Just momentarily after Poe's mutiny came to an end, in the docking bay, alarms are heard while multiple transport ships evacuate the Raddus. Elsewhere, Poe Dameron has been knocked unconcious, laying on the gurney on his back. "Please board the transports according to your evacuation designation." said the Resistance PA. "All transports must be cleared..."
"Okay, help me push him up, guys." said one female Resistance officer as they stretchered Poe into the transport in a hovered gurney. C-3PO looks at them before turning to Leia and Holdo. "That one's a troublemaker." the admiral said as she and Leia watch the captain getting lifted inside. "I like him."
"Me too." Leia chuckled before walking to the transport. "Now, time to board your transport."
Holdo shook her head at the moment. "For the transports to escape," she began as the Resistance General turned to face her. "someone needs to stay behind and pilot the cruiser."
As Leia speaks directly at her after C-3PO got in the transport. "Too many losses. I can't take anymore."
"Sure you can. You taught me how." Holdo commented about this.
They pause before speaking together "May the Force be with..." the two ladies laugh before Leia replies "You go on. I've said enough." Holdo finished the same sentence "May the Force be with you always."
As the two hold hands, reminiscing in the memories they shared since Alderaan. Until Leia boards the transport, while Holdo remains on the Raddus, looking on.
"Cloaking device activated. We should be off their scopes." the transport pilot said.
D'Acy replies "Let's hope this works."
As Leia is in the transport along with other Resistance members, including C-3PO, Lieutenant Connix, Commander D'Acy, C'ai, and Poe. Holdo looks at her friend for the last time as it flies away. As the transports fly away to avoid the ongoing fire from the cannons of the Supremacy.
Back on the Supremacy, Jack and BB-8 venture down the corridors to find and rescue Finn, Rose, and DJ, who have been captured by the First Order.
BB-8 chirps to him where they have taken them. "Okay, all we have to do is to find their location to where they've taken them." Jack said on the whereabouts of their comrades. But the spherical droid beeps at him to the computer to find out where the hangar is. "Good thinking, BB-8!" Jack responds "I like the way you think!" As BB-8 plugs himself to the computer to map out the Supremacy in order to find their allies.
Jack notices the location of the trio. "They might be heading towards the hangar." BB-8 chirps in shock about their allies getting ready to be executed. "Executed? No way!" he said in shock about the upcoming outcome. "Come on, BB-8! Let's get going!" the two head towards the elevator before stumbling into the First Order stormtroopers, who are shocked about Jack's appearance as a Jedi after noticing his lightsaber hilt. "He's a Jedi! Take him down!" barked the male stormtrooper. Jack activates his lightsaber, which is a yellow glowing blade. The stormtroopers opened fire on Jack and BB-8. As the Jedi deflects the blasts with his blade upon killing a few troopers before Force pushing them away in order to find their friends.
In the transport ship, Poe awakens after being stunned, realizing that he is no longer on the Raddus. "No. No. No, no, no!" He gets up from the gurney and ran towards before slapping his hand on the window. Upon his failed plan, Leia calls him by his name. "Poe." as he turns around to face Leia, who looking at a distant planet. "What is that?" Poe questioned. "The mineral planet, Crait." D'Acy answered before explaining to the captain. "An uncharted hideout from the days of the Rebellion."
"That's a Rebel base?" Poe commented.
"Abandoned, but heavily armored, with enough power to get a distress signal to our allies scattered in the Outer Rim." D'Acy replied.
"Holdo knew the First Order... was tracking our big ship." Leia explains about hyperspace tracking. "They're not monitoring small transports."
Poe replies in response. "We could slip down to the surface unnoticed... and hide until the First Order passes. That could work." Leia nods about that.
"She was more interested in protecting the light than she was... seeming like a hero." she said. Poe looks at the Raddus, still being fired on but shielded.
Inside the Resistance ship's bridge, Holdo stands and staring at the transport ships outside the window.
"Godspeed, Rebels." she said her last words.
Meanwhile on the Supremacy, several First Order personnel are seen escorting Finn and Rose, but DJ was nowhere to be seen. They arrive at the hangar, which is huge, now housing walkers with two and four legs and numerous TIE Fighters. Several stormtroopers and officers are in the hangar as well.
And the two Resistance members are pushed to the ground on their knees before facing General Hux, who is observing them before walking towards Finn and slaps him for his desertion from above Jakku.
"Well done, Phasma." Hux congratulated.
"Your ship and payment, as we agreed." Phasma said to a mystery person before the two First Order officers wheeled the three boxes down to a stop. The mystery person is none other than DJ, who betrayed the group. It was revealed that Jack knew something suspicious about the slicer back on Canto Bight.
Rose struggles to attack the slicer. "You lying snake." But she was held back by stormtroopers as Finn noticed something was not right aout DJ.
"We got caught, I cut a d-d-deal." he stammered.
"Wait," Finn said in shock "cut a deal with what?"
"Sir, we checked on the information from the thief." an officer explains to Hux. "We ran a decloaking scan, and sure enough, 30 Resistance transports have just launched from the cruiser." Rose and Finn are in disbelief about this. "He told us the truth." Hux said. "Will wonders never cease?"
Rose appears to be horrified on this. "No."
Hux inquires to the officer. "Our weapons are ready?"
"Ready and aimed, sir?" said the black-clad officer.
"Fire at will." Hux grinned savagely, still staring at Finn and Rose.
Finn turns to protest at the officers, who are heading towards the bridge. "Wait, No, no. No, you can't!" the trooper restrains him.
"NO!" Rose shouts in protest as well while being restrained.
The Supremacy's cannons fired out a green blast, targetting the transport ships before they reach Crait. As one falls victim, the Resistance crew, including Poe, Leia, D'Acy, C'ai, C-3PO, and Connix all look in horror as the craft next to theirs explode into a ball of fire.
On the Raddus' bridge, Holdo looks on in horror as well. If she was on board with her friend, Leia, they would be dead too along with the other crew, including Dameron, C-3PO, D'Acy, and Connix.
A hologram appears beside her. "Admiral, we're taking fire! Do we turn around?"
"No, you're too far out. Full speed to planetfall. Full speed." she exclaims about it before the transport got destroyed and the hologram fizzled out at the same time from the barrage. As the vice admiral continues to look on, knowing what she must do.
Meanwhile in the corridors of the Supremacy, Jack and BB-8 continue to fight their way to the docking bay to find the others. Unfortunately, Jack senses something going on outside, the transport ships are under attack by the ship's cannon.
The droid chirps at him on what is wrong. "Something's terrible, BB-8! The Resistance transport ships under attack!" Jack said in worry.
BB-8 rolls toward the console before showing him a holographic projection of the transport ships exploding from the cannon of the Supremacy.
"They are suffering heavy casualties bit by bit." Jack said about the ships lacking defenses just as Poe mentioned to Holdo.
All of a sudden, BB-8 turns and beeps about the incoming threat coming towards them.
"What is going down, Beebs?" Jack questioned before noticing a few officers and stormtroopers approaching them. "Oh, you got to be kidding me right now?"
"We have eyes on the Jedi and the droid, General Hux. Second floor." said a First Order officer.
Jack immediately prepares for a fight before turning to BB-8. "You go! I will take care of them and meet up with you in a few minutes."
BB-8 beeps in response to his command before rolling to another hallway. Jack activates his lightsaber to take out his enemies.
After being told to meet up at the elevator with Jack, BB-8 rolls in corridors while avoiding fire from the stormtroopers before finding a clear path. But before he can enter the elevator and wait for Jack to arrive, BB-9E rolls and stand in front of the doors to fight BB-8 for infiltrating the ship in the first place.
The two BB Units beep at each other before going to battle each other on who is the better droid. BB-8 unleashes a lightning blast from his compartment before BB-9E dodges it as it hits the wall. The black droid gained the upper hand by blowing fire at his orange and white opponent, who dodges as the fire nearly hits the doors. As the fight breaks out in the corridors, the two droids battle next to the elevator doors. BB-9E fires its cables between the floor and ceiling before knocking BB-8 against the wall. The First Order droid takes out its buzzsaw to strike his enemy until BB-8 gains the upper hand shocking his opponent's gadgets before shutting off BB-9E.
Seconds later, Jack makes his arrival. "What's up, Beebs?" he chirps in response about his fight with BB-9E. "Oh, I see you fought him to get to Finn, DJ, and Rose."
He beeps with confidence. "Very good! Now let's find them!" Jack congratulated the droid upon noticing the broken pieces of BB-9E. "Come on!"
As the Jedi opened the elevator doors before the two got inside.
Back outside in space, another ship was shot down by Supremacy's barrage. A horrified Poe Dameron runs to the cockpit of the transport ship.
"Come on, give it full thrusters. Full speed!" he pointed towards the planet, Crait.
The transport pilot responds with fear on her face. "I am, sir." And then another one got shot down in the process.
Back in the Supremacy's hangar, a stormtrooper has Finn at gunpoint. "You murdering bastard!" he shouted angrily at the slicer while restrained.
"T-T-Take it easy, Big F." DJ replied, finishing his inspection of his reward. "They blow you up today, you blow them up tomorrow. It's just business."
"You're wrong." Finn realizes that Jack was right about DJ from the start.
Then DJ shrugged his shoulders and raised his eyebrows. "Maybe." He turned around, walking towards the Libertine while his boxes of credits were pulled along by a few First Order crewmen. But Finn did not attempt to shout back, only glaring at DJ as he walked toward his ship, returning to Cantonica.
"Oh, Jack, BB-8! Where are you?" Finn whispers to himself, worrying about Jack and BB-8.
Meanwhile, the elevator doors open, revealing the Jedi and the droid.
"So the hangar must be 22 meters ahead, let's go!" Jack pointed out where the hangar is and BB-8 chirps with determination.
They run across the corridors before stumbling upon a group of First Order stormtroopers. "It's the Jedi! Take him down!" the male trooper commanded.
Jack activates his lightsaber before deflecting the barrage of gunfire from the stormtroopers, which are shooting at him and BB-8. And the two turned to the corner of hallway before heading towards the blast doors where the nearby communication station is.
"Close the doors on him!" ordered one stormtrooper.
Just in a few seconds, BB-8 was the first to go through the blast doors before Jack leaps his way to a nearby corridor.
"Open the blast doors, now!" demanded the stormtrooper after the two heroes made their escape.
Next to the entrance of the docking bay, Jack and BB-8 made their way inside, but they have to stay hidden before starting the first strike.
Jack runs towards the ladder leading to the catwalk before BB-8 fires his grappling hook to the railing and lands softly next to Jack.
As the two look closely ahead of their comrades being held captive.
"I should have known DJ was up to no good." He whispered angrily after he found out what the slicer had been doing the dirty work.
BB-8 beeps in concern about Finn and Rose's fates. "What do mean Captain Phasma held them captive?" the Jedi questioned.
He chirps about the upcoming execution planning to come. "Exactly! Now let's take a look shall we?" he responded.
The Supremacy continues to fire its cannon at the transports. In one of them, Poe still looks on in horror. Back on the bridge of the Raddus, Holdo knows what she must do. The vice admiral sits on the command chair, pressing any button she pushes. The engines of the Resistance cruiser prepares to turn around to face the Supremacy.
On the Supremacy, General Hux enters the bridge to join Captain Peavy. "Sir," one First Order technician said to Peavy, who turned to him. "the Resistance cruiser's preparing to jump to lightspeed."
"It's empty," Hux replied sharply. "They're just trying to pull our attention away. Pathetic. Keep your fire on the transports."
In the hangar, on the catwalk, Jack and BB-8 observe their friends' captivity from a distance. "BB-8, I do not think that our friends got into this type of situation from before." Jack said. As the two devise a plan on how to escape from the Mega Star Destroyer.
Jack explains about the real plan to escape. "So that's what we're going to do is to find a shuttle so we can make our escape to the Resistance."
BB-8 chirps in response. "Exactly! Anyway, BB-8! Hijack one of those walkers so we can take out those stormtroopers and destroy the other walkers just in case." The Jedi tells the droid about main objective before giving him a thumb up.
Meanwhile, both Finn and Rose are still interrogated by Phasma. "Execution by blaster is too good for them. Let's make this hurt." She snarled sinisterly before the two Executioner troopers who are wielding two axe-like weapons in order to kill both Resistance members. The two got pushed to the ground by the troopers as the other two activated thier BL-155 Laser axes to prepare for the execution.
"Finn." Rose called his name softly before they get killed.
As the laser axes get close to their heads, one which nearly burnt Rose hair off.
"On my command." Phasma ordered.
Unbeknownst to the other First Order personnel, Jack and BB-8 split up by jumping off the catwalk and rolling toward the walker. Jack lands on the ground before activating his lightsaber and Force pushes the stormtroopers away. As more troopers open fire on the Jedi, who deflected the beams back at them, killing them in the process.
The Supremacy fired its cannon at the other two transport ships.
In one them, Poe and Connix witness the scene about to happen next. "She's running away." the lieutenant said. "No, she isn't." he replied.
On the bridge of the cruiser, Holdo finishes pressing buttons before steering the ship around.
Back on the the Supremacy's bridge, Hux and Peavy are shocked about this, but mostly the captain. "No!" Peavy said while in shock.
"Fire on that cruiser!" shouted Hux.
Jack is still fighting his way through to get to Finn and Rose. He stabs a few stormtroopers before running to his comrades.
"Execute." Phasma commanded before the Executioner troopers lifted their laser axes as Holdo pushes the lever on the Raddus' bridge to activate the hyperdrive by ramming into the Supremacy by destroying its right wing and taking out the other Star Destroyers in the process. Fortunately, the Raddus explodes along with Holdo. As Leia, C-3PO, D'Acy, and Poe look on from a distance that Holdo sacrificed herself to save the Resistance in order for them to survive.
Back in the hangar of the Supremacy, Finn lying on his back after some kind of massive explosion from Holdo's self sacrifrice by lightspeeding through the First Order Star Destroyers, including the Supremacy. And he has been woken up by Rose urging him to get up. "Finn! There's a shuttle back that way! We gotta go!" she tells him before Jack arrives to see the two unharmed. "Hey, guys! Glad you got lucky this time! But good thing that you're all right!" he said. "Thanks, Jack!" said Finn. "Right now we have to get out of here now!" Rose commented.
"Like I told you before, DJ is definitely not the trustworthy type." Jack explains about DJ's actions.
As the three humans make a run for the shuttle before they were interrupted by Captain Phasma and her stormtroopers' presence from behind the smoke and fire.
As Finn, Rose, and Jack look at each other before the Jack signals BB-8 to activate the walker.
"Traitor!" Phasma shouted as she powered up her blaster. "Jedi!" she snarled.
Before she can fire her weapon, a blast from out of nowhere blows some of Phasma's troops away. "What?" she looked around to find the source of the explosion. She spotted an AT-ST placed in its rack, firing its guns towards them. She and her other stormtroopers fired their blasters towards the walker, but the bolts did little to penetrate its armor.
As the AT-ST continued to fire, blowing away dozens of stormtroopers. Its legs began to move, despite the head-like cockpit still being attached to its storage rack. The entire head was pried away, leaving only the legs and a small platform atop them, revealing BB-8, whom Jack planned to have hotwired the walker.
"Good timing, BB-8!" shouted Jack.
The round droid chirps happily. As the three stared at him before going to grab the weapons off the floor. Rose grabs a white blaster pistol, while Finn picks up a nearby riot baton, and Jack Force pulls a BL-155 Laser ax with his left hand, also grabbing his hilt from his belt with his right.
"Finn!" Rose yelled out.
The former stormtrooper whipped around, coming face-to-face with Captain Phasma, who held a long silver spear in her hand. Rose fired her blaster at the stormtrooper captain, but the weak bolts bounced off her chrome armor.
However, a stormtrooper manning a megablaster turret spotting Rose and directed his fire towards her. The blaster bolts pinged off the floor, forcing Rose to take cover behind a supply box. Jack intervenes by deflecting the blaster bolts with his yellow blade before one kills him in the process.
Jack Force jumps and beheads two stormtroopers with both the lightsaber and ax then Force pushes a few troopers into the flames.
Finn lets loose a guttural war cry, activating his riot baton. He charged forward, smashing a stormtrooper across the face with his weapon. Without breaking a pace, he continued towards Phasma, clashing his riot baton against her spear in a leaping attack. The baton slid down her spear and glanced off her shoulder plate.
The light blue electricity flowed from the riot baton onto her spear and armor. Phasma stepped back but did not relent. She swung her spear again, this time locking her weapon against his.
"You are a bug in the system." she seethed.
"Let's go, chrome dome." he retorts angrily.
As her broke away, ducking as Phasma's spear swung over his head.
Moments later, Jack, with ax on his belt, comes to the aid of Finn by combat his lightsaber against Phasma's spear.
"Brave of you, boy." Phasma sneered. "I thought you would learn your lesson."
"Most importantly, I am a slow learner. But I became a quick learner." Jack responded.
As the three continued to battle, Jack and Finn swinging both the lightsaber and baton against a spear-wielding Phasma.
"Come on!" Finn hollered.
"Bring it on!" shouted Jack.
As the two Force sensitive heroes continue to fight the stormtrooper captain before nearly slicing Finn across the face with her spear and almost stabbed Jack in the gut.
She gains the upper hand by slapping Finn with her back hand before kicking Jack, who backflips to the edge of the hole on the floor. Phasma hits Finn's baton before hitting him with the middle of her spear, sending him falling.
Rose and Jack look on in shock "No!" the Resistance technician shouts. The captain fires her blaster at Rose, who shot once before taking cover behind the supply box again from the blaster bolts.
"You will pay for this, Phasma!" Jack roared before running towards her but stops to see the platform rising from the ground carrying Finn.
"Hey!" said Finn as Phasma turns around, knowing that he is not dead. Finn swings his baton by hitting Phasma's helmet, mirroring the same way Obi-Wan Kenobi and Ahsoka Tano did to Darth Vader's helmet decades ago. Jack immediately Force jumps to the lift with Finn.
"Well that looks familiar." Jack noted.
Then Phasma sits up, damaged helmet revealing her left eye, looking at the two Force sensitives in anger.
Moments later, Jack deactivates his lightsaber and the two are victorious over the defeat of the First Order stormtrooper captain.
"You two were always scums." she seethed her last words.
"Rebel scum." Finn corrected her.
"And Jedi scum if you count." Jack also corrected her.
As the floor starts to collapse, Phasma realizes that she has met her demise. Then the floor with her fell into the exploding flames, killing her process.
"And good riddance, Sith scum." Jack retorted following Phasma's death.
"We make a great team, Jack!" Finn said.
"Also I sense a Force in you." Jack witnessed. "Can't wait take your saber skills to the test."
Finn knows about that. "Well it's kinda complicated if I took some Jedi lessons if you teach me."
Jack nods. "That's interesting. We'll get to that later." He and Finn turn around and see Rose and BB-8 on a headless AT-ST.
"Hey! Need a lift?" Rose shouted.
"Okay!" Jack answered.
As the walker makes run for the shuttle while the hangar is starting to collapse around them.
"Hurry! This hangar is going to collapse any minute" Jack ordered before the four got aboard the shuttle after firing up the engines to set a coarse for Crait.
Upon exiting, the Supremacy caused by Holdo's actions may have caused parts of the ship collapsing.
In the shuttle, the four heroes make their way to Crait, discussing their next plan of attack on the First Order.
Jack wipes his eyebrow in relief "Well that's one way to get out of Mega Star Destroyer!"
BB-8 chirps by agreeing with him.
"I ain't going back to join the First Order ever again." Finn said in disgust.
"Still can't believe DJ did this to us." Rose said in dismay about DJ's actions.
"Like I mentioned before. DJ can be a con artist by stealing money from other people, including the casinos on Canto Bight." Jack explained.
The mood was interrupted by ongoing gunfire from the two TIE fighters, who are hot on their tail.
"Uh-oh! We got incoming TIEs behind us." Jack witnessed.
The shuttle makes its way to Crait before the TIE fighters continued to fire on the ship before reaching atmosphere.
Meanwhile in the Supremacy's throne room, General Hux sees the corpse of Supreme Leader Snoke now cut in half, but the lower half was still on the chair before it fell on the ground, leaving the left hand remaining.
The First Order General turns around and sees a man in a black outfit named Kylo Ren, who's real name is Ben Solo, son of Han Solo and Leia Organa. Nephew of Luke Skywalker. And cousin of Jacen Skywalker. Lying on the ground before getting back up.
"What... happened?" questioned Hux.
"The girl murdered Snoke." Kylo lied before standing up and walked towards the windows. "What happened?"
"She and Skywalker took Snoke's escape craft." Hux noted.
"We know where they're going." Kylo realizes. "Get all of our forces down to that Resistance Base. Let's finish this." he ordered.
As the Sith Lord walks towards the elevator, leaving the general puzzled. "Finish this?" he asked coldly. "Who do you think you're talking to?" Kylo stops walking. "You presumed to command my army?!" Hux yells loudly. "Our Supreme Leader is dead! We have no ruler!"
After yelling out loud, he feels something in his throat, giving him trouble to breathe. This turns out to be Kylo choking his rival with the Force with his fist half closed.
"The Supreme Leader... is dead." said Kylo, still Force choking Hux, now declaring himself as Supreme Leader Kylo Ren.
"Long live... the Supreme Leader..." Hux whimpered, struggling to breathe.
Well, I did not add the throne room battle, plus the tug-of-war over Anakin Skywalker's lightsaber. I actually found out that Finn was Force-sensitive due to rumors from Star Wars fans. Jack's fighting style is similar to his grandfather, Kelleran, but with the laser ax from the Executioner trooper. As our heroes continue to find their way back to the Resistance. Jack will soon meet them later on. Most importantly, I kind of feel bad for Hux though, even when he was abused as a kid just like when his father mistreated him at young age before he grew up.
