Rick has woken up from the hospital in search of his son, Carl, but he finds Michonne first. Realizing that they might be the last two people alive, they must learn to trust each other. "After I thought I was dead and gone, she was my first friend. Then she was more."

Nearly 2 months in and Alexandra is alone. Groups were never her thing, and even now during the apocalypse they still don't sit well with her. One day she stumbles across a group near a quarry, and finds two people she knows. Unwillingly she stays, in an attempt to help them survive just a little longer. This is a Walking Dead AU which puts the characters in a 1940's noir setting. It's a crime drama that takes place in Atlanta with Daryl Dixon, P.I. as the main character. The M Rating is largely for violence (but could also include adult situations, language, etc.). I do not own the rights to any of the characters, etc., etc...
