After watching Star Trek: Into Darkness (for the billionth time) recently I started writing a bunch of crack and what if scenarios.Each chapter revolves around a specific pairing (all including Kirk) and some crack, but also serious what if stuff or alternate scene shenanigans. I may do more pairings as I feel the need.

But the water has strange effects on Spock, who essentially gets trapped in his own mind. Did the aliens know this would happen? Khan is a master chess player, but not all pieces follow the rules. Every machine has its ghosts, and Section 31 is no different. Only its ghost drinks coffee and prefers to terrorize technologically challenged ensigns. 'John Harrison' was not prepared for this. Liberal doses of humor over a fairly angsty plotline. Takes place in the year before Into Darkness. Some OCs.

Indecision made the decision for him. The burn of the lactic acid building up in his tissues was too much and his limbs stopped moving altogether. His denser muscles began pulling him down until he slipped beneath the water.

Danny and Chekov were separated at birth, and when Danny joins the Star Fleet and they meet, will they realized that their family? And what will happen when their ship is attacked?

When James T. Kirk was dying after saving his crew, he finally works up the courage to tell Spock how he really feels about him. Oneshot.

Uhura is intrigued by her new professor at the Starfleet Academy. But does she see he's also curious about her? Uhura/Spock Academy years. Fluff in later chapters.
