Molly lost her mother twice, once in 2008 and once in 2020. With the discovery of an old piece of paper in her mother's study, she starts unravelling the mystery of her mother's time in the 80s. Chris/Shaz and referenced Galex. Set in present day but minus the pandemic. In this fic Alex did actually wake up at the end of series 2 and never went back to the 80s.
