That night was an unusual night for Beacon Academy. Most of the student body and teachers were sleeping their beds, resting up for whatever tomorrow had in store for them.

Yang was snoring as she laid comfortably in her bed.

Blake was trying to ignore the snoring, since she was trying to get some sleep.

Weiss was also trying to do her best to ignore the snoring, which was easier said than done...

Ruby meanwhile had no problem sleeping through the snoring, as growing up with Yang got her accustomed to it long ago. The only issue is she wasn't really asleep as she was worried about her male best friend.

'Jaune, what's going through your mind?'wondered the youngest student to ever enter Beacon Academy.

She couldn't help wonder what was going through her friends without processes she was used to helping him out of tough situations, like the advice she gave to him when Cardin Winchester was bullying him. But he's never shut them out like that, at least her and Pyrrha as far as she knows. She knew that he was not okay right now, but she couldn't really do anything about it as like our sister said, like men don't understand women's heart, it was hard for women to understand the heart of the dude, especially since Ruby had little idea what guys liked outside of their usual interests, and didn't understand the inner intricate parts of relationships...

In team JNPR's dorm room was pretty much the same.

Nora what's snoring as loud as bear during hibernation.

Ren was sleeping soundly as he was used to Nora snoring, so it was no issue for him to sleep through the sound of an orchestra of snores.

Pyrrha on the other hand was wide awake, not because of Nora snoring, but because she was worried about her partner and 'secret crush.'

Jaune's bed was completely empty, as The Dork Knight had not returned to the dorm room ever since lunch. She was starting to get worried as although he did answer her scroll several times when she called him, he has not picked up in the last hour and she was starting to get worried. She couldn't help but worry as he was her partner in she cared a lot about him. He was the first boy to ever treat her like a normal person, and seeing his hard work and determination to make himself a better person made her fall for him.

Now she was wondering if all that hard work was spiraling towards a pit of despair due to the actions of Ruby and the others at the docks. She knew team RWBY was not to blame for any of this, but you understood her partner was starting to feel inadequate, mainly because of the large gap of skill between him and his friends.

She was the only person besides Cardin Winchester who knew that Jaune had faked his way into Beacon. At first she found it difficult to accept it, but eventually understood that circumstances beyond the young man's control was the reason he never went to a proper combat School. She could see the determination in his eyes to become a hero, a huntsman, and because of that she decided to accept him as who he was.

Now she was wondering what you could do for him next, as something had to change in order for him to start not feeling so inadequate.

But what?

Meanwhile Jaune Arc, the young man in question was sitting on the rooftop of the dorm room. He was just staring at the stars as he wondered what he was going to do next. In his mind, he knew he didn't want to leave Beacon Academy as he made such great friends like Pyrrha Nikos and Ruby Rose, two people who accept them for who he was.

He also became good buddies with Ruby's older sister Yang, and the rest of team JNPR.

"Ah, what am I going to do?"wondered Jaune to himself, as he had a variety of options in front of him.

On one hand, he could just straight out leave Beacon Academy. But that in itself was a bad idea as he had no way of going home without facing the wrath of his parents. He did run away from home with the family heirloom sword and shield, and went against their wishes by going to Beacon Academy.

On the other hand, he could stay at be good and try to make himself a better person and huntsman and training. But considering how his friends were ever improving, that was an option with a slim margin of victory. Weiss was easily getting better with her semblance. Yang was becoming on even more powerful powerhouse. Ruby was starting to learn not to be so reliant on Crescent Rose... sort of. Nora was improving with her assemblance and weapon. Ren and Blake he wasn't too sure of as they were already really skilled, but he was sure they were improving, even a little bit. Pyrrha was no doubt on a different level of skill than any of them, that he had no doubt of.

She could single handily take on for opponents at once, and when without taking too much damage to her aura!

She was the one training him as of late, but it was clear he was not a natural like the others.

"I need to do something to improve and fast! But what the heck am I good at? I can't properly use a sword for the life of me... I'm always hiding behind my shield... Hmm...Ahhhh! What am I good at?!"asked Jaune to the stars, before he noticed the star falling through the cosmos.

"I wish I could find the thing I'm good at."said Jaune to himself, since he figured wishing on a Star wouldn't hurt.

After all, what do you have to lose?

"Your wish is my command."said a mysterious, almost childlike voice from seemingly out of nowhere.

"Who said that?"Jaune asked around, only to see that no one was around.

That is when he suddenly found himself unable to move as a glow of light surrounded his whole body. That is when he spotted something approaching him.

The creature in question was a small, white, humanoid creature.

It has short, stubby legs and comparatively longer arms. There are flaps on the underside of its arms, which give the impression of long sleeves. On its belly is a curved seam, which conceals what appears to be a third eye. The creature also has a normal pair of ovalish eyes on its face, with small, blue triangular markings underneath. On its head is a large, yellow structure with three points extending outward: one from the top and one on either side. On each point is a teal tag. Rounded extension hangs from either side of the yellow structure, framing the creature's face. Two yellow streamers flow from the creature's back, resembling comet tails.

"Who are you?"Jaune couldn't help but ask.

"I'm Jirachi, the wish pokémon. Because you mean a wish upon me, I will now Grant it and send you somewhere where you can find what you're truly good at."responded the creature calling itself Jirachi.

"What?!"Jaune couldn't help but ask.

"I will send you to the world I originate from, as your aura tells me you will be skilled as a Pokemon trainer. When you have gained enough strength and find what you truly look for, we will meet again, Jaune Arc."said Jirachi, before a golden light started enveloping Jaune.

"Hey wait! I have like a million questions!"said Jaune, but you're watching did not listen as soon he was teleported away.

"Now to find a place to rest while I wait for his wish to truly be fulfilled."said Jirachi to himself, before he decided to find some place near the school to rest.

After all, he couldn't leave until the wish was truly fulfilled.

Jaune Arc on the other hand found himself free falling through the cosmos of Ultra Space. At first he was hyperventing like crazy as he was free falling for space, knowing full well that there was no oxygen in space! He soon realized that he could breathe just fine, and begin to calm down before he saw a portal at the end of the tunnel!

He quickly braced himself for impact as the light of the portal caused him to close his eyes. A moment later he felt the light dissipate, so he opened his eyes to see that he was Free falling towards some kind of Island..

Now it was only a few meters from the ground, but it made the young man freak out as he quickly tried to find something to break his fall...Only to land on the branches on a huge tree next to a house at the edge of a cliff...

An older tan skin woman quickly exited the house as soon as she heard the commotion. That is when she saw the young man fall out of the her tree...Where his head quickly hit the back of a nearby Rock...

"Owww..."said Jaune, as luckily most of his Aura took the impact, but he could still feel the pain...

"Oh Mio! Are you okay."so the older woman as she ran over to see if Jaune was okay.

Little did Jaune or the older woman know, Jirachi was using his powerful psychic power to make circumstances possible for Jaune to become a proper Pokemon trainer in Paldea, the region of the Pokemon world Jirachi sent him to!

The young man in question was none the wiser to anything that was happening beyond him. As he had passed out as everything that happened to him was too much stimulus for his brain to handle. The older woman who had ran out of her house to see if he was okay on the other hand was helping him get inside, so she could treat his injuries.

Little did any of them know, circumstances will soon take Jaune to Uva Academy, where his Pokemon Journey will officially begin!
