So many novels end with the promise of marriage, and so few describe what happens after. I've often wondered about this particular wedding night, but frankly, Mr Darcy has changed so much by giving him some human feelings, I cannot imagine him, or Elizabeth, fumbling secretly in the dark anymore. Their first efforts must be heart-warming, their married life as well. Purists beware!

A modern Elizabeth and Darcy story - American grad student Elizabeth Bennet meets William Darcy on holiday in the Highlands low angst, HEA. This is a sweet, romantic story with very little conflict and a lot of love between ODC.

Elizabeth journeys to Ramsgate with her Aunt Gardiner to escape the heat and poor air of London. Georgiana Darcy, also visiting Ramsgate, is thrilled to meet her childhood friend George Wickham, who immediately begins to pursue her romantically. When the two ladies meet by chance, Elizabeth finds herself concerned for her new friend. Will she save Georgiana from a dreadful fate?

Mr. Darcy is in a desperate situation that needs to be resolved as soon as possible. But he will be surprised when he discovers that the only person who can help him is none other than the one he had promised to forget.

It is Christmas Eve, Elizabeth is pregnant and unhappy, her marriage is not what she expected. William hears her talking, wishing he could tell her why he stays mostly away; making him sad. Jane finds out Charles is less than faithful. Miss Bingley is her usual self, about to commit a dastardly deed to 'ruin' Elizabeth's Christmas.

Our story revolves around two people who eventually come together after learning to look into their love's hearts, not their physical appearance.

Andrea is attempting to sleep only to hear a commotion downstairs. What she finds is a big mess at midnight. Leaving this one marked as in progress just in case anymore come; I can just put them all under one thing rather than multiple listings. And, yes, as I edited this -and the others, I started this type of stories by request of a JAFF. Clearly Andrea and Tauna are NOT canon.

It is not usually a good idea to escape a guest trying to compromise you by accidentally compromising another guest instead. But in this particular case, Mr. Darcy finds himself not quite minding the unintended result. Canon divergent.

GENERAL REGENCY AU. REWRITE of story I just yanked. Minor changes in chapter one, MAJOR changes in chapter two (hence the reason for yanking the story). A friend comes to visit Mr. Bennet with a request that stuns Mr. Bennet, one that holds major change for him and his family. All characters have an appearance at least once.

What if Bingley and Darcy could not remain away after the ball? What if their enticing Bennet ladies were stuck at Netherfield and determined to be merry as they enter the Christmas season? What if Caroline joins forces with Elizabeth? Follow ODC to a happy ending at Netherfield.

Fixed Format! - What if Mr Bennet realised that sending a sixteen year old to camp full of soldiers was bad idea (Thanks in part to Elizabeth)? What if Mr & Mrs B still had some affection between them? This is my attempt at a slow character growth story (not too slow!) where the Bennet family reclaim their place in the social order!

Overnight, young Master Darcy became responsible for a vast estate, its more than 1000 dependents, and a young sister he barely knew. How is he going to manage all that? Moreover, with the Darcy family facing near extinction, he desperately needs an heir. But to get an heir, he first needs a wife. The mamas of the ton are already on his trail... Prequel to P&P, canon-compliant.

Drabbles set in my Pride and Prejudice Canon Divergence AU

William Darcy is a world famous rock star with his band Pemberley, also starring singer Charles Bingley and drum musician Richard Fitzwilliam. Elizabeth Bennet is a technician working on their tour. Her sister Jane and her friends Charlotte and Maria Lucas form the group The Meryton Assembly, are Pemberley's opening act. What could possibly go wrong ?

Elizabeth Bennet has grown up away from the machinations of London and the Ton. With a family full of peers how will Darcy react when the woman he meets is so much more than she seems?

This is a series of short stories centered on revenge. They will vary in length from the title story at 10k words to some that may only be a few hundred. It is similar to my other short story collection "The Compromise Chronicles" which I obviously recommend.

What if . . . Mrs. Gardiner's Lambton relations had been a little more well-to-do and what if she had stronger and longer ties to them and to Derbyshire? In this variation Elizabeth begins to spend summers with the Gardiners in Derbyshire at a fairly young age. As a result she develops her own ties to that part of the world and its people, including the Darcy's of Pemberley.
