This is Part 3 of the Red Dragon Trilogy. This is very old and by the fandom-famous author "LisaLu" who has been MIA for many years. I'm posting cuz most fans won't know her work and it's a shame. Warning-Part 3 of the "trilogy" was completed but the larger arc was not. Summary: After the Buu Saga, an old enemy returns to take over the universe with the help of the Red Dragonballs.
