A series of 100-500 word drabbles to accompany my rewatch of season 3 of Once Upon a Time. There will be a drabble–either a deleted scene, a "fix it" fic or a character musing for each episode of the season. Focus will be on Emma, Henry, the Charmings and Killian–with an emphasis on Captain Swan's epic love story.

Regina is hopelessly in love with Emma. So hopeless that she repeatedly exposes herself to situations that could have been avoided if she just told Emma the truth. But that is easier said than done. "But I crash in my mind whenever you are near, getting deaf, dumb and blind"

Emma goes over to Killian's with Henry after a rough night with Neal, the line she and Killian once set many moons ago of being just friends may or may not get a little hazy. Killian has always been in love with Emma so what happens when she doesn't care about the consequences of just one night. A night that meant everything to them. Coping with the loss of her fiance, Regina sends a series of romantic texts to his old cellphone number, not realizing it was reassigned to journalist Emma Swan. When Emma becomes captivated by the honesty of her words in the beautifully constructed texts, she enlists the help of love guru Ingrid Fisher to meet Regina in person and win her heart. Based on the 2023 film Love Again.

Things are only further complicated when Emma is called back to Boston and asked to become the legal guardian of a teenage girl. SQ!

Now at 15, she finds herself in a hospital in a small town called Storybrooke Maine. She decides to give this town a chance one she meets Maleficent. Mal only wants this teen to feel loved and cared for before her childhood is over.
