Uzumaki Naruto: Birth of a True Sage
The Idea of This Fanfic came from a Friend, What was Originally meant to be a What If, but the moment I started Writing it, it became more than a What if and I wanted to refine it into a Fanfic.
Plot: is Simple Instead of Naruto using Chakra, he is going to be using Nature Energy.
Changes: Female Kyubi Named 'Kurama Sayuri' who is more Natural Than in cannon. Naruto is more laid back, with the mindset of 'Shit Happens'. OP!NARUTO
Pairings - Naruto, Tayuya and Tenten (NOT A HAREM). Sasuke and Izumi. Rock Lee and Sakura.
This was started on a PC but finished on a phone sorry for any spelling mistakes.
Chapter 1 - Birth of a Sage
A 4 year old Naruto is sat in the office of the Third Hokage, after being Kicked out of the Orphanage that he has been living at since Birth, but that doesn't really bother him. He has a very Laid back attitude, The Hokage on the other hand is pissed beyond belief.
The Old man is currently massaging his temple, as he has just ordered one of his best Anbu to look into the matter, Weasel. Naruto is sitting in the office reading a book he was given by the Anbu member, it's a Book about animals.
Two hour have passed and Weasel has yet to return, "Jiji, just wondering how does one unlock their chakra, I know I'll learn it when I get into the academy but I know Clan kids will have an advantage on me." he asks the Kage.
"You are right there, well Chakra is the Essence of oneself, you just need to grab onto it." The old Kage says, about to go into further detail, a Weasel Masked Anbu member Shunshins into the room, "Weasel, report."
"Hai, Hokage." The man says "the Matrain of the Orthange was paid off to kick Naruto out of the Orthange, by a Anbu member with a Falcon Mask." Weasel tells the Kage, "after investigating, the Only Falcon masked Anbu member is a member of Root, but he was KIA, 2 weeks ago."
"You are Dismissed Weasel." the Hokage says, with Weasel leaving. The Kage turns to Naruto, "well then Naruto, how would you like to live by yourself, I know it will be hard, since you will have too, cook, clean and do your own laundry, but I think you could do it."
Naruto Smile at the kage, "Sure, I already do that anyway. But since shops like to over charge me, is it possible if someone else does my shopping for me till I become a Genin, since then if they overcharge me it will be a crime." the boy asks his Jiji.
"I can arrange that. You will still be getting a monthly stipend but it will be less." the kage replies to the boy, Getting a smile and a nod from him.
Three days later
Naruto remembering what the Hokage said about Chakra finds a hidden spot by a Waterfall that he likes to use to relax. Sitting by the waterfall he crosses his legs, places his hands on his lap one over the over, palms facing up. He takes a deep breath, closing his eyes.
He breathes out, and in again. Naruto sitting perfectly still for over 3 hours, the blond starts to feel something approaching him, like a energy all around him, he slowly tries to pull it towards him, and after another 3 hours, he is able to do so, but now he has no were to put it once its inside of him, so he tries to move it to the centre of his body.
After another Few hours, Naruto is able to move it to the centre of his body, he feels like Line start to spread over his body, he opens his eye and looks down at his arms and sees nothing Removing his shirt he sees that of a Seal on his stomach, ' That wasn't there before' he thinks to himself but above that they is a Swirl like the one on his top.
He knows when normal people unlock their chakra, they don't normally get a mark on their chest, he returns to his meditation, and wanting to remove the symbol he tries to think what to do with it, when he remembers. Some Ninja Paint their Finger and toe nails for training but don't know why. So he concentrates on it again and the black swirl vanishes and his Finger and toe nails turn black, achieving what he was aiming for, he celebrates by jumping up and gets a good 6 feet off the ground.
When he realises, he feels like he needs to wind this in a bit. Unknown to him he has Nature Energy running through his whole body, Enchanting everything, his senses, and body.
Trying to get used to it, he starts to do some basic Exercises running, jumping jacks, and shadow boxing to try and burn off some of the energy, and after another 6 hours he starts to feel tired.
Sitting back down, he medatats again and feels his power coming back. With that he chooses to go home as it's getting late. One his way back he feels people watching, which isn't normal, but now he feels how much they hate him, like he can feel their emotions, but he is able to block it out, he does feel a few people following him, with the intent of hurting him. But ducking into an alley and using his new increased straight and speed he is able to get to a roof.
Choosing to use the rooftops he gets home without any incidents. Getting home the Hokage is there, waiting for the boy. "Hey Jiji, what are you doing here?" Naruto asks the old man.
"I just came by to drop off some food and your stippen for you. When I noticed you weren't, I thought I'd say until you arrived. Where have you been?" the Kage asked.
"I went for a Run, and didn't want to be in the house." He says, whilst it wasn't the full truth, the kage didn't push it. "And thank you for the Food." He says with a smile, getting the old kage to smile.
"Well, Naruto. How about we get some food since I'm done for the day." The kage says Naruto could help but agree, Hiruzen takes him to a restaurant called Ichiraku, and with it being the first time the boy has eaten there, it blows his mind, to him this is ' The Food Of the Gods '.
Four Years Later - Land of Rushing Water
The Land of Rushing Water is the land West of the Land of Swamps, the locals like to call it the True Land of Rivers as the two lands are similar but the land of Rushing Water has more Rivers but they run faster and are more dangerous.
Uzumaki Naruto has had an Interesting 4 Years. After he took in the Nature Energy into his body unknowingly, he has become faster, Stronger, and even Smart than he already was, Like the Energy has increased his brain power.
At the age of 6 he started the Ninja Academy and is currently at the bottom of the class, not because the teachers are Sabotaging him, but because he doesn't answer questions on written tests, if Iruka gives him the test Verbally he gets 100% but written test he just doesn't bother, in his words 'why bother its not going to help in the Ninja World.'
At the Age of 7 he had an encounter with a man he dubbed Ero Sennin, after he caught him peeping on some girls by his WaterFall area. Naruto thought he'd chase the man off or get his beat up by the women but Ero Sennin was more surprised that this kid could use Nature Energy Naturally and after doing some tests with him he learnt that it was by accident, and because of this he's his chakra Network is unable to normal life energy(Chakra) as it is overflown by nature energy constantly, his body produces it like it would Chakra, this makes the kid more of a Beast, a True Sage, Ero Sennin thinks Naruto at age 7 is Low Jonin Level, but cant test it because the Hokage will not allow it, and Naruto is to layed back to go all out.
And now at Age 8, Naruto finds himself Tied up in the back of a Waggon, Waking up slowly his head pounding, he can feel the Nature Energy still coursing through his body, he flexes his arms breaking the room that bound them, he then sits up drawing a Kunai out of his Sleeve of his Orange coat and cuts the rope around his legs.
Slowly moving forward he Place the Kunai on the Man's thought that is Driving the Waggon, the man wants to panic but knows he can't because if he does he could be killed, Naruto speaks up:
"Why Did I wake up in the back of your Waggon"
"I…Don't know" The Man Answers
"Where are we?" Naruto Asks
"The…The…The Land of Rushing Water"
"The land of Rushing Water is over a month from Konoha"
"I…I…I paid for a Ship to get her. I'm heading to…to, the land of Black Rice, North of here. I left Konoha a Week ago."
Naruto lets out a Sigh Removing the Kunai from his neck, "how do I get back to Konoha, can I still use that boat?" The man breathed out a sign of relief but not turning back, "No it was one way and it's probably left by now I left the boat two days ago."
Naruto Sits next to the man, the man turns his head and sees a Kid, "do you have some Food and Water?" seeing that is a Kid he stops the Waggon and hands the kid some food and water.
"I'm sorry Kid, I didn't know you were in the back of my Wagon, otherwise I wouldn't have taken you with me." the man says apologetic. Naruto waved him off, "It's Ok, do you know where the Closest Village or Town is too here?"
"Yes, that would be the Town of Riverton, it is about two days East." the man says he then goes into his waggon and hand Naruto a Hooded Jacket and some money, "it's not much but maybe you will find a way to get back home"
Naruto Thanks the man before Darting off East to the direction of the town. Naruto thinking to himself, ' When I get back to the Village, I'm going to Beat the Shit out of who ever knocked me out.'.
After 6 hours of travel Naruto starts to feel sluggish. He looks down at his nails seeing they are starting to return back to their normal colour. ' Thats not good.' He thinks to himself. Choosing to stop and rest for the night as it is starting to get dark. Creating a Smokeless Fire, he sits down and begins to meditate.
Konoha
During the Week Naruto has been Missing, the Village has been on High alert, No one in or out, Without permission, Anbu Searching the lands, not leaving a single Leaf unturned, Even Danzo Root have been searching. The Hokage is currently in a counsel meeting with that of the Shinobi and Civilian Counsels.
Everyone in the room is reacting. Differently 80% of the Civilian Counsel doesn't care that the boy is gone, but is too afraid to say anything. The Shinobi Side is worried that he might have fallen into an enemy Village's hands.
As they are talking about the next steps two anbu Appear in the room, the Hokage looks at them, "Crow, Weasel. Report." the Hokage Orders.
"Everyone Person, that has been in contact with Uzumaki-san has been questioned, and non know what happened." the Crow Masked Anbu says.
"Out of everyone that has Entered or left the Village in the past Week are all accounted for and have been questioned and not know anything." the Weasel masked Anbu says.
A white Haired Man stops out of the Shadows, "my Spy network hasn't picked up anything from the other villages. Is it possible that the Boy Left by himself?" and the room stays quiet, Not even Danzo Speaks.
Land of Rushing Water
The Following Morning Naruto Opens his Eye, blinking feeling his body Replenished. He spots two Black Feathered Eagles, "Hello they, What are your names?" he asks them, one squawks, then the other does, "nice to meet you, Delilah and Sylas, are you two Bladed Black Eagle?" he asks, tilting his head.
One squawks, "of course I understand you." Naruto replies.
*Squawk* "then how do I know what you are say"
*Squawk* "that is a good point, I could be reading your mind"
*Squawk* "im not reading your mind, I can talk to animals"
*Squawk* "I know Rabbits are Dicks."
*Squawk* "Some Bastard knocked me out and put me in the back of a Wagon, What about you two?"
*Squawk* "Gato?"
*Squawk* "Do you know where he is?"
*Squawk* "I'm heading that way, I'll destroy his dam to stick it to him."
*Squawk* "can you show me the way to the two i'm currently don't have a map"
Following the Two Black Eagle, Naruto is able to get to the two in less than 2 hours. He thanks Delilah and Sylas and tells them he will see them after destroying Gato dam.
Arriving in the town, that is more like a city, he sees that people look depressed, even though the town is lively, everyone is scared of something. Naruto's First order of Business is food, as he hasn't really eaten in over a week.
He finds a Food cart and buys that of three Meat Pie. he sits down on a bench over the road for a Red Haired Girl playing a flute, Dressed in a baggy grey T-shirt, Black Shorts and blue Sandals with a Grey beanie on. She is playing a love tune, that makes the people around smile.
Until a Group of six men with Shit Eating Grins on their faces walk up towards her, "Hey Girly, Nice Tune you playing there. Our Boss is looking for a Girl that knows how to blow." the overgrown man with a Bulbous nose says, as he grabs the Girl by her Beautiful red hair, she screams. And without thinking Naruto charges the men and axe Kicks the Man who has the Girl in the Head knocking him out cold, he then takes down the others one by one.
The Girl watches in amazement as do the townsfolk, as he finishes taking them out, he puts out a hand to the girl, "are you ok?" she takes his hand, and Blushes "I am, thank you."
A man Dressed in what looks like Samurai Garb, "Boy, Are you a Ninja?" Naruto turns to him, "In Training, Are you the Town Guard?", he asks. "Im what is left of the town Guard, that Rat Gato has stripped up of all power, his thugs run the town now."
"Well today is your lucky day. I Uzumaki Naruto, Ninja in Training, Future Sage, at Vowed to Destroy Gato's Dam for some Friends. Point me in his direction." the townsfolk Chear, and tell him the location of the Dam.
The Girl Still Holding his hand and says, "Are you sure you can beat Gato?" Naruto gives her a Smile that portrays Confidence, "Believe it, I'm stronger than I look." letting go of her hand he rushes to the dam.
Three hours later
After a series of explosions, Naruto returns to the Town dragging a Waggon, the townsfolk look shocked, Naruto climbs on top of the Waggon, "Gato's Dam, has been Destroyed, and that Little Man has Fled like the Coward he is" Naruto Shouts. Getting Cheers from the crowd.
"In this Waggon, is everything of value from his mansion." he says jumping down, "I believe most of it belongs to the people of this town anyway."
Later that Night
Naruto is sitting in a restaurant being served ramen, it's not as good as Ichiraku but it will do. When a Red Haired Girl comes up to him, "Thank you." she says sitting next to him. "No problem…" he says, wondering the girl's name.
"It's Tayuya." the Girl says, Naruto Smiles, "that's a beautiful Name." making her Blush, "Shut Up, shithead." she says, hiding her face, getting the Waitress that is serving the Hero of the Land of Rushing Water, to Giggle.
"So shithead, what are you going to do now?" she asks quietly, Naruto stops eating, "I'll be heading back to the Leaf. I need to finish becoming a ninja. What about Tayuya-chan?"
Being called Chan, the girl blushes more before realising that he is leaving. "I don't know, I'm all by myself." she says looking down. "Well I wouldn't mind the company back the leaf, it will be a 3 to 4 month journey if you wanted to join me Tayuya-Chan. I don't really have anyone in the Leaf except Jiji but he is always busy. And I only see him once a week, If that."
The girl's Eyes widen she has never been Wanted before. "Are you sure, ShitHead?" "Positive but can you stop calling me Shithead." he asks in his laid back tone. "Are you going to keep calling me Chan." getting a Shake of the head, "Then No." she says with a Smile.
Two day's later
The Samurai that Naruto met told Naruto about Gato's location. They are currently at the edge of the town, with Naruto and Tayuya, the two of the kids now have Camping packs on them, with Weather Proof cloaks.
"Are you sure you can't Stay, Naruto-san?" the Samurai Asks. Getting a Smile from the Boy "i'm sorry I can't, I need to Finish my Ninja Training, but When I can I'll return."
"Good Luck Both of you, Here is a Map and a compass, it should get you back to Konoha." he says as he gives them the map, waving them off. Leaving the town, both happy to leave, Naruto because he wants to return home and Tayuya because she has grown Close to the Blond Boy who saved her.
About an hour away from town Naruto Shouts out, "Delilah! Sylas!", getting a look from Tayuya, but before she can say anything two Black Eagle come Flying down and land on Naruto's arm.
*Squawk* "I told you I would Destroy Gato's Dam."
*Squawk* "This is Tayuya-chan."
*Squawk* "She is travelling with me to the leaf"
*Squawk* "she is really good at playing the Flute"
*Squawk* "What Delilah?"
*Squawk* "are you sure"
Getting one Final Squawk from both of them as they begin to glow flying into Naruto's chest, he removes his Shirt and they are that of a Set of Black Eagle's on his chest.
"Shithead, First Can you Talk to Birds and Second What happened to the Birds?" Tayuya Asks. "First I can talk to all Animals and they Made a Temporary Summoning Contract with me." Naruto Answers his Red Headed Friend.
Almost Four Months Later - Konoha
It has been over four Months since Naruto Vanished without a trace, and the Hokage hasn't given up hope yet. He is in a meeting with the Shinobi Counsel as the Civilian side has been currently disbanded for attempting to block effets of Finding the Boy.
When a Man with White Hair Burst into the room, "I have news on Naruto", the counsel looks at the man. "I have just heard back for some of my Agents in The land of Rushing Water that a Boy matching Naruto Description Appeared they 4 months ago and Took down a Local Tyrant called Gato, he then left 2 days later with a Girl with red Hair, saying he was heading back to the leaf." he say
Danzo Looks up, "is that it News from 4 months ago", the man Stares at him, "No, 3 and a half Months ago in the Land of Swamps, they were spotted Riding on the back of a Bear, in the Forest of Bears. 2 months ago they were spotted in the Land of Neck, and took down a group of bandits that tried to Kidnap them. 2 weeks later they Crossed the Border in between the Land of Demons and Land of Wood, Spotted riding an Obsidian Horned Deer."
A Man with two Scars on his face, Black Hair tied up into a ponytail, "Obsidian Horned Deer they are Deadly to anyone who enters their territory, are you sure?" "Yes I am Nara-san." He says, getting whisper around the room.
"Then as of 2 weeks ago, one of my agents Crossed the border with them, but unknown to him, he didn't know it was Naruto, otherwise he would have brought them to the leaf himself. He also informed me that he taught the boy how to play Violin, saying it was an important detail." he says, "so if my Maths is correct they should be here any day now."
As he finishes, an Anbu member Appears in the room, wearing a Crow Mask. "Hokage-Sama, Uzumaki Naruto and a Girl with Red Hair have just gotten to the Village Gate, they are being brought here as we speak, by Weasel."
The room looks at the White Haired man, "told ya."
Hokage's office
Naruto and Tayuya are brought to the office of the Kage, World has already begun to spread about Naruto's Return to the village. Some are happy, others are furious and some just don't believe the rumours.
Hiruzen gets to his office nervous, that he hasn't seen his seragout Grandson in over four month, hearing that he has been travelling. A knock on the door, knocks him out of his thoughts. "Enter" He commands.
Entering the room is a Smiling Naruto, and a Girl with red Hair. "Jiji, I'm back from my trip." Naruto Says with a Huge Smile. "Welcome Back Naruto." the Hokage says with a chuchle. "How was your Trip?"
"It was Fun Jiji, I met some interesting people and creatures. Ow and this is my Best Friend, Tayuya-chan." Naruto chuckles, Tayuya Blushes at this, "Tayuya-Chan, this is Sarutobi Hiruzen, The Third Hokage." he says.
"Shithead your Jiji is the Hokage, What the FUCK!" Tayuya Shouts, The Hokage is Shocked by the use of Language from the Girl, "Tayuya-chan, Language in front of the Hokage." the blond Uzumaki says getting Tayuya to apologise.
"Hello Tayuya-Chan, it is a pleasure to meet you. I hope Naruto-Kun wasn't too much trouble." HIruzen says with a Smile, "So Naruto-Kun, What Happened?" Naruto Looked Confused, "you mean you didn't get the Teme" Naruto growls, which is rare for him to show emotion. "Some Bastard, Hit me over the back of the head, something that knocked me out for a week."
His Eyes Glow a Deep Topaz, as his Anger Flares, the Nature Energy reacting to his anger, Tayuya who has spent the past four Months around him, Sleeping next to him, Walking, Running, Eating, well Everything. And because of this she has picked up the Feeling of Nature Energy, she cant Channel it, or absorb it, but being around Naruto she knows when it's flaring, she puts her hand on him and he calms down instantly, Like she has become his Rock.
The Hokage Notices this, but doesn't comment on it. "I'm sorry Naruto-kun but we haven't figured out who attacked you."
"So Naruto-kun can you tell me what happened on your trip?" the old Kage askes, over the few hours, Naruto tells him about his trip, how he met Tayuya, and asks if she could join him in the academy. Given permission for her to join. The Kage then told Naruto what happened when he vanished about how his apartment kept getting broken into and was burnt down. But the Kage does tell him he is getting an Compound, that is safer for him and his new 'Friend', it's close to the Akimichi, Nara and Yamanaka clans compounds.
That Night - Unnamed Compound
After a trip to Ichiraku's, getting a Death Grip Hug from Ayame, and 20 bowls of Miso Ramen, Naruto and Tayuya get some new Clothes, and go shopping. They headed to the new compound, it's nothing Special a Single story House in the centre, a Pond in the back garden and a small wooded area. The house has 4 bedrooms, 1 Master Bedroom with Walk-in closet and Master Bathroom, 2 other bathrooms, Large Kitchen with Dining room, Large Living room, and a study.
Getting settled in, the two turn in for the night and they get into the same bed, as they have been sleeping together for months now and if it feels weird not to at this point for them, "Naru-Kun?" Tayuya says resting her head on his chest, getting him to look down, "thank you, for giving me a home. I just hope everyone is nice at the Academy,"
"Of course they will be Tayuya-chan. Iruka-Sensei will love you since you are smart." he says, Calming her down. As the two drift off to sleep.
Ninja Academy following week
The Rumours of Naruto Returning to the Village have spread like wildfire, and Mizuki is pissed about this as he was responsible for his disappearance. Iruka's Class are talking to themselves wondering if Naruto is going to return to class.
The door to the room opens and Iruka enters, Walking to the centre of the front of class, he smiles "Right Everyone" getting them to shut up, "now I know you all know the rumours of Naruto returning and it's true. I would like to welcome Naruto back." he says as the Blond enters the room.
Dressed in that of a Bright Kill Me Orange Jumpsuit, this is getting looks from everyone. He smiles and nods to everyone standing next to Iruka. "As well as we have another new starter, please be welcoming to her, Tayuya-san." he says as a Girl with shoulder Length Red hair, with a red Kimono Top with a Flower pattern on it, Black Shorts, with bandages going down her shins into Shandels. "Tayuya-san Travelled with Naruto back to Konoha, so please make her welcome. You can take the two empty sets next to Uchiha Sasuke."
Lunch time
The Morning of Naruto's first day back and Tayuya's First day, is boring for them, Iruka is going through a Map of the Elemental Nations, and they are Finding it boring as Iruka is going over the Route that the two used to get back to Konoha.
And when lunch starts people rush them to ask questions about what happened to Naruto, and he tells them the story, leaving out his Summoning contract, but leaving in the fact that Tayuya had the map, and would use 'Shortcuts' and how they almost died more then once.
"That's a lie Shithead." she shouts at him.
"The Forest of Bears" he replies.
"Ok that one was me" She says looking down.
"Black Deer Forest"
"Ok that was me as well"
"Kenju Swamp"
"..."
"Kyubi ravine"
"That one was both of us and you know it"
He pauses to think. "Yes it was, Tayuya-Chan" he says, getting the Girl to narrow her eyes. Watching their interactions People can tell they are close. A Girl with Pink Hair and a Massive Forehead, "Are you two Dating? You seem Really Close." she asks the pair.
They look at each other, "nope just Best Friends." Naruto says, Tayuya looks a bit down, "But If Tayuya-hime wants too, I wouldn't Complain." she says with a fox Like Smile.
At the Front of the Room Iruka is Listening, ' Wow, Bold', he thinks to himself. In the Office of the Hokage, Heruzin and Jiraya are watching through a Crystal Ball, "Damn Geki, when did you get so Bold, Neither of your Parents were like then, then again you are too laid back to be they son at times." Jiraya says.
Back in the ClassRoom, Tayuya looks at him, "Whatever, Shithead" she says, looking away with a Slight Blush. The only ones to notice the true Happiness in her eyes are that of Naruto, Iruka and Sasuke.
Afterclass
"Hey Dope." Sasuke says to Naruto, getting the boy's attention. "My Mother and Father, Want me to bring you and your ' Girlfriend ' over. Since they want to know how you are doing and meet her." she says to the pair, Tayuya narrows her eyes at the Girlfriend Comment, even though it was true she didn't like the way he said it.
"What do you say, Tayuya-hime, want to meet the Emo King of Konoha's Parents?" Naruto Asks the now Blushing Girl at the Hime comment. "Sure why not, We have nothing planned." she says. Sasuke stops them before leaving the room, "and Tayuya-san, Please don't swear in front of my Parents." he asks the girl, she just nods.
That Night
After spending the Evening at the Uchiha Compound, they were both full and exhausted, Sasuke Mother Mikoto, Naruto's Godmother not that he knew that, spoiled the pair with food, and Grilled them on how they met. Sasuke Father Fugaku spoke with Naruto about how his trip when curious how a 8 year old could survive a four month trek through Multiply lands and with a new friend in tow. Sasuke's Brother Itachi, just enjoyed the company and even got a spar in with the three Kids. Their teamWork was quite Good, Itachi commented saying they would make a good Squad to train.
Heading home, they both sat in the living room relaxing, Naruto Read a book he got from Ero-Sennin about Elemental Control, Whilst Tayuya kind of Stared at him, "Naru-kun?" she says looking at him, getting him to look up, "did you really mean what you said today in class?"
Naruto Stands up from his Chair and Sits next to her, wrapping his arms around her, "why wouldn't I Hime? You are the First Person in my Life that knows me better than anyone, and I like you alot. So I'm going to ask properly. Tayuya-Hime Will you be my Girlfriend?" he asks. "Yes I will be Naru-Hiko."
Two Years Later
Over the Past two Years Nartuo and Tayuya have become Extremely strong, more than they already were, they have renovated the Compound, with them adding a Training room and a Weapons Storage room.
But Currently Naruto is alone in a classroom currently doing remedial lessons since he didn't answer a Single question on the last Test, he is currently thinking about the Last two year, mainly last year with the Uchiha Massacre.
Flashback No Jutsu - one year
Newly Named Forest Compound Itachi is watching Naruto and Sasuke Spar, Sasuke asked Naruto to go all out since he know that he like to hold back, as Itachi is watching them he is thinking to himself, " the way Naruto Dodges it's like the Wind, moving around him like a breeze, he parries like and slows his opponent's movements like Water, he defence is as hard and Sturdy as the Earth, when he Strikes it's as fight as Lightning and Strong and Wild like fire. Naruto has a very Dangerous Style" Itachi thinks to himself.
"What's Wrong Sasuke, didn't you say that the ' Uchiha Copy Fist ' Was the best fighting style and yet you haven't hit me yet." Naruto taunts. Getting Sasuke riled up even more than her already is not landing a hit. Sasuke starts to push chakra into his feet to increase his speed.
With his increased speed he is able to push the Blond to use more of his power, but in the end it if fruitless as Naruto Thanks to Nature Energy is far stronger than him, but this does have on a knock on effect as he is pushing himself he see that Naruto's moves are far easier to read, Naruto smiles seeing Sasuke's unlocked his Pink Eye's one Tomoe in each Eye.
Itachi on the other hand is Sad that his brother has awoken the Sharingan, the Curse of his Uchiha. He is beginning to second guess his plan, ' no I can't, the cue mustn't happen.' he thinks to himself.
"Congrats Emo, you got your Pink eye, now Don't look at my Jutsu with them on or I will goudge them out with a spoon." Says a Red Haired Girl Exiting the house. They turn to see Tayuya, Dressed in that of a Stealth Suit. The spar stops and Sasuke pulls out a Mirror, and sees that he now has his Sharingan. So happy for himself.
"Congratulations Brother, just remember don't steal your comrades' techniques." Itachi tells his little Brother.
Following Night
Tayuya and Naruto are currently sitting around the compound, relaxing after a long day of 'school'. Naruto is currently feeling uneasy, like something is off but he can't tell what.
"Tayuya-hime, i'm going out. Some feels off." Naruto states before leaving the compound. He walks towards the Uchiha Compound feeling the nature energy off in this area.
Walking through the forest towards the compound, he feels a malicious Intent and fear. Naruto rushes toward it and sees a masked man chasing a Brown Haired girl, in a purple top but both of her eyes are slashed through. " Izumi" Naruto thinks to himself.
Deep in his mind a large Nine Tailed Fox feels the Chakra of the masked man's Chakra, " THATS HIM! THE MAN THAT RIPPED ME OUT OF KUSHINA-CHAN. THE FAKE MADARA! KILL HIM KIT" the fox Shouts at him.
' Sayuri are you sure.' he asks back. Getting a Dark Growl as her response. ' Ok lets kick his arse, for killing my FAMILY.' He says back to Sayuri.
Pushing nature energy into his legs he increases his speed, making a mad dash towards the masked man, kicking in the gut just before he is about to stab a black rod into Izumi, sending the man flying back.
Naruto waves a series of hand seals ' Sage Art: Scorching Wind' he breathes a gust of wind towards the masked man who takes the attack head on confident that he won't be hurt, but he starts coughing he feels like his lungs are burning. 'How' the Masked man thinks to himself, he activates the other ability of his Sharingan to protect himself. Naruto runs through another series of hand seals before sending out a pulse, ' Sage Art: Razer Leafs ' leaves off the trees and starts to spin and fly towards The Masked man. He starts to flip and dodging the leaves but gets cut by the leaves. Having enough he sends out a Giant Fire ball, Incinerating the leaves. The masked man turns to Naruto who again is waving hand seals ' Sage Art: Corrosive Gas ' unleashing the gas, The Masked Man sees this Unable to copy the Jutsu frustrates him, but with his Sharingan he sees the trees dissolving he quickly runs through his own hand seals and smacking his hand on the ground and a massive wall of wood appears to stop the Gas. As the wall dissolves Naruto can no longer sense the man.
Naruto rushes over to Izumi, seeing the Blinded Girl, "Izumi-chan, are you ok?" the Blond Sage asks. "My eyes, Itachi and that Masked Man attacked us, the Uchiha, Itachi ordered the man to destroy all our eyes." she says holding on to him.
Naruto puts his hand into a cross hand seal and creates two clones of himself, ' i'm so glad ero-sannin taught me this.' he thinks to himself, "you take Izami back to my compound and activate the Reinforced Barrier, you go to Jiji and tell him what is happening" he commands the clone before heading to see if Sasuke is ok.
Hours later Forest Compound
Naruto is waving his hands over Sasuke as they are glowing green ' Sage Art: Nature's Diagnosis '. When he stops Tayuya looking between both of them speaking up, "How is he?" asking with a concerned tone. "fiscally: Fine. Mentally: He was under a powerful Genjutsu, I've broken it but I don't know what he saw." summoning a Clone to watch over him, he heads into another room in his compound and we see Izumi sitting up on the bed, eyes bandaged over.
"Izumi-chan, how are you? And your new Eye's?" the boy asks with a concerned tone in his voice, hearing the voice she turns to him, "im ok, my eyes hurt but ill live. How is Sasuke? And the Clan."
The room is quiet for a moment, "Sasuke is unconscious, Itachi trapped him in a powerful Genjutsu, he will be out for a few days, as for your clan, I'm sorry."
"It's Ok they were only my clan in name and nothing else." she says looking down. "For now You and Sasuke can stay here as long as you want, I can even talk to Jiji about expanding the compound and building an extra house for you two." he said with a mournful smile. "But for now you and Sasuke should rest."
Leaving the room he heads outside to get some air, Exiting the house he finds the Hokage and two of his Anbu on the defensive from a Fiery furred Bear and an Obsidian Horned Stag, Naruto shouts, "Thordak, Umbrasyl stand down." The Fiery Furred Bear Thordak stands down, and the Obsidian Horned Stag Umbrasyl does as well but both watch the three new faces.
"Jiji, Neko-chan, Inu-san, I'm sorry I told them to Protect the compound." he tells them, The Kage looks at the animals, "Naruto-kun, are those Animals summons?" Naruto looks nervous then sighs, "Yes Jiji, I wanted to keep it a secret, during my trip, I meet two Black Bladed Eagles, who Made a temporary summoning contract with, Then I met a Multicoloured Dart Toad and again the same, then Thordak and Umbrasyl the same and then my Boss summon, Lilith." as he finishes speaking a growl from on the room of Naruto's house, and in the moonlight a 12ft tall White Furred, Three Tailed Kitsune, with Blue tipped Tailed ends, Glowing Blue eyes, its head has Three Tomoes on the centre of his head. The Kitsune jumps towards them and shrinks, landing in Naruto's arms.
"This is Lilith, she Is The Boss summon of the Forest Summoning Clan." Naruto Finishes. Behind the mask of Neko her eyes widened, "You're not saying what I think you are saying are you?" Neko asks, the other two not picking up on it. "Yes, Neko-chan, Lilith using my Temporary Contracts and her Nature Energy and Mine. She created the Forest Summoning Contract creating a summoning Realm." the eyes of the Hokage go wide. Not knowing how summoning contracts are made, this knowledge is grown breaking the possibility was endless but that brings up more questions than answers, but now isn't the time for that.
Shaking his head, the Kage gets back on track, "Naruto-kun, your Clone told us what happened but can goes into detail of Fighting The masked man to finding Sasuke unconscious and bringing them here but leaving out the part where he replaced Izumi's eyes with a pair she got from her mother. He even left in the part with Sayuri, with the revelation that the Kyubi is female, Neko feels proud and vindicated, knowing that the strongest Tailed Beast is female.
They then follow Naruto into the house and are shown Izumi and Sasuke, seeing that they are both fine, the Hokage takes his leave, leaving Neko behind just in case anything happens.
Flashback No Jutsu Kai
The door to the classroom opens and Iruka enters, "Naruto, lets go and get some Ramen." the two exit the building head towards they Favorite Ramon Store. "Naruto, I know your smart and talented but I don't understand why you don't want to answer questions in exams and when you do, why do you go for passing marks?" the scar faced chunin asks.
"Sensei, why bother? The grades in the academy are pointless, because you don't test on things that are important, like Ninjustu, Genjutsu, Fuinjutsu, Infiltration or Injutsu(Seduction Art). Also the rookie of the year title is pointless, since the academy started only one rookie of the year has made anything of themselves and that was The fourth Hokage." Naruto tells the man, and this puts things into perspective because he is right.
How did it take a kid to make him see this. Arriving at the restaurant they order they meals, and its eat in almost silence as Iruka is thinking. After eating they head they separate ways, Naruto heading Home and Iruka heading to Hokage Tower.
Fout years later
Naruto and Tayuya are sitting in an almost empty Classroom, the only others in the room are a boy with a bowl cut and long ponytail, another boy with long hair and white eyes and a girl with hair into buns, with that of a Pink Chinese style top on, dark green Trousers and blue sandals.
As for Naruto he has upgraded from his Kill Me Orange jumpsuit to a midnight blue vest, Black Anbu style Trousers and Black Sandals his forearm are wrapped in Black bandages, he wearing Burnt Orange Fingerless gloves, with his forehead protector around his neck, his hair is in a similar style to that of Uchiha Madara, as a show of respect to the man as Naruto has sat next to him his preferred weapon a Black Gunbai with Red highlights around the edge, and four Uzumaki Clan crests on it two at the top of each side.
Tayuya's look has changed slightly her read hair tied up into two side ponytails with her forehead protector over her forehead, she is wearing a Mesh Armored top that goes to her elbows, a Deep Red almost Blood Crimson, Kimono top with a Fox in the centre of the back, Dark Green Trousers and blue sandals, she is wearing Burnt Orange Fingerless gloves and strapped to her thighs in both legs are her preferred weapon, a flute, Three on each leg.
The past four years have been interesting for the two, with Tayuya Befriending one Hyuga Hinata, after seeing some other girls in class bully her and giving the a beat down, she started to hang around the girl, and started to slowly build her confidence, even going so far as to with her Boyfriend Prank the whole Hyuga compound three times, Each Prank the exact same, simple pranks they changed all if the clothes in the compound with the exception of Hinata and her sisters clothes with Bright Pink Leotards. The first two times they did it because they threatened Hinata with being Branded, and the third time they set up a Timed Seal on they clothes to active and change they clothes. Needless to say after the third time they got the message.
Also during those four years, the curriculum of the academy changed, after Naruto talk with Iruka, Iruka when to the Hokage office to get some changes to the academy, what followed was a complete overhaul of the way it currently was, to graduate a student must excel in A few Categories out of: Taijutsu, Ninjutsu, Genjutsu, Injutsu, Stealth Arts, Infiltration, Fuinjutsu, or Bukijutsu. To become a Ninja of the Konoha, one must be D or C- in Taijutsu, know at least one Elemental Ninjutsu, be able to detect and Break a D Rank Genjutsu, must be D or C- in shurikenjutsu, and know the Basic Three Jutsu's Clone, Replacement and Transformation. For those with Higher Chakra they are taught an Elemental Clone. There are a few exceptions to this rule, one being Clan Status, if the member if the Clan is up to the Clans Standards they can pass, and for those who Struggle or aren't able to use Chakra, they Must be at least a C to B- in Taijutsu, Stealth Arts, Shurikenjutsu, and be Adept level in a Bukijutsu of they chooses.
Because of those changes, the graduation rate dropped from 33% to 11% but as of the Last year it's now 100% as those who truly want to become Ninja train like there is no tomorrow. Which brings us back into the class, the Bun headed Girl is staring at the two new faces in their classroom.
Naruto sensing this, looks at the Girl and smiles "Can I help you, Panda Girl?" he asks the Girl. "Sorry, Didn't mean to Stare but you two won't in our Class." she says, before realising the Panda comment. "PANDA, my name is Tenten." she says with a pout. Both Naruto and Tayuya share the same thought ' Cute'. They then share a look and Tayuya is the first to speak, "i'm sorry about Shithead, he like to nickname People. I'm Tayuya and this is my Boyfriend Naruto, we graduated early. He wanted to graduate last year but I convinced him to wait a year, so we could do it together. And please don't pout, you look too cute when you do." She says with that last bit being intentionally playful. This causes Tenten to Blush heavily as she doesn't normally get told things like that because she is more of a tomboy instead of a girly girl.
After Tayuya finishes Messing with the Tenten, Naruto speaks up, "so only 5 passed this year, from the looks of it, The Hyuga, passed on Skill and Talent, Bushy Brows, Passed on Hardwork and Tenten-chan passes on Skills and Hard Work." he finishes say getting them to look at him. "what? Am I wrong?"
The Hyuga just Grunts, the Boy with Bushy Eyebrows Smile, becomes more animated and speaks up, "Yes, Naruto-san, I am Rock Lee, As I am Unable to use Ninjutsu, or Genjutsu, I trained my body. I passed with a B- in Taijutsu, C In stealth and I'm intermediate Skill level with Both Nunchucks and Truncheon." he says ending with a good guy pose. Tenten Blushes at the Chan part but pushes it down. "I passed in C in Taijutsu, A in Shurikenjutsu, and Adept Level in most Bukijutsu I want to be the Weapon Mistress of Konoha." she says with a Proud Smile. "What about you two?"
"I got a C in Taijutsu, A in Genjutsu, B in both Stealth and Infiltration and An Adept Level in Tanto Bukijutsu." Tayuya says.
"I got a B in Taijutsu, S in Ninjutsu" saying that The Hyuga looks at him narrowing his eyes, as Lee is Shocked, as well is Tenten, "A- In Stealth and Infiltration, B in Fuinjutsu but thats because im an Uzumaki and Sealing is in our Blood and im Intermediate level in Tessenjutsu With a Gunbai." Naruto Finishes.
The Hyuga actives his Byakugan and looks at Naruto, "I cant See your Chakra Network, how is that possible?" he says, "thats simple, I don't have Chakra Coils meaning I have Perfect Control over my Network and can Make it Invisible." A lie but one he has used for years.
Before any other questions can be asked Current Director of the Academy enters the Room, Iruka. He makes his way to the front, "Congratulations to you Five that have passed." he says with a smile, "you are about to embark on a dangerous journey and I wish you all well." he finishes looking around the room.
"This afternoon your Jonin Instructions will collect you, First Team 9 will be that of Tenten, Rock Lee, and Hyuga Neji, your instructor will be Maito Gai." he says looking at the Three. "Uzumaki Naruto your Jonin instructor will be Uzuki Yūgao, and Tayuya Your Instructor will be Mitarashi Anko." he finishes.
"He is getting Uzuki Yugao, Konoha's Queen of Blades" Tenten shouts before Pouting Hard. ' Cute' the couple think again, as Iruka just Laughs. "Tenten-chan If you don't stop Pouting myself and Tayuya-hime are going to have to take you home." Naruto says getting the Girl to go a shade of Red That Hinata would be Jealous. Tenten quickly breaks out of her train of thought as Iruka clears his throat," well, you have a two hour launch, be back here for one." before Exiting the room.
