Hello everyone, like I said in the last chapter, it was posted at the same time so there will be no answers to questions you might have. So sorry. Now in this chapter, you'll see everyone as Pokemon. Now before you get too picky about it, I picked most of the Pokemon who are side characters on a whim, but for Drake, Abigail, Ezran, Callum, Soren and the main characters of the story, I thought about it a bit more about.

And for the main characters of the Christmas Carol pick them based on who they were in the Muppet Christmas Carol, and the journey their lives lead them. So please don't get too upset about what Pokemon I picked for everyone, I thought they were good matches.

But now onto Chapter 2.

Chapter 2

A Pokemon World In A Book

The Book World

As Drake, Abigail, Ezran, Callum, and Soren flew down from the sky, as black, blue, yellow, light blue, and silver balls of light. They saw a massive stone city covered in snow, below them. As they got closer, they saw it was populated by Pokemon, with some of the Pokemon wearing coats, scarves, and top hats or some mix of those three things.

When their balls of lights landed on the ground, they grew and changed shape.

For Drake, he changed to a Mienfoo wearing a black coat, and a short dark blue top hat and scarf.

For Abigail, she was an Indeedee with a white coat on her.

For Callum, he was a Rookidee with his scarf wrapped around his body.

For Ezran, he was an Emolga with a yellow scarf on him.

And for Soren, he was a Teddiursa and had a black long top hat on his head.

They looked at each other for a second, letting the facts of what just happened sink in. And once it did, they all screamed very loudly. "WHAT HAPPENED TO US!?" Callum asked everyone. "WE'RE POKEMON, I'M A MIENFOO, CALLUM'S A ROOKIDEE, ABIGAIL'S A INDEEDEE, EZRAN'S A EMOLGA, AND SOREN IS A TEDDIURSA!" Drake yelled.

"Okay, this is weird." Abigail said to everyone, as they started to calm down in volume, but were still freaking out a little. "Weird doesn't even begin to describe it. We're Pokemon, not to mention Pokemon wearing clothes." Drake said to everyone.

"But this is pretty cool. Now I can see how it's like being a Pokemon. Hey Drake wants to have a Pokemon battle?" Soren said to everyone, and asked Drake. "Now's not the time for that. We need to figure out how to get out of here and go home." Drake said to Soren.

"Wait? Didn't the book say there was a way out? What was it again?" Abigail asked everyone. "I remembered. For the one who read this. Until you learn your lesson you can never leave." Ezran said to everyone.

That's when everyone figured out what it ment, and slowly turned their heads to Callum, with flat looks on their faces. "What?" Callum asked everyone. "You got us stuck in here, until you learn your lesson, we can't get out!" Drake said to Callum.

"And what lesson is that?" Callum asked everyone. "How should we know? It's not like we have any idea what this story is." Drake said to Callum. "Maybe if we had that book it could help us?" Abigail asked everyone.

"That book was blank. And if it wasn't. It's not here." Drake said to everyone. "Maybe it'll fall from the sky and be full of answers." Soren said to everyone. "Like that would happen." Callum said to Soren.

That's when the book did fall out of the sky and landed on Callum, giving Callum a killer headache, before falling to the ground. "See I told you." Soren said to everyone. "Yes, but this is still a blank book. There's nothing in here. Look, I'll show you." Drake said to Soren, as he picked up the book and opened it.

"Oh wait." Drake said, as he started to flip through pages. "What is it?" Ezran asked Drake, as Abigail rubbed Callum's head, soothing his headache. "Well, most of the book is blank, but words are on the front pages." Drake said to everyone. "What does it say?" Abigail asked Drake, as everyone turned to Drake and paid attention.

"It doesn't say where we are, it just says today is Christmas Eve, the day before the most special day of the year. Where miracles happen. Where wonder and happiness is everywhere you look. It's the time to share love and joy with everyone around you." Drake said to everyone.

"That sounds like a wonderful day." Abigail said to everyone, as everyone had a sparkle in their eyes. "What else does it say?" Ezran asked Drake, as Drake flipped the page. "It says the Marleys were dead, to begin with." Drake said to everyone, making the sparkles in their eyes fade away by a surprise look on their faces.

"The… pardon me?" Callum asked Drake. "That's what it says. Marleys were dead, to begin." Drake said to Callum. "That's creepy and is kind of… spooky." Soren said to everyone.

"Yes, but it's even creepier. As dead as a doornail. In life, the Marleys had been business partners with a shrewd moneylender named Ebenezer Scrooge." Drake said to everyone.

"Eben- who?" Soren asked Drake. "Ebenezer Scrooge." Drake said to Soren. "Ebenezer doesn't quite roll off the tongue." Abigail said to everyone. "Then let's just call him Scrooge." Ezran said to everyone. "Agree but what does Scrooge have to do with anything?" Callum asked everyone.

"We'll find out in a second. According to this we'll meet him. He'll come from around that corner." Drake said to everyone. "Which corner? There's a lot around here?" Callum asked Drake. "The one with the fog." Drake said to Callum. "When?" Callum asked Drake. "Now." Drake said to Callum.

That's when an Incinerator came walking up, with a cloak over his shoulders, a top hat on his head, and a can in hand.

"That's Ebenezer Scrooge?" Abigail asked everyone. "According to this book, that's him." Drake said to everyone, as Scrooge walked past them. "That Incinerator looks like a Fire type Pokemon, but why did everything suddenly get colder?" Ezran asked everyone, as they shivered.

"Come on, we need to follow him. For whatever reason, he's in this book, and probably is our way home." Drake said to everyone, before they went after Scrooge, with Drake closing the book.

While chasing after Scrooge, they heard music. "Wait, is that music?" Soren asked everyone, as they stopped. "Where's it coming from?" Callum asked, as they looked around

Then Scrooge passed a male and female Weavile. "When a cold wind blows, it chills you. Chills you to the bone." The male Weavile sang to everyone. "But there's nothing in nature that freezes your heart like years of being alone." The female Weavile sang, as everyone looked at Scrooge.

"It paints you with indifference. Like a Smeargle paints with rouge." A Beheeyem sang to everyone, as Scrooge passed him.

"And the worst of the worst." A Murkrow sang, as he and a Purugly moved up to everyone. "The most hated and cursed." The Purugly sang to everyone. "Is the one that we call Scrooge." The Murkrow sang.

"Unkind as any." A Geodude sang. "And the wrath of many." Drilbur sang, as Scrooge walked past him and the Geodude. "This is Ebenezer Scrooge." The Geodude sang.

"There goes Mr. Humbug. There goes Mr. Grim. if they gave a prize for being mean the winner would be him." A large number of Pokemon sang, as everyone ran after Scrooge.

"Old Scrooge he loves his money cause he thinks it gives him power." A group of Miltank, Wooloo, and Dubwool sang, as they all walked past them.

"If he became a flavor. You can be he would be sour." A group of Applin sang, as they all walked past them.

"There goes Mr. Skinflint. There goes Mr. Greed." Three Pidove sang as everyone walked under them.

"The undisputed master of the underhanded deed." A couple Meowth's sang, as they suddenly opened the window.

"He charges folks a fortune for his dark and drafty houses. Us poor folk line in misery." A large number of Pokemon sang, as everyone walked by.

"It's even worse for mouses." A Dedenne sang, as they walked past a family of Dedenne. "Please, sir, I want some cheese." One of the Dedenne asked Scrooge, but Scrooge ignored them and walked on.

"He must be so lonely, he must be so sad. He goes to extremes to convince us he's bad. He's really a victim of fear and of pride. Look close and there must be a sweet man inside." A group of Flabebe, Floette, and Florges sang, as Scrooge walked to them, and they held up donation boxes.

But Scrooge just walked past them, completely ignoring them. "Nah." All the Flabebe, Floette, and Florges said, shaking their heads in agreement.

"There goes Mr. Outrage. There goes Mr. Sneer." A large number of Pokemon sang, as everyone walked by.

"He has no time for friends or fun." A Slowbro, putting on a puppet show, sang to everyone. "His anger makes that clear." Slowbro's shell sang to everyone.

"Don't ask him for a favor cause his nastiness increases." A pair of Mudsdale sang, as everyone walked past them.

"No crust of bread for those in need." A Munchlax sang to everyone, as he walked past them.

"No cheese for us "meeces"." The Dedenne family sang, as everyone walked past them on a cart.

"Is Scrooge really that bad?" Callum asked everyone, as Drake opened the book. "According to this. Scrooge like the cold. He was hard and sharp as a flint. Secret and self-contained. As solitary as an oyster." Drake said to everyone.

"What does any of that even mean?" Soren asked Drake. "Best guess, Scrooge doesn't care about anyone, nor what they think of him." Drake said to Soren, before closing the book.

"There goes Mr. Heartless. There goes Mr. Cruel. He never gives. He only takes. He lets his hunger rule. If being means a way of life you practice and rehearse." A large number of Pokemon sang, as everyone walked by and up to a building

"Then all that work is paying off." Beheeyem sang to everyone, as Scrooge walked to the door of the building.

"Cause Scrooge is getting worse. Every day in every way. Scrooge is getting worse." A large number of Pokemon sang, before Scrooge turned to everyone, scaring everyone and making them all run away with varying excuses.

"Humbug." Scrooge said, before walking inside and slamming the door shut.
