Lynn relentlessly punched the punching bag with determination. Her goal was clear: to defeat Cammy so decisively that she would have no choice but to leave. Every strike was filled with power and intent, as Lynn channeled her frustration and anger into each blow. She visualized Cammy's face on the bag, fueling her determination to prove her superiority. With every punch, Lynn felt a surge of adrenaline, knowing that she was one step closer to achieving her desired outcome.

The sound of her fists connecting with the bag echoed through the room, a testament to Lynn's unwavering focus and strength. Each strike was calculated and precise, showcasing her skill and determination. With every punch, Lynn's confidence grew, as she envisioned the impact her actions would have on Cammy's resolve. She knew that her relentless assault on the punching bag was a symbolic representation of the power she held over their relationship.

As Lynn continued to pummel the bag, her determination never wavered. She was fueled by a deep desire to prove her worth and assert her dominance. With each punch, she felt a sense of liberation and empowerment, knowing that she was taking control of her own destiny. Lynn's relentless pursuit of victory was a testament to her unwavering resolve and her refusal to be defeated. She was determined to beat Cammy so hard that she would have no choice but to leave, and with every punch, she inched closer to achieving her goal.

Later Lynn came home

Lucy approached Lynn, asking her to train her in self-defense. Lynn, excited but cautious, considered Lucy's request. However, she was aware that Lucy had anemia and a weak heart, so she needed to ensure not to push her too far.

" Ok but we'll go slow " Lynn says

Lynn took on the role of a mentor as she guided Lucy through the process of learning how to fight. In a series of quick cuts, the montage showcased Lynn's expertise and Lucy's determination. With each move, Lynn demonstrated proper technique, emphasizing the importance of footwork and balance. Lucy absorbed the lessons eagerly, her focus unwavering. As the montage progressed, Lucy's skills improved, her punches becoming more precise and her defenses more solid. Lynn's patient guidance and Lucy's unwavering dedication were evident throughout the montage, culminating in a powerful display of their combined efforts.

"So can I go face Mellisa?" Lucy asked fueled by revenge

" No your not ready you can't learn everything in fighting in a montage" Lynn says

Lori was spying on them.

" Ok fine sigh" Lucy says.

The next day Lucy had snuck off when no one was looking she walked around and finds the bullies.

" If it isn't freaky eyes" Mellisa taunted.

Without saying anything Lucy punched Mellisa as Jenny tries to attack Lucy who did a cartwheel and landed as Jenny charged towards her and shot a few punches but Lucy dodged and sweep kicked her knocking her to the floor with a thud as Mellisa tries to attack but Lucy backfisted her.

Cammy punched her fists.

" You're dead meat" She says and tries to punch her but Lynn leaped and kicked her as she glared as both louds nod and double punch her as they work together and kicked her as they smile as Lynn offered Lucy a fist bump as Lucy does so

Cammy gets up and tries to punch Lynn but Lucy kicked her from behind as Lynn punched her as the two start hitting her with a barrage of punches knocking her back.

Jenny kicked Lynn as Lucy goes to get jenny but Mellisa punched Lucy from behind as Cammy grabbed both Lynn and Lucy and tossed them down and goes to finish them but Lola drove into her using her princess car as she fell over holding her gut.

"Is she dead?" Lana asked as she sat up

" No" Lola says and drove into Jenny and mellisa then into Cammy before stopping

" That was awesome" Lynn says as the 4 hug but Cammy sat up as they gasped.

Lucy decided to use something she knew " Fangs " She says as Fangs flew in and starts scarthing Cammy who ran away as Lucy smiled a bit

"Wait why didn't you use him before?" Lana asked

" I didn't think Fangs could do it but seeing you two about to get hurt well call it a sister instinct" Lucy says

The Louds were having a movie night, enjoying a family film together. Lori, who had been slowly rebuilding her trust in Lynn, felt a sense of unity and happiness. Lucy, grateful for Lynn's support against Jenny, Mellisa, and Cammy, was relieved that the conflict was over. She made a personal commitment to be a better big sister to Lola, Lana, Lisa, and Lily. As Leni reached for the last handful of popcorn, Lola questioned her, "Did you just finish the popcorn?" Leni nervously swallowed.

Lucy smiled " Push kick shove that's how we show our love" She wrote in her poem Seeing the normal loud fight reminded her that some things never change.

There was a big fight cloud as Leni tries to escape

" Oh no you don't!" Lola says and dragged her back in

" You should probably go this time I'll handle this" Lori tells Lincoln and Lucy

Lincoln goes to put Lily to bed as Lucy noticed Lynn giving her a wink and smiled

Lucy, wearing her pajamas, climbed into her cozy bed after a long day. Letting out a tired yawn, she reflected on the triumph of overcoming her bullies with the help of her supportive siblings. With everything back to normal, Lucy could finally rest peacefully.

Later Lynn and Luan check on her

" Good night soul sister" Luan says

"Soul sister what did I miss?" Lynn asked

"Quite a bit Quite a bit" Luan says

After the family had finished with the dinner that the patriarch had pre-prepared for them prior to his and his junior daughter's departure, and had the rest of the evening ahead of them, Luan had begun to gather a few of her little personal belongings, and piled them up on her bottom bunk, such as her pajamas, her bunny slippers, her hair brush, and, of course, Mr. Coconuts. Her immediate big sister and roommate, Luna, stepped into the room, saw the sight that unfolded before her, and found it a little unusual.

"Uh, was it somethin' I sang?" Asked the purple-clad rocker.

"Huh?" Luan responded when she realized that Luna was in the room and questioned her activities.

"You packin' up and shovin' off somewhere?" Luna further inquired.

"Yeah, Lucy invited over into her room for a slumber party," Luan informed her.

Much like the comedienne earlier, the rocker found such to be an incredibly odd and out-of-character request from their little goth sister.

"Luce-Change invited you over for a slumber party?" Luna asked. "Since when is she a party animal?"

Luan pulled Luna a little closer to her, while she also lowered her voice, so that nobody else within the house would hear them through the infamously paper-thin walls.

"She didn't say anything, but I get the feeling since Lynn's away for the weekend, she's actually afraid to sleep alone," theorized Luan.

"Ahhhh..." Luna smiled and nodded understandingly as she sat on the edge of Luan's bottom bunk. "You're all too familiar with that feeling yourself, yeah?"

Luan nodded, "Yeah. Growing up... those occasions where you'd be at a slumber party with any of your friends... I couldn't sleep in this room alone... I always ended up sleeping with Leni whenever that happened..."

"Hey, no shame there," assured Luna.

Luan grabbed hold of the belongings that she had piled upon her bed, and prepared to leave the room, but before she did, she paused to confide in Luna about something…

"You know, I don't care what the reasons are... I'm kinda glad Lucy asked me... for once in my life, I actually feel like a real big sister..."

"Yeah?" Luna responded with a smile.

Luan nodded, "Yeah. I mean, I get I'm kinda the weird sister and none of our younger siblings ever come to me for anything like they do Lori, or even you or Leni... I really don't know what it is, but having Lucy look up to me like she does makes me feel all warm and fuzzy inside... it feels good knowing I can do something like this for one of my little siblings."

"I know what it is, brah," said Luna. "It's your natural Big Sister Instinct. We all have it - we all wanna feel like we can be there for our little dudes, y'know?"

"Do you ever feel that way?" Luan asked.

"Of course," said Luna. "But, I can say that my Big Sister Instinct is totally fulfilled."

"Yeah?" Luan asked. "How so?"

Luna silently chuckled, shook her head, and explained, "Because you're the one who fulfills that instinct, dude... how many times have you come to me for words of sisterly wisdom, or just needed a sis to lean on?"

"Yeah... you're not wrong..." said as she, too, began to smile a little more. "I guess even big sisters sometimes need their own big sisters to look up to..."

"Sure, brah; and it gives me the feels, too, knowin' I got a little sis like you who looks up to me as a big sis," said Luna as she began to climb up the ladder to sprawl herself across her upper bunk. "Now, run along to the little sis who needs to look up to you as her big sis - I'm sure it'll be a righteous time for both of you... maybe..."

Luan smirked at that last remark, but carried on with her plans. Once she stepped out into the hall and over to the next door, she found Lucy as she stood in the middle of the bedroom that she shared with Lynn, Jr., as though she had stood there for an untold period of time in anticipation of her big sister's arrival. The comedienne decided to break the ice in her typical, humorous fashion, as she proceeded to knock on the doorway.

" And thus began a eventful slumber party " Luan says

Lynn smiled " Sounds fun " Maybe I should join one time" Lynn says

" what was it like when you two made up?" Luan asked

Lynn thinks

Long after night had fallen, and the rest of the Loud family had gone to bed, Lynn, Jr. laid awake on a cot up in the attic, where she sweated profusely from all of the summer heat that had risen from the lower floors and bottled up into the hot attic; staying physically active all the time, the jock was accustomed to her own perspiration, and had thought nothing of it. As she stared into the wooden rafters that supported the roof over their heads, she was lost in the void of her misery as she thought of all of the physical, emotional, mental, and psychological damage that she had caused her little sister, and how that damage could possibly never be repaired. She felt all kinds of shame, guilt, regret, and remorse for all she had done to Lucy. After she lay in silence for an unknown passage of time, said silence was suddenly broken when a soft, deadpan, monotone voice spoke up from out of nowhere.

"Lynn?"

Lynn, Jr. screamed, and nearly shot out of the cot from being startled by the sudden appearance of the resident Goth.

"Lucy?!" She asked. "What are you doing up here?"

"Sigh... I can't sleep... I'm lonesome..." admitted Lucy. She paused for a moment to look around and observe their surroundings. "You know... the attic used to be my secret dark place..."

Lynn, Jr. looked down; to hear that made it feel as though she still continued to violate her little sister's boundaries despite her effort to respect them.

"I suppose I shouldn't even be up here then, should I?" The guilty jock asked.

"I suppose you should be back down in your own room, where you belong," suggested Lucy.

Lynn, Jr. looked up at Lucy, and felt a little confused to hear her say this.

"Are-aren't you afraid of me, now?" She asked.

Lucy stood in silence for a moment as she contemplated her response: "I was... for weeks, I was terrified of you... I was terrified to be alone in the same room with you..."

Lynn, Jr. again dropped her head in shame and said, "I don't want you to be afraid of me, Lucy..."

"I don't want to be afraid of you, Lynn..." said Lucy. "Especially since you were always my closest sister..."

Lynn, Jr.'s head shot up again, this time in surprise to hear what Lucy had said, considering how usually distant and withdrawn she tended to be towards the rest of her family, she had no idea that she was the sibling in their family whom Lucy felt the closest to.

"Wait... I was?" She asked.

"Yes," nodded Lucy. "I mean... I know we fight a lot, and we probably clash more than any other siblings in this house who have to share a room... but... you've always been a good big sister to me... and, you've always been there for me whenever I needed somebody to turn to..."

A cautious, yet small smile of pride spread across the jock's freckled face.

"I always wanted to be the best big sis I possibly could to you," she said sincerely.

"I know," nodded Lucy. "You actually reminded me of that when you explained to me that you were only trying to help me..."

"I just don't want you to go through any of the kind of torment I went through because you're an underdog, y'know?" Lynn, Jr. explained again.

"I don't doubt I'll be an easy target for bullies, being a, 'Weird Goth kid,' and such," said Lucy. "But, we have our different ways of dealing with them... fighting back may have worked for you, but that's not my style... I prefer to simply let it all roll off of me... either that, or just put a curse on them. Besides, being bullied by other random kids who only do it as a means to feel better about themselves could never hurt nearly as much as it hurt to be bullied by my own sister."

"I'm so sorry I hurt you, Lucy..." said the jock who hung her head in shame once again.

"The physical bruises will go away in time," said Lucy. "The psychological scarring may take a little longer for me to get over. But, I'm sure that I will... eventually."

"Yeah... Luna told me all about the bruises I gave you..." Lynn, Jr. mumbled before she cautiously rose her head up. "Are... are they really that bad?"

Lucy slowly lifted up her little white pajama top to show her sister the unsightly black and blue marks that her body had endured as a result of her so-called, 'Training.' Lynn, Jr.'s eyes widened in disgust, as she brought her hands to her mouth in shock – she had been the cause of a number of her friends and teammates receiving bruises or other similar epidermal distress many times before during their gameplays, but the circumstances were totally different in this case... these were the bruises of a little sister having been assaulted mercilessly by her own big sister.

"Oh... look what I did to you!" On the verge of losing her composure, Lynn Jr. buried her eyes into the palms of her hands, "I'm so sorry, Lucy..."

Lucy lowered her t-shirt back down over her battered torso, and watched her sister try her very hardest to not let the tears escape from her eyes. Over the past few hours, the Goth had taken into consideration everything that the jock had said to her earlier in the evening when she owned up to her poor actions in the weeks prior, and had come to a decision:

"Lynn? I... I forgive you..."

Lynn, Jr. looked up at her little sister once again as another cautious smile returned to her freckled face.

"You do?"

Once again, Lucy stood in silence for a moment before she shared her mindset with her sister.

"It really isn't easy for me to... but, it's a lot healthier than it would be for me to hold a grudge. As much as you hurt and traumatized me... evidently, you meant well with your intentions - even if you went about showing it the wrong way... I can forgive you for your intentions... but, I'll never be able to forget your actions, no matter how hard I may try."

"You're right... you're absolutely right..." Lynn, Jr. said in shame. "Again, I'm really sorry, Luce..."

"And, again, I forgive you, Lynn," said Lucy. "Now, will you please come back downstairs where you belong?"

"Right away!" Lynn, Jr. exclaimed as she immediately hopped out of the cot and stood proud over the prospect of her little sister actually giving her a second chance.

Lucy hesitantly began to reach her arms out; she still maintained a little apprehension from the psychological trauma that came with the, 'Training,' that she had endured, but she set her mental and emotional pain and insecurities aside, and wrapped her arms around Lynn, Jr., who returned the hug with her little sister. Lucy had to admit, this feeling was far more preferable over the punches and kicks that she had received for weeks... albeit also rather wet.

"Groan. You're really sweaty," muttered Lucy.

Lynn, Jr. chuckled, as she playfully began to cuddle Lucy to smear some of her sweat onto her little sister.

"This is nothing!" The jock teased. "You should see how sweaty I can get after a good workout!"

"Ha-ha-ha," chuckled a deadpan Lucy.

Shortly later, both sisters had returned to the tiny bedroom they shared with each other and laid awake in their respective beds; for Lucy, being able to sleep in her own bed again sure beat sleeping all alone in one of her coffins down in the basement.

"This is the first time in weeks I've felt safe being alone in the same room with you," confessed Lucy with a sense of relief.

"You won't ever have to feel afraid of me again, Lucy," insisted Lynn, Jr. "I promise."

"I will hold you to your word," said Lucy, even though the jock had a lot of work to do to earn the Goth's full trust again.

Indeed, for the first time in a long time, Lucy could actually relax comfortably in her own bed, knowing that she would not have to worry about her athletic sister attempting some kind of unexpected attack in the middle of the night as she slept. In spite of that little bit of relief, however, it clearly would be a long while before the Goth felt completely comfortable around the jock again – and even though she will never be able to forget the ordeal that she went through this summer, she was determined to move on from it, leave it in the past, and hoped to never relive such an ordeal ever again. For Lucy, that whole experience was as though her sister had somehow become possessed by some kind of evil demon who utilized physical violence as a weapon of psychological warfare... but now, that demon had been exorcised away, and her sister was back to her old, abnormal self, again. Peace and tranquility had finally returned to the Loud House... for the time being, that is.

"G'night, Luce," said Lynn, Jr., as she closed her eyes and slipped into slumber.

"Good night, Lynn," Lucy responded, while she, too, drifted off into a good night's sleep.

" That's sweet Ok let's get some sleep in fact I might join you two" Luan says as Lynn smiled.
