Finnick Odair, the Victor of the 65th Hunger Games, is beginning to fulfill his "duties" at the Capitol and can slowly feel his sanity slipping away.

I was so excited to learn that Rachel Zegler has been cast as Lucy Gray Baird. I have alluded to an AU in some of my other fics about Lucy Gray and Haymitch going into the 3rd Quarter Quell, but I've never written it out in full. Here is my take. Kaia Brooks, winner of the 69th Hunger Games, knew that the Games still went on when you stepped out of the arena, but when she was forced to accept an unusual request from one client, that involved fellow victor Finnick Odair, they crossed a line. She couldn't accept that life anymore. The capitol would soon see that they went too far. Fire and destruction were coming their way.
