It was quiet, snow fell gently to the ground. While Yusaku began returning to his homestead while unaware of being noticed by RGGAM and his companions were riding on horses as RGGAM than said

"Yusaku lived in the chambers that were once occupied by his former business partner Cinder Fall!" Yuya then said as he was having a candy cane "Anyone want a candy cane?"

RGGAM then said with a whisper "No thanks and not so loud we don't want Yusaku to hear us!" Yuya nodded as they see Yusaku about to enter his home until the doorknob turned intro Cinder's face

"What the!?" Said a completely terrified Yusaku, "YUUUUUSSSSAKKKU!" The woman screeched as the noise startled the horse as RGGAM and his allies got off in time before they could be thrown off

Yusaku then said, completely shocked "Cinder but that's not possible!" He opens the door as RGGAM said "Hurry guys before he closes the door!"

Sonic grabbed them as they instantly sped in before the door was closed Luigi smiled and said "Nice thinking Sonic!" Sonic gives a thumbs up to the plumber

RGGAM than said "As the incident with his own front door made Yusaku wary, he had decided to check all of her rooms before settling in for the night."

Yusaku looked round to see if anyone was pulling any pranks on him at this hour until he shrugged as he headed up the stairs until he heard a rattling noise he turned around and saw nothing as this was getting old very fast

And from behind the young man was the shadow of his former partner Cinder fall who wore something like a chinese outfit wrapped in chains Yusaku then turned around and saw the shadow as Yusaku yelped in a panic as the shadow attempted to grab him as the door slammed shut, the shadow rammed into it

Yusaku's heart was racing he never believed in ghosts but this felt to real just then the door started to get warmer as Yusaku winced in pain so he didn't get a burn mark on his body as the ghost emerged from the door Yusaku hid behind a chair to see the burning ghost of Cinder fall

She had short black hair and a missing left eye. She wears a long, dark red dress with one long, wide sleeve hiding her left arm. The edges of the collar and the opening for the right arm are gold-coloured, and the upper chest and left sleeve are decorated with golden designs. The right side of her dress is open from the hip down with two gold-coloured straps made of interwoven ropes connecting the front half to the back half of her thigh. Under the dress, she appears to wear black pantyhose. On the right hip, the dress has a black rhombus-shaped gem set in a gold-coloured metal of the same shape, with feathers of varying shades of blue extending from the bottom of it. On her right arm she wears a long, grey glove, the top of which has a gold-coloured metal ring with curvy branching extensions going up to her arm. Her right ear has a new ring-shaped earring higher up than the dangling black gem earring.

It was none other than Yusaku's former businesses partner Cinder fall "W-who are you!?" Asked Yusaku shaking like a leaf

The ghost moaned and said "Ask me…WHO I was!"

Yusaku then said, still shaky about this "Okay who WERE you?" The burning ghost looked at Yusaku "In life, I was your former business partner, Cinder fall bringer of death!" Yusaku gassed, getting a better look at the ghost and said completely full of joy to see her after so long "Cinder, it really is you!"

Cinder nodded as she picked up a chain box nearby herself and tossed it into the air. The thing lands nearby making Yusaku go pale for a small bit as the ghost of the Ex-maiden then said

"Don't be a moron! You're having a hyperventilating panic attack and are probably seeing things! And I can assure you I am truly real!" Yusaku nodded he would want to make a joke but it wouldn't be the right time for it as he asked a different

"Okay then so can I get you a cup of tea or something?" Cinder then said while shaking her head "No this is too important to ignore!"

Yusaku then had a confused look as Cinder got up from his box "Yusaku Fujiki I trust you recall when I held the title of Fall Maiden and robbed the widows and swindled the poor many Christmas eves ago without a shred of mercy?"

Yusaku smiled and said to her "Of course you were the top of your class Cinder, you were an inspiration and a great business partner!" Cinder laughed

"I sure was!" Until she then said realising what she was really here for "WHAT!? NO! YOU FOOL I was wrong! Oh and as for the chains wrapped and shackled around my body, wrists and ankles...I wear the chains I forged in life. I made them link by link and yard by yard as my punishment."

Yusaku then said, looking a bit pale "P-punishment!?"

Cinder nodded and said "Indeed no one mourned my death even my former minions Emerald and Mercury, instead they cheered it and as such I was doomed to wear these chains around the rest of my unrested life for all eternity!" She then points to Yusaku

"Even you wear chains because your future is a horror story written by your own crimes!" Cinder then wraps her chains around Yusaku who yelped in pain Cinder's eyes burned with what remained of her former power

"The chains you forge are made by whatever you say and do! Just as they did!" Yusaku then heard sinister laughter coming from his fireplace as ghost versions of King Boo, Hawk moth, Cackletta, Zavok and Sigma all emerged scarring Yusaku and even terrifying him

"YES DOOMED YOU'RE DOOMED FOR ALL TIME! HAHAHAHAHA!" King Boo in a sinister voice Cackletta lets out a sinister witch like laugh to Yuskau who felt unnerved by it

"So have your fun when life is done! A nightmare waits for you!" Zavok and Gabriel shrieked at Yusaku as they faded away

As Yusaku then said "No! No! It cannot happen please Cinder speak comfort to me!" Cinder then said

"I managed to pull a few strings in the Underworld so for this moment onwards you will be haunted by three spirits!" Yusaku then said having enough of seeing the dead walking

"Can't I meet them all at once and get it over with?" Cinder then said "Expect the first ghost tonight when the bell tolls one." Yusaku saw she was serious as he nodded as Cinder continued "Then the next night, expect the second ghost when the bell tolls midnight. The third ghost will appear when the last stroke of twelve ceases to vibrate the next evening after. You get all that?"

Yusaku nodded as Cinder said "Listen to them and do whatever they say, otherwise your chains will be way heavier and much longer than mine. Look to see me no more. Farewell Yusaku, FAREWELL!" And with that Cinder began leaving by the door as Yusaku gasped and said remembering something

"No wait Cinder look out for the first!" But the warning came to late as Cinder pluments down the stairs Yusaku winced in pain knowing that got to hurt then said

"Step!"

Riley/RGGAM then narrated as they were outside of Yusaku's bedroom "And just like that the spirit of Cinder fall vanished without a trace, leaving him once again alone in her room."

Yuya winced "Yikes that was scary I mean we just saw the ghost of Hawk moth, King boo, Zavok and even Cackletta!" Luigi then said

"You guys sure this is okay I mean what if there are kids in the audience?" Ruby then said "Hey don't worry Lou its culture!"

Luigi then said "Okay then so what happens next?" Rggam than said "Well Yusaku slipped into the empty quietness of a dreamless sleep…"

RGGAM, Yuya, Sonic, Ruby and Luigi all look to see the little clock Yusaku has chime one as RGGAM took a deep and then yelled

"EXPECT THE FIRST GHOST WHEN THE BELL TONES ONE!" It was almost as if on command the entire room became engulfed in light

The glow was enough to wake Yusaku up as the young man as he saw a cute and bubbly 14-year-old woman. She has long blonde hair and blue eyes. She wears a big red bow in her hair. While wearing a white dress with stars on it as she said

"Good you're awake we haven't got all night ya know!" Yusaku then said, getting a good look at the spirit "Tell me your the spirit that was foretold to me!"

Minako smiled and said "I sure am Minako Aino the Ghost of Christmas Past and also Sailor Venus!" She even winked as she broke the fourth wall

Yusaku then said "Okay then thought you'd be older that's all!" Minako then said, offended by that "Look here you big jerk, if people were measured by kindness, you'd be no bigger than a speck of dust!" Yusaku rolled his eyes until Minako used her magic to get Yusaku into his winter coat

"You know I could have gotten dressed myself!" Yusaku said as Minako then said "Who cares about that time to visit your past!" She throws the windows open as Yusaku started to look a bit worried

"You nuts I'll die if I go without a parachute!" Minajko then said "Oh don't worry just take my hand and you'll fly!" Yusaku was hesitant but nodded as RGGAM used his sword to attach it to Yusaku's leg while Luigi lassoed his other leg

"Hang on and get ready!" RGGAM said to them and with that they all flew thanks to Minako working her magic "Wow hey I can see Daisy from up here!" Luigi smiled

Rggam cheered in joy "G'day world!" "Goodbye lunch!" Ruby cried out just then they flew into a white light into the horizon

"Whoa, talk about a view!" Yuya said as they were now in the past as they all landed as Rggam narrated as e removed some dust from his shirt

"It was the afternoon of Christmas Eve, and Hino was conscious of a thousand odours. Each one connected with a thousand thoughts, hopes, joys, and cares that were long forgotten. As Yusaku was struggling to get everyone's attention to see such familiar faces!"

Yusaku was waving his hand around to try and get their attention but to no avail Minako then said

"That won't work Yusaku, you see these are shadows of your past, they can't see or hear you. Here, let's go inside the school. That's where I really wanted to take you."

"Well you heard the lady, let's not lose her!" Sonic said as they followed Yusaku and Minako into the building

Inside the schoolhouse, the four found themselves on top of a shelf with different head busts as they looked towards Yusaku and Minako in the school house as RGGAM narrated

"And what a flood of memories came back to him, as Yusaku himself beheld his very old classroom." Yusaku was looking with such wonder in joy to see the classroom the texture on the whiteboard until he saw a young boy that almost looked like him

"It was at that very moment, he saw a sad and lonely boy who stayed to study while the rest of the girls went home for the jolly holidays." Narrated RGGAM

Yusaku softly smiled and said looking at the boy "I was often alone. It may have been a time for solitude and to get extra work done. But our family was under hard times as well. My father used to be a cruel businessman, and would often make me and the rest of my family feel forgotten. They certainly had hard times indeed."

Minako then said ready to clap her hands "Or so it may seem, let's look at another Christmas in this place." Yusaku scoffed at her

"Puh, why bother? They were all pretty much the same." Minako smirked and said "Almost all of them." She clapped her hands together as RGGAM narrated

"The years soon performed their terrible dance. And in that very moment, for Yusaku literally saw his entire childhood right before his very eyes. He saw her old school room age and decay.."

Yusaku saw his young self working as he looked bored and lonely. That was until the door opened as a young girl with short brown hair, matching brown eyes and eyeglasses. She wears a green cardigan over a beige dress with black straps that fades to tan with oak-leaf patterns and she completes the look with black leggings and half rimmed glasses while wearing sandy-brown converse-like shoes.

And holding a black kitty plushie in her hands Yusaku both past and present both knew who it was Shiki Fujiki the other thing Yusaku loved besides his upbeat cousin

"Not much fun being ignored by father and being left all alone here at school, is it Yu-Yu…" Young Yusaku gasps as he hugged her sister

"Oh Shiki!" Shiki smiled at Yusaku and said as she looked at her brother "Big brother Yusaku I've come to take you home! Home forever and ever!"

Yusaku gasps in surprise as he says "B-but father-" Shiki cuts in and says "You haven't been forgotten Yu-yu. Father is so much kinder now than he used to be!"

Yusaku had a "are you sure" look as Shiki nodded "Yes really! He spoke so gently to me one night that I was not afraid to ask him once more if you might come home. Do you know what he said? Yes you should oh daughter! Bring him right home for the holiday straight away!" Young Yusaku smiled as Shiki offered her hand "Let's go let's not not keep papa waiting!"

Young Yusaku smiled in joy as they both left the room as Minako smiled and said "Aw look at that guess you weren't too upset it's Christmas either!"

Yusaku smiled and said "Yeah Shiki she was my youngest sister we were very close with each other…" Minako then asked "Did she grow up to have a family?"

Yusaku then nodded and said with a smile "Indeed he was married to a man named Neku Sakuraba at first their relationship was rough but they worked it out in the end even had a niece called Sunset Sakuraba Shimmer!" He then frowned and said "But then she passed on it broke my heart. I swore to myself I would never love anyone else again."

Minako then touched his shoulder saying "Come along Yusaku, there is much more to see.." Minako clapped her hands as they once again travelled through time

"It was at that exact moment Yusaku had found himself standing on a city street and looking at a building he had not seen in many years…" Narrated RGGAM as he, Sonic, Yuya and Ruby were near a street lamp

Yusaku gasps and says to Minako "Minako I know this place! It's Moxie and Millie's factory it was my very first job!"

"And once more, it was Christmas Eve, night was falling, and the lamplighters were plying their trade!" Narrated RGGAM said as Ruby by total accident lit Sonic's tail as it caught on fire

""Hey hey, hey, hey, light the lamp, not the hedgehog LIGHT THE LAMP NOT THE HEDGEHOG!" Yelled a comedic Sonic Ruby yelped on what she did "I'm so sorry!"

Sonic then said panicking "Don't just stand there put me out, put me out, put me out, put me out!" Luigi then sees a bucket of water below him and yells "SONIC!"

"WHAT!?" Exclaimed Sonic as Yuya pushed him as the blue hedgehog hero emerged from it shivering as RGGAM helped him out as Sonic shivers saying to Ruby and the others

"Th-th-th-thank you!" Ruby then said with a small smile on her face "Your welcome!"

Yusaku then looks at the window and sees his former masters Millie and Moxie Yusaku smiled and said

"Oh Moxie and Millie I never worked for a kinder couple." As Millie and Moxie came out as Millie said with stars in her eyes

"Can't believe it's gonna happen Moxie!" Moxie chuckled and said "That's right Millie honey! Let us commence the festivities!"

Millie cheered in joy as Yusaku gasped and said "Moxie and Millie's Christmas Party, come on spirit let's go!"

RGGAM and his merry band also followed inside as Yusaku saw everyone there from Kolter and his bro Jin to Eggman and his daughter Sage putting ornaments on the tree with the help of the Loud family. Sci-twi, Charles and Tails the fox to chatting with each other folks dancing the beat of Dj Ocactvio's music with Sonia Strumm providing vocals as people danced to it

Moxie then said "Okay thank you thank you all now excuse me could we have some silence please?"

Sonic then said shivering "At l-least I'm not a popsicle, guess I'm grateful for that!" Luigi smiled at him "Hey no problem!"

As the noise got even louder as Millie yelled "Can we have everyone's attention for Satan's sake!?"

Sonia sees this as she grabs her guitar and strums her guitar as that chatter dies down Moxie said "Thank you miss Strumm!" She gives a thumbs up to the demon couple as Moxie then said

"Welcome to Millie and Moxie's annual Christmas Party! At this time in the proceedings, it's a tradition for me to make a little speech."

Eggman then said to them "And the right time for me to either take a lap or build a christmas robot hohoho!" Millie then said "Right Eggman's joke aside, here's our Christmas speech to the lot of yall!"

Moxie then said with a smile "Thank you all for coming, and have yourselves a very merry Christmas!" Eggman then said

"Huh, short and simple I like it!" Eggman then laughed even Sage giggled it as Linclon loud then said "Enough of the speeches you guys let's party!"

Rita smiled and said "You heard my son Millie!" Millie giggles and says "I know that Rita hit it DJ!"

Ocacvtio smiled and said "Right away drop that winter jolly beat!" As he and the musicians began playing the music as the guests continued partying

Yuya then said "Look there's a buffet over there, I'm getting kinda hungry!" They walk and see the Swedish Chef singing deck to the halls as Yuya giggles nervously

"On second thought, the singing fruit is a bad idea!" Luigi then said "Good call!"

Yusaku then spies another younger version of himself sitting in a far corner as he was reading a book as he looked at Minako "Spirit that shy lad over there it is also me.."

Moxie then came over to the young Yusaku and said "Yusaku are you alright?" The young Yusaku then said "I'm not sure Moxie, it's just that, I'm a little shy at these parties…" Millie then said

"Oh sweetheart it's christmas and a party no less enjoy it with people you care for!" Yusaku then said "Y-you sure?"

Moxie then said "Of course! So, now go and meet some people, get social, have some fun."

Just then a fair-skinned young woman with light brown hair in a bob-cut and yellow eyes. Wearing a light blue dress was having a good time until Yusaku bumped into her by accident

"S-sorry!" Yusaku said in a panic Millie and Rita came over as Rita said "Oh Skye we would like to introduce you to Yusaku Fujiki the finest mind in the city Yusaku this is Skye Zaizen a friend to the Louds and to the Nolastname's!"

Skye then said shaking his hand "I have to say it's an honour to meet you Yusaku!" Millie told Rita to move as she said okay to her

Minako smiled and said "So you know this meeting?" Yusaku then said "I do this is where I first met Skye Zaizen!"

Skye then said to the young Yusaku grabbing his hands "Oh Yusaku it's a lovely night, my lips are puckered, and we're standing under the mistletoe." Young Yusaku smiled nervously "D-do forgive me but I think your standing on my feet

Then they proceeded to dance as the party went on. The guests looked as the two danced, ending with Yusaku wrapping his arms around Skye as they kiss as some of the guests smiled at this heartwarming sight

Yusaku sighed and smiled "I remember how I loved that girl!" Minako then said with a frown "True but in ten years time you learned to love something else!"

Yusaku gasped as the background around them changed to Yusaku's court shop and said in worry

"Oh no, no, don't show me this. Anything but this."

Skye then said to the young Yusaku who was sitting at his desk "It is going to be another year before our wedding, Yusaku?" asked Skye, sighing sadly.

"Well it can't be helped, Skye" Young Yusaku sighed sadly. "How could we marry now? We don't even have enough for a decent home. The investments haven't grown as they should.''

Skye groaned as she pinched her noise. "You say that every year." "Well, business continues to be poor." Yusaku then said to her

"You're a partner in your own firm now. That is no excuse." Yusaku groaned as he sees Skye standing up. "Yet, it is barely clearing expenses."

"You said to yourself that the partnership was the goal." Skye pointed out to him. "But this isn't about me, this is about you. I love you, Skye!"

Skye looked sadly at the one she loved since they first met. "You did once."

Young Yusaku was shocked but then said cold heartedly, "Fine then, if you don't want to wait a little longer for our investments to be taken care of, I got one more thing for you in case we're through which we are now, Skye. The last payment you made for our short lived wedding and our future decent home was two months and seven weeks overdue!"

He then shows Skye a mortgage paper with a 'Closed' stamp on it as she gasped "Therefore I'm officially foreclosing the mortgage!"

Skye had tears in her eyes as she left the court house as Ruby and Luigi were crying as RGGAM and Sonic were hugging them

"There there girl it's okay!" Sonic said to the crying Ruby "Let it out buddy!" RGGAM said to the crying Luigi

Minako then said "You may have said those words at this time, but in reality, you loved your gold more than that beautiful human being, and lost her forever!" Yusaku then said as tears came from his eyes

"Minako please show me no more! I can no longer bear these memories, take me home and leave me alone!" Minako sighed and said with a sad look on her face

"Very well Yusaku but do not blame me or anyone else for these, they are the shadows of things that have been. They are what they are. You fashioned these memories yourself." The last words echoed as Yusaku found himself back in his bedroom….
