Keeping secrets certainly wasn't a way to solidify yourself into a group, but Jolene has her reasons. She wasn't looking for a permanent place in the group, but certain circumstances lead her further into the lives of these people than she thought possible. With the world gone to Hell, suddenly her relationship with Daryl doesn't seem so bizarre. Daryl/OC seasons one and two.
