In the middle of the night, Angelica, wearing only a diaper, is sleeping like a baby in Dil's crib, but wishing she was sleeping with somebody. Luckily, Dil, also wearing only a diaper, would be there to give her love and support by kissing her on her cheek. Because of this, she wakes up and sees her cousin cutely smiling at her, with Angelica responding to the kiss by closing her eyes and softly sucking on her new pacifier that Didi bought for her, starting to act sweet. Dil would do the same after taking out his pacifier. Already, Angelica supports this and is already in love with Dil, so she lets him sleep with her. First, Dil spots his cousin's outer bellybutton that is bigger than usual, which is called an umbilical hernia, which delighted him, so he gave it a gentle press and felt the softness of it, now cutely playing with his cousin. In response, she would spot her cousin's outer bellybutton and find out that it's also an umbilical hernia. This delighted Angelica as she successfully gets Dil to meet his warm tummy with hers, so that both babies could have their outer bellybuttons touching each other. Dil and Angelica slowly and softly sucked on their pacifiers at the same time as they were wrapped in each other's arms embracing in their most cutest moment. They would do this until they were tired, but they still loved each other already, so they rolled to their sides and stayed wrapped in each other's arms. Their eyes were still closed as they slowly caressed and sweetly cuddled each other and used their pacifiers as sign language for "Good night".
The next morning, Didi stepped foot inside the nursery and walked over to Dil's crib, where he and Angelica were sleeping together like babies, still wrapped in each other's arms. "Good morning, sweeties." Didi said sweetly, giving the two infants kisses on their cheeks. "Now Angelica, as I always do, I'm going to change yours and Dil's diapers, sweetie. And I saw you and Dil sleeping together and cuddling one another. That is so sweet."
Didi picked up the two infants and placed them on Tommy's bed, and laid them down so they can have their diapers changed. Didi removed Angelica's diaper by slowly undoing the tapes and then throwing it in the diaper bin, and Angelica, always liking the fact that she is naked, acted sweet by showing her cute face, as well as slowly and softly sucking on her pacifier and playing with her big outer bellybutton by gently pressing it as Didi would get the baby wipes and baby powder so she could get the cute and naked infant clean. "Mmm..." Angelica said quietly and sweetly. "Aw, it's going to be alright, sweetheart. All you did was go pee-pee while you were asleep, so your pee-pee and your inner legs are a little wet. Let's get you cleaned up quickly." Didi started by using a baby wipe and slowly cleaned Angelica. "Mmm..." Angelica said quietly and sweetly again, feeling so good while enjoying her pampering, with Didi then grabbing the baby powder and powdering her niece. Dil, who woke up well-rested from Angelica's quiet and cute baby sounds, saw his cousin getting pampered by his mother while she acts as cute and sweet as she could, so he would support her by being by her side as Didi finished by wrapping her in a fresh diaper. "There you go, little angel. Now it's your turn, Dil." Didi said as she slowly removed her son's diaper, threw it in the diaper bin, cleaned Dil with baby wipes, and powdered him to keep him dry. Angelica, still feeling so good from her change, would also be by her cousin's side as he got pampered as well. Seeing Dil smiling, Angelica got more cuter and gently wrapped Dil in her arms as he was wrapped in a fresh diaper. "There you go, my sweet baby boy. Have fun, kids." Didi said as she left the two infants alone.
Both really liking their pampering that Didi gave them and their love & support for each other, Dil and Angelica would get underneath the blanket, un-strap their new diapers, and sweetly cuddle and caress each other, sharing their love for each other and seeing each other more as brother & sister, and not only as cousins.
