Finding the Island
*Our heroes were still going through the fog*
Major Mint (Colonel Tig Stripes): Weather's getting worse. I say we turn around!
*Suddenly, Marzipan stopped*
Sally: Wait!
Major Mint (Colonel Tig Stripes): It's too dangerous. There's been no sign of this mysterious island. Not to mention what's going to happen when this ice starts to melt.
*Sally got out of the carriage*
Sally: Marzipan saw something. I'm sure of it!
*She walked into the fog with the other's following. Soon, the fog cleared & they saw a beautiful island. They drove the carriage to the shore & got out. They even unhooked Marzipan so she could graze*
Major Mint (Colonel Tig Stripes): No time to enjoy the scenery. Let's find this Princess.
*He started up the path, but the Captain stopped him*
Captain Candy: I believe the Nutcracker has earned the right to lead us.
Major Mint (Colonel Tig Stripes): But . . . But, but he's wood!
Captain Candy (Silver): And the reason we've made it this far.
Nutcracker: I'm only half the reason.
*They started up the path, Nutcracker & Sally leading the way*
Major Mint (Colonel Tig Stripes): Handing the reins to a . . . A stump!? I've never heard of such a thing!
*They all walked up a pink path until they came to a beautiful shining castle. Almost all of them started to go into the palace, but Sally stayed behind, looking unsure as she fingered her locket*
Nutcracker: Are you coming?
Sally: Oh. Yes.
*They all stepped up to the castle gates. Nutcracker was about to open the door, but they opened on their own*
*Nutcracker, the Major & the Captain stepped into the castle. Suddenly, a cage was dropped on them from above. It locked into an iron floor below. Bats landed on the top*
Snively: Good job, mates! Off to the palace!
Sally: No!
*As the bats carried him cage away, Snively noticed someone was missing*
Snively: Wait a minute. Where's the girl? *he looked around, but didn't see her* Don't matter. No way off this island. Unless she's part mermaid.
*He flew away from the island, following the other bats*
*Sally arrived on the beach, only to find that the ice had all melted away. She sat in the grass*
Sally: I should never have come. What was I thinking? That I was going to find a magical Princess? *she fingered her locket* I could always go back home. I'm sure I've got some doll clothes that would fit. *she thought for a moment* What am I saying? I can't leave. I'm their only hope. If I could just get off this island. *just then, the pink hedgehog flower fairy appeared* Hello. *the fairy motioned for her to follow. the other fairies appeared, holding some vines like swing. the littlest fairy motioned for her to sit down on the swing* Are you sure about this? *the littlest fairy nodded & Sally sat down* Okay then. Let's goo! *the fairies picked her up & carried her all the way back to the palace* Thank you.
*She slowly headed in the palace. The fairies all turned around & went off somewhere*
*The fairies went to the Treetop Village & told the villagers that the time has come to end the rein of the evil tyrant*
Tails: They're right! It's time stood up to the mouse!
*The villagers cheered, not noticing Snively watching them*
*Meanwhile, Sally tip toed her way into the palace, passing by the courtyard, where the Mouse King was having his soldiers stack wood in the center*
Mouse King (Dr. Eggman): More wood! I want this to be an unforgettable show!
*He looked up to where Sally was hiding, but she quickly hid. Then she tip toed away to find the dungeon. Soon, she found an old door that led to a long staircase*
*Outside, Snively arrived*
Mouse King (Dr. Eggman): Snively, all is right with the world. I've got the Nutcracker. And soon my worries will be over.
Snively: Well, that ain't really so true, sire.
Mouse King (Dr. Eggman): Oh?
Snively: It seems your subjects are planning an, uh . . . Uprising.
Mouse King (Dr. Eggman): What!? *he grabbed Snively by his feet & held him upside down* I want villager, fairy, and general troublemaker rounded up to witness this display of my absolute power!
Snively: I'll get right in it, sire! *the Mouse King growled* Uh, sire. I can't feel my toes.
*He let Snively go & he flew away*
*Meanwhile, Sally continued down the stairs until she found a cell being guarded by two soldiers*
Sally: Oh, there you are. The Kind needs you right away in the courtyard. And . . . He said if you didn't hurry, you'd spend the rest of your lives as house flies *the soldiers started to look scared* Or was it horse flies?
*The soldiers ran away in fear. Sally sighed in relief, took the keys on the wall, unlocked the door, & entered the room, only to find it empty. She look around the room*
Nutcracker:*off-screen* Sally!
Major Mint (Colonel Tig Stripes):*off-screen* What's wrong with the girl?
*He, Nutcracker, & the Captain were behind an invisible wall*
Nutcracker: We can see her, but she can't see us.
Captain Candy (Silver): Or hear us apparently.
Sally: Why would the Mouse King post guards on an empty room?
Nutcracker: Sally . . .
*She started to reach for some chains on the wall, but was stopped by an invisible force. Then, for a second, she could see the Nutcracker behind the wall. She went to the other side of the room, picked up a , & used it to smash the invisible wall, freeing her friends. She hugged Nutcracker. They got shy when they realized what just happened. The Major & Captain smirked at them*
Sally: We've got to get out of here! The Mouse King's building a bonfire!
Nutcracker: I doubt it's to warm up the palace.
*They all ran out of the dungeon*
