Into the light

Roman has never been so happy as he is with Kay. He's sure she's the one despite her having secrets that she still hasn't shared with him. One night home visiting her father, and everything in her life seems to fall apart. She runs to the one place she feels safe. Roman. Those secrets suddenly see the light of day and all he wants to do is protect her.

2. Life is good

Roman handed Seth and Dean a beer each and dropped down on the couch with a beer in his own hand.

"Life is good," Roman said.
"Cheers to that," Seth said.

Roman took a swig of his beer and grinned at his two friends.

"I'm in love," Roman said.
"We get that by now," Seth chuckled.
"I'm thinking about asking her to move in with me," Roman said.
"Oh, that must mean she finally showed you her tits," Dead chuckled.
"I never should have told you," Roman said.
"What's that about?" Seth asked.
"Apparently Kay only wants to do the nasty in the dark and she never takes off her shirt. They haven't even showered together," Dean said.
"Dude, shut up!" Roman growled.

Roman took another swig of his beer and sighed.

"She's just insecure about her body. That's normal. A lot of people have things they don't like others to see. I can wait until she's ready to show me all of her. It's not like I'm lacking anything when it comes to intimacy. Our sexlife is fucking amazing," Roman said.
"I bet she has small tits and that she's using a push up bra," Dean grinned.
"Maybe she had breast cancer and had them removed," Seth said.

Dean's grin faded and all color drained from Roman's face.

"Forget what I said. I was thinking out loud and shouldn't have," Seth said.
"That thought never crossed my mind," Roman said.
"Me neither," Dean said. "Fuck, I feel shitty right now."
"You should feel shitty no matter what. Stop thinking about Kay's tits when she's Roman's girlfriend. It's weird," Seth said.
"Stop calling them tits as if you're still in eighth grade," Roman said.

Dean and Seth looked at each other and started laughing.

"We're sorry," Seth said.
"I bet you are," Roman said.
"Sorry," Dean chuckled. "I'll stop thinking about Kay's tits from now on. I swear."

Roman threw a pillow in Dean's direction and it landed on the floor in front of Dean's feet.

"Nice throw," Dean twisted a sideways smile. "Didn't you use to play football?"
"I'm two seconds from wooping your ass all over this house," Roman said.
"Sorry, sorry," Dean raised his beer in a cheer. "So you wanna move in with her? That's huge."
"That's great," Seth said.
"That too," Dean agreed. "Kay's cool. I think it's awesome if you move in together."
