Guilty pleasures. We've all got them, well kept secrets that we dare not share with the rest of the world for fear of their judgement. Lara Raith is no different.

Note: I'm currently GM-ing for a Dresden Files RPG group. The stories I'm posting here are based on our gaming sessions, and characters. Characters are original work, but most are not mine. The ones that aren't mine are used with the permission of their creators.

Dresden is having a bad day. First his clothes are destroyed by a bunch of exploding mini demons. Then he goes to the mall to replace his clothes, and more of the imps attack. More places start popping up with the things. Where are they coming from? And why do they seem to operate under an unusual magical principle? And who is the mysterious man that is present at every attack?

The raid on Hades' Vault is over, and Harry has come home... but very little is as he left it; he's got new digs, a new job, and new enemies. Good thing he still has his friends. He'll need them for his next Winter Knight mission: hunting down and assassinating a natural predator.

SPOILERS! You should read 'SKIN GAMES' before reading this fanfic. Mab's thoughts and reflections after the end of the 'skin game'. (Not writing more here because of spoilers.)

Nothing's ever simple when you're a Dresden, but it isn't necessarily all that hard. Maggie, Mouse and Twinkly Smart teach their friends how to deal with things that go bump in the night. In the same continuity as 'Dresden's Daughters'.

"... all of the shit that's piled up at his door is going to hit the fan, and he'll be the one who has to clean it up." But maybe - just maybe - Harry can actually deal with it. [ short drabble. / rated T for language. ]

"Have I ever told you," he drawled, looking over his sunglasses, "how much of an utter pain in the ass you are?" No matter what universe, Harry is a magnet for supernatural trouble and fire. [Gender AU - F/M]

War number two is coming down the pike, straight at Harry, Mouse, Molly, and the rest of the crew. Harry answers a summons by Mab, only to be attacked by...Mab. Later he goes to his island to find out the source behind a disturbance, only again to be set upon. The work of Mab herself, again? Harry wonders. How was Demonreach breached, as it has been, will there be any survivors?.

Harry, after having given birth to his new daughter (it's complicated!) and reconnected with his first one, has to balance the usual screwball mess that is his life with the more mundane screwball mess of being a single parent. Post-Skin Game. Beware Spoilers.

This short story takes place after Cold Days. Harry assists Murphy with an investigation outside of Chicago. He has the chance to use the time away to make her change her mind about their relationship. Or, he could make things worse. Hell's bells, life for Harry is never easy.

I'd never realized before how much effort it took to breathe. To will my heart to beat. All those times I'd come out ahead... and all it took was one rookie mistake to undo it all. (Karrin's perspective) (M for language and darkness) (One-shot)
