Welcome everyone, to the Finale of City of Angels and Demons. Last time, the good guys finally sieved SWAT HQ to rescue Hicks and company from Officer Azaria. And after a hopefully action packed scene, and a tail whip to the face from Spyro, Azaria was defeated. And today, as stated, is the end of the story. So, what's left to wrap up? Read on to discover...

(Our tale opens up on the aftermath of the second siege on SWAT HQ. Hicks is getting checked out by medics just in case something happened while he was in there, Hondo and his team are handing Officer Azaria over to the LAPD for booking, and Spyro and Cynder are talking to Inspector Lesus, getting his end of the story)

Spyro: So Azaria intended to make you the fall guy for all of this?

Inspector Lesus: Yeah, I don't quite have the best reputation in IA. And all of this isn't going to help.

Cynder: I will admit, we did kind of suspect you, we're sorry to say.

Inspector Lesus: It was my attitude when we first met, wasn't it?

Spyro: That did kind of sour us a bit. What was that about?

Inspector Lesus: Being completely honest, my assumptions about you. I just thought you two were hotshot officers thinking they could do no wrong. I couldn't have been more wrong though, I apologize.

Cynder: Then everything is balanced.

Inspector Lesus: Well, it will be once I give my testimony. It's going to wreck my personal life, but to get justice for those Azaria harmed, it's worth it.

Hicks: Good to hear. Your change of heart may just save some lives.

(As Hicks makes this point, we fast forward through the week, with Spyro and Cynder leading several SWAT Officers in liberating the caged people we saw at the start of the story, and taking down what's left of the men in suits that Christina Summer described. And before we know it, it's been two weeks since Spyro and Cynder got here, and the two of them are just about packed up to head home, taking final goodbyes from the rest of Hondo's team)

Luca: Got to say, it was a hell of a good time having you two on our unit.

Spyro: The feeling's mutual, Luca.

Street: If you're ever in LA again, you know where to find us.

Deacon: Yeah, we'll give you the full tour of the city

Cynder: If you all ever make it out to Warfang feel free to look us up.

Hondo: But before you go, there's one thing you need to answer.

Spyro: Shoot, Hondo.

Hondo: You said there was more to why you picked our team to join for this exchange. What was that reason exactly?

Cynder: (With a grin to Spyro) Well, it's quite simple. Of all the SWAT units we could have joined, we felt yours felt more like what ours was back home.

Hondo: That being?

Spyro: A family. Not saying the others didn't have that, just 20 Squad had it the most.

Hondo: Well, we're honored to hear that. But you should know, you two are part of that family now. Whether you're on the unit or not.

Cynder: The feeling's mutual, Hondo.

Spyro: Well, we've got to get moving, it's a long flight back home from here.

Cynder: Farewell, everyone, and best of luck in your futures.

(With one final group hug from all of Hondo and his team, Spyro and Cynder head outside and take off towards home, with Hondo and his team waving farewell as they head out, ending our story)

And that is where we will wrap this story up. Yeah, it's a short one, but all of my finales are really. There's usually just never much left to say when all is said and done. So, I'm not going to prolong this anymore than I need to. Especially since next time is going to be pretty big, since it's my 45th story. So be sure to tune in for that. But for now, as both of these families gain a few new members, this is Dragon of Mystery, signing out.
