Y'all have been waiting for this, and now here it is. I hope some of you find this worth the wait.

"D-dad, it's not what it looks like!" Octavia was quick to say.

"Dad?!" Ash says out of shock.

"Well, it looks like you have a human in bed, ready to do unspeakable things!" The taller owl says in annoyance.

"I…" Octavia looked down, seeing herself still in the boy's arms before pulling herself out of them. "Okay, well the first part of that is that is true, but the second part-"

"Wha-what is going on here?! Why is there a human here and…" The taller owl then turned and looked at Pikachu and Pigdeot on the bed. "W-what are those things?"

"Uh… t-those are my… Pokemon sir." Ash says.

"Pokemon? Is that a new Earth species?"

"A-actually, funny story-" Octavia started to say.

"Wait, is that… Is that my grimoire?" The taller owl says while picking up his book from the bed. "Y-you took my grimoire and used-Ohhhhh! Fucking…" He covered his face before he started pacing around the room.

"D-dad, I'm sorry! I-"

"You don't know what's out there, Octavia! You could've gotten hurt, you could've been…"

Octavia was frozen and her face filled with guilt. Ash and his Pokemon were frozen in shock, not knowing how to react. The taller owl huffed before wiping tears from his eyes.

"D-dad… I-I'm sorry." His daughter asked.

"Were you hurt?"

"N-no…"

"Oh, thank goodness." He huffed before standing up, then turned his attention to the boy. "You there. Explain yourself." He then started walking over. "Explain why you're in my castle, my daughter's bed, and all over my owlette!" He demanded as his eyes flashed bright.

Ash looked back and forth, trying to come up with something to say. He looked at Octavia who didn't know what to do. Pikachu and Pidgeot were on guard but didn't know what to say.

"Well?" The taller owl says in a demanding tone.

"I-I well, funny story-" The boy started.

"Wait, dad…" Octavia says, causing her father to ease up before turning to her. "I… can explain."

(After a small explanation)

"YOU DID WHAT?!" The taller owl shouted.

"I know how it sounds, but-"

"Octavia, stop! I am sick of hearing these excuses." The owl then held his hand out. "Give me your phone."

"What?!"

"This is not up for discussion. Give me your phone, right now."

Octavia hesitated momentarily before taking her phone out and giving it to him. He then sighed.

"I can't have something like this go unpunished." He tells her before looking at the boy. "I deeply apologize for you having to witness this."

"I… uh…" Ash was at a loss for words.

Then, there was a tapping coming from the window. There was a red demon with long striped horns and a bit of white on his face just outside. He pointed at the grimoire, to which the taller owl only nodded. Before he left the window, he did a double take when he noticed Ash.

"Yes, I know there's a human here. Could you give us a moment?" The tall owl called out.

The demon rolled his eyes before he finally left the window.

"You're still inviting him here?" Octavia asks.

"It's business, Octavia." Her father tells her before picking up the grimoire. "Right now, I must bring our guest back to his home." He then says before flipping through the pages.

Octavia only sighed before picking up her beanie and turning to Ash. "I-I'm sorry."

"There's nothing to be sorry about." He says trying to reassure her. "It's not your fault."

"Still, I have to thank you for… well, making my day."

"It's no problem."

The boy stood from the bed while putting his cap on, his Pokemon joining him at his side as the taller owl opened a portal. Before he could walk through, Octavia quickly got up and hugged him. He was stunned for a second before hugging back. Her father watched with a soft gaze before looking to the side, slightly saddened.

Once they separated, he stood before her father, who ushered him to follow. Once the portal closed, the owl girl was left in her room on her own.

(Pokemon World)

The owl man stood with the boy on the outskirts of Pallet Town. He was looking around as if surveying the area before humming in interest.

"I have to say, this is quite a lovely world you have here." He says.

"Thank you." Ash tells him. "Pidgeot, you can head back home now." He says to the bird who nods and takes off to the skies.

"Also find it impressive that you have such powerful creatures that listen to your commands, especially at your age."

"I've known Pidgeot since I was ten years old. Pikachu here is my best friend and very first Pokemon." Ash says as the yellow mouse chimes with with a cry of glee.

"Again though, I must apologize for my behavior earlier. That was most indecent of me to do."

"It's fine. I don't know what it's like being a parent but… I know what it's like having one."

The owl man chuckled a bit at the statement. "Guess counts too."

Before he continued, he was enveloped in flames. Once the flames died down, he was still tall, but at a more normal height, now looking like a human version of himself.

"Come along now. Your home is not far is it?"

Ash pointed to his house before they made their way down to it. Before they reached the front door, the boy stopped and looked down in thought. The man in disguise saw and turned to face him.

"Is there something else the matter?" He asked.

"Yeah, kinda. Are you… are you gonna stop Octavia from visiting?" Ash asked him.

"I uh… well…" The man started to say before sighing and rubbing his face. "I can't stop her from seeing you, but for now, you might not see her for a bit. If she hadn't appeared in your home, I'd fear the worst."

"I get that part, but still, can I still see her? Even after… well, what I…"

"I mean, don't get me wrong, I am shocked beyond the nine rings that my daughter was kissing a human, and of course, I would possibly do some unspeakable things to any boy who'd tried that with my owlette!" The man says, his voice turning demonic and his eyes changing red, scaring the boy a bit. "However…" He says with his voice returning to normal. "You're different than any other human I know and you also helped give my daughter shelter, so I'll say this… Thank you."

After hearing that the boy smiled a bit. Then the door opened, revealing the boy's mother who was surprised upon seeing a man standing with her son in the yard.

"Um, hello?" She says.

"Uh, yes, hello." The man says before walking up to her. "Apologies, miss, I was just helping your son back home."

"Oh, well… thank you, but I don't think he needs anyone to walk him back home." She says as her son walks up to her.

"Yes, well, I was in the middle of thanking him for watching after my daughter."

"Oh…" She then squinted her eyes as he looked familiar. "Is your daughter Octavia?"

"Yes, that is correct. My name is Stolas." The disguised demon says while holding his hand out.

"I'm Delia." She says after shaking it. "I have to say, your daughter is a real sweetheart."

"That's good to know. I have to be on my way now."

"Very well. I hope you and your daughter come by and visit again."

"... Perhaps."

"Now come on, Ash. It's getting late." Delia says before heading back inside.

Ash took a moment, looking back at Stolas. "Sorry, I didn't get an answer for-"

"I'll think about it." The owl demon tells him. "I am rather curious to learn more about these Pokemon. They seem interesting."

"Well, I could give you some kind of explanation if you want. I've got a lot of stories."

"I would like to hear some. Till then, farewell."

"Yeah, bye."

The boy waved as Stolas started to leave out of sight. He heard the portal open and closed before going inside and sighing. He was expecting her father to go more ballistic, but he seemed to take a human kissing his daughter better than expected. Part of him though was worried about what might happen to Octavia, but also hoped that her father wouldn't do anything harsh with her.

(Hell)

Octavia was pacing around her room with worry on her face, rubbing her arms in anticipation. The portal opens behind her as she turns around and sees her father come through, closing the portal while taking his real form.

"Dad!" She says while running up to him. "D-did you do anything to him? Please tell me you didn't-?"

"Ash is fine, Octavia. I didn't do anything to him." Stolas tells her.

"Thank you." She says before he turned and walked out. "Dad, I… I know you're probably mad right now." She says while following him.

"I'd replace probably with definitely."

"I-I get that, but I… I don't want to stop seeing him. Can I just… at least go every once in a while."

"Octavia, this is not the time to be discussing this." Stolas stopped and turned to face her. "Do you not know the severity of what you've done? Not only have you gone behind my back to steal, but you also went to a world I had not known about until now. As I said before you could've gotten hurt!"

"B-but, I-I wasn't. Ash didn't do anything to me."

"And what if you didn't end up in his presence?! What if you ended up in some sick fuck's home instead of his?! You would be lost, I wouldn't be able to find you because I wouldn't even know where you were, and you would be stuck in a world that I wouldn't be able to get without knowing what dangers it might hold!"

The more her father made a show with his hands and made his points, Octavia backed down more and more. She refused to make eye contact, gripping her arms tighter and tighter as her mouth quivered, listening to him constantly yell at her. She could feel the tension getting to her, gripping her arms tiger and starting to feel her eyelids twitch.

"Why did you do this Octavia?! What in the 7 rings of Hell possessed you to do this?!" Stolas ended off.

After that, something snapped inside her.

"I WOULDN'T HAVE IF MY PARENTS HADN'T SPENT TIME SCREAMING THAN CARING ABOUT ME!" She suddenly screamed at him.

Stolas was left stunned at the scream, Octavia ran back to her room before slamming the door shut. Still stunned, his gaze softened as realization started to dawn on him. He went up to the door and was about to knock before he heard muffled sobs, making him move his hand away. He sighed before he started walking away.

He took one more look down the hall as he rested a hand on his bedroom door before opening it. The demon from earlier fell to the floor while cursing before he looked up.

"Oh, hey." He says while standing up.

"Hello, Blitzo." Stolas says while entering and closing the door behind.

"So, uh… l-look not to get wrapped up in the family shit but-"

"You heard everything, I know."

"Y-yeah, just so you know, I didn't mean to listen in, you were kinda fucking loud out there."

"I am aware." Stolas says while walking to the bed before dropping down on it.

"U-uh…" Blitzo says while looking back and forth before going over to the edge. "I'm sorry, is… is this a bad time? I-I could come back some other time."

"It is a bad time." The owl then turned away before holding the book out.

"W-what are you doing?"

"Just take it."

"What? J-just like that?"

"I'm not in the mood right now, okay."

Blitzo looked at him for a moment before looking at the book. He took it and started to head for the balcony. He stopped for a moment before looking back at the bed with a sympathetic look before looking down. Then he put the book on the railing and got on top of it.

"Oh, shit, SHIT!" He screamed as he fell before there was a crash.

Stolas only turned to the side before sighing. He wasn't feeling okay, feeling saddened by the current situation at hand. He was at a loss for what he was to do now.

Octavia wasn't doing so well herself, sitting in her bed knees covering her face, her eyes drenched with tears. She knew that something like this was gonna happen, knew that she was bound to get caught eventually, but wasn't ready for it. She curled up and lay on her bed, still crying.

(A month later)

He waited for her. Ash waited for her to return, hardly leaving Pallet in hopes of meeting her again. However, she hadn't. It made him worried, made him anxious.

Delia started to notice and felt bad about her son as he wasn't like this. It did make her feel assured since her son was starting to take an interest in a girl, but that also added to her concern. Pikachu also noticed, feeling sad for his best friend and comforting him in any way his little cuddly self could.

Ash did feel better, but that didn't change how he felt. He wanted to see her. To talk to her. To be with her. To touch her again. To hold her in his arms. But more than anything, he wanted to make sure she was okay.

(...)

Ash came back home after going around town helping some well-known friends in the neighborhood, a hobby he had picked up when he wasn't out on his journey. He seemed to be getting better, but that didn't change the fact that he still missed Octavia.

He sat on his bed, sighing to himself, Pikachu coming over to comfort him as usual. He held the little yellow Pokemon in his arms, looking up at his ceiling. If he couldn't be with her, he at least wanted to see her and be sure that she was okay, especially knowing her living situation.

With a small exhale, he closed his eyes while lying down. "Please, be okay."

As if some god had heard his voice, he heard a wooshing sound which caused him to sit up and Pikachu to hop out of his arms. His eyes widened as he saw the portal open before him, the portal of which he saw a familiar owl girl rush out, clutching her father's grimoire in her arms as the portal closed behind her. She looked around the room before they made eye contact.

"Octavia?"

They stared at each other for what felt like an eternity which was only a few seconds. At that moment tears formed in the boy's eyes before he smiled and got up from the bed, the bird girl dropping the book before rushing over and pulling him into a hug.

"I'm so happy to see you again! I missed you!" He laughed with genuine happiness as he hugged her, not getting a response back. "Octavia, how…" He trailed off.

His smile then fell as he heard sobbing. He pulled away while still holding her, seeing her failing to hold back tears, sniffles, and hiccups.

"I-I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I'm sorry-" She kept repeatedly mumbling.

"Hey, it's okay, it's okay." He says as he sits back on the bed, pulling her with him. "It's okay, it's okay."

They sat there. She sobbed into his shoulder and he petted her hair in an attempt to comfort her, continuing to say 'It's okay' over and over again as she held onto him, soaking the shoulder of his shirt in her tears. Pikachu stood at the side slightly stepping back a bit to give them space.

Eventually, Octavia's sobs slowly came to a stop, but she didn't move.

"Are you feeling better?" Ash asked, only for the girl's hold to tighten.

"Just… don't let me go, please." She says quietly.

He stared at her before sighing and pulling her closer. "Okay."

They stayed as they were, the boy holding her in her arms while stroking her hair. He was happy to have her back, happy to hold her and comfort her.

… Meanwhile.

"-So, your daughter came by took your book and teleported off to who the FUCK knows where, and we have no way of getting either of them back. OKAY!? Okay. Good talk, byeeeeee." Blitzo says before hanging up the office phone and wincing as he prepared for the worst… which didn't seem to come. "Oh! That actually went better than I thought." He says relieved… before the front doors busted open.

"BLIIIIIIIIIIIITZ!"
