Back at The Owl House it was back to normal and the spirit of Present was watching Eda as she was mad.
"That Nun can't do this, I mean it's one thing to seperate orphaned siblings but to sell the orphanage to make it into a IKEA is just plain horrible!" snapped Eda.
"Well you could probably do something about it. But my time is done, the final spirit is about to arrive." the spirit said before vanishing.
Eda was shocked and soon engine sounds are heard and Eda turned and became shocked at what she saw
It was a DeLorean similar to the same DeLorean from the Back to the Future films.
Soon it opened and the Boiling Isles Ghost of Christmas future came out. "Great Scott!" He said
Eda gulped.
"I take it that you're the Boiling Isles Ghost of Christmas future." said Eda.
The Cloaked ghost nodded. "That I am Eda, on my part time I'm an inventor and I sometimes invent stuff I see from shows and movies." He said. "Who did you think invented that telephone Time Machine?" asked The Ghost
"British people?" said Eda.
"Fair enough, ready to see your future?" asked The Spirot.
Eda sighed and nodded.
"I guess." She said.
She got in the Delorian and soon it drove off fast.
In the time stream Eda saw alot of holes.
"There sure are a lot of hole here." She said.
"That's because unlike the past the future has many possibilities." spoke The Spirit and pressed a button and hot coco appeared. "Want a hot coco?"
Eda grabbed the cup and started drinking it.
"Thank you." said Eda.
"In some cases, its said that changing the past won't change the future, but rather create a branched timeline that came into existence after that part of history was changed, in rare cases, you change one part of history, not only will the future change, but the past from before the change you made in history will change as well." said the spirit.
Eda nodded. "I see." She said.
"It's very confusing, I know." said the spirit.
Eda then Saw a blue light.
"What's with that blue light?" She asked.
"Well Eda, if the path to hating Christmas continues that's most likely the future you will have!" revealed the spirit.
Soon the passed through it and Eda was shocked that the red turned into blue.
"What happened?" asked Eda
"One of many possibilities for the future." Said the spirit.
Eda nodded
"Noted." said Eda.
The two then arrived in some type of graveyard.
The two got out and Eda is shocked and sad.
"Oh no!" She said.
The Future spirit nodded. "That's right Eda, this is the future, and it is sad." He said.
They see Mia's siblings at a grave site with their adopted families all seperate.
Eda noticed it.
"So they got seperated after all, what about me and Raine, we were gonna adopt them all." She said.
The Spirit nodded and sighed. "That Nun you met refused, she thought you would be a horrible mom and that Raine is ugly for being Non-Binary." He said. "A Genderism is what I would call her." spoke the spirit.
The two went to the grave and everyone was crying.
"All the other orphans have died trying to protest the orphanage being turned into an Ikea." one of the siblings said.
Eda is shocked
"Yikes, that's nuts." said Eda.
"You have no idea." said the Boiling Isles Ghost of Christmas Future.
She then saw Luz & Vee there and she and Vee are sad.
"What's wrong with them?" asked Eda and she went and saw it was Camila's Grave and she gasped. "What happened?
The spirit went to Eda. "When Camila tried to tell that Nun off that Nun pushed Camila into an upcoming traffic and was hit by a car, she died instantly before the ambulance came." revealed the spirit
Eda gasped.
"What a monster." said Eda.
"I know, now come we have more to see." spoke the spirit and they got back In The car and drove off
In town everyone was now sad and misrible and Eda saw this.
"Spirit what happened here?" She asked. "Why is no one happy it's Christmas?"
"Because the Christmas spirit was destroyed on this very day." Said the ghost.
Eda was shocked. "How?" She asked.
"After that Nun sold the orphanage she ran for mayor and banned Christmas Permanently, she also canceled weekends from school and summer vacation." revealed the spirit. "And worse she forced you to live in this town and never to return to your home."
Eda chuckled.
"That doesn't sound so bad. At least I'll get to spend time with Luz." Said Eda.
"Eh, it gets worse from there." Said the spirit.
The two went to another grave site.
Eda was confused. "Wait why are we at this grave site?" asked Eda
The spirit got serious
"This is something you need to see." said the spirit.
Eda nodded and turned and saw a lonely grave.
"Spirit, please tell me that isn't my grave!" She said.
"I'm afraid it is Eda." Spoke the Spirot
Eda became shocked and wiped the snow off of it to reveal the name Eda Clawthorne was on it.
"You would realize that because it was you that failed to save the orphans when you had a chance and alienated everyone close to you because of your views on the holiday season, you died of a broken heart without any loved ones surrounding you." said the Boiling Isles Ghost of Christmas Future.
"Spirit what, What about my adopted son, Raine, Luz amd everyone?" asked a scared Eda
"They also left you due to alienating everyone. Raine found love with another witch, Luz and Amity ended up moving to Los Angeles where Luz became a famous writer, and everyone else just grew apart from each other." said the spirit.
Eda became sad and started to cry and the spirit felt bad for Eda
"I didn't mean for any of this to happen. Don't let this be the path that has to happen for everyone because of me. I'll change, I'll change." said Eda.
The spirit smiled as the spirit of Odalia came.
"That's how you do it." said the Boiling Isles Ghost of Christmas Future.
The past and Present also arrived and Eda is scared.
"Please Spirits, I'll change, I promice, I PROMICE!" Eda yelled and soon fell and screamed.
