Meanwhile, Taric and the Thunder trio pulled into and parked in the parking lot below Baywatch Headquarters. The last time they had seen their Uncle was when he and Aunt Gayle brought Hobie home from the hospital two days after he was born.

"I wonder, do you think that he will remember us?" Randall asked. "I mean it has been quite a few years since we saw them last. I mean they had just brought Hobie home from the hospital."

"Do not worry Ran, I am sure that it will be fine." she said. "It is long overdue for a family reunion." They climbed out of the car and looked around. "Baywatch sure has not changed much in all these years. I wonder if any of those who were rookies with Uncle Mitch are still here."

"Did I hear someone say something about Mitch?" MichaelAnne and her siblings turned toward the one who spoke and recognized Michael Newman known affectionately to his friends and colleagues as Newmie. "Well what do you know about that? Micki, Randall, and Shannon McKagan. I have not seen you kids since you were short little bugs and your parents had brought you guys to meet your cousin Hobie. What brings you all the way out here?"

"Actually it is a meeting with Uncle Mitch about what has been going on around the city and we need his and Baywatch's help, especially their best scuba team." MichaelAnne replied.

"He and Hobie are in his office upstairs." Newman said. "Come on, I will take you three to them."

"Thank you Newmie." MichaelAnne replied. She turned back to Taric and gave him the look to activate his scanners. Newman led them into the building and up to the surveillance balcony and into Mitch's office where he and Hobie were watching the news reports on the robberies.

"That is the biggest, meanest, and ugliest looking truck I have ever seen Dad." Hobie said.

"That is nothing." MichaelAnne replied. "If it is the flat nosed Behemoth I think it is we are all in a heap of trouble in the long run." Both Mitch and Hobie turn around and see Newman with a man and two twin women. "Hello Uncle Mitch, it is good to see you again."

"Micki? Good grief, where have you three been?" Mitch asked. "I have not seen you guys since Hobie was born."

"Uncle? What is she talking about Dad?" Hobie asked. "I thought Uncle Buzzy was your only sibling."

"No, actually I have three more brothers and three sisters." Mitch chuckled in reply. "Their mother Veronica was actually born before me but after Buzz. After me there is Lillian, then Darin, Sheila Buchannon Rhodes, Patrick, Lucinda, and Roger."

"Wait, you never told Hobie about coming from a really big family?" Shannon asked, busting out laughing. "Seriously, Uncle Mitch, that is not like you to leave that big chunk of information out."

"I did not do it on purpose." Mitch declared jokingly. "One, it never came up and two, we all had a lot on our plates at the time, especially with the fight your Uncle Wilton ended up in."

"Wait, you knew about Wilton Knight being connected to us?" Shannon asked. "I have been working on a family tree project to see how the Buchannons, Knights, and McKagans linked in with each other."

"We will have time for that later." MichaelAnne said. "What we came here for is for your help Uncle Mitch." She handed him the last case file on Garthe and Goliath and what had brought about their demise or so it was thought. "If the rig that is causing all the chaos is Goliath then the Knights and I are going to need all the help we can get to bring that monster and his driver down."

"Since the county has hit up with another big explosion of budget cuts, We do not have the manpower or the equipment necessary to make such a move." Mitch explained. Right about then, MichaelAnne's wrist communicator beeped and Taric's voice came through the speaker.

"You know MichaelAnne, since L.A. County continues to not take care of their first responders, and others including their lifeguards by not keeping them well equipped," Taric said. "Maybe there is something that ThunderStar Universal Enterprises can do to fix that."

"I like the way you think." she said. "Get our engineering crew on the ball, we are about to add this crew to our crew."

"I am sending the All Knights Alert now MichaelAnne." Karic replied. "Now between our technicians and other crew members, we will have Baywatch running at full capacity despite the county's maneuvering to have it shut down."

"Okay, two questions: One, who was that you were talking to?" Newman asked, slightly freaked out. "Two, how can ThunderStar Universal Enterprises help us?"

"The answer to your first question is that it was my partner Taric." MichaelAnne replied. "And in answer to your second question: ThunderStar Universal Enterprises is a family owned and operated multifunctional company originated by the first three patriarchs of our first three families Aaron Buchannon, William Knight, and Jackson McKagan back in the early eighteen hundreds."

"Well that really answers those questions." Newman said. "So since the Buchannons have an invested interest in this company, how is it supposed to get us the help we need?"

The trio exchanged knowing looks before returning their attention to them. "Because ThunderStar Universal Enterprises will foot the bill to get Baywatch back up and running to full capacity and keep you all financially covered by attaching you guys to ThunderStar's crimefighting, defense, lifesaving, and protection crew."

"Micki, look Orion, Storm, Mercury, and Neptune are back." Randall announced. "So that just leaves Capricorn, Aquarius, Pisces, and Cancer left on the Crystal Quest."

"Wait, what?" Mitch asked. "What are you talking about? What is this crystal quest and who are those people heading this way."

MichaelAnne turned severely to Randall. "Big Mouth. So much for keeping it quiet like Dad ordered."

Randall gulped and slapped a hand over his mouth. "Oops, sorry Micki, it just sort of slipped out."

"With you Brother, everything just sort of slipped out." Shannon teased him trying to stifle a giggle.

"Shannon, this is serious." MichaelAnne scolded. "There could be serious repercussions if the wrong people found out. And if Dad finds out that Randall spilled the beans, if you think battling the forces of evil is hard, that is nothing compared to the lecture we would have to sit through where Dad was concerned. By spilling the beans, Randall has just put Mitch, Hobie, and Newmie in harm's way."

"I get what you are saying." Hobie said. "If the forces of evil knew that we knew that you and your respective Knights were one and the same, they could use us to lure you into a trap."

"Exactly, that is why who we really are has always been a well kept well guarded secret to us and only a select few allies." MichaelAnn replied. "Wait, what! How did you know about that and us?"

"I have been following the Knights ever since it was brought to light that they were for real." Hobie replied. "I have read about and seen your Knights in action. The way they are able to bust criminals all over the world and not just here is totally awesome."
