Sasuke groaned as he began to stir awake from the deep sleep he was in.
"Shiori-nee he's about to awaken." Kotori said as she watched with anticipation.
"Shh I can see that." Shiori whispered back.
'Where the Hell am I?' Was Sasuke's first thought as he fully opened his eyes.
All he remembered was training with his Eternal Rinnegan space-time technique and all he saw was black afterwards.
He felt his Chakra reserves. Fortunately he still had enough to handle any threats. A quarter of it was temporarily gone though. His Sharingans activated as he quickly sat up and analyzed his surroundings with a keen eye. He noticed a young woman and a young girl. The young woman looked to be an age below him. He was 18 himself.
"Where am I and who are you both??" Sasuke asked with a coldness to his tone. After all, these two could potentially be enemies. If they were, they were quite stupid in attempting to kidnap him of all people.
Both raised there hands in a gesture to calm Sasuke down.
"We're not here to harm you. My name is Shiori Itsuka and she's my sister, Kotori Itsuka." Shiori immediately said to calm him down. "You're in Tengu City. We found your body nearby when we were heading to school." She finished.
"Tengu City?" Sasuke questioned out to which he received a nod in return. He could tell she wasn't lying because his Sharingans would've caught it. He didn't recognize the name of the place from anywhere on the Elemental Nations at all. He decided to pry a little bit. He used his Sharingans to go through Shiori's memories.
Shiori blushed at the look he was giving her. "..is it something on my face?" She asked as she started to play with her long dark blue hair.
"I don't see anything." Kotori said as she looked.
Sasuke let out a deep sigh as he brushed his raven hair back. He deactivated his Sharingans. "No it's not." He responded. He looked up contemplatively and in deep thought. '..damn this is a new dimension entirely. How could I be so careless? I could activate the ability again to go back, but what if I end up in another dimension with even lower Chakra?' It was indeed a scary thought.
"What's your name?" Shiori asked as she could see that he was in deep thought. It looked like he was coming to terms with something.
Sasuke looked back at her. "Sasuke Uchiha." He responded. "Thanks for tending to me while I was out." He thanked. He figured he would go with the flow for now. After all being in this new dimension was curious and he would eventually report everything back anyways.
Shiori smiled cutely at him. He had a unique name that suited him. "It was my pleasure. Would you like something to eat? We have some leftover breakfast." She offered.
Sasuke shrugged. "Sure." He responded. Eating will help replenish his Chakra reserves at a faster rate and plus he was hungry from training.
"Well you two can go ahead. I'm going to head back to school Shiori-nee. It was nice meeting you Sasuke. I'll see you both later!" Kotori yelled out as she exited the house.
Shiori waved and Sasuke nodded.
"You can follow me to the kitchen Sasuke." Shiori said as she turned and smiled at him.
"Alri-" Sasuke was about to reply, but was interrupted by the loud sound of an alarm.
"Spacequake..Now??" Shiori questioned as she looked at her phone. It indeed was a Spacequake about to happen any minute now. She then remembered. "Wait Kotori!!" She yelled and then went and ran out of their house to search for her younger sister.
Sasuke remembered about Spacequakes from Shiori's memories and they seemed intriguing. He may as well follow her and see where this goes.
-Cutscene-
"Kotori! Kotori where are you?!" Shiori screamed out as she searched for her sister. Sasuke followed alongside her.
Sasuke paused in his tracks as he sensed something. This energy was strong, powerful , and different from Chakra. "Shiori wait." He called out to her.
Shiori paused in her steps and looked at Sasuke. "Was is it Sasuke??" She asked curiously and urgently as she was wanting to get back to searching for Kotori.
Sasuke didn't say anything and went to stand protectively in front of her as his eyes narrowed.
Both watched as a large explosion went off. It had a shockwave aftershock and Sasuke had to use his Kusanagi to slice and dice any falling debris or objects.
It was smoky but once it cleared it revealed a young woman. She had long dark purple hair and matching eyes. She was short about five feet and had on an astral dress. She held her broadsword in her hand and a pinkish violet aura surrounded her.
She had a cold glare directed towards their way.
'What strange energy.' Sasuke thought as he immediately activated his Sharingans. It was similar to Chakra but different. He could see only spiritual energy whereas Chakra uses spiritual and physical energy.
"So you humans actually dare come to kill me??" She asked in a cold and daring voice. She tightened her hold on her broadsword. "You both will die knowing you didn't succeed." She slashed her weapon down and a whitish pink blast of power shot towards them at fast speeds.
To Sasuke it looked like it was coming at him in slow motion. He wondered if he could absorb the attack. He may as well try. He held out his hand.
"Preta Path." He said calmly. The woman's attack absorbed inside him and Sasuke actually felt his Chakra reserves increase a bit along with something else.
He couldn't think on it as he swiftly unsheathed his Kusanagi and blocked the woman's broadsword attack aimed for his head.
The woman grit her teeth. This human..she could admit he was strong. "How..did you absorb my attack?" She asked.
"Sleep." Was the only thing Sasuke replied with.
The woman angrily looked into Sasuke's eyes. "Wha-!" She started to yell but then began to fall as she was knocked out from Sasuke's Sharingan. Sasuke grabbed her and put her over his shoulder. He used a seal to seal her weapon within it.
Shiori watched surprised and shocked on the sidelines.
"What are you doing Sasuke?" She asked.
"I'll explain later. We should leave before the AST arrive. Put your hand on my shoulder." He said.
Shiori did just that and Sasuke teleported the three. The AST indeed did appear right when the three left, but was confused to see no one in sight.
