The four see Yusaku enter the building as Luigi said with a frown on his face "Good lord that man is very rude and unpleasant I say!"
Ruby nodded, "Yeah, very unpleasant!" Riley/Rggam nodded as he went to a window and wiped some fog away with a cloth "Yusaku was a tough and strict, hand to the grindstone type! A wrenching, conniving, covetous sinner who was a brilliant genius!"
Inside the court house there were Toads hard at work as one of them was a man higher than them wearing a red hat with a 'M' on it he was known as Mario
Mario tries to ignite a fire with his hands to place in the fireplace as Yusaku enters the room with an angry voice "Mario what are you doing by the fireplace!"
Mario yelps as he said with a nervous smile "G-good afternoon Mr. Yusaku I was just trying to thaw out my ink and to make it warm for our guest!"
Mario points to a young man wearing a black suit. He has spiky, desaturated brown hair with a prominent ahoge, and washed-out hazel eyes Yusaku points to the man "Who's he?"
"Makoto Naegi sir from the Hope's Peak orphanage.." Makoto gulped before saying
"I know you are very upset and all and I didn't mean to fall behind in my payments! It's Christmas after all! Don't shout at me, sir! The doctor has his share, doesn't he? I mean you can yell and scream and you're right, but it won't do you any good to me or my friends!"
Yusaku groaned angrily as he went on over, picked Makoto up by the shirt, and carried him to the door as Mario watched in worry as the boy in the suit continued talking,
"Because I'm just a poor young man and that's the truth!" Yusaku opened the door and threw Makoto outside.
Yusaku dusted his hands and closed the door, Makoto called to him happily from outside, "Thank you for not yelling at me!"
Yusaku grumbles as he goes over to count his money on his table "Honestly people can't see that I'm working at this moment!" Mario then said speaking up
"W-well sir speaking of working tomorrow is christmas…" Yusaku waved his hand saying "Then go hang whatever you can on the door!"
Mario then said as the Toads whispered to him as he then said "W-well sir there is something at the matter you see it's gotten cold in here and the Toads are very cold.." The toads nodded as they complained about their problems as Yusaku then said
"Oh really, then how would you employees of mine like to be all of a sudden..."
He looked up quickly and yelled so loud that the Toad's hairs blew back like they were in the wind, "UNEMPLOYED?!"
The toads then all wore summer themed outfits saying "HEATWAVE!" As they began singing as Mario chuckled and said "As usual sir you know what to say to the Toads!"
Yusaku nodded and said "Indeed and besides I do dock. I pay you two shillings a day." Mario then said "Two shillings and a hay coin sir! When I started doing your laundry."
Yusaku nodded and said to the plumber "Yes indeed!" Yusaku then tossed some clothes to Mario who caught it and said "Well better get moving!"
Mario nodded as he got to work
Riley/Rggam than said "And who would appear at the door of Yusaku's very counting house but his dearest cousin Kaze, his second only living relative his husky dog Zephyr." Just then a man with silver and green hair in a wheelchair being pulled by a giant husky appeared at the door as the young teenager banged on the door
"Hello Yusaku?" Luigi then said "Wow you're good!" Riley chuckles, Yuya then said "Come on let's get inside I'm sure it's warmer in there!" Ruby nodded as they headed into the room as they then notice it's much colder
Kaze smiled and said "Merry christmas cousin Yusaku!" His dog Zephyr barks in agreement Yusaku however scoffed "Oh Humbug!" Kaze's eyes widened "Christmas a humbug? Oh, come now cousin. You surely don't mean that!" Yusaku then said
"I sure do, my dear cousin let me tell you something very important about Christmas. It's just another work day and besides Christmas time to you but a time for paying bills without money. A time for finding yourself a year older and not a dollar richer. If I could work my will, every idiotic moron who goes about saying "Merry Christmas" on his or her lips should be boiled in their own pudding! Buried with a stake of holly through the heart! So Kaze you keep Christmas your own way and I will keep it my way…" Kaze then said
"Well I don't care! This wonderful time of year is a time of joy, giving, and being with one's family. I say God bless it! Merry Christmas to all!"
Mario clapped in joy "Bravo young Kaze!" The toads cheered as Yusaku shouted "Let's see if any of you will celebrate Christmas in the unemployment line!" The Toads yelped as they got back to work as did Mario
Yusaku then said "Well get on with the reason why you're here cousin!" Kaze nodded and said "I came to offer you a wreath Yusaku, and to invite you to Christmas dinner tomorrow! Akechi planned it…"
Yusaku then said as if interested "Oh a Christmas dinner I guess you and the others like the Phantom Thieves are going to have a fresh cooked chicken alongside Roast beef with mashed and sweet potatoes?" Kaze nodded "Stuffing, cranberry sauce?" Zephyr barks meaning yes "And plum pudding with spice sugar scones well here's what I say!"
"Well I say no thank you because I'm not a people person!" Yusaku as he got off from his seat
As Yusaku then grabbed Kaze's wheelchair as Zephyr yelped as Yusaku "NOW OUT! OUT OUT!" He then pushes Kaze and his dog out and then slams the door. Yusaku sighed as Kaze then said placing the wreath by the door "Happy Christmas!"
Yusaku rolls his eyes "Oh humbug to ya!" Riley/Rggam than said "And who would arrive next after Yusaku's cousin Kaze? Then a duo of collectors for the poor, hoping to get a donation for those a little less fortunate."
Sonic then said starting to shiver "Geez I'm freezing my tail off here!" Mario then said "Ah that Kaze is so bright and cheerful and full of kindness…"
Yusaku had a sad look on his face "Yeah he always had that look even if he was bound to that wheelchair…" He then hears the doorbell ring "And REALLY stubborn!" He then sees Blaze the cat & Silver the hedgehog who wave at him
Blaze then said "Greetings Mister Yusaku Silver and I are Charity workers for the less fortunate…" Yusaku then said confusedly, "Huh?"
Silver then said with a smile "Well isn't it obvious? We're collecting for the poor." Blaze nodded, Yusaku then said with a glare "Right, you do realise that once you give money to the poor, they won't be poor anymore right?"
Blaze frowned and said "Well, I guess so but-" "And if they're not poor, you won't raise money for them anymore?" Yusaku interrupts her
"Well I suppose that's correct in some-" Silver said, trying to speak, "And if you can't raise money for them anymore, you'd be finding yourselves out of work?" leading them out the door "Oh please, you two, don't ask me to put you two out of work. Especially not on Christmas Eve." Blaze then said
"Please Mr. Fujiki, we're not trying to run you out of business since you are a busy man.." Yusaku then said as he shoves the wreath in their faces "Good! Then start by giving this to the less fortunate good day to the both of you!" He slammed the door on their faces
Ruby then said with a pouting face "Now that was just mean ignoring charity workers I have never seen something so heartless!" Yuya and Luigi nodded
Yusaku sighed wiping some sweat from his forehead "Oh what's this world coming to Mario? You work your entire life to get money, and for what? To have people expecting you to give it away." Mario then said with an honest shrug "I wish I knew the answer but I really don't!"
Time passed as it was getting closer to closing time. Yusaku looked at his watch then said "Well better late than never! Start closing ship Mario and remember to be early this morning!"
Mario nodded and said with a smile "Okey dokey!" Yusaku then leaves as Riley/Rggam narrated "And so with Yusaku gone at long last , it was now time for Mario and the toads to close the counting house, and go enjoy Christmas with her loved ones!"
Mario began to sing as the Toads began to clean the place up a bit

The Toads worked very hard as they had managed to finish their duty as Mario said "Very well done everyone!" He then as he closes the shade as he then sang
"The world has got a smile today
The world has got a glow
There's no such thing as strangers when
A stranger says "hello"
And everyone is family, we're having so much fun
After all, there's only one more sleep til Christmas!"
Mario then locks the building until he spies Rosalina, Zelda and Link then walked onto the scene
"Link, Rosalina, Zelda and even Shulk!" Zelda smiled and said "Merry Christmas Mario!" Rosalina then said "I trust it'll be right with you to walk by your side for the evening!"
Mario grins and says "The more the merrier I say!" Shulk laughed in joy exclamling "I'm really feeling the holiday spirit!" Mario then sang as his friends followed from behind
"Tis the season to be jolly and joyous
With a burst of pleasure, we feel it all right
Tis the season when the saints can employ us
To spread the news about peace and to keep love alive!
Mario then sees the Ice Climbers and their ice rink as we see U-tomodachi, Pitou and Kallen ice skating
"Hey look at that Nana and Poppa's ice skating Christmas party! Let's go, everyone!" Mario shouted as he went over Zelda laughed as she grabbed Link's hand wanting to ice skate "Come on Link let's go!" Link yelps Mario shows off some incredible ice skating skills as Ruby then said "So cool!" Luigi laughed and said "No way am I letting my big brother have all the fun let's go!"
Yuya yelped as he was being dragged by Ruby "Whoa!" Riley/RGGAM chuckles as they all do their own ice skating as Luigi slips but Riley grabbed the green plumber and lifts him in the air Ruby and Yuya skate together as they linked hands as they cheer in joy
"Happy Christmas Ice Climbers!" Luigi cheered as Nana and Popa said in unison "Thank you Luigi!"
As this happened Mario waved goodbye to his friends as he then sang
"There's something in the wind today
That's good for everyone
Yes, faith is in our hearts today
We're shining like the sun
And everyone can feel it, the feeling's running deep
After all, there's only one more sleep til Christmas.."
Mario sighed softly and said "After all, there's only one more sleep til Christmas Day."
