Chapter 69 Santa is coming to Town
I don't own Ben 10.
Ben Tennyson after high school left his so called family that obsessed with his ego maniac cousin Gwen.
"I'm going to life as I want to."
Ben found a decent place and was working at a toy store where during Christmas time the owner would dresses up as Santa.
"It's better than what other places would do." He smiles.
"Ben do you have any plans for Christmas?" The owner asked.
"Me? No not really." Ben said.
"If you like you can spend Christmas with me and my wife. Our kids and grandkids can't make it this year so we would love the company." The owner said.
"Oh, thank you sir." Ben said.
"No thank you. My wife and I were feeling down since our kids and grandkids can't come and since you came I came to see you as a grandson." The owner admits.
"I'll be there sir." Ben smiles.
"Great here is the address." The owner writes down his address and hands it to Ben.
Ben nodded and he goes back to work.
The owner smiles before he goes back to the children to read them a Christmas Story.
Later
Ben walks down the road and heads towards the house.
He then pulls out the paper to double check if he is on the right street.
"It's here."
Ben smiles as he sees the house and walks towards it. After reaching the front door he knocks.
He waited before a old woman opens the door.
"Oh you must be Ben. My husband told me about you." She said smiling.
"Yes, nice to meet you mrs." He said.
"Oh where is my manners? My name is Judith. Please call me Judy." She asked.
"Okay." He nodded.
"Please come in." Judy said moving so he can come inside.
Ben goes inside and saw it was old school with a few old toys on display making him look at them.
"These are interesting." Ben said.
"Thank you, we've made so many toys... For so many years. "Judy said.
"It must have been a very good life." Ben said.
"Yes, we gave much cheer to many different children every year." She said.
Ben smiles as it was a good thing the old couple was able to do that.
"Why don't you go sit at the living room." Judy said.
Ben nods as he goes to the living room and sees the owner in a rocking chair.
"Hello Ben." He smiles.
"Hey Mr. Klaus." Ben said.
"So good that you came, please sit." He points at a arm chair.
Ben nods as he sits down.
"You know, i've been giving cheer to children all over the world." He said.
"Wow. That must have been a lot of hard work." Ben said.
"Yes, I took this torch, for more than I should... And I even started taking notes, like it shouldn't be done, and it can't be done." He said.
"What do you mean sir?" Ben asks.
"You see, what I do is very special." He looks at a snow globe that has a Santa statue inside and holds it.
"That's a nice snow globe." Ben said feeling it was something magical.
"Yes it is. Passed down to me for so long." He said.
"A family heirloom?" Ben questions.
The owner chuckles. "More than that." He rubs the globe.
"Look at closely and tell what you see." Mr. Klaus hands the snow globe to Ben.
Ben looks. "Santa."
"Look closer and believe." Mr Klaus said. Then Ben starts to see something more.
He saw the globe being passed down to many people and saw the meaning of Christmas.
"It's so beautiful." Ben said in awe.
The Owner smiles. "Do you know what it means?"
"Are you really him? Santa Claus?" Ben questions.
He nodded. "Yes, the last one."
"Last one?" Ben questions confused.
"You see, this is something that was passed down through many generations, theres been many people that was Santa, I was just the longest because I had so much fun." He said.
"Amazing. Wait why are you telling me this?" Ben asks confused.
"Because Ben, I want to do something I should have done. I want you to be the next Santa." He said.
Ben's eyes widen in shock and surprise.
"So Ben... Will you become Santa?"
"Are you sure I should be the next Santa?" Ben asks.
"Of course, the fact you would make toys to help children be happy, makes you the right choice." He smiles.
"What will happen to you and Judy?" Ben asks in concern
"Don't worry, we have our family and just age normally, but we had our treasures, afterall it takes new blood, to help Christmas."
"Then I accept." Ben said making Santa smile.
Ben takes the globe and Santa said: "I would say grow your beard out."
Ben nods at that.
"Also, the power of Christmas is much more important than a simple watch. And you'll see."
Judy came with cookies and presents them to Ben.
"Thank you." Ben said as he takes one.
"I'm happy that you are the one." She said.
Ben enjoys him time with the Claus family as he's the chosen one.
Scene Skip
At downtown many people can for a show with a stage ready, Gwen, Kevin and her family are walking nearby.
"I can't wait for Christmas." Gwen said smirking.
They heard someone coming to stage and it's Kai dressed as Mrs Claus surprising her and Kevin.
"Kai?" Gwen questions in surprise.
"Hello everyone, are you ready for a very special guest?" She asked the crowd.
The kids cheered in excitement.

She starts to sing making them excited.

Santa comes out from the curtains with a big brown beard and he smiles.
"Ben?!" Sandra exclaims in shock and surprise.
The kids got excited as he dances on stage.
… He's making a list
Santa takes out a list
He's checking it twice
He's gonna find out
Who's naughty or nice
He shakes his finger.
"What is he doing there?" Max questions.

The music ended as they bow with many kids cheering.
"Why didn't he tell us he was coming here?" Carl questions.
"Don't worry children, theres still plenty of
time for Christmas, so be nice." He said.
"Let's get some answers from him." Kevin said.
They try to go foward but Security stopped them.
"Sorry, but nobody can get close to Santa."
"Don't you know who I am?!" Gwen demands
"It doesn't matter, you can be the president and wouldn't be allowed to go."
Gwen was getting angry and was about to use the Omnitrix.
"Hey, you better not attack, this is a Christmas event for children." They warned her.
"He's right." Kai comes over with a frown.
"If you ruin this you'll be on the naughty list." Kai said.
"Kai." Kevin said.
"What are you even doing here, don't you have a job to do?" Kai said.
"We're taking a day off. And what are you doing here?" Gwen demands.
"I'm working, like spreading Christmas cheer is great thing to do." Kai said.
"Why is Ben here as Santa?" Sandra asks.
"Why do you think that's Ben?" She plays ignorant.
"Brown hair and green eyes the same shade as mine." Gwen said.
"Many others have brown hair and green eyes, like don't ruin this for the children Gwen." Kai grunts and leaves.
Gwen growls at this.
She then got bitten from behind and they saw Santa Paws.
"You stupid dog!" Gwen yells in angry and pain.
"Good job paws." Kai said.
Santa has fun celebrating, he frowns at his former family but he has a new one.
Part 2
Santa faces off against Gwen as the man himself was standing tall.
"You just couldn't let it go Gwen." He said.
"Shut up Doofus!" Gwen shouts.
She changes into Four Arms but he punches her away.
"How?!" Gwen demanded.
"You see, the title of Santa, also comes with the power to protect Christmas." Santa said.
"I should have that power!" Gwen demanded.
"This is not about greed, I was chosen and I won't let you ruin Christmas." He shoots snowflakes that turned into a blizzard.
Gwen changes into Heatblast and tries to melt the snow. But she got overpowered blowing her back.
"This isn't possible!" Gwen denied.
She goes Cannonbolt, charging at Santa who catches her and bowls her away.
She growls as she changes into Way Big and tries to crush Santa.
He catches her foot and he pushes her away making Way Big crash.
Santa then pulls out a bag of coal, he goes up and throws it as the coal heat up causing damage against Way Big.
"Naughty people get coal for Christmas!" Santa said.
She gets up and tries to attack but he knocks her fists away and punches her down once again.
"You have been a real naughty girl for years!" Santa said.
She changes into Alien X but Ben punches her many times.
Alien X tries to erase Santa but Santa merely shrugs it off.
"How?!" She said.
"Because I am Santa, you cannot erase a concept, the concept of Christmas!"
Santa then buffs up like Master Roshi.
"Time to save Christmas!" He said.
He then punches Alien X hard in the face. Then he kicks her away before appearing above her.
Santa then grabs her before spinning her around.
Then he slams her down to the ground and smashes at her.
Gwen tries to use more of her powers but Santa grabs the symbol and destroys it.
Gwen's eyes widen in shock, she changes back and the Omnitrix was destroyed.
"Nooooo!!" Gwen shouts in dismay.
Santa stares at her. "Now you cannot harm another."
Gwen then starts to transform into her Anodite form. She blasted at Santa who walks through it all.
She keeps blasting him as fear creeps into her mind and heart.
He raises a fist and punches her down to the ground.
Gwen tries to get up but Santa then grabs her before smashing her in the ground like Hulk did to Loki.
She changes back and was knocked out, Ben changes back to normal and summons a new coat.
He then places some coal on her that absorbs her Anodite powers into it.
Santa goes off taking it and enters his sleigh with Kai and they're dog there.
Kai then kisses Ben on the cheek making him smile.
He tells his reindeer and they fly off through the sky.
"Ho ho ho! Merry Christmas!"
Note: Here's Santa Ben, where he became Santa and gained the power of Christmas surpassing the omnitrix.
