So I wanted to rewrite Birth of a True Sage for a While and now that I've finished the Rewrite of The Genjutsu Viking I thought why not now. At the time of the Rewrite the Of Original Fic it had 16 Reviews, 170 Followers and 128 Favourites.
Plot: is Simple Instead of Naruto using Chakra, he is going to be using Nature Energy.

Chapter 1 - Birth of a Sage
At 4 years old Naruto sat in the office of the Third Hokage, Hiruzen Sarutobi, the oldest Living Hokage. Today Naruto had been kicked out of the Orphanage that he has been living at since Birth, but that doesn't really bother him. His attitude bothers other people, mainly the Hokage. He has a very Laid back attitude, Hiruzen sometimes wonders if he truly knows who the boy's parents are, because whilst Minato was relaxed but serious all the time, Kushina was a Wild Fire of emotion, but Naruto was just so laid back you could mistake him for him being laid down.
Hiruzen who is currently massaging his temples trying to will the headache away, as he is waiting for one of his best Anbu to look into why Naruto was kicked out of the orphanage. Naruto who is sitting in his office reading a book he was given by the Anbu member, 'Wildlife Wonders: Creatures Across the Elemental Nations' a Book about the Different species of animals around the Elemental Nations.
By the time two hours had passed and his best Agent: Weasel, had yet to return. "Jiji," the Blond Boy says to the Hokage, " I was just wondering, how does one unlock their chakra?" Hiruzen is a bit taken back by this but waits for the blond to finish, "I know I'll learn it when I get into the academy but I know Clan kids will have an advantage on me and I don't want to be left behind."
"Hmm," The kage hums to himself, "You are right, Naruto, you will be at a disadvantage since you aren't from a clan." he tells the boy, not really seeing the harm of tell him, "well Chakra is the Essence of oneself, you just need to Meditate on that essence grab onto it drawing it into your centre." he explains to Naruto, but before he can go into further detail, a Weasel Masked Anbu member Shunshins into the room, and he go back into Hokage mode. "Weasel, report."
"Hai, Hokage-sama." The Weasel masked Anbu replies, "The Matrain of the Orthange was paid off to kick Naruto out of the Orthange, by a Anbu member with a Falcon Mask." Weasel tells the Kage, "after investigating, the only Falcon masked Anbu member was a member of Root, but he was KIA, 2 weeks ago."
This annoyed Hiruzen, he knew he should have shut down Danzo's pet project, but with the passing of the Fourth they needed strength. "You are Dismissed Weasel." the Hokage commands Weasel, who leaves immediately. The Kage turns to Naruto, "Naruto-kun, how would you like to live by yourself?" He asks, "It will be hard, since you will have too, cook, clean and do your own laundry, but I think you could do it."
Naruto smiled at his Jiji, "Sure, I already did that anyway." Hiruzen's heart breaks slightly hearing that, Naruto shouldn't have to grow up so quickly, "But I feel like the shops would overcharge me, I was wondering if it possible if someone else does my shopping for me till I become a Genin, since then it would become a crime if they attempt to overcharge me."
"I can arrange that. You will still be getting a monthly stipend but it will be less." He tells the boy he sees as a grandson, and Naruto smiles and a nod from him.
Three days later - Forest of Konoha
Naruto remembered what the Hokage said about Chakra, so he thinks now is a good time to unlock his. Finding a hidden spot by a Waterfall that he likes to Visit, he sits by the waterfall and he crosses his legs, places his hands on his lap one over the over, palms facing up, he takes a deep breath, closing his eyes and starts to mediate like he has seen other do before.
He lets out his first held breath, before breathing in again and repeating. Naruto sitting perfectly still for over 3 hours, when he starts to feel something approaching him, like a energy all around him that he could not sense before but now he can, "This must be what Jiji, was talking about." he thinks to himself, Remembering Jiji's words he slowly tries to pull it towards him into his centre, and after another 3 hours of attempting to do so, he is able to do it but now he has no were to put it once its inside of him, its they but its just sitting they aimlessly not movie not like how he as heard other Shinobi explain how chakra works.
After another Few hours, Naruto is able to feel the chakra move around his whole body, and he thinks this is what it's meant to feel like. He opens his eyes and looks at his body to see that of black lines covering his body, 'They weren't there before' he thinks to himself.
He knows when normal people unlock their chakra, they don't normally get lines across they body. Not really knowing what to do, he returns to his meditation, and wondering if he can remove the lines, when he remembers something, some Ninja Paint their Finger and toe nails for training but don't know why.
He goes back to concentrating again and focuses on the line and they start to move towards his Finger and toe till their nails turn black. Achieving what he was aiming for, he celebrates by jumping up and gets a good 6 feet off the ground. He panics for a moment but when he lands all he can think is that it was awesome, as he does it a few more times before he starts to feel a bit winded. Unknown to him, he has Nature Energy running through his whole body, Enchanting everything, his senses, and body.
Naruto wonders if he is feeling tired because he used up a lot of Chakra so hits back down and mediates some more till he starts to feel better and once he does he wonders if this is part of the process of getting access to one's own chakra so he meditates then does some basic exercises such as running, jumping jacks, and shadow boxing, and every time he feels tired he repeats the process.
Over the next 6 hours he repeats this about 10 times till he starts to get hungry and chooses to head home. One his way back into the village he feels people watching, which isn't normal, but now he feels how much they hate him, like he can feel their emotions, but he chooses to block it out. That is till he feels a few people following him with the intent of hurting him. So he ducks into an alley and using his new increased straight and speed he is able to get to a roof, losing those that were following him.
Realising it's probably safe to use the rooftops, as he sees Ninja using them all the time, he gets home without any incidents. Once arriving home, he finds Jiji waiting for him. "Hey Jiji, what are you doing here?" Naruto asks the old man. "I just came by to drop off some food and your stippen for you. When I noticed you weren't, I thought I'd say until you arrived. Where have you been?" the Aging Kage asked.
"I went for a Run, and didn't want to be in the house." He tells him, not wanting to reveal the truth that he has unlocked his Chakra yet, whilst it wasn't the full truth, Hiruzen did not push it. "Well Naruto-kun. Since you are back, how about we get some food since I'm done for the day." he says with his best Grandfatherly smile and Naruto agrees. Hiruzen takes him to a restaurant called Ichirakus, and with it being the first time the boy has eaten there, it blows his mind, to him this is 'The Food Of the Gods'.
Four Years Later - Land of Rushing Water
The Land of Rushing Water, West of the Land of Swamps, the locals like to call it the True Land of Rivers as the two lands are similar but the land of Rushing Water has more Rivers but they run faster and are more dangerous, hence the name of Land of Rushing Water. Currently The Blond Sage was tied up in the back of a Wagon going through the land.
Uzumaki Naruto has had an Interesting 4 Years. After moving into his own place and becoming the youngest sage in history, he has become faster, stronger, and even smarter than he already was, the Nature Energy had increased his brain power which was a nice side effect, unintentional but nice.
Naruto spent the first year after unlocking his "Chakra" training how to use it and always wondered why he had to meditate to replenish it, but after the year his body started to produce it on its own so that wasn't a problem anymore and he thought that his body had final truly unlocked his own chakra.
At the age of 6, he started the Ninja Academy and is currently at the bottom of the class, not because the teachers are sabotaging him, some do try but they know he doesn't like answering questions on written tests, so they just give him a 0 and ignore him. It is only Iruka who breaks away from this as he wanted to see if it was just that Naruto couldn't read, so he gave him the test verbally and he got 100%. Iruka asked Naruto if he was illiterate and Naruto told him something that stuck with him, "Why bother? It's not going to help in the Ninja World. All we are doing is learning things that Civilians are learning and I don't plan on being a Civ."
At the Age of 7, the major populous of Konoha had stopped treating him like a demon, the first reason was because he was so laid back that it was impossible to see him as a raging demon, the second was because he had a habit of finding pervers at the Hot Springs and pointing them out to Anbu or Kunoichi for them to get beat up, and finally Animals would kind of flock to him and people couldn't deny that was a good person trait if they was ever one.
He had an encounter with a man he dubbed Ero-Sennin, a self proclaimed super perve, who he caught peeping on some girls by his waterfall area. Naruto pointed him out to the woman who was relaxing and they ended up beating him up and tying him to a tree. Naruto went to check on the man who introduced himself as Jiraiya of the Sannin, who was Immediately caught off guard by the kid who had Nature Energy constantly flowing through his body naturally as someone who had Chakra running through their body.
Jiraiya asked Naruto about it who was confused but explained to him that 3 years ago he unlocked his "Chakra" by Meditating and drawing Chakra into his body completely by passing his need for chakra. After agreeing to some tests by Ero-Sannin, he learns that he is unable to normal life energy(Chakra). As his body is completely overflowing with Nature Energy.
Because of this, according to Ero-Sannin, he is a Beast, a True Sage. Ero-Sannin thinks Naruto at age 7 could possibly be Low Jonin Level in strength, speed and reflexes, but can't test it because the Hokage will not allow it, and Naruto is too laid back to go all out.
Now at Age 8, He finds himself tied up in the back of a waggon, his head pounding, but he can feel the Nature Energy coursing through his body, with a flex of his arms the bindings that bound them break, slowly expanding his senses he senses the man driving the waggon. Moving slowly up towards the driver, he pulls a Kunai out of his Sleeve of his Orange coat.
He Place the Kunai to the Man's throat of the driver, the man wants to panics but knows he can't because if he does he could be killed, Naruto speaks up:
"Why Did I wake up, tied up in the back of your wagon?"
"I…Don't know" The Driver answered.
"Where are we?" Naruto Demanded to know.
"The…The…The Land of Rushing Water" The Driver stuttered out.
"The land of Rushing Water isn't over a month from Konoha"
"I…I…I paid for a ship to get here. I'm heading to…to, the land of Black Rice, North of here. I left Konoha a week ago."
Naruto sighed, removing the Kunai from his neck, "how do I get back to Konoha, can I still use that boat?" The man breathed out a sign of relief but not turning back, "No it was one way and it's probably left by now I left the boat two days ago."
Naruto Sits next to the man, the man turns his head and sees a Kid, "do you have some Food and Water?" seeing that is a Kid he stops the wagon and hands the kid some food and water.
"I'm sorry Kid, I didn't know you were in the back of my Wagon, otherwise I wouldn't have taken you with me." the man says apologetic. Naruto waved him off, "It's Ok, do you know where the Closest Village or Town is too here?"
"Yes, that would be the Town of Riverton, it is about two days East." The Driver tells him, going into his wagon, he searches around for a bit before coming back out and handing Naruto a Hooded Jacket and some money, "it's not much but maybe you will find a way to get back home."
Naruto thanks the Driver before darting off east to the direction of the town. Naruto thinks to himself as he darts towards the two, 'When I get back to the Village, I'm going to Beat the Shit out of whoever knocked me out.'.
After 6 hours of travel Naruto starts to feel sluggish. He looks down at his nails seeing they are starting to return back to their normal colour. 'That's not good.' He thinks to himself. Letting out a sigh, "Well now is as good as anytime to rest." as he notices it starting to get dark. Creating a Smokeless Fire, he sits down and begins to meditate.
Konoha
During the week Naruto has been Missing, the Village has been on high alert, No one in or out, without permission, The Anbu have been scouring the lands, not leaving a single Leaf unturned, Hiruzen has even let that of Danzo Clockwork Army 'that doesn't exist', Root have been searching. The Hokage is currently in a counsel meeting with that of the Shinobi and Civilian Leaders.
Whilst Konoha is a Shinobi Village run by the Hokage, he does take suggestions from The head of the Shinobi Collective, A group of Shinobi from Clan Heads to Civilian Shinobi's to the Anbu Commander. As for the Civilian Leaders they are the heads of the Merchant, Artisans and Educators.
Everyone in the room is reacting differently, 80% of the Civilian Leadership doesn't care that the boy is gone, but is too afraid to say anything. The Shinobi Side is worried that he might have fallen into an enemy village's hands. As they are talking about the next steps two Anbu appear in the centre of the room, kneeling before the Hokage, "Crow, Weasel. Report." the Hokage Commands.
"Hai Hokage-sama," they reply quickly, "We have interviewed everyone who has ever been in contact with Naruto-kun and non know what happened." the Crow Masked Anbu tells the room. "Out of everyone that has entered or exited the Village in the past Week are all accounted for and have been questioned and know nothing." the Weasel masked Anbu says.
A white Haired Man stops out of the Shadows, "my Spy network hasn't picked up anything from the other villages. Is it possible that Naruto left on his own volition?" No one has an answer for that question.
Land of Rushing Water - Following Morning
Opening his Eye, and blinking a few times, waking himself up, his body Replenished. Getting up and stretching, he spots two Black Feathered Eagles, "Hello they, What are your names?" he asks them, one squawks, then the other does, "nice to meet you, Delilah and Sylas, are you two Bladed Black Eagle?" he asks, with tilting his head.
*Squawk* "Of course I understand you." Naruto tells them.
*Squawk* "then how do I know what you are saying?"
*Squawk* "That is a good point, I could be reading your mind."
*Squawk* "I'm not reading your mind, I can talk to animals."
*Squawk* "I know Rabbits are Dicks."
*Squawk* "Some Bastard knocked me out and put me in the back of a wagon, What about you two?"
*Squawk* "Gato?"
*Squawk* "Do you know where he is?"
*Squawk* "I'm heading that way, I'll destroy his damn to stick it to him."
*Squawk* "Can you show me the way to the two I currently don't have a map."
Telling him that they can but they won't be going into town, Naruto follows the Two Black Eagle. Naruto is able to get to the town in less than 2 hours. Thanking both Delilah and Sylas, he tells them that he will see them after destroying Gato dam. Arriving in the town it's more like a city but not as big as Konoha, he sees that people look and feel depressed, even though the town looks lively, everyone is scared of something. But before he can find out, Naruto's stomach growls at him, so first order of business is food, as he hasn't really eaten in over a week.
Looking around he finds a food cart and notices that they are selling meat pies, so he ends up buying three. He sits down on a bench over from a Red Haired Girl playing a flute, she is dressed in a baggy grey T-shirt, with Black Shorts and blue Sandals and topped with a Grey beanie. She is playing a love tune, that makes the people around smile.
That is until a group of six men with shit eating grins on their faces walk towards her, "Hey Girly, Nice Tune you playing there. Our Boss is looking for a Girl that knows how to blow." an overgrown man with a bulbous nose says, before grabbing the Girl by her Beautiful Red Hair, she screams. Naruto notices that no one attempts to intervene and without thinking Naruto charges the men and axe kicks the man who has the girl in the head, knocking him out cold before he turns to the other man and attacks them, taking each one down one by one till he is the only one standing.
The Girl watches in amazement as he knocks out the goons, once he is finished he puts a hand out to the girl, "are you ok?" Naruto asks her and she takes his hand as he helps her up, she blushes, "I am, thank you." and Naruto smiles at her, "that's good."
Naruto then notices a small crowd of townsfolk gathering, a man Dressed in what looks like Blue Samurai Garb approaches the two, "Boy, are you a Ninja?" Naruto turns to him, he senses no hostility coming from the man. So he chooses to answer honestly, "In Training, Are you the Town Guard?", he asks. "Im what is left of the town Guard, that Rat Gato has stripped us of all our power, his thugs run the town now." he answers angrily.
"Well today is your lucky day. I Uzumaki Naruto, Ninja in Training, Future Sage, Vowed to Destroy Gato's Dam for some Friends. So point me in his direction." are taken back and feel like he can do it, the townsfolk Cheer for him, and point him to the location of the Dam. The Girl who he is still holding the hand of, asks him, "Are you sure you can beat Gato?" sounding worried. Naruto gives her a Smile that portrays Confidence, "Believe it, I'm stronger than I look."
Three hours later
After a series of explosions, The townsfolk see Naruto returns to the town dragging a Wagon behind him, the townsfolk look shocked and surprised to see that he is fine, Naruto climbs on top of the Waggon, "Gato's Dam has been Destroyed, and that Little Man has Fled like the Coward he is" Naruto Shouts. Getting Cheers from the crowd. "In this Wagon is everything of value from his mansion." he says jumping down, "I believe most of it belongs to the people of this town anyway."
Later that Night
Naruto is sitting on a table around a large bonfire as the town is celebrating. The town is currently being served ramen as the town asked what his favourite food is and he said ramen, it's not as good as Ichiraku but it will do. Naruto notices the Red Haired Girl coming towards him before sitting next to him, "Thank you." she says quietly enough for him to hear her. "No problem…" he says.
"It's Tayuya." The Girl, now introduced as Tayuya, Naruto Smiles at her, "that's a beautiful Name." he tells her, making her Blush, "Shut Up, shithead." she shouts now hiding her face, getting the Waitress that is serving the Hero of the Land of Rushing Water Giggle.
"So shithead, what are you going to do now?" she asks quietly, Naruto stops eating, "I'll be heading back to Konoha. I need to finish my training to become a Shinobi. What about Tayuya-chan?" he asks her, wondering her answer. Being called Chan, the girl blushes more before she realises that he is leaving her. "I don't know." she says looking down. "Well I wouldn't mind the company, back to Konoha. If you want to join me?" he asks her and she looks towards him, "it will be a 3 to 4 month journey but if you want to join me Tayuya-Chan I wont mind." He smiles, "I don't really have anyone in Konoha except Jiji but he is always busy." He admits a hint of sadness in his chest, "I only see him once a week, If that."
Tayuya's eyes widen as she has never been wanted before. "Are you sure, ShitHead?" she asks hoping that he's not messing with her. "I'm Positive, Tayuya-chan, but can you stop calling me Shithead." he asks in his laid back tone. "Are you going to keep calling me Chan." getting him to Shake his head, "No." she says with a Smile, getting Naruto to sigh and she giggles at him.
Two days later
Naruto and Tayuya are ready to leave when the Townsfolk approach them, The Samurai Looking man comes up to the two of the kids and hands them camping packs and Waterproof cloaks. "Are you sure you can't Stay, Naruto-san?" the Samurai Asks, the boy shakes his head and gives the man a smile, "i'm sorry I can't," he tells them, "I need to Finish my Shinobi training, but when I can I'll return."
"Good Luck Both of you," he tells them, "they are a Map and a compass in your backpack Naruto-san, With it you should be able to get back to Konoha." he tells them, before waving them off. Leaving the town, both are happy to be on the move, Naruto because he wants to return home and Tayuya because she has grown Close to the Blond Boy who saved her and is happy that she gets to spend more time with him alone.
About an hour away from town, Naruto brings them to a stop before Shouting out, "Delilah! Sylas!", getting a look from Tayuya, but before she can say anything she hears the sound of two Eagles Squawk before Flying down and landing on Naruto's shoulders.
*Squawk* "I told you I would Destroy Gato's Dam."
*Squawk* "This is Tayuya-chan."
*Squawk* "She is travelling with me to Konoha."
*Squawk* "she is really good at playing the Flute"
*Squawk* "What Delilah?"
*Squawk* "You can do that?"
*Squawk* "What do I have to do?"
*Squawk* "Is that Enough?" he asks as he starts channelling Nature Energy into his chest.
With one Final Squawk The two Black Bladed Eagles, both of them begin to glow, before taking flight circling the sky before the both fly towards Naruto's and impact into his chest, he removes his Shirt and they are that of a Set of Black Bladed Eagle's on his chest. Tayuya Panics and quickly checks Naruto over.
"Shithead!" she shouts, "are you ok? What was that? Also you can talk to Birds?" Tayuya asks Worried about her friend. "I'm Fine Tayuya, Delilah and Sylas created a Temporary Summoning Contract using my Nature Energy, and I can talk to all Animals." Naruto Answers all his Red Headed Friends questions in order.
Almost Four Months Later - Konoha
It has Almost four Months since Naruto vanished without a trace. Hiruzen and the Shinobi Leadership hasn't given up hope yet. He is currently meeting with the Shinobi collective as the Civilian Leadership has attempted to block effets of Finding the Boy, but was quickly shut down and those who attempted it were imprisoned.
As the Shinobi Collective are talking about the Future plans, The Man with White Hair Burst into the room, "I have news on Naruto", He shouts with a huge grin on his face, everyone in the room turns to him and waits for him to speak. "I have just heard back from one of my agents in The Land of Rushing Water. A Boy matching Naruto Description Appeared there 4 months ago and took down a Local Tyrant called Gato, he then left 2 days later with a Girl with red Hair, saying he was heading back to Konoha." The man tells the Room.
Danzo interrupts the man, "is that all? His location from 4 months ago", the man Stares at him, "No, 3 and a half months ago in the Land of Swamps, they were spotted Riding on the back of a Bear, in the Forest of Bears." This gets the attention of Everyone, as the Forest of Bears is known to be extremely dangerous to even Veteran Ninja, "2 months ago they were spotted in the Land of Neck, and took down a group of bandits that tried to Kidnap them. 2 weeks later they Crossed the Border in between the Land of Demons into the Land of Wood, where they were spotted riding an Obsidian Horned Deer."
A Man with two Scars on his face, Black Hair tied up into a ponytail, interrupts this time, "Obsidian Horned Deer they are Deadly to anyone who enters their territory, are you sure?" He questions, "Yes I am Shikaku." giving a quick response, getting whispers around the room.
"Then as of 2 weeks ago, one of my agents Crossed the border with them, but unknown to him at the time, he didn't know it was Naruto, otherwise he would have brought them to Konoha himself." This gets people to sit up straight as Naruto is now in the Land of Fire. "He also informed me that he taught the boy how to play Suzuki Koto, he told me it was an important detail." He tells them with a roll of the eyes, "Now if my maths is correct they should be here any day now."
As he finishes, an Anbu in a Crow Mask member appears in the room kneeling in front of the Hokage, "Hokage-Sama, Uzumaki Naruto and a Girl with Red Hair has just gotten to the Village Gate, they are being brought to your office as we speak by Weasel." The room looks at the White Haired man, "told ya."
Hokage's office
Walking through the Village Naruto is happy to be home, as for Tayuya she is slightly overwhelmed as this Village is far more busy that the little town she grew up in. Currently Naruto and Tayuya are brought to the office of the Hokage, Word has already begun to spread about Naruto's return to the village. Some are happy, others are furious and some just don't care.
Hiruzen is currently nervous waiting for Naruto and his friend to enter his office,he hasn't seen his surrogate grandson in almost four months, he feels the tension whilst he waits and he is getting more and more nervous. When there is a knock on the door, He takes a deep breath before he speaks, "Enter" He commands. Entering the room is a Smiling face of Naruto, and The nervous look of a Girl with Red Hair that slightly reminds him of Kushina. "Jiji, I'm back from my trip." Naruto Says with his fox-like smile. "Welcome Back Naruto." the Hokage says with a chuckle. "How was your Trip?"
"It was Fun Jiji, I met some interesting people and creatures. I overthrew a Tyrant, Oh and this is my Best Friend, Tayuya-chan." Naruto says whilst Tayuya Blushes at this, "Tayuya-Chan, this is Sarutobi Hiruzen, The Third Hokage of Konohagakure." Naruto tells her.
Shocked Tayuya Shouts, "Shithead you didnt tell me that your "Jiji" was the Fucking Hokage!" The Hokage is Shocked by the use of Language from the young girl, "Tayuya-chan, Language in front of the Hokage." The Blond Uzumaki tells off Tayuya, who apologises for her language.
"Nice to meet you, Tayuya-Chan." He says with his signature old man smile, "it is a pleasure to meet you. I hope Naruto-Kun wasn't too much trouble." HIruzen tells her, "So Naruto-Kun, what happened?" Naruto Looked Confused, "you mean you didn't get the Teme, who knocked me out and tired me up and threw me into the back of a wagon?" Naruto growls, which is rare for him to show emotion.
His Eyes begin to glow a Deep Topaz, as his Anger Flares, the Nature Energy reacting to his anger, Tayuya who has spent the past four Months around him, Sleeping next to him, Walking, Running, Eating, Everything for the past four Months, she has picked up the Feeling of Nature Energy, she cant Channel it, or absorb it, but being around Naruto she knows when it's flaring, she puts her hand on him and he calms down instantly, Like she has become his Rock. The Hokage Notices this, but doesn't comment on it. "I'm sorry Naruto-kun but we haven't figured out who attacked you." He tells him.
"Naruto-kun can you tell me what happened on your trip?" Hiruzen asks, wants to take Naruto's Mind off it. Over the next few hours, Naruto then proceeds to tell him about his trip, how he met then asks if Tayuya could join him in the academy, and is granted permission for her to join. Tayuya looks excited, like she finally has a place to belong. Hiruzen then informs Naruto what happened when he vanished, and he also informs him that his apartment kept getting broken into and was eventually burnt down by a bunch of Drunk Civilian, but he does tell him he is getting an Compound, that will be safer for him and his new 'Friend'.
Later that Night - Unnamed Compound
After leaving the Hokage's office Naruto asks Tayuya if she wasnt to get the best Ramen in all of The world Ichiraku's, upon arrival he is given a Death Grip Hug from Ayame, who was worried about the boy. After learning that he is alright, and meeting Tayuya, she calms down and they get some food, Naruto gets 5 Bowls Miso Pork Ramen and Tayuya gets 2 Bowls of Miso Ramen.
Naruto and Tayuya after finishing food tell Ayame that they need some new clothes and offers to go shopping with them and they allow it, as she normally helps Naruto with his clothes. Once they finish shopping and dropping Ayame off at the restaurant, The two head to their new compound, a 15ft wall on the outside and on the Inside of the compound it's nothing special, a single story house in the centre of the compound, a Pond in the back garden and a small wooded area. The house has 4 bedrooms, 1 Master Bedroom with Walk-in closet and Master Bathroom, 2 other bathrooms, Large Kitchen with Dining room attached, a Large Living room, and a study.
After exploring the house, the two decide to share a bedroom for now as they are more comfortable sleeping together for now. Their new clothes are away and the two choose to turn in for the night and get into bed, "Naru-Kun?" Tayuya says resting her head on his chest, Naruto looks down at her, "thank you for everything." she whispers, "I just hope everyone is nice at the Academy." she says, slightly worried. "Of course they will, Tayuya-chan. Iruka-Sensei will love you, since you are smart." he says, Calming her down, as the two drift off to sleep.
Ninja Academy - following week
The Rumours of Naruto Returning to the Village have spread like wildfire, and Mizuki is pissed about this as he wanted him to vanish. Iruka's Class are talking amongst themselves wondering if Naruto is going to return to class. When the door to the room opens and Iruka followed by Mizuki enters, Iruka walks to the centre of the front of class where his podium is, placing his hands on the podium, he smiles "Morning everyone," getting them to shut up, "Now I know you all have heard the rumours of Naruto returning," he pauses, "and it's true." and people get excited, "I would like to welcome Naruto back." he says as the Blond enters the room.
Dressed in a White T-shirt with Blue Shorts and Sandals. He smiles and nods to everyone standing next to Iruka. "We also have another student joining us today along with Naruto, please be welcoming Tayuya-san." he says as said Girl enters the room, she has shoulder Length Red hair, she is wearing a red Kimono Top with a Flower pattern on it, Black Shorts, with Blue Sandals. "Tayuya-san Travelled with Naruto back to Konoha, so please make her welcome." He says to the girl, "You can take the two empty sets next to Uchiha Sasuke." He says gesturing towards a Black Haired Boy.
Lunch time
Now that Naruto is back in the academy he remembers why he chose to walk back to Konoha, the Academy was boring but he was happy to be back because Tayuya was enjoying herself. Today's lesson Iruka was going through the Map of the Elemental Nations, and with Naruto's and Tayuya's Help they went through the Route that the two used to get back to Konoha.
When lunch starts people gathered around them, much to Sasuke annoyance, and ask questions about what happened him and how he met Tayuya, and he tells them the story, leaving out his Summoning contract and over throwing Gato, but leaving in the fact that Tayuya had the map most of the time, and choose routes that would be shorter and how could have died more than once.
"That's a lie Shithead." she shouts at him.
"The Forest of Bears." he replies.
"Ok that one was me." She says looking down.
"Black Deer Forest."
"Ok that was me as well."
"Kenju Swamp."
"..."
"Kyuubi ravine."
"That one was both of us and you know it!"
He pauses to think, before answering, "I'll give you that one, Tayuya-Chan" he tells his foul mouthed friend, getting a pink haired Girl to study them closer. The same Girl with Pink Hair after studying them asks them a question, "Are you two Dating? You seem Really Close." Naruto looks at her, "Why do you ask? Is it because boys and Girls can't be Best Friends?" Naruto asks her, Tayuya Knows That Naruto is messing with her, because several people had commented on how close they were by now, but they were only 8 and feelings are gross.
This caused the Pink Haired girl to stammer out a response, "He is messing with you," Tayuya tells her, "plus we are 8, why would we be dating?" she asked her and no one could come up with an answer. Naruto never misses a chance to mess with Tayuya. Chooses to stir the pot, "But If Tayuya-hime wants too, I wouldn't Complain."
At the Front of the Room Iruka is Listening, 'Wow, Bold', he thinks to himself. In the Office of the Hokage, Hiruzen and Jiriaya are watching through a Crystal Ball, "Damn Geki, when did you get so Bold, Neither of your Parents were like that, then again you are too laid back to be their son at times." Jiriaya comments, as he remembers Minato had the biggest crush on Kushina and not knowing how to voice it for the longest time, and Kushina basically being a tsundere.
Back in the Classroom, Tayuya looks away from him with a Slight Blush that he is able to hide, knowing that Naruto is messing with the class but at the sametime being honest with her. The only ones to notice the true Happiness in her eyes are that of Naruto, Iruka and Sasuke.
Afterclass
By the time school is finished Naruto just wants to go home and rest because he forgot how boring the academy was. He was wondering what he could make for him and Tayuya for tea, that is till he's broke out of his thoughts, "Hey Dope." the voice of Sasuke says to Naruto, getting the boy's attention, who turns to him. "Mother and Father, Want me to bring you and your 'Girlfriend' over. Since they were worried about you and wanted to meet your new friend." Tayuya narrows her eyes at the Girlfriend Comment.
"What do you say, Tayuya-chan?" Naruto asks his Friend, "want to meet the Emo King of Konoha's Parents?" Not really having anything else to do. "Sure why not, We have nothing planned." she tells them. Before they get up to leave, Sasuke turns to Tayuya, "Tayuya-san, please don't curse in front of my family." he asks the girl, who just nods.
That Night
Returning to the compound after spending the evening at the Uchiha Compound, Both Naruto and Tayuya are both full and exhausted, Sasuke Mother, Uchiha Mikoto, Naruto's Godmother not that he knew that, spoiled the pair with food, and grilled them on how they met. Sasuke Father, Uchiha Fugaku, current head of the Uchiha Clan, asked Naruto how he was able to survive a 4 month trip from the Land of Rushing Water to Konoha with a new friend in tow. Finally Sasuke's older Brother, Uchiha Itachi, just enjoyed the company and he even sparred with the three Kids, mainly he wanted to see how they currently hold up, Sasuke needs to work on his spatial awareness, Tayuya just needs some more Physical conditioning and Naruto just needs to stop being so laid back, but other then that, their teamwork is quite Good, Itachi even commented that they would make a good Squad.
After returning to the compound the two relax after their hectic day, both are sitting in the living room relaxing. Naruto read a book he got from Ero-Sennin, 'Elemental Release: Chunin Now? Time to Start Learning' a book on how to find out one's Elemental affinity and how to train it along with other Elements, Whilst he is reading Tayuya is just staring at him, "Naru-kun?" She says getting his attention, Naruto looks up from his book at her, "did you really mean what you said today in class?" she asks him, Naruto can tell she is worried about his answer.
Naruto Stands up from his chair, walks over to her and in one fluid motion wraps his arms around her, pulling her into him and sitting next to her, "why wouldn't I Tayuya-chan?" He says in a soft voice, just loud enough for her to hear, "You are one of the first people in my Life that cares for me for just being me. You didnt care what I could do for you, you just wanted to be friends with me for me being me." he attempts to explain but he knows he isn't very good at expressing his emotions. "If you want to date Tayuya-Chan, im all up for it, but we are only 8, so maybe we wait and learn about what a proper relationship is before we do any relationship stuff." he asks her. Smiling and hugging him back, "I would like that, Naru-kun." she says just soft enough for the Blond Sage to hear.
Year and a Half Later - Konoha
Today was a normal Friday for Naruto, sitting in detention for not answering any question on today's test. At this point it is tradition, Friday ends he tells Tayuya he will be home in 2 hours and stays in his seat and pulls whatever book he is reading currently. At the moment he is reading "Poisons and How To Detect and Make Them" by Yamanaka Inoroku, another book he got from Ero-Sennin.
An hour into his detention Iruka walks into the room, "Naruto," he says in a slightly tired voice, Naruto looks up at him putting his book away. "Naruro, I know why you don't answer the question on the test, but if you don't start you won't be able to graduate." he tells him, concerned for his student.
Putting his book away, he sighs, "Iruka-sensei, this is a Ninja Academy not a Civilian Academy, 90% of everything you are teaching us is irrelevant," he tells his teacher. Iruka is about to counter Naruto but Naruto continues speaking, "This year alone, you have went over the Civilian Laws, Important, History of Konoha, Important, but you have went over the same material since I started at the academy, I know how the Village was founded, I know what order the clan joined, but it isn't that important for being a Ninja, it's only intel that our enemies could use." and Naruto isn't wrong, every lesson they have been given could be used against Konoha.
"Don't get me started on physical education, I mean 3 laps around the Training field and no learning of Skills we would need as a Ninja. No wonder only those in the clan or who have Ninja in their family really graduate." Naruto tells him. Iruka can't argue with him, "I'm sorry Naruto but I don't control the curriculum," He tells the blond, "Why don't you get yourself home Naruto."
Naruto after saying goodbye to Iruka doesn't actually leave the academy, he instead heads to the faculties Offices. Sensing that there is no one inside he goes in and begins to search for something and it didn't take long to find, The Ninja Academies Itinerary. Naruto gives it a quick glance and he can't believe it, this is basically a Civilian school itinerary with Shinobi training added in in the two years.
Naruto checks to see if there is a date it was Issued and finds one, the year before he Joined the Academy. "Why would Hokage-jiji Allow this?" he thinks to himself. "Unless he doesn't know," he thought. Pocketing the itinerary he then leaves the academy.
After Leaving he knows where he is going and that is to find his Favourite Anbu, Crow, and finding him is easy as since Friday he is normally stood guard close to Hokages tower. Naruto is able to find Crow Quickly climbing onto the room he moves over and stands next to crow, "hey Crow," he says, Crow Sighing as he is using the Transparent Escape Technique, "What can I do for you Naruto-kun?" Crow asks.
"Do you know when Hokage-Jiji is meeting the Shinobi Collective next?" Naruto asks him, Hoping that he will tell him. "He is currently meeting them." Crow replies, curious to know why Naruto wants to know. "Thank you, Crow." Naruto Says before leaving, Crow wishing he could leave his post to see what naruto is about to do.
15 Minutes later Naruto is outside of the meeting room where Neko and Weasel are guarding the door. Naruto Smiles at them, "Neko-chan, Weasel-kun, Would it be possible to get a meeting with Hokage-sama and the Shinobi Collective?" He asks, being respectful as he can. "We can ask Naruto-kun, but I doubt you could." Neko says before Shunshining away. 3 Minutes later she reappears, "You may Enter Naruto-kun." She tells him before opening the doors. Before entering the room Naruto takes a deep breath and holds it for 4 seconds before letting it out and Entering the room, the doors close behind him and he is in the room all eyes fall on him.
Naruto studies the room, from right to left Aburame clan and they leader Aburame Shibi, Akimichi clan and they leader Akimichi Choza, Hyuga clan and they leader Hyuga Hiashi, Inuzuka clan and they leader Inuzuka Tsume, Nara clan and they leader Nara Shikaku, Uchiha clan and they leader Uchiha Fugaku, Yamanaka clan and they leader Yamanaka Inoichi and next to him are the three elders Utatane Koharu, Mitokado Homura and Shimura Danzo. After the Three Elders are The Anbu Captain, Rooster, then the two representative of Smaller Clans, Kurama Murakumo From the Kurama Clan and Izuno Amagi from the Izuno Clan and Finally two Members of Non Shinobi Clan Representative Maito Gai and Morino Ibiki and Finally The Representative of the Sarutobi Clan and Current Hokage, Sarutobi Hiruzen. Then a Section of empty seats which Naruto assumes is for the Civian Section.
As Walks into the Middle of the room knowing all eyes are on him, he first bows to show respect to the Hokage and Shinobi Section. "Hokage-sama and Shinobi Collective." he says, with respect in his voice. "Today I have come before you, as not only a Civilian of Konoha but also a Shinobi in Training of our Village." he announces. "I ask for two things from yourselves, The First is to hear me out for why I did what I did and forgive me for what I have done, and the second is how to fix it."
If Naruto didn't have the attention before he did now, they are all wondering what the Jinchuriki had done. "Today after talking with my Academy Sensei, One Umino Iruka, he had asked me why I never bother Answering questions on the academy standard tests, as he was worried about not passing the tests to graduate to the Following grade." He informed them, "I responded with 'this is a Ninja Academy not a Civilian Academy, 90% of everything you are teaching us is irrelevant,' the conversation continued into how in the past few years all we have been getting taught is what they teach in the Civilian academy."
This confuses all of them as for those who went to the academy they only lightly touched on the Civilian Aspects of the village. " I then commented on the physical education aspect, Since we only do 3 laps around the Training field once a week, and zero learning of Skills we would need as a Ninja. Finishing with the comment, 'no wonder only those in the clan or who have Ninja in their family really graduate.'" he then pauses for a moment taking a deep breath.
"After this conversation he allowed me to leave for the day." taking a brief pause, scanning the faces of those in the room and he can tell they are confused, "Now here is where I need your forgiveness," he tells them, "the conversation sticking with me, I then snuck into the faculty Office to search for the Academy's curriculum where I found this." he says pulling out the 30 page curriculum, "and after reading it, I came to the conclusion. Within the next 10 to 15 years Konohagakure no Sato will go from one of the strongest Villages to one of the weakest, because if we keep following this learning plan we will have almost no Shinobis that aren't from Clans." He finishes for now.
The claim shocks those in the room, because that can't be right. Whilst the room is thinking about Naruto's words, Nara Shikaku, Head of the Nara Clan, thinks back to all the conversation with his son in the past few years since he started the academy and all he does is complain on how boring it is. "Uzumaki-san," Shikaku, the first one to speak, "can I have that?" he asks and Naruto hands him the curriculum.
Shikaku, a true Genius even by Nara Standards, finishes it in two Minutes and can barely believe what he is ready, he even rereads it, which shocks everyone in the room. Letting out a sigh, he puts it down, "Troublesome," he says with a grown, "Uzumaki-san, is correct." he announces and now everyone is taking this seriously, "Are you sure, Nara-dono?" Hyuga Hiashi, head of the Hyuga Clan Asks, "I'm afraid so," he says before making hand seals and creating clones of the curriculum, before passing them around.
Everyone reading them, and getting angry, non more than the Hokage. Reading the Curriculum, The Hokage Notice a few things, the first was that it focused heavily on the civilian side of everything, as if they had created it themselves. "Uzumaki-San, You said you had a way to fix this?" Uchiha Fugaku, head of the Uchiha Clan asked.
"I do, Uchiha-dono," He boldly announced. "Over the past 5 years since meeting Ero-Sannin, we have had many conversations." Naruto is cut off at this point, by Morino Ibiki, "Ero-Sannin?" he asks wondering who Naruto is talking about, but the Hokage Full him in. "He means Jiraiya of the Sannin," Naruto nods, "I first met him when he was peeping on some Women by a waterfall I like to relax at. I told the women who they were, they beat him up, he asked why I did it, told him I didn't like Pervs and he told me who he was, and wasn't a pervert but a Super Pervert and since then I have called him Ero-Sannin."
The room is silent, you could hear a pin drop at that, for the reason they have never been such a more perfect name for Jiraiya, "Continue, Uzumaki-san." Morino Ibiki tells him the clear amusement in his voice at learning the nickname. "Thank you Morino-san." Naruto says being allowed to continue, "Myself and Ero-sannin, both came to the conclusion that the Academy is inefficient at training Shinobi and Kunoichi." he proclaims, and makes a bold Proculation.
"Inefficient how?" Shimura Danzo, One of the Three Village Elders ask, "it's simple, Elder-sama," Naruto begins to explain (Not Remembering the Elders name), "before the curriculum was changed, According to Ero-sannin, the academy only taught in practical skills, the Leaf Style Taijutsu, Kawarimi, The Standard Bunshin, Henge and Leaf sticking exercise, with all further training being done by Jonin-senseis once you graduate, Clans if you are in one, self study or if you are lucky another Shinobi or Kunoichi."
Whilst true they don't really see a problem with that and Naruto can tell, "and that is the problem." he announces, "the current system needs to be changed, because we're Ill prepared for the World of Ninjas." he pauses to see if anyone would ask why he thought this and was glad when someone did, "Why do you and Ero-sannin believe this?" Shikaku asks, using the nickname with slight enjoyment.
"It's simple, we all know that Jiraiya of the Sannin was the deadlast in his academy yet," a fact everyone know, it had started the tradition of Rookies of the Year being place with the Deadlast of the year, in hopes to recreate a second group of Sannin, but it had yet to bear any fruit. "Jiraiya didn't start to grow as a Shinobi till he found his speciality in Fuinjutsu, Summoning, Stealth, Infiltration and Espionage." he tells them and the gears start to turn as to what Naturo is alluding to, "He believe that if he was taught the begins in the academy he wouldn't have been labelled the deadlast."
This gets them to start thinking because Naruto, maybe right. "So I suggest the following change to the Academy, we start teaching skills early and see what students take too." Naruto begins to smile, as he can see the Idea being segmented in the minds of those they, "I also suggest changing the Graduation requirements, because needing a 40% on a test with mostly irrelevant information isn't hard, and only know having to be able to use Kawarimi, The Standard Bunshin, or Henge as a pass requirement is stupid. Even more so when the teacher doing the exam gets to choose if someone passes or not based on being able to do Kawarimi, The Standard Bunshin, or Henge because they could just choose one that the student can't really do and fail them because they don't like them."
Naruto's logic is sound, but it begs the question, what to change it too, "and what is your suggestion, Naruto-kun." Hiruzen asks, and Naruto smiles Wider, "that is simple, by first changing the curriculum to add in more advanced Taijutsu, Advanced Chakra Control training, Ninjutsu, Genjutsu, Iryojutsu, Injutsu, Stealth Arts, Infiltration, Fuinjutsu, and Bukijutsu, to see what students excel in we go from them," he begins to explain, "To become a Shinobi or Kunoichi of Konoha, one must score either a D+ or C- in Taijutsu, know at least one offensive or defensive Elemental Ninjutsu, be able to detect and Break a D Rank Genjutsu, must score either a D+ or C- in Shurikenjutsu, and be able to perform Kawarimi, an Elemental Bunshin, and Henge. That is not including any other specialties they choose to learn." he explains "but they should be some exceptions to the rule, one being Clan Status, if the member is up to Clans Standards they should be able to pass, and for those who Struggle or aren't able to use Chakra, they must be be ranked in C+ to B- in Taijutsu, Stealth Arts, Shurikenjutsu, and be Adept level in a Bukijutsu of they chooses." Naruto finishes explaining the changes that should be made.
Seeing that he is finished and that the Shinobi Collective is thinking, "Thank you, Naruto-kun." Hiruzen says, "is that all?" Naruto nods, "Then how about you head home, i'm sure your roommate is worried about you," Hiruzen tells him and with a final bow Naruto leaves. "Shikaku, thoughts?" Hiruzen asks his Jonin Commander,
"its logical and troublesome," he says, "If we Change the curriculum now, the current last two grades will Fail and I expect a graduation rate from the standard 33% to possibly 11% to 0% for at least 3 to 4 year before it it possible rises to 80% to 100%, in the short term its bad for us but in the long term its good for us." he explains, "If we were to talk to our villages experts in Taijutsu, Advanced Chakra Control, Ninjutsu, Genjutsu, Iryojutsu, Injutsu, Stealth Arts, Infiltration, Fuinjutsu, and Bukijutsu we could get a new curriculum made and implemented by the next Next academy year starts. If you want to vote on it I would vote for it." he finishes.
"All in favour of Changing the academy?" Hiruzen asks, and gets a resounding yes. "Ibiki, Inoichi." He says getting the attention of the men, "I want both of you to look into who ever changed the academy's curriculum behind my back and deal with them." he commands.
2 Years Later - Newly Named Forest Compound
In the Two years since Naruto had his conversation with the Hokage and Shinobi Collective a few things had changed, The first being that 5 members of the Civilian collective had been arrested but know one knew why for a while and when it was announced why it was for Treason. This shocked a lot of people as they couldn't believe it. The second being that the academy was overhauled by a new reform called the Uzushio Reforms and it reformed the way Naruto had suggested but more flushed out. Naruto and Tayuya also named their compound to that of the Forest Compound.
But currently Itachi is watching both Naruto and Sasuke Spar. Since the reforms in the Academy Sasuke has been pushing himself harder as he wants to define himself as a Ninja, he doesn't want to be known as Itachi's little brother but as known as 'Fuma No Sasuke' or Uchiha Sasuke of the Demon Wind Shuriken, a master of Fumajutsu, The Art of the Demon Wind Shuriken.
So Sasuke Challenged Naruto to a spar, since he knows Naruto is the Strongest in their Class, When he pushes himself. Sasuke had asked for Naruto to not hold back and if he did so he would buy him Ramen, so Naruto agreed. Itachi offered to proctor the match to prevent serious injuries.
As Itachi is watching them spar, he is thinking to himself, "Naruto's fighting style is dangerous, when he dodges it is as swift as the Wind, moving around his oppointent like a breeze, when he parries he slows his opponent's movements like Water like wading through water, when he defends his is as Sturdy as the Earth itself, when he Strikes it's as fight as Lightning and Strong as Wild like fire burning through the forest. Naruto has a very Dangerous Style, as if he is forcing his opponent to fight Nature themselves." Itachi Ponders.
"What's wrong Sasuke-chan," naruto says in a taunting tone, "didn't you say that the 'Interceptor Fist' is the best fighting style in all of the Elemental Nations but yet, you haven't hit me." Sasuke gets more and more riled up the longer the fight goes on and is starting to get sloppy. Itachi can see what Naruto is doing and is going to need to drill his brother on how to not fall for taunts like this in the future.
Itachi notices that Sasuke has started to push chakra into his legs and feet to increase his speed, but the blond doesnt seem fazed as he is still faster than Sasuke, but this does have on a knock on effect as he is pushing himself Harder and Harder Sasuke starts to notice that he can see some of Naruto's moves. Naruto smiles at Sasuke, seeing that he has unlocked his Pink Eye, the Dojutsu Kekkei Genkai of the Uchiha, 'The Sharingan', and Sasuke has one tomoe in each eye.
Itachi on noticing this is happy for his brother but at the same time sad, because with this news he knows that what has to happen to night, is going to be worse than he originally planned. But the voice of Naruto's partner breaks him out of his sad thoughts, "Congrats Emo, you got your Pink eye," The normally Crass girl says, her voice then turns dark, "now don't steal any of my Jutsu's or I will gouge them out with a rusty and blunt end of a kunai." She threatens, Itachi turns around to see Tayuya, dressed in what looks like a Stealth Suit? "Just Ignore that Itachi, you didn't see it." He thinks to himself knowing better than to intervene in a Prank that either Tayuya or Naruto do, because it always ends in getting covered in Glitter and he doesn't need that right now.
Sasuke stops the spar and pulls out a Small hand mirror he uses for Training to look around corners, and sees that he has unlocked his Sharingan and is so happy for himself. "Congratulations little Brother," Itachi says, getting his brother's attention, "just remember don't steal your comrades' techniques." hoping to engrave into his brother early. During this Interaction Naruto can feel that something is off with Itachi but chooses not to say anything.
That Night
With Naruto's connection to Nature he can feel when something is off and currently something is off right now, but he cant put his finger on it. So he chooses to meditate to calm himself but it isn't working. "Tayuya-chan," he says, getting his Girlfriends? Attention, "I'm going out, I just need to clear my head and Mediate in the forest to clear my head." Naruto tells her, "Ok, Naru-kun, just be careful." She tells him worried about him but she knows sometimes he just needs to be in nature.
Leaving the compound he starts to walk where nature feels off and that is towards the Uchiha Compound. Whilst in the forest hears a scream and instantly rushes towards it, one his way there he feels malicious Intent and fear. Picking up speed Naruto rushes toward it, it is they hee sees that of a Brown Haired girl, in a purple top he notices that both of her eyes have been cut out. "Izumi!" Naruto thinks to himself.
He sees a Man Standing above her that he recognizes as Uchiha Kagen, one of the Uchiha's that Naruto could always sense Evil and Hatred from him, his Sharingan Blazed as smirked Evilly towards Izumi a Katana in hand, "You stupid Half Breed BITCH!" he shouts as he kicks her, "I know, i'm meant to kill you but you might make a good breeding bitch since you did have a sharingan."
Hearing this Naruto covers himself in Nature Energy to increase his strength, and speeds and appears in front of the man and Kicks him, sending him flying into a large tree 60 ft away. Naruto Growls his Eyes a burning Topaz, The Very Forest itself reacting to Naruto's Rage, the leaves on the trees rustling, the trees grown as if they are alive, as if the very forest is enraged as well.
Kagen stands up with his Katama still in his hand, He sees Naruto and Smirks, "Well if it isn't the damn Demon Brat." He says, filled with hatred, "well since you are here may as well use you." he snarls as his Eyes begin to transform into a different pattern they look like Kunai heads now. Deep in his mind Naruto hears the Voice of the Kyuubi no Kitsune, "Be careful brat, that is the Mangekyo Sharingan, obtained from Killing one's loved ones. Avoid looking into his eyes and hope he doesn't have access to Tsukuyomi, the Ultimate Genjutsu of the Uchiha Clan." The Fox warns Naruto in its deep feminine voice.
"Thanks Kyo." he thanked Fox, Getting a chuckle as her response. Getting ready for combat as he knows that Kagen will come at him. Just as Kagen is about to charge Naruto. Naruto starts to weave hand seals 'Sage Art: Scorching Wind' he thinks mentally, as he breathes in before unleashing gust of wind towards Kagen, who in his overconfidence takes the attack head on, confident that he won't be hurt, but starts to feel his skin and lungs burning. "How?" Kagen thinks to himself, he activates the other ability of his Sharingan to protect himself becoming intangible. "My Sharingan didn't See any Chakra so how did he hurt me?!" he screams in his head. Whilst he is confused, Naruto runs through another series of hand seals before sending out a pulse of Nature Energy, 'Sage Art: Razer Leafs!' he shouts in his Mind, leaves from the surrounding trees begin to fall before spinning and flying towards Kagen.
Kagen, not wanting to burn through his chakra, Drops his ability and starts to dodge the incoming leaves; he notices the leaves cutting through branches and not wanting to risk getting chopped up into little pieces Fires off a Giant Fireball, to Incinerate the leaves. Kagen turning back to Naruto realising that he has underestimate the Blond, sees that he has just finished waving hand seals once again, Naruto lets out another breath, Kagen wanting to risk getting burned if it will Kill the Blond, Charges his sword out in front of him as he attempts to secure the blond, Realise something to late, as he sees his sword begin to disintegrate in front of his very eye.
Then the pain hits him as he begins to disintegrate, Kagen screams in pain as Naruto whispers "Sage Art: Corrosive Gas." Kagen Feels his skin corroding away, he knows that his death is imminent and is unable to do anything to stop it, and within seconds he is gone. Taking a deep breath and recentering himself after taking a life, Naruto rushes over to Izumi seeing the Blinded Girl, "Izumi-chan, are you ok?" the Blond Sage asks. "My eyes, Inabi and his followers Attacked us, the Uchiha Clan, at a clan meeting. Fugaku, Mikoto and Itachi quickly organised an offensive." she says, as she grabs on to him.
Naruto puts his hand into a cross hand seal and creates a clone of himself, 'i'm so glad ero-sannin taught me this.' he thinks to himself, "you go to Jiji and tell him what is happening!" He commands the clone before heading to take Izumi to his clan Compound, as he knows it will be safer for her there. He wants to go and check on Sasuke but knows that if Itachi is there Sasuke will be safe.
Hours later - Forest Compound
After Returning to his compound with Izumi in his arms, and bringing her into a guest room, Tayuya was hysterical, wondering what had happened. Naruto explained whilst helping to clean Izumi's wounds. Izumi asked Naruto if he had any healing justus and told her he had two 'Sage Art: Nature's Diagnosis' and 'Sage Art: Nature's Healing'.
Sage Art: Nature's Diagnosis - Support Jutsu C-Rank, Using Nature Energy the User can scan someone's body to see what is wrong with it, and can Break Genjutsu Cast on them. Downside if exposed to the Jutsu for too long the Target of the Jutsu begins to turn to Wood.
Sage Art: Nature's Healing - Support Jutsu A-Rank, Using Nature Energy the User Heals their body, Remove Poisons and Reattach limbs. Downside if exposed to the Jutsu for too long the Target of the Jutsu begins to turn to Wood.
Naruto explains the Jutsu's to her, and Allows him to uses 'Sage Art: Nature's Diagnosis' and he explains that her eyes are damage beyond repair, she informs him that in a hidden Seal on her Shoulder she has in storage her mothers eyes and explains what happens if one replaces the eyes of with a relatives eyes, she also tells that she possessed the Mangekyo Sharingan but was unable to use it do to her poor Chakra capacity.
Over an Hour Naruto carefully replaces Izumi's Eyes before wrapping them. Using 'Sage Art: Nature's Diagnosis'. He is able to tell that the surgery was a success and that she should be able to see but for now should rest. Leaving the room he heads into the living room where Tayuya is.
When he enters, Tayuya gets up and gives him a hug, "How is she?" She asks him, in a quiet tone, "physically: fine. Mentally: I imagine a mess." he says hugging her back just holding her, "I'm so glad, you came with me Tayuya-chan." he tells her, "I…" Naruto starts to say something but pauses for a moment, "I love you, Tayuya-chan." he tells her, just holding her. "I Love you too, Naru-Kun." She is so happy that he has said it first as he never wanted to push him, but she had loved him since the Day he saved her.
After just Holding her for awhile he senses three people Enter the compound, knowing that the only people who could enter is the Hokage atm, letting Tayuya go the two head outside to see that of the Hokage and two of his Anbu on the defensive stance whilst a Fiery furred Bear and an Obsidian Horned Stag, Stand they ground protecting they home.
Naruto shouts, "Thordak, Umbrasyl stand down." he ordered and the Fiery Furred Bear Thordak and the Obsidian Horned Stag Umbrasyl did as ordered but stayed guard in case the three new faces tried anything.
"Jiji, Neko-chan, Inu-san, I'm sorry I told them to Protect the compound." he informed them, The Kage looked at the animals, "Naruto-kun, are those Animals summons?" Naruto looked nervous because he was hiding his summoning contract but now he knows he needs to reveal it, sighing he nods, "Yes Jiji, I wanted to keep it a secret, during my trip, I meet two Black Bladed Eagles, who using my Nature energy made a temporary summoning contract Tattoo, I then met a Multicoloured Dart Toad who did the same thing Joining the contract, then Thordak and Umbrasyl the same and then my Boss summon, Lilith."
As he finishes, they hear a growl from on the roof of Naruto's house, and in the moonlight a 12 ft tall, 18 ft Long White Furred, Three Tailed Kitsune, each tail has Blue tipped, the Kitsune has Glowing Blue eyes, on her head she has Three Tomoes in the centre of his head. Lilith jumps towards them Claws out Teeth bared but shrinks, and lands in Naruto's arms and begins to act all cute like a Kit.
Scratching under her chin and Lilith purring, Naruto speaks again,"This is Lilith, she Is The Boss summon of the Forest Summoning Clan." Behind her mask, Neko's eyes widened, "You're not saying what I think you are saying are you?" Neko asks, picking something up before the other two. "Yes, Neko-chan, Lilith using my Temporary summoning Contract as a base then using both mine and her Nature Energy. She created the Forest Summoning Contract and a summoning Realm for it to exist in." Naruto conforms, then explains what he thought happened. The eyes of the Hokage go wide now realising what Naruto and Lilith did. Creating summoning contracts and Summoning Realm, is knowledge that has never been known, and a Ninja in training is the one to learn it. Knowing that if the Information was to break it would be disastrous.
"By Order of the Hokage, I am classifying this information as SSS-Rank and it is to never be spoken of again!" He ordered all those present and they all Agreed, "Hai, Hokage-Sama." they all answered. Now getting back on topic, "Naruto-kun, your Clone told us what happened but can go into detail of Fighting Uchiha Kagen to bringing Izumi here instead of the hospital," and so Naruto goes into detail about how he feeling off, to going for a walk to finding Uchiha Kagen attacking Izumi to him defending her, he then informs the Hokage that the Kyuubi informed him that Uchiha Kagen had a Mangekyo Sharingan and to avoid his eyes, to informing that he had to kill him. He then tells him that he brought Izumi here because it would be safer than a hospital since he didn't know who was winning or who won the Civil war in the Uchiha clan.
"Know about the Kyuubi and have speak to it?" Inu asks, Naruto narrows his eyes at the Anbu, "She, not it," Naruto informs them "and of course I know do you not think when I found a Seal on my stomach, I would research what it was." he tells them like it was the obvious answer. With the reveal of the Kyuuni being female, Neko feels proud and vindicated, knowing that the strongest Tailed Beast is female. "Also for contacts so you don't make the Mistake again," he tells them, "the Two tails and Seven Tails is also Female."
With that Hiruzen asks if he can see Izumi and they follow Naruto into the house and so the Hokage can check on Izumi, seeing that she is fine and resting, the Hokage takes his leave, but leaving Neko behind just in case anything happens.
Four Years Later - Ninja Academy
In the Four Years since the now name Uchiha Rebellian, a few things have changed for Naruto and Tayuya. First was learning of the Uchiha Rebellian, and that 30% of the Combat members of the Clan had attempted to rebel against Fugaku as they disagreed with his direction he was taking the clan. The Rebellion had been taken out quite quickly by Itachi who had apparently after killing his fellow Clansmen had gone mad and Killed his Father and became a Rogue Ninja something Naruto didn't believe.
Sasuke's mother Mikoto, along with his cousin Shisui had taken over the clan, Mikoto becoming the Clan head and Shisui becoming the Head of the Shinobi Police, Formerly Uchiha Police, which was now opened up to all clans and not just Uchiha. Sasuke had become reserved for a while but after Naruto had basically kicked the shit out of him he began to open up again.
As for Izumi she moved in with Naruto and Tayuya permanently as she could no longer trust the majority of the Uchiha clan. But she has made Friends with a group of Kunoichis Called "The Ice Queens" even getting a nickname 'Queen Of the Fire'. Izumi also got a title in the bingo book, Kokuen no Maite Izumi or Izumi The Black Flamed Dancer.
Izumi earned the title because of her unique fighting style with a Kusarigama that looks like she is dancing, combined with being able to use Fire Release to the weapon and being able to use Amaterasu. She even took to training with Naruto and Tayuyu and with Ero-sannin occasionally training Naruto he gave her tips on how to increase her Chakra capacity so she could now use her Sharingan and Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan to now she can basically use her Sharingan with almost 0 Chakra consumption.
But today Naruto and Tayuya will be finding out who they will begetting as they Jonin-sensei for the next few years or till they become chunin. Currently both of them are sitting in an almost empty Classroom waiting, with them are a boy with a bowl cut and long ponytail, in Martial arts outfit, another boy with long hair and white eyes, wearing a beige-coloured shirt and finally a girl with hair into buns, with that of a Pink Chinese style top on, dark green Trousers and blue sandals.
Naruto he has upgraded from White T-shirt with Blue Shorts and Sandals to a midnight blue vest, Black Anbu style Trousers and Black Sandals his forearm are wrapped in Black bandages, he wearing Burnt Orange Fingerless gloves, with his forehead protector around his neck, his hair Short and also a Mixture of colours Red, Black, and Pink, because Tayuya wanted to Dye his hair and he said sure why not, Iruka did ask why and he told him that Tayuya wanted to dye it and he wasn't going to say no. Naruto next to is that of a Katana that he normally has on his back, After Learning that the Uzumaki Clan were good at a few things Forging, Kenjutsu and Fuinjutsu, so he took up all three and with Shadow Clones he got really good at all three, he even forged his own blade, Izumi's Kusarigama and Tayuyu's Chosen weapons.
Speaking of Tayuya's look has changed slightly, her red hair now tied up into two side ponytails with her forehead protector over her forehead, she started wearing Mesh Armored top that goes to her elbows, a Deep Red almost Blood Crimson, Kimono top with a Fox in the centre of the back, Dark Green Trousers and blue sandals, she is wearing Burnt Orange Fingerless gloves and strapped to her thighs in both legs are her preferred weapon, a flute, Three on each leg along with a tanto strapped to her lower back.
Whilst they are waiting Tayuya is thinking about her past 7 years in Konoha, it has been interesting for her to say the least, with he befriending one Hyuga Hinata, after seeing some other girls in class bully her and giving the a beat down, Naruto keep guard incase a teacher came so she wouldn't get caught, even when Iruka confronted them about it Naruto straight face asked him, if that sounds like Naruto, saying that would have cut into his Cloud Watching time with Shika and Iruka believe him and dropped it.
Since then Hinata started to hang with them and started to slowly build her confidence, which worked wonders as he was currently sitting at top of their class and was a candidate for Rookie of the Year. With the built up confidence she confest to how the Elders of the Hyuga clan treated her and with her Boyfriend, they Pranked the whole Hyuga compound three times, Each Prank the exact same, simply changing the clothes of the elders to Bright Pink Leotards. The first two times they did it because they threatened Hinata with being Branded, and the third time they set up a Timed Seal on their clothes to activate and change their clothes. Needless to say after the third time they got the message.
She thought back to when the curriculum changed and the graduation rate dropped from 33% to 11% but as of the Last year, it's now 100% as those who truly want to become Ninja train like there is no tomorrow. But she is taken out of her thoughts as Naruto nudges her and signals to her that the Bun headed Girl is staring at them.
Naruto and Tayuya have seen this girl around over the years and sort of developed a slight crush on her because what can they say they like Pretty Girls that can Fight. Tayuya on first spotting the girl asked Naruto if he thought she was cute and Naruto being able to sense Emotions could tell that she felt conflicted about this and told her yes. Tayuya agreed with him and the two watched her train from time to time when they were on break.
Naruto turned his head and looked at the Girl and smiled "Can I help you, Panda Girl?" he asked the Girl. "Sorry, Didn't mean to Stare but you two won't in our Class." she says, before realising the Panda comment. "PANDA, my name is Tenten." she says with a pout. Both Naruto and Tayuya share the same thought: 'Cute'. Tayuya then chose to speak to attempt to smooth things over, "I'm sorry about Shithead, he likes to nickname people." she told her, and it seemed to work, "I'm Tayuya and this is my boyfriend Naruto," this news does catch her off guard since most serious Ninja in training don't like to date to avoid distractions, "We graduated a year early, he wanted to graduate last year but I convinced him to wait a year, so we could do it together." she finishes but tenten is still Pouting from the Panda comment, "and please don't pout, you look too cute when you do so." She adds that last bit to see Tenten's reaction, and it does disappoint as that causes Tenten to blush heavily as she doesn't normally get called cute because she is more of a tomboy instead of a girly girl.
After Tayuya finishes Messing with the Tenten, Naruto speaks up to break the awkward silence that has now appeared, "Only 5 passed this year," he observes, "from the looks of it, A Hyuga, who passed on Talent, Bushy Brows, Passed on Hardwork and Tenten-chan who passed on Skills and Hard Work." he finishes, after analysing those in the room. That gets everyone to look at him. "what? Am I wrong?" he questions with a raised brow.
The Hyuga just Grunts but then again he didn't expect much from a Hyuga since most of them are stuck up, the Boy with Bushy Eyebrows Smile, and becomes animated as he starts to speak, "Yes, Naruto-san, I am Rock Lee, As I am Unable to use Ninjutsu, or Genjutsu, so I trained my body. I passed with a B- in Taijutsu, C+/B- In stealth and I'm intermediate Skill level with Both Nunchucks and Truncheons." he says ending with a good guy pose. Tenten Blushes at the Chan part but pushes it down. "I passed with a C+ in Taijutsu, A+ in Shurikenjutsu, a C+ in Fuinjutsu and Adept Level in most Bukijutsu's, as I want to be the Weapon Mistress of Konoha." she says with a Proud Smile. "What about you two?"
"I got a C in Taijutsu, A+ in Genjutsu, B+ in both Stealth and Infiltration and An Adept Level in Tanto Bukijutsu." Tayuya tells them, "and I plan on creating a new branch of Genjutsu that focuses on sound." She Finishes with a smile. Naruto then speaks, "I got a B+ in Taijutsu, S in Ninjutsu," saying this, the Hyuga looks at him narrowing his eyes, as Lee is Shocked, as well is Tenten, "A- In Stealth and Infiltration, S in Fuinjutsu but thats because im an Uzumaki and Sealing is in our Blood, a B+ in weapon Forging, and im Intermediate level in Kenjutsu with a Katana." Naruto Finishes.
The Hyuga activates his Byakugan and looks at Naruto, "I can't See your Chakra Network, how is that possible?" he asks confused, "that's simple, I don't have Chakra Coils meaning I have Perfect Control over my Network and can Make it Invisible." A lie but one he has used for years that no one picks up on, apart from Tayuya who knows the truth.
Before any other questions can be asked, the new Director of the Academy enters the Room, Umino Iruka who was promoted recently after showing his skill at adapting to the new curriculum. He makes his way to the front, with a huge smile on his face, "Congratulations on all Five of you for passing." he says his smile widening, "you are about to embark on a dangerous journey and I wish you all well in this journey, remember that you are now Shinobi and Kunoichi of Konoha, wear out headband and symbol with honour." he finishes, seeing that they all have a determination on they face.
"This afternoon your Jonin-sensei will come and collect you, but first your teams," then pause, "First is Team 9 who will be that of Tenten, Rock Lee, and Hyuga Neji, your instructor will be Maito Gai." he says looking at the three already expecting it as they already know each other. "Uzumaki Naruto and Tayuya, Jonin has expressed interest in both of you becoming their apprentices," this is a shocking news because it is rare for that to happen, let alone two people wanting freshly graduated students as apprentices, "Naruto, Jonin Uzuki Yugao wants you, and Tayuya, Tokubetsu Jonin Mitarashi Anko wants you." he finishes.
"Uzuki Yugao, Konoha's Queen of Blades, and Mitarashi Anko, The Snake Mistress of Konoha!" Tenten shouts before Pouting Hard, for not getting scouted by a badass Jonin. 'Cute' the couple think again, as Iruka just laughs understanding her frustration. "Tenten-chan If you don't stop Pouting so cutely, myself and Tayuya-chan are going to have to take you home." Naruto tells her getting the Girl to go a shade of Red That Hinata would be Jealous. But Tenten is saved by Iruka who clears his throat to regain attention on himself, "you all have a two hour launch, before meeting your Jonin-sensei. Use it wisely." hoping to hint at spending time with your new team, before Exiting the room.

That is the end of chapter one's Rewrite and this chapter alone almost passed the word count for both chapters of the previous series at 14,534, this one being 14,072.
