Percy and Annabeth are looking to join the crew of the most fearsome pirate, but before they can officially call themselves crew members, they must prove themselves worthy of such an honor. They are put through the most trying of tasks and must make it through if they wish to not get eliminated before they make the crew. Yet nothing is harder than being forced to work together.

He was always running, always hiding. Easiest that way. He was full of this fire, and it would always be with him. He had to accept it, but there was no running from the fact that fire burns. Rated T because it is quite angsty, but really it is more like a high K plus.

Nico is having trouble adjusting to his new high school but he meets someone new. Percy Jackson helps him along and lets Nico stay over while his dad is attempting to recover from an alcoholic problem. In this story, freshman own cars and homes and they can have their own jobs. Her evil step-mother Aphrodite, and her godforsaken daughters, Drew and Piper, try their hardest to make Reyna's life a living hell.
