Eddard Stark had won the war of Robert's Rebellion and was now heading to Winterfell in peace. But when his old friend, Jon Arryn, had arranged for his daughter, Cersei, to marry Eddard, Tywin Lannister was disgruntled. Eddard had to wait for his future bride to arrive, and it was not a pleasant journey.
Cersei complained about the broken wheelhouse, the snow, the dull and cold wedding ceremony, and the unprepared chambers. Eddard, surprised by her outbursts, said he hadn't expected a southern wife and that his father had been a widow, which made Cersei even angrier. She began to storm out, but Eddard was perplexed and asked what she wanted. Cersei demanded that he act like a husband to her.
So, Eddard and Cersei headed to his chambers, where Eddard discarded his clothes and then Cersei's. He admired her body, slim neck, big breasts, flat stomach and wide and round hips. He then proceeded to bite, lick, and caress her body, making her whimper with pleasure. He then positioned himself and broke her maidenhead, making her wrap her legs around him.
Later, they had six children, but Cersei still felt out of place. She wanted the luxury and love of her Silver Prince, whom she had never met. Eddard had to take on the role of a father and a husband, and Cersei soon found a place in her heart for him. Even though they had different backgrounds, they were able to make their marriage work and build a home together.
