuragi Faction that allied with him because they don't want to lose their position in Class A that they get by hardships. Yahiko is an average young man of average proportions. He has green hair and matching eyes and wearing male ANHS student uniform.
The second faction is Sakayanagi Faction that she dubbed the Spear Faction because what they want is not just defend their position as Class 1-A but also want to attack other class to prove that they're worthy of Class 1-A or in other words innovative. Most that join her are one with the greatest intellect or physical abilities in the class but their leader is rather surprising. She walks in a cane and have a small body. Her name is Arisu Sakayanagi. She's a petite teenage girl with lilac colored hair and violet eyes. She wears the standard ANHS female school uniform, with her accessories being a black beret on her head with a gray ribbon connected to it and a white pair of stockings with garter belts. She also has a metal cane which helps her walk. However, Masumi can't help but feel wary about her. She has feeling that if Arisu manage to topple Katsuragi, then Class 1-A will becoming some kind of empire with her in charge. In fact, from her way of speaking, she sounds like the mafia boss that her father always talks with her as a bedtime stories.
For now, she decides to remain neutral because for her, neither path was right. Katsuragi despite his care for the class is too reluctant to attack while Arisu despite her way of thinking without a doubt will make Class 1-A will be force to be reckoned with, she afraid that it will be too drowned in her color that will make them at disadvantage when someone knows her ways of thinking.
"Kamuro-san. May I accompany you?" Masumi look up and see one of the foreign students on her class. She appeared to be around the age of 17 with gentle-looking face although she can sense she's more than what it seems. She has straight blond hair that was tied into two pigtails at the front and wearing ANHS female student uniform. From her introduction, she was introduced herself as Monica Krushevsky, which sounds like she's a mix of Russian and American blood.
Masumi nod. "Sure. Because, I really don't want to take a part in this faction battle." She said honestly. "Why did you not take any sides?" She asked.
"Both sides don't interest me. Katsuragi-san is too pacifist and sure that Sakayanagi-san promise of making us will remain as Class 1-A with her leadership sounds good but I can see something." Monica stated.
"Something?" Masumi asked in confusion. From her perspective, Arisu is your typical intellect girl but it's true that she sensing something is off about her. But considers that based on her introduction Monica was a daughter of a military general, she can trust her judgment even for a bit.
"Oh. Have you two talked about such an interesting issues?" The second foreign student inside Class 1-A suddenly joined the conversations. She has white hair in a chin-length bob with birkin bangs and sky blue eyes. She also clips various bobby pins towards the right side of her hair and wears a simple belt and wearing ANHS female student uniform. From her introduction, Masumi known her as Siesta, or that's what her name is since she claimed she don't have family name. "Is it about our class is split in two?" She asked.
Masumi nod. "I and Monica discuss something's off about Arisu." She replied.
"I see. Then I guess its Krushevsky-san that has such theories. Can you tell both of us what you theories are? After all, the three of us seemingly the last stronghold of this class neutral faction although personally I prefer Sakayanagi-san way of leading." Siesta asked in mischievous tone.
"Obsession." Monica replied with grim tone. "I don't know why but… Her aim is not to make us keep our position as Class 1-A or anything like that. It's like… She's obsessed with something and she gives me the vibes of someone like to trample on others." She explained her simple answer.
"I see. So by your guess… Seems Sakayanagi-san have no intentions for the goodness of the class despite her innovative way of thinking." Siesta tries to summarize. "It reminds me of a certain demon and his groups…" She murmurs to herself. "If that so, how about the three of us doing investigation like a detective shall do? While we also search if what that our classes theorizes about this class hierarchy is true or not, let search this particular case. I think I shall call it: Arisu-chan Obsession Case! How's that sound?" She asked in playful tone.
"Sounds lame." Monica stated with plain tone. "Glad that Sakayanagi-san is going out right now along with Katsuragi-san or it will turn bad for the three of us."
"Yeah. I for once agreed with Monica here. Although probably Honami will like to talk with you." Masumi also said with the same tone.
"Honami Ichinose?" Siesta asked. "From what I remember, she's one of the participants of the Middle Grade Martial Arts Tournament. So she's one of your friends from another class?"
"She more than just a friend. She along with one other… Are the one that says they don't feel disgust by me because I learn martial arts that usually use for kill people." Masumi said with a smile, remembering the time Honami said she is a better person than Ryuuen ever be plus Itachi's encouragement words of her that she shouldn't hate herself for something she fond at.
Monica smiled hearing it. "You really got a good friend Kamuro-san." She compliments.
"Yeah. After that, I got more friends that appreciate me for what I am. You two maybe the first on this school beside my friends that talk with me. I'll introduce both of you to my friends if we have the chance. I'm pretty certain they'll like knowing you." Masumi said to both of them.
"Put that aside! I think it's time to celebrate the formation of Team Arisu-chan Obsession Case!" Siesta said as she brings her right hand forward.
"Still sounds lame. However, I think I like it." Monica said as she brings her right hand forward as well.
"Very well. Because you're the two people I can socialize with inside this class… For the female one at least." Masumi agreed as she also brings her forward.
"With this, Arisu-chan Obsession Case Team is formed!" Siesta declared.
"I'm obsesses with what actually… Siesta-san?" The low, but formal voice of Arisu Sakayanagi is heard as she entering the class with students that seemingly becomes intrigue by her way of thinking and becoming her faction. "Please don't spread such rumor about me. After all, there's no legitimate proof about it." She said with a smile.
Siesta just smiled. "Oh no need to worry Sakayanagi-san. I just joking you as my little sister so you probably obsessed with me." She lied as well as she said the truth. Come to think of it, both of them look almost similar with each other with Arisu shorter than Siesta and also have a weak body.
Arisu stunned for a moment before suddenly she smirk and laugh. "Fu fu fu. I see. Well, if you not mind, I must say that your fantasy quite intriguing but considers we looks like twins, that joke not hurtful at all." She said with a smile. But the strangest part is Siesta can't sense any intention from it.
It was genuine, happy smile.
Arisu then clear her throat for a while before speaking once again. "Now if you don't mind, I want to ask something that's important for the future of this class. Do the three of you already chosen who side you're going to pick?" Arisu asked with a smile.
"For now, I still pass." Monica said. "I need a bit time to judge if either you or Katsuragi-san that deserve the support for the control of Class 1-A."
"Same as me. After all, I and Krushevsky-san am foreign student so it best for us to adapt to this school." Siesta followed. "When the time comes, I'll give my answers." She promised.
"I see. I can't blame both of you for that. Both of you are foreigners like the one from Class 1-D so it's best for the two of you to adapt to this school first." Arisu seems unsatisfied by both answer but choose to put it aside considers their status before look at Masumi. "How about you Kamuro-san? Do you already choose which side you going to pick?" She asked.
Masumi silent for a moment, before speak up. "You said that you wish to make our class become the class that no one dares to bother with us right?" She asked.
Arisu nod. "Yes. That my promise and unlike Katsuragi-kun who's too reluctant in his approach, I wish that Class 1-A not only have shield to defend but also offensive weapons to attack." She said.
"If that so, I want your prove that you're able to make that words of yours come true once. I'll reconsider my stands in all of this later." Masumi said her decision. "For now, I remain neutral along with Monica and Siesta."
"I see." Arisu also look disappointed by Masumi's answer but still smiled in acceptance nonetheless. "If that so, I'll prove to the three of you… That my way of thinking are better than Katsuragi-kun ever have." She declared. "Now, I must take my leave to the infirmary for my daily medicine. If you excuse me." She then leaves along with her followers.
Siesta however inwardly smiled. 'While you're busy to prove yourself to the three of us, I'll search for this obsession of yours… Before you can make your own move.'
Afternoon finally arrive on their first day inside ANHS.
For Class 1-C, surprisingly the tension went down even after Ryuuen declaration that's stopped by Itachi. Now, the students inside use their free time to socializing with each other. For Itachi himself, he currently tries to talk with Shiho but it seems she's sleeping on her desk so it was best he don't disturb her. Currently, he's talking with Hiyori just like before and he's glad that she's still the same girl that he knows six years ago.
"So that's the summary of the Dracula that I recently re-read again." Hiyori explained with a gentle smile. Itachi's pretty certain they on the talk about Dracula for 55 minutes yet he can't bring himself to ask her to stop.
"That quite a summary, Hiyori." Itachi praise her. It's been a while he found someone that able to summarize a book in detail like her. "In that case, I'll tell the summary about the book that you lend to me back then."
"Oh. You mean Anne of the Green Gables?" Hiyori quickly catch up.
Itachi nod as a confirmation. "In fact, I bring it here." He then shows her the novel she lends to him six years ago. The novel is still on the same condition when Hiyori lend it to him.
"Y-You clean it…" Hiyori uttered in surprise that Itachi took care of her book very well.
"This after all is a precious thing from someone that is precious to you. I can't let myself getting it dirty." Itachi stated. "If I may ask, how's your grandmother doing?" He asked.
Hearing it however make Hiyori smiled sadly. However, she can trust Itachi on this. "My grandmother just passed away on my third year on Middle Grade School…" She said with saddened tone.
Itachi feel unwell he touches that sore spot. "I'm sorry for hear that." He said his apology.
"It's all right Itachi-kun. I already get over it. I hope no matter where grandmother is right now, she can always read book like she used to be with me." Hiyori said with a smile. Itachi can't help but impressed, she's really a strong girl. "So, how about the summary of the novel?"
Itachi smiled hearing it. "So, it begins-"
"Ku Ku Ku. His hobby really not match his strength don't you think?" Ryuuen asked to Mio as he observing Itachi's interaction with Hiyori. He sits on a desk close to her.
"Why'd you suddenly care?" Mio asked. And moreover, why'd he bother to talk with her of all people? Of all the people from the Middle Grade Martial Arts Tournament three years ago, there are four that she want to avoid to talk with: Kouenji, Nagumo, Fuuka, and Ryuuen.
"Nah. I just curious about Itachi after not hear anything about him for three years. From him, I heard that he makes you form a group with Kamuro, Ichinose, and Manabu Horikita's younger sister. Quite a team I must say." Ryuuen said.
'Damn! Of all the people, why must this dragon bastard know something like that Itachi!?' Mio thought in comical frustration since she knows Ryuuen meant no harm asking her but she still a bit confused of Itachi's decision to tell him that. "We just work well together during the special training he prepare for us. It's such a pity that we're on the different class each." She said before her face turn serious. "Did you serious about that?" She asked.
"Ku Ku Ku. You have to be more specific." Ryuuen laughed at her.
"Of course about that silly stunt you make in front of the class. Glad that Itachi stopped it though. We already were being stressed by that mentally-ill homeroom teacher that asks double suicide with beautiful women. We don't need you to make our class more chaotic by using violence to control us. I mean like you said, we got many participants of the Middle Grade Martial Arts Tournament in here." Mio asked.
Silent for a moment, Ryuuen can't help but smirk. "Let me ask you honestly. Do you think our class can work well together? From what I see, only some like Hiyori, Kaneda, Itachi, you, and Nomura that can possibly work well together. The rest of them… I can say they only different about 30 percent from Class 1-D, only mind about themselves and I think you can see it by yourself."
"This is still the first day yet you already see your classmates like that?" Mio asked in a bit high tone. "I think you judge them too early without trying to know them one by one first." She opined.
"Surely not all. I can see many potential besides the one that I tell to you back then." Ryuuen argued before look toward his classmates. "Albert, the rich brat of the Hanabusa family, Ishizaki. They can be a good rule enforcer of this class. Because of that, I plan to take them to my side." He stated. "The rest of them… I can't see their potential at all."
"That's why relying on just first glance is wrong. Do you know what'll happen if what you suggest back then come true? The class will rely completely on you! If something ever happened to you, the class will fall to the abyss." Mio argued.
"Like the hell I care. What I do is just prove my worth to those worms." Ryuuen dismissed her argument. "Because for me… It seems there's some hierarchy happen on this school. If that's true… Then the one that'll survive till' the end and triumph is the strongest. For that, a class that not abides to one leader held no meaning." He reasoned.
"You straightly said that a dictatorship is the way for our class to united!" Mio almost screamed to him but still manage to control herself from saying it out loud.
"No need to worry though. I respect Itachi enough that I won't touch his sibling and close friends. However, if Itachi want to challenge me for class leader position, he can come to me anytime he wants." Ryuuen said as he stands up and return to his desk. Mio narrow her eyes at him as he return to his desk.
"No need to worry." Mio gasp in surprise as Fudou suddenly already behind her.
"Fudou! Don't do that!" Mio yelled at him due to his sudden appearance. "I'm almost fall from my chair thanks to you!"
"Sorry~. However, one thing I value the most is freedom if it don't disturb anyone around you. Ryuuen's plan of doing dictatorship on this class is something that I won't allow it to happen." Fudou assured her with his goofy smile. "After all, it will become boring if we just hearing his ultimate opinion all the time~"
"The same as I." Someone that's revealed to be Makoto also joined. She then looks toward Mio with a smile. "I believe I haven't introduced myself to you even though we're fellow participants three years ago right? I'm Makoto Kino. You can call me as Mako though. It's nice to meet you, Mio-chan, Fudou-kun." She said while smiled warmly at her.
"Nice to meet you as well Kino." Fudou nod.
Mio nod with a smile. She actually never expected Mako is a kind person. "Nice to meet you to Mako. I hope we can spar sometimes. Also…" She the remember when Mako was easily defeated by Fuuka. "… I'm glad you not mellow down after such humiliating defeat."
"I accept that challenge. I'm not the same as three years ago. That time, I'll admit I let my guard down against Kiryuuin-san." Mako said while rubbing the back of her head. "So-"

"Club Fair?" Hiyori wondered before smiled. "I hope there's literature club in here." She hoped.
"I see. At least I hope it exists or I probably join the martial arts club if it exists." Itachi said to her as he stand up and walk toward the exit of the class and passing a certain peach-haired girl. "You not interest in joining a club Sumireko?" He asked since half of Class 1-C is going toward the gymnasium for the Club Fair.
Sumireko shook her head. "I apologize Itachi-san. My body unfortunately doesn't fit well with the probable extensive club program. Thanks for asking me though." She thanked with a polite smile.
"You welcome. I'll probably inform you if there's a club that suited you." Itachi suggest which earn a nod from Sumireko, which she replied with a nod. He then looks toward Hiyori. "Let's go Hiyori."
Hiyori nod with a smile.
"Itachi!" Itachi look toward Mio, who come along with Fudou and Mako. "Do you'll go to the Club Fair as well?" She asked.
"Aa. After all, we probably will see our friends in there." Itachi said before give a small look on Shiho who apparently still asleep. Giving a sad frown for a moment, he then exiting his classroom along with Hiyori and some students that are interested by the Club Fair.
Just a moment after Itachi's left, Shiho finally lift her head up to look toward Itachi and the others leaving the class. 'I'm glad. You manage to make many friends now, Itachi-kun. It's better that you, Mio-chan and the others befriend them…. Rather than someone like me… Who break her promise.' She thought as she stands up to also look for the club fair, waiting for Itachi to at least far away first.
When Itachi and the others arrive on the same gymnasium where the entrance ceremony was done, they didn't expect that the gymnasium already this cleaned and many stands of the club inside ANHS already gathered.
'The school staff and the club leader is more discipline than I expected. I hate to admit it but… This level of discipline is almost on par during the time I was in ANBU.' Itachi thought, impressed. 'Let see if there's a club that will catch my interest.' He then try to scan the area, hoping that there's a club that catch his interest to join when Hiyori touch her shirt.
"Itachi-kun… Let's look for the club together…" She said in meek tone.
"All right then. What club you want to join here, Hiyori?" Itachi asked. He knows that literature club is the probable club that she'll like to join.
"I prefer a literature club if it exists inside this school or tea ceremony club will do just fine. How about you?" Hiyori asked back.
"I want to join the martial arts club if it exists. Literature clubs also the better option for me." Itachi replied with a smile before a familiar voice called him.
"Itachi-kun." Suzune greets him as she approaches him along with Kokoro and Atsushi. "So I see you also searching for a club to join?" She then glances toward Hiyori. "I believe I didn't know her yet."
"Oh. My apologies." Hiyori said as she introduced herself. "My name is Hiyori Shiina. Nice to meet you um…"
"My name is Suzune Horikita. The two behind me are Kokoro Inogashira and Atsushi Nakajima. They're my classmates. Although I already know Inogashira-san and Itachi-kun way back then." Suzune said as she also introduces Atsushi and Kokoro.
"It's nice to meet you Shiina-san." Atsushi said with a smile when an announcement is made by the same voice from the speaker. "We meet again, Itachi-san."
Itachi just nod toward Atsushi.
Akane is seen standing on the podium and look toward the new first years with a smile. "Thank you all for waiting, first-year students. We will now begin the club fair. A representative from each club will explain their function. I am Tachibana, the student council secretary, and organizer of the club fair. It's nice to meet you all." She said with a sweet, kind tone.
"Before all of you ask, she's Akane Tachibana, the current student council secretary." Suzune stated while look at her. Seemingly realizing her presence, Akane replied with a smile at her. "During his free time, nii-san talks to me about some of his experience in ANHS, including her. She's the fellow third year that he trust the most and now I can see why." She acknowledged.
"I agree. Her personality can be a good influence for Horikita-san." Itachi stated his opinion while glad that Manabu is opening up toward others instead of using cold shoulder toward anyone. "Anyway… Which club you want to join Suzune?" He asked which Suzune shook her head.
"For now I still don't know. I probably won't join any club for now but I actually consider joining Student Council." She replied. "But if I just join… That means I still follow nii-san path."
"I see. Unfortunately, I probably won't join the Student Council. It's not like I don't want to but… I want a club where I at least can relax myself with my hobby." Itachi said to her. True, maybe if he joins the Student Council he will get some power since from what he read on the guide book, the student council members hold considerable power that will help his influence but he decide against it since it reminds him too much of politics on his old life and he want to at least escape that. "What about the two of you?" He asked to Kokoro and Atsushi.
"I-I was planning to join k-knitting club… I-It has quite number of senpai and I-I think it f-fits me well…" Kokoro replied with stutter.
"I actually search for a literature club as well. But I still can't find it at all." Atsushi replied.
"Then we're the same Atsushi-kun. Let's go search for it together." Hiyori said to him.
Atsushi nod. "All right then." He agreed before he suddenly feels heavy tension in the air. He then looks toward the podium and he see Manabu is the one that stand on the podium. On his left side is Akane but on the right side is a student that rather intimidating on appearance. He has a slim build and very pale skin. He has short, choppy black hair with side bangs that reach his chin and turn white at the tips. His eyes are sharp, somewhat baggy, and a dark empty grey. He also wears a male ANHS student uniform but the most distinctive part of him is that he wears a long, black coat reaching past his knees above his student uniform. He then narrowed his eyes toward the said person.
Itachi also can't help but feel cautious. The aura that the coat man emits reminds him of a professional killer that can kill anyone without any remorse like the ninja back on the Elemental Nations. However, based on his plain look he knows that he pose no threat.
At least for now.
As like feeling the tension, everyone on the Club Fair silence one by one to gaze toward Manabu, felt intimidated by his aura. He wore an apathetic expression on his face.
"What's with this guy?" remarked a first years from Suzune's class. She has neck-length blue hair that has a pink hair-clip in the middle and bluish-pink eyes and wears the ANHS female uniform.
The relaxed atmosphere gradually changed, and things took an unexpected turn. It was as if some chemical reaction had taken place. An unbelievably tense, quiet mood gripped the entire gymnasium. Even though no orders had been given, the silence was so terrible that it seemed to have gagged everyone. Not a single student looked able to open their mouth. The silence continued for about thirty seconds or so...
Then, Manabu began his speech, slowly scanning the crowd.
"I'm the student council president. My name is Manabu Horikita," he said. "The student council is looking to recruit potential candidates among the first-year students to replace the graduating third years. Although no special qualifications are required for candidacy, we humbly ask that those considering application not be involved in other club activities. We generally do not accept students involved elsewhere."
'That's quite reasonable.' Itachi thought. After all, Student Council must be having many exhausting jobs to do. However, he can't help but curious of why Atsushi narrow his eyes toward the man in black coat.
Manabu spoke in a soft tone, but the tension around us was so thick it felt like it can be cut with a knife. He had managed to silence over a hundred new students in that spacious gymnasium. His presence dominated everyone around him. "Furthermore, we in the student council do not wish to appoint anyone with a naive outlook. Not only would such a person not be elected, but he or she would also sully the sanctity of this school. It is the student council's right and duty to enforce and amend the rules, but the school expects more than that. We gladly welcome those of you who understand this." Immediately after that word, he leaves the stage podium and left the gymnasium with the man in black coat follows and Akane is back on the center of the podium once again. None of the first-year students could utter a word as they watched him go, probably because they didn't know what would happen had they talked.
Suzune gulp after Manabu leave the stage. 'Although I and nii-san manage to reconcile, seems his intimidating presence still remains when he's interacting with others even on light event like this.' She pointed out.
'If he exists on my old world, Horikita-san will be a good Hokage.' Itachi stated in his thought. In fact, this reminds him of the way his father ruled the Uchiha before Kyuubi's attack.
'Now I see why he's hailed as the best Student Council President for bringing revolution to the school rules. The information from that book was right. However, I know he's already inside here for a year but I can't help but feel cautious when he's around.' Atsushi thought about Manabu and the man in black coat.
"T-That man in coat l-looks scary…" Kokoro said while bit shivering; still feel uneasy about his intimidating aura.
"That man is Akutagawa-senpai from Class 2-C. Nii-san mentioned him to me today during free time. He's currently the head of the ANHS Discipline Committee. Also… He's the current strongest student in physical ability. On this school martial arts tournament, he manages to beat both Kiryuuin-san and nii-san on the semifinal and final respectively." Suzune explained.
"So he's that strong?" Itachi asked which earn a nod from Suzune.
"Based on nii-san explanation, the martial arts tournament inside ANHS usually happens on the third terms. Which mean, this year tournament was the last one he can join before he finally graduate. Without a doubt, upperclassmen like Akutagawa-senpai, Kiryuuin-senpai and the other will join as well." Suzune explained. "That's why, I'll follow the tournament and I hope to meet you on the ring, Itachi-kun. This is not for a revenge for nii-san defeat three years ago but it's natural if I try to surpass the one that taught me partly for two years right?" She asked with challenging smile.
Itachi shook his head with a smile. "No at all. In fact, I hope to see how much you've grown." He said, challenging her.
"There you are Itachi-kun!" Honami greet him and the others as she approaches with some of her classmates consist of Mako, Chihiro and Kanzaki. "Oh! Suzune-chan and Kokoro-chan also in here as well! Hello!" She greets both of them.
Kokoro just meekly nod.
"Hello to you Ichinose-san. Like I guess, you've built quite a friend here on the first day." Suzune compliment her with a slight smile. "Why don't you introduce them?"
"I plan to do so tehee~" Honami winked before introduced them. "The two girls are Mako Amikura-chan and Chihiro Shiranami-chan while the boy here is Ryuuji Kanzaki-kun. He's my vice class representative." She introduced the three them.
"It's nice to meet you at last, Itachi. It's sad that I not join the tournament three years ago. I heard from Ichinose how you defeat Kouenji and I didn't expect it at all." Kanzaki said toward Itachi. "I really hope to spar with you if you have free time." He then offers a handshake.
"Likewise. It's nice to know you Ryuuji." Itachi said as he accepting the handshake.
"You two… If I not wrong you're in the same bus as I." Atsushi quickly points out. "My name is Atsushi Nakajima. Nice to meet you Amikura-san, Shiranami-san."
"Your name is very good Atsushi-kun. It reminds me of a certain writer." Mako points out.
"A ha ha. My parents actually got the inspiration to name me from the famous writer Atsushi Nakajima himself." Atsushi shyly replied while rubbing the back of his head.
"That's amazing Atsushi-kun! I really hope to meet your parents! I bet your parents must be writers!" Chihiro praised but Atsushi just smiled sadly. "Atsushi-kun…"
"It's okay Shiranami-san. It's just… I'm saved by someone and actually an orphan. But please don't bother by it okay. The one that saved me actually written a book and it's quite good…" Atsushi said try not to make Chihiro feel sorry for asking such question.
"Thank you Atsushi-kun… And I'm sorry for asking such question." Chihiro apologize.
"Chihiro-chan… You shall be careful sometimes okay?" Mako advises her friend.
"U-Um…"
"So, which club that you'll join Honami?" Suzune asked her in curiosity.
"Currently I don't know. I once plan to join the Student Council but after hearing Horikita-senpai speech… I realize I'm still not fit for it due to my mindset. It seems I still need to become better than I am today." Honami quickly admitted. True, becoming a member of the student council of the elite school like ANHS is something that she really wants to. After all, she also hope it will give her some plus when graduated. However, after Manabu speech of he will not allow a naïve outlook inside Student Council, she realize that due her personality plus her experience as a student council president she really not fit for such position. "As for you Suzune-chan?"
"I have no interest of joining any club as I prefer to enjoy myself reading novel. Maybe literature club will do just fine." Suzune said to her.
"He he he. Really fit for you Suzune-chan, because during our stay at Mio-chan house a year ago, you seems brings stacks of novel." Honami laugh a little remembering it. She even try to read some of the novel that Suzune brings back then and can't help but feel a little headache because the raven-haired girl seems preferred heavy words novel.
"And I remember the time when you said to me that "my head feel a bit dizzy, Suzune-chan."." Suzune joked cause Honami's face to slightly reddened.
"D-Don't remind me of that! Kamuro-chan and Mio-chan even laugh at me because of it… I-It's embarrassing!" Honami said while pouting.
"Boo."
"Kyaa!" Honami scream as someone booing her close to her ear. She jumps a little in surprise before turn around and see Mio along with Masumi, both of them separate from their own classmates. "Mio-chan!? That's rude you know!?"
"How I like to hear you yelp like that." Mio said with a smirk.
"Especially Mio needs to wake you up like that after your head feels a bit dizzy or so you claimed." Masumi said, smiling. "I can't wait to see it again."
"Please defend me here! Itachi-kun!" Honami comically said while the one that's called is chatting with Kanzaki. Atsushi engage in conversation with Chihiro and Mako while Kokoro try her best to follow.
Their banter then keep continues as the Club Fair goes on.
"Thank you all for coming. The club fair has ended. We will now open the reception area to anyone interested in signing up. Also, registration will be open until the end of April, so if any student wishes to join at a later date, we ask that you please bring the application form directly to the club you wish to join." Akane formally closed the Club Fair after two hours had passed as the school staff and some club members preparing to tidy up the gymnasium before tomorrow.
For the Club Fair, Itachi get from Mio that she join track & field club with Makoto and Minori Kinoshita, the girl from their own class as well. Minori resembles Makoto in appearance with green eyes and brown hair that tied to ponytail. The only difference is her darker skin tone.
Hiyori and him still can't find any club to join but since the registration is still until the end of April, Itachi still have some time to think. Akito from what he heard join the archery club. This is also what he expects since from grade school, he really prefers archery. Masumi join art club since it was her hobby of painting and Kokoro join the knitting club.
Speaking of it, Itachi didn't see Shiho during the Club Fair. It's like she avoiding meeting her old friends but for what reason? Maybe he'll try to look for it while at the same time assist Ryuuen on trying to discover the true meaning of this private point term.
After the Club Fair is ended, Itachi and the others go toward the front staff as they brings some of their items back from home to be use on the dorm which they will lived. For Itachi, he gets room number 025 which close to the ground floor and for Mio, she got number 116. The dorm building of male and female students is separate and male students not allow to visiting female dorm above 09.00 p.m. currently its 07.00 p.m.
When picking his own items, Itachi meet with Yabu and she waves her right hand at him. She now accompany by the twin-tails girl from his class. From the class introduction, she introduces herself as Saki Yamashita. Based on his first impression of her, Saki is a kind girl, but has quite a quirk that he not usually seen.
"Hoo~ if it isn't our great lord Itachi-sama! As always your dark aura from your body is quite emanating! You're like grim reaper with crow wings!" Saki said with energetic tone and to be honest, Itachi can't help but smile with her antics. He's not use socializing with the girl that Mio told him as chunnibyou. Still, if Yabu found herself enjoy being with her around, he can't help but try to socialize with her.
"Where'd you crow go Itachi-kun?" Yabu asked since she remembers that Itachi allow Shisui to roam free inside ANHS.
"No need to worry Yabu. Shisui probably still search for food but I'm sure he'll return shortly." Itachi stated. "Did you already have your key? The same for you Saki."
"Um. I've got room number 120." Yabu replied.
"As for me, I got room number 130! You shall come during weekend Itachi-sama! I shall make you enter the ritual to awaken the true power of that slanted eyes…" Saki said with a happy smile as it makes Itachi comically nervous.
"I-I see. I'll consider it Saki." Itachi said although his mind confirms one thing.
He'll never go to Saki's room. Ever.
The clock currently 08.30 p.m. as Mio finally reach her room in the female dorm building. She then look to her fellow neighbor, who's unexpectedly is Hiyori. "So you're my left neighbor, Hiyori." She acknowledged.
"I am. I hope we get along as a neighbor, Mio-san." Hiyori said with a smile. "If you want, sometime you can overstay on my room to read my collections."
"I'll look forward to that even though I don't like reading too much unlike Itachi." Mio said, already used with Hiyori kind demeanor quickly despite it's only the first day.
"It seems we'll be neighbor as well." Mio look to her right to see Masumi is the right neighbor. She's open her entrance door after hearing Mio's voice.
"Heh. At least I'm glad that my neighbors are someone that I know." Mio stated with a smile.
"Well then. See you tomorrow. I want to rest now after the whole Club Fair event." Masumi bids her goodbye as she close her door.
"Yeah." Mio said before look to her left and Hiyori already enters her room. She then opens the door to her room where she will stay on her time inside ANHS.
As for Itachi, her left neighbor is someone he didn't expect.
"Ha Ha Ha. If it isn't weasel-boi. Seems you in good health after three years had passed." Kouenji greet him.
Itachi sighed. He truly never expects this. "It's nice to see you again Rokusuke. I hope we can get along as neighbor." Itachi said with plain tone. He still remembers Saki's request despite he knows she didn't meant it and of course, he really not want to hold any conversation with Kouenji because it still reminds him of his mockery of Mio and the others during their clash on the tournament three years ago.
"No need to worry weasel-boi. As long you don't disturb me… We're even." Kouenji stated as he immediately enters his room.
Itachi then open his room and go to the inside. The inside of the dorm is quite simple like the apartment of the Leaf Village. It has kitchen, bedroom, learning desk, and shower room. Gladly, his window is connected to the outside so he opens it and whistling. Not long after, Shisui cawed at him and perch on the window railing.
"Sorry for not calling you sooner Shisui. I assume this school is not what it seems so I'll give you freedom to wander around the school. For now, you can perch on the chair right there." He said as Shisui fly and perch in there as he also tries to sleep.
Wash his body on the shower room, he then change to his sleeping suit and try to sleep on his bed. He realizes that this first day is the only day he can rest peacefully.
It was the next day that the true battle begins, as each first year will compete on who's the one that will get the true nature of the teacher's explanation. Unfortunately for Itachi, on this first month, he'll get a challenge of an old adversary.
A challenge that will determine the stands of Class 1-C for the next three years.

And so, the seventh chapter is finally finished. I hope you don't be too bored with the long chapter; since this chapter introduces other Anime chars that I insert on the 1st Year.
On this chapter, Itachi still not join any clubs yet but he'll probably do it in the future. The next chapter will be the beginning of Itachi and Ryuuen investigation of the ANHS true nature as well as Itachi try to investigate why'd Shiho always avoid him and her old friends. Still not meeting Kiyo yet but I can promise Itachi and Kiyo will meet before Island Exam begins.
Also, I bet the readers not expect that yet another two Bungou Stray Dogs characters appears once again in the form of Akutagawa as a 2nd Years and Lucy as Atsushi's classmate. These two will have their part in the future so stay tune to know about it.
