Katniss has made it out of the Hunger Games. Now she's living in District 13, a shadow of what she once was. Her spirit's gone. She's got nothing to live for but the slight chance that Peeta might be saved. But things are going to get a lot worse.

'I feel safe. The warmth, the sound of his breathing, his heart beating steadily next to mine...' Rue looks at Thresh and sees everything she doesn't want to leave.

It was her little spot, to sit and wash away the worries and troubles of the days, and when he was there it only made that special free time all the more special.
