Sickness, the Land of No Doctors
Two ships sailing side by side were traveling the seas to travel to Alabasta. To stop one of the Seven Warlords of the Seas: Crocodile, the leader of Baroque Works.
Now Viv and the Strawhats have teamed up with one of the Yonkou Kaido's Commanders.

/"It's been a few days since I have been traveling with Vivi and the Strawhats to save Alabasta from itself and Crocodile's War…"/ /Achilles said as he wrote down in his journal./
"Guys! I see an island!" Nami voice was heard from the other ship.
"An island…from Whiskey Peak the next island is Little Garden…the island mentioned by Nico Robin…BMO…pull up files on "Little Garden"..."Achilles said.
"Running up files!...Ding!" BMO said.
"Little Garden an island lost in time with dinosaurs…home to two giants..both who were the former Co-Captains of the Warrior Giant Pirates: Dorry the Blue Ogre and Broggy the Red Ogre…both were worth 100,000,000 but that a century ago but technically it should be worth more now…" BMO said.
"With both giants pre-occupied with their century duel…any bounty hunter could take advantage of them and claim their bounties dead or alive…" Achilles thought.
[Then Achilles walked out from his cabin to the Black Pearl's deck.]
"So this is Little Garden…" Nami said.
"This place looks so fun!" Luffy said.
"I guess at least we're safe…" Usopp said.
"I wouldn't say that look!" Achilles said as he pointed at a Saber -Tooth Tiger which fell on its legs and dies.
"GAAGGHHH! WHY DID A GIANT SABER TOOTH TIGER JUST FALL OVER AND DIE?!" Usopp panicked.
"This island must have some sort of ancient disease or an apex predator fought the tiger…" Achilles said.
"Can't we just leave this island?" Usopp asked.
"No can do Usopp, we have to wait a certain amount of time for the Paradise Pose…if we leave too early we'll be sailing to our deaths…" Nami said.
"Nami's right beside some islands have different magnetic record times to go to the next island…" Achilles said.
"But I have heard that some islands have a large magnetic recording time that of a year…" Achilles said.
"A YEAR?!" the Straw-Hats and Vivi screamed in horror.
"Yeah..hopefully, Little Garden isn't one of those islands but very few people have left this island alive…if the beasts don't get you…if the diseases don't get you…then the intelligent life will get you first…I mean I can survive since I'm a New World Pirate but the rest of you except Luffy, Zoro, Sanji, and maybe Usopp are going to die…" Achilles said.
"WHAT?!" Nami screamed.
"Well to be fair…genetically Luffy's Grandfather is a legendary Marine, Zoro is a descendant of "Sword God Ryuma", Usopp is the son of Yassop the Chaser a commander of the Red Haired Pirates, and Sanji is a-" Achilles said.
"DO NOT FINISH THAT SENTENCE!" Sanji yelled at Achilles with a death glare.
"Fine…fine…eventually it will be revealed but just you know…the Germa 66 are pretty weak without their Raid Suits and medications…you have the potential to be stronger than those monsters…" Achilles said.
Then Achilles left and entered the Black Pearl to gather survival supplies.
"Tch…that bastard does he know our pasts that much?" Sanji said.
"You know Achilles is never wrong when he sees potential. He saw potential from the Island of Conqerors with the likes of Freeces Gon the "Fisherman" and Zoldyck Killua the "Lightning Serial Killer"." Vivi said.
"I know those names …they're big-time Super Rookies they're on the class of Yonkou Commanders!" Zoro said.
"Sanji…Achilles was about to mention your family…" Vivi asked.
"It doesn't matter…I'll make some food for you guys for your exploration needs on Little Garden." Sanji said.
Later Luffy, Vivi, Karoo, and Achilles left the ships and wandered the jungle.
Then Zoro and Sanji left to hunt dinosaurs. Which will eventually lead to an argument about who caught the bigger dinosaur.
"Luffy be careful you don't know what's in these jungles…" Vivi said.
"Shishishishi! Imma climb that giant giraffe!" Luffy said as he was climbing on the Brachiosaurus.
"Luffy! Get down from there!" Vivi screamed.
"Don't worry Vivi…the Brachiosaurus is a herbivore it doesn't eat meat…so Luffy should be fine…" Achilles said.
"You know a lot about dinosaurs Achilles…" Vivi said.
"Vivi …I am a part of the Beast Pirates remember? Queen the Plague ate the Dragon Dragon Fruit: Model Brachiosaurus… nearly the whole crew in the upper ranks have Zoan Devil Fruits except for me since I have devil fruits of all three types…" Achilles said.
"Oh…right how is everyone?" Vivi asked.
"How'd you expect? My whole personal crew felt betrayed by the people they fought for and protected. Even more so they saw how…the hatred…the madness…the sadness…and the pain…the pain I felt was more than any battle wound could inflict…" Achilles said coldly.
"Then I heard a rumor that Alabasta was tearing itself apart… at first I was planning to relish the chaos that happened afterward but my crew called in a "majority vote" to decide whether we help or not…" Achilles said.
"Let me guess it was nearly fifty-fifty on tie-on votes?" Vivi asked.
"Actually… everyone except me voted to help Alabasta…those traitors…" Achilles said.
"Oh…" Vivi was hurt that Achilles was at the time dead set on leaving her country to die.
"HELP!" Luffy screamed as the brachiosaurus swallowed Luffy.

"Uh oh…that wasn't supposed to happen…" Achilles said.

The ground trembled.

A giant foot was in front of Vivi, Karoo, and Achilles.
"Is that?" Vivi asked in shock.

[Meanwhile with Nami and Usopp]
"GABABABABABA! Oiy! Do you have any ale?" a giant with a horned helmet laughed.
"AHH! A GIANT!" Usopp and Nami cried out.
[Back with Vivi and Achilles]
"GEGYAGYAGYA!" the giant laughed as he slashed the head off of the dinosaur Luffy fell out of the dinosaur's head and fell on the giant's palm.
"GREETING HUMAN! I'M ELBAF'S STRONGEST WARRIOR DORRY!" Dorry said.

"Well, I'll be a monkey's uncle it's Dorry the Blue Ogre with a bounty of 100,000,000 Berries!" Achilles said.
"Why aren't you afraid?!" Vivi asked.
"Why are you? You do realize that Vulcan is an ancient giant who is several times the size of regular giants right?" Achilles asked with a raised eyebrow.
"Yeah, but this is an Elbaf Giant they're part of the Strongest Fighting Force in the World no one would dare oppose them not even the Four Emperors can oppose them!" Vivi said.
"I see your point as long as we don't provoke them then it should be easy…" Achilles said.
"Wait… them?" Vivi asked.
"Blue Orge Dorry and Red Ogre Broggy went missing to settle something a hundred years ago…" Achilles said.
"So odds are that both captains of the Warrior Giant Pirates are here still duking it out until one dies or admits defeat…" Achilles said.
"GEGYAGYAGYA! I LIKE YOU HUMAN! HEY HOW ABOUT I TREAT YOU, FOLKS, FOR SOME FOOD!" Dorry said as lift the dead dinosaur.
[Dorry's Place]
"GEGYAGYAGYA! Your Pirate Lunchbox was delicious!" Dorry said.
"Yeah.. this meat is pretty good too!" Luffy and Achilles said.
"Right? I would have mopped the floor with you tinies if the food wasn't good!" Dorry said.
"Right back at cha!" Achilles said as Vivi and Karoo ate their food quietly.
"So…I assuming you and Broggy are still duking it out on a long-forgotten argument?" Achilles asked.
"Yep! We giants of Elbaf have a certain law. If a quarrel breaks out in my village and can't settle peacefully well…Then we beseech our Warrior God Elbaf for his judgment. Elbaf is just and bestows divine protection on those who win. He'll ensure the survival of the one who is right…" Dorry said.
"What?" Vivi was shocked by the reasoning of Dorry to be on this island.
"That's right! It's been 100 years since Broggy and I have dueled but we seem to not have settled it from all that time! GEGYAGYAGYA!" Dorry said as he laughed,
"You have been fighting for over a hundred years? How are you still alive?!" Luffy said in shock.
"I thought it was implied that giants live for a long time…" Achilles said.
"But even if you do live longer, how could you still want to fight even after 100 years!?" Vivi said.

The volcano in the middle of the island exploded!
"It's about time…" Dorry said as he picked up his sword and shield.
"Time for what?" Luffy asked.
"You see Broggy and I decided to use the volcano as a sign to fight eachother," Dorry said.
"You can't possibly hate eachother that much to keep up this pointless fight!" Vivi said.
"Vivi they don't hate eachother…but this isn't about an unsolved argument or hatred for eachother…" Achilles said.
"...It's a matter of pride…" Luffy said.
"The two are right besides…" Dorry said as he dragged his sword and prepared to attack.
"WE HAVE FORGOTTEN THE REASON AGES AGO!" Dorry and Broggy yelled as they clashed.

[After hours of fighting between the two giants]
"GEGYAGYAGYA!/GABABABA!" Dorry and Broggy laughed.
"AFTER 73,466 fights and we still have that many draws!" the two giants laughed.
"GABABABABA! HEY DORRY! I GOT SOME RUM FROM SOME GUESTS!" Broggy said.
"REALLY? EXCELLENT! I HAVEN'T HAD RUM FOR SO LONG! POUR ME SOME WILL YA?! GEGYAGYAGYA!" Dorry laughed.
[Later…]
"Wow, Usopp and Nami gave Broggy some rum must be nice of Nami to give away something for free…" Luffy said.
"Nah Usopp and Nami must be scared as they are Grandline Rookies…seeing something out of the normal must have scared the pants right off of them…" Achilles said.
"I guess I should be thanking them for these drinks!" Dorry said as he drank the rum.

The rum exploded in his face!
"The rum exploded?!" Vivi said in shock.
"DORRY!" Luffy and Achilles cried out.
"WHY? DID THE RUM EXPLODED?!" Achilles asked in shock.
"It was from our ship…did the other giant boobied trapped it?" Vivi asked.
"ARE YA BLIND?! WHY WOULD TWO WARRIORS WHO'VE FIGHTING FOR A CENTURY USE A DIRTY TACTIC NOW?!!" Luffy said.
"Luffy is right Elbaf Giants are honored bound and respect the strong…" Achilles said.
"That means someone interfered!" Achilles said.
"THEN WHO COULD IT HAVE BEEN…THE ONLY ONES ON LITTLE GARDEN ARE US GIANTS AND YOUR HUMAN PIRATE CREW!" Dorry yelled.
"BROGGY AND I ARE PROUD WARRIORS OF ELBAF! WHO ELSE IF NOT YOU?!" Dorry asked with rage.
"Luffy! Achilles! Let's run away! Talking to him at this point is pointless!" Vivi said.
"We can't run! Not when Dorry is going after us!" Luffy said.
"Luffy's right even if we run where would we go? The Paradise Log Pose is stuck here for an entire year and I heard the Giants have a range haki technique called the "Spear of Elbaf"..." Achilles said prepping his "Atlantis' Darkest Hour" Sword.
"You're both planning to fight him?! B-but the size difference!" Vivi said in shock.
"Vivi…I can't believe you have already lost hope about my strength…" Achilles said.
"RRAAHH!!" Dorry swung his sword to kill Luffy and Achilles.
CLANG!
"Nice try Dorry the Blue Ogre!" Achilles said.
"GUM-GUM ROCKET!" Luffy said as he launched himself towards Dorry.
"NOW! RAIMEI HAKKE!" Achilles yelled as he put Conqeror's Haki into his blade.
BOOM!
Purple lightning came out of the blade.
"A Devil Fruit User and a Conqeror who can coat their weapon with Conqeror's?!" Dorry thought in shock.
CRASH!
Luffy and Achilles crashed right next to eachother.
"Achilles! Luffy! Are you two alright?" Vivi asked.
"Never better…" Achilles said.
"I am very upset about this…" Luffy said.
"About what?" Vivi asked.
"That someone, not the other giant or our friends would do such a thing…we're not alone on this island…" Achilles said as he stared off into the distance.
KABOOM!
The volcano exploded! As Dorry got up.
"Dorry! You're a fool if you think you can still fight with your injuries!" Achilles said.
"I must…For I am a warrior of Elbaf…At least I will die with honor…" Dorry said.
CRASH!
Dorry lifts the skull of a giant monster on Luffy while Achilles dodges it.
"WHAT THE HELL?!" Luffy yelled out.
"Straw Hat…OverLord… you two can't stop me…It may have been over a hundred years ago since this battle began..but running from a fight is not the Elbaf way…I rather die than be no longer a warrior with no honor… " Dorry said.
"It seems that Elbaf has cast judgment on me and I must accept that fate." Dorry said.
"ENOUGH ABOUT YOUR GOD ELBAF! YOUR SACRED DUEL HAS BEEN DEFILED IT DOESN'T COUNT!" Luffy yelled.
"Luffy! I'm afraid even if you could get out you can't convince someone who wants to fight beyond all reasons." Achilles said.
"OverLord is right…I have lived five times of your lifetimes… We must let fate decide whether I die from interference or survive the fight!" Dorry said with a smile as he walked towards his duel.
"DAMNIT! WHO IS IT THAT DID SUCH A COWARDLY ACT!" Luffy yelled.
"Why is Luffy going far for a giant he just met? I thought Luffy was just your run-of-the-mill pirate…" Vivi thought.
"It's because he reminds you of Achilles…a man you betrayed…" Vivi's Voice of Doubt said.
[Meanwhile with Baroque Works Wax Hut]
"The boss wants us to eliminate…Princess Nefretari Vivi, Straw-Hat Luffy, "Pirate Hunter" Zoro, the orange-haired woman, and any accomplices who are with them…" Mr. 3 said.
"Yeah but our real problem is one of the Four Emperor's Commanders: "OverLord" Achilles or Joker of Storms… a man with a Bounty of 1.5 Billion…He's considered Yonkou Kaido's most trusted subordinate other than King the Wildfire… If we are to survive we must think smart about this if we fail…then Achilles will have our devil fruits in a jar…" Mr. 3 said.
"Great…so not only do we have to contend with fighting two guys who are probably captain class but also need to take out one of the most powerful pirates in the world? Great…just what I needed…" Mr. 5 said grimly.
"Heheheh…Don't worry I have a plan to take out the rest but Achilles is a different story…But not even he could break out of my wax prison…" Mr. 3 said evilly.
[Later Timeskip]
"I can't believe we caught "Pirate Hunter" Zoro and THE "OverLord" Achilles!" Mr.5 said.
Revealing Zoro, Nami, and Vivi stuck in wax while Achilles is in a cage.
"When I get out of here…I am gonna rip out your skull and beat you to death with IT!" Achilles roared.
"Ummm…He can't get out right?" Ms. Valentine asked.
"No, my Wax is indestructible not unless he can breathe fire…" Mr. 3 said.
Then Luffy, Usopp, and Karoo interrupted the Extra Special Candelabra.
Mr. 5 was about to finish off Usopp and Karoo.
"That's it…You have your fun…Now…Flame body…" Achilles said as his body became flames.
FWOOSH!
"N-no way that was the power of the flame logia…But Portgas D. Ace is alive!" said.
"So the rumors are true! TRIPLE THREAT! IS WHAT THEY CALLED HIM! THE WIELDS THE POWERS OF THE THREE CLASSES OF DEVIL FRUITS!" Mr. 5 yelled in horror.
"So you know of my power… well feel it. FIRE FIST!" Achilles yelled as his Fire Fist hits everything and everyone. Melting the wax right off of Nami, Vivi, Zoro, and Broggy.

"And that's how you annihilate someone New World style overpowered techniques and scary good damage control…" Achilles said evilly.
"Woah…that's awesome…" Luffy stared at Achilles.
After the two giants recovered and prepared for the Straw-Hats and Achilles to leave Little Garden after Sanji killed Mr. 13 and Ms. Friday he found an Eternal Pose to Alabasta.
"COMBINE ATTACK: HAKOU SOVEREIGNTY!" Dorry and Broggy yelled as they unleashed their Combo Attack to kill a goldfish the size of an island.
All things were going fine Sanji fought Zoro and Luffy eating meat until.
THUD!
Nami fell over.
"NAMI!" Everyone yelled.
"Get her to the Black Pearl's medical bay! NOW!" Achilles said.

BMO was in a doctor's outfit.
"Scanning…" BMO said.

"And we do not have the proper medical knowledge to treat her…rerouting to Drum Kingdom…" BMO said.

"We can't! Nami even at top speeds you wouldn't survive and no doctors in Alabasta will have the medicine we're looking for!" Achilles said.
"Vivi…pull out the article from my drawer…" Nami said.

"What?! The Rebels captured several key members of the Phantom Beasts Pirates and in exchange for their prisoners they gave up weapons and medical supplies to the Rebels as the Rebel army grew from one million royal army defecting to the REBELS?!" Vivi read out loud in shock.
"We have to get to Alabasta as fast as we can! But Nami's life comes first...Bmo which way is Drum Kingdom?" Vivi asked.
[One Day Later]
"A-a-AAACCHHEWWW!!" Achilles sneezed.
"Hey guys is that a guy on the water?" Zoro asked from the crow's nest.
"Don't be silly a man can't stand on the water unless they have devil fruit powers…" Usopp said.
"Then explain that to me!" Zoro yelled as he pointed at Chess.

After getting through the indecent with a wounded Vivi and a nearly explosive Achilles everything was fine.

"WHAT?! WHAT DO YOU MEAN YOU ONLY HAVE ONE DOCTOR?!" Sanji yelled.
"Must be that idiot King Wapol…I heard he had the "ingenious" idea to banish all but 20 doctors in Drum Kingdom…" Achilles said.
" Wapol? You mean that guy who just attacked us?" Vivi asked.
"Yeah…You didn't recognize him I mean he has an unforgettable attitude and he's quite ugly…" Achilles said.
"You mean you saw Wapol?! If you saw hours ago…No…" Dalton said.
"Dalton calm down…First, tell us where this witch is at…" Achilles said.
"She lives at the top of the middle of the Rocky Drums…" Dalton said.
"Okay…Come on Nami let's go…" Luffy said.

"So why the idiot left the country?" Achilles asked.
"It's because we were attacked by a group of pirates who called themselves the "Blackbeard Pirates"..." Dalton said.
"Blackbeard? I heard from Kaido that one of Whitebeard's members broke a taboo…murdering one of their own… and jumped ship…Portgas D. Ace the "Fire Fist" leader of Whitebeard's 2nd Unit is on the hunt for one Marshal D. Teach…" Achilles said.
"Yeah… When Wapol heard how strong the pirates were…Wapol, his men, and the 20 M.D.s ran off! THEY LEFT US TO DIE! Soon after Portgas D. Ace the man you mentioned arrived and asked about Blackbeard and when we told him that he left…he left a message for Straw-Hat Luffy…he'll be waiting for him for 10 days and no longer…" Dalton said.
"W-whitebeard?! Oh, Luffy what did you do to piss off one of the Yonkou's Commanders?!" Usopp asked fearfully.
"Well…it's Future Luffy's problem…" Achilles said.
"After our island had a close encounter with the Blackbeard Pirates, "Fire Fist" Ace, and "OverLord" Achilles we were fearful that Wapol may return sooner than we think…If he returns right now it could be the end of us…" Dalton said.
"Maybe not…Dalton from what I have seen him from the Reverie he's an idiot so he may accidentally pass this island…" Vivi said.
"Reverie? Who are you?" Dalton asked about Vivi's identity.
"That's beside the point Dalton…look what matters is Wapol could be at the shores right now and after Luffy and Sanji bring Nami to Dr. Kureha then we can clash Wapol…" Achilles said.
Just then two guys were walking past Achilles and the group.
"I heard that the Witch just passed by Cocoa Weed Village…" guy #1 said.
"Really? I hope those pirates from the shore didn't try to climb up the mountain to see her…" guy #2 said.
"WHAT?!" Dalton, Vivi, and Usopp screamed.
"That's not good…" Achilles said.
[Later at Cocoa Weed]
"WE JUST MISSED HER?!" Usopp screamed.
"Screaming won't bring her back Usopp…" Achilles said.
"Yeah…she treated me a little while ago…" a kid said.
"Dalton you're looking for Dr. Kureha?" the father of the kid asked.

"Yeah, last time I heard she's heading for Gyasta…" the kid's father said.

"Wait you two are from the guard unit what happened to the others?" Dalton asked.
"Dalton! He's back! He took us out! IT'S WAPOL HE'S RETURNED!" the man with the bleeding head said.
As everyone was in fear…
"HE'S HEADING FOR BIG HORN!" the man with the rifle said as Dalton ran out and used his Ox-Ox Fruit model: Bison and prepared to kill Wapol.
[Meanwhile with Vivi and Usopp]
"I can't believe that Achilles bailed on us and decided to fly to the top of the Rocky Drums…" Usopp said.
"You sure he's your friend?" Usopp asked.
"He is…or was…" Vivi said with regrets…
CRASH!
"AAAHHH! AVALANCHE!" Usopp screamed.

[Meanwhile at the top of the Middle Rocky Drums]
"Well, I hope Vivi and the Son of Yassop the Chaser survive…Dragon's Son and Sleath Black. Survives…the blood of Sword God Ryuma is also here…what a wonderful game…" Achilles smiled evilly.
"Meh…I'll just sleep on it…" Achilles closed his eyes while lying on the castle's roof.
[Hours Later…]
"NOW LEAVE! GOMU GOMU BAZOOKA!" Luffy screamed as he knocked Wapol out of Drum Kingdom.
"Huh…it's over…" Achilles said as he was covered in snow.
"Hey! GUYS! So how are things?" Achilles asked.
"ACHILLES?! YOU WERE HERE THE WHOLE TIME?!" everyone except Dr. Kureha and Chopper.
"Yeah…I had faith in Straw Hat to beat the moronic King Wapol…So I was sleeping…" Achilles said nonchalantly…
"YOU WERE ASLEEPED THE WHOLE TIME?!" Sanji, Nami, Usopp, and Vivi yelled.
"AAAAAHHHH! GET IN THE SLEIGH NOW!!" Chopper screamed as Dr. Kureha chased after Chopper with many sharp objects.
"HakaiHakaiHakai! I see Straw-Hat recruited a Zoan type user!" Achilles laughed.
Then as the Straw Hats left the island what they saw was wonderful…Sakura trees blooming in a winter wonderland.
Chopper the doctor and new crewmate of the straw hats just cried with sadness and happiness both at the same time…
