Hey there, back with another Vox Machina x One Piece chapter. I know I spent a lot of time out but I was busy with my life, here we have a new chapter and I hope you all are ready to enjoy some fun bantering between both groups. Lets see what happens now.

Outside of the bar.

The proclamation of Luffy, the leader of the Straw Hats was good, but the Vox Machina group heard that and couldn't help to scoff.

''Good idea genius, now who will hire people like you?" Asked Percy.

'Yeah, you all seem worse than us. And we are pretty shitty.'' Said Vex.

The Straw Hats heard that and they were all staring at the other group of mercenaries, if things doesn't work out then a big battle will happen.

''You guys don't know what you´re talking about it. We are infamous across various kingdoms.'' Said Zoro.

''Yep, we stole from more nobles than any of you can count.'' Said Nami.

''You guys seem like people that can bare deal with a bunch of goblins.'' Said Vax.

''At least they don't decapitate the people who hire you.'' Said Percy looking at Grogg.

''It's not my fault, it was an accident.'' Said Grogg.

The two group took a minute to thought about their current situation and it wasn't pretty.

''We are now banned from every tavern from this town. I bet you guys don't have this amount of infamy.'' Said Keyleth.

''We´ve been banned from entire towns. We are more infamous than your asses.'' Said Franky.

''Ok, we are all horrible groups. Can we all agree on that?" Asked Usopp.

''Yes!'' Said both grouos.

Luffy saw that his team was starting to look down, it was his job as the leader to cheer them up and bring their moral up. After all he had a lot of charisma to share.

''Come on guys! We are still up, let's find a job and get lots of money to get lots of meat! That's sound like a plan.'' Said Luffy.

''This is your leader plan? Please, it sounds hopeless.'' Said Percy.

''Than lets hear what your leader has to say.'' Said Robin to the other group.

Vox Machina looked at each other in confusion, who would be their leader.

''Uh…'' Said Keyleth.

''You guys don't have a leader?" Asked Jinbei.

''It changes from day to day. We work better this way.'' Said Vax.

''Its ok, we also do that sometimes.'' Said Zoro.

''Look, I know we all just meet each other, but I guess we are all in the same boat. We need to find a way to get money and a place to stay.'' Said Pike.

''Pike is right, I mean we are all a bunch of barbarians looking for cash, nothing more.'' Said Vex.

''Actually, we don't see ourselves as barbarians.'' Said Nami.

''Uh?" Asked Vox Machina confused.

''We all have different goals and objectives. The group thing is Luffy idea, we are all tagging along until he achieves his dream and we achieve ours.'' Said Robin.

''And your dreams are?" Asked Keyleth.

''Please, we aren't that close.'' Said Robin.

The Vox Machina group just look at that in confusion, what was that thing of ´´dreams´´ and what was this kid dream so important that these people were sticking along with him?

''Whatever your dreams are is not important to us. What matter is that because of horny bard we got kicked for good.'' Said Percy looking at Scanlan.

''Hey, she wanted me and I said yes.'' Said Scanlan with a shrug.

''And you Luffy, once again you let a woman guide you to her bed!'' Scream Nami annoyed.

''Why this doesn't happen to me!' Scream Sanji annoyed.

''Does this happen frequently?" Asked Pike confused.

''Every town.'' Said the crew.

''She said I was cute and that she wanted me on the back. I said yes and I wanted to see what she was going to show me.

The Vox Machina group looked confused at that, does this kid realize that he was going to have sex.

''don't ask.'' Said Chopper.

''Come on guys! Let's stop worry about money and a place to sleep for later. Right now we have to search for our next goal! Where adventures await and…'' Said Luffy stopping in mid-sentence.

''And what?" Asked Sanji.

''I need to pee!'' Said Luffy going to pee.

The Vox Machina group just look at that in confusion while the Straw Hat looked embarrassed as hell of that.

''Did he just shout that out?" Asked Pike.

''that's our leader.'' Said Nami a bit embarrassed.

With Luffy

The leader of the straw hat group went to an empty alley to pee, the place he was standing at was near a board of quest where a young man was putting new ones.

''Man, I need to stop drinking all that juice.'' Said Luffy.

He saw the new quest being pulled, one of them being offered by the king Uriel.

''This quest sounds good!'' Said Luffy grabbing the flyer.

''AAAAH!'' Scream the man who was posting the quest.

Luffy didn't realize that he was peeing on the man leg.

''Uh?'' Asked Luffy confused.

''HEY!'' Scream the man pissed.

''What?" Asked Luffy still confused as keeps peeing.

''What is your problem?'' Asked the poor dude.

''Oh, my bad.'' Said Luffy with a smile as he zipper his pants and the guy goes away.

Luffy read the flyer and saw what the king was offering, mountains of gold and anything else the people who complete the task desires. If there´s anyone that can beat an impossible quest was his group.

''Perfect!'' Scream Luffy excited.

Luffy had his mind set on this quest and now he had to convince his crew to take it.

''Guys!'' Scream Luffy excited.

''Uh?' Asked the Straw Hats and Vox Machina confused.

''Guys!' Scream Luffy excited.

''What is it Luffy?" Asked Nami.

''I found it! The perfect job for us! Look!'' Scream Luffy putting the quest on the ground.

The Straw Hats read the message of mercenaries in need, the reward would be all the gold they could ask and something else.

''They need mercenaries for a quest. We are mercenaries! So lets go!'' Said Luffy.

''Oh great! Another close to death quest. We haven't one of those in a while.'' Said Usopp annoyed.

''This will be an excited quest, one that will be sang through the kingdoms. I better start writing the lyrics.'' Said Brook.

''Actually, we are taking this quest.'' Said Vex.

The Straw Hats saw the other group of mercenaries and they look pissed and ready to fight.

''What?" Asked Luffy.

''Look, we are in this mess also because of you all. You want our apologies than gives us the quest.'' Said Percy.

''No, our leader saw it so it's ours.'' Said Zoro.

''We need this more than you guys! We only have 3 silvers.'' Said Vex.

''We have just 2 silvers.'' Said Nami.

''We need more potions and magic items.'' Said Percy.

''Same here.'' Said Chopper.

''Just gives us the quest!'' Said Scalan.

''No! Its ours!'' Scream Nami.

''Hey, why don't we do this together?" Asked Luffy.

The two groups looked at the straw hat teen with a doubt look in their faces.

''Uh? Did he just say that?'' Asked Vax.

''Are you kidding?" Asked Pike.

''No. We all need money so why not join forces!'' Said Luffy.

''What if we don't want to cooperate!?" Asked Grog going near Luffy.

''I will kick your asses until you say sorry.'' Said Luffy.

The two stare at each other for a second, until they start breaking down in laughter.

''Ha Ha ha ha.''

''I like you straw hat.'' Said Grog.

''you too big guy.'' Said Luffy.

The two groups saw that their heavy hitters was getting along, maybe this alliance wasn't so bad.

''How about we split the reward?" Asked Robin.

''50%?" Asked Pike.

Nami was about to protest but Robin was quick to accept it.

''Deal.'' Said her.

''What! Robin!'' Scream Nami pissed.

''Its ok, we will find more things along the way.'' Said her.

''If each group find a mystical item or something else, they can keep to their group, it doesn't seen to be split it.'' Said Vex.

''Deal!'' Said Nami.

''Same things with ancient's books.'' Said Robin.

''You can keep those things; we don't want them.'' Said Percy.

''Thanks.'' Said Robin.

''A bit of bookworm?" Asked Vex with a smile.

''Knowledge is a great joy.'' Said Robin with a flirtatious smile.

The two kept looking at each other as Luffy started to shout.

''Ok, we are all set?!'' Asked Luffy.

''Fine, you win Straw Hat. We will cooperate.'' Said Scanlan.

''Alright! We will depart right now!'' Said Luffy excited.

''Luffy is already midnight.'' Said Usopp.

''We will go tomorrow morning!'' Said Luffy as his group and Vox Machina went to an alley to catch some sleep.

The next day.

The two groups were following the map that was put in the quest, Nami was reading while everyone followed her.

''Are you sure there wasn't time for a bath?" Asked Percy.

''No time for that, money waits us.'' Said Nami.

''We all smell like barf and alcohol.'' Said Pike.

''Oh come, I bet we aren't the worst thing that this king has ever smelled. Besides is not like we have a habit of showering.'' Said Zoro.

''I like to take bath every day you asshole, it brings more girls.'' Said Sanji.

''Same here, but I like to get clean.'' Said Chopper.

''I like to bath too, making sure my hair is smelling like flowers.'' Said Brook.

''Easy for you to say, you´re nothing but a bag of bones.'' Said Vax.

''What!'' Said Brook

The group soon arrived at the doorsteps of the castle, before they could get inside the guards stopped them.

''Halt! What is your purpose with your majesty?" Asked the guard.

Vex pulled off the quest.

''Its both of our groups together.'' Said her.

''Alright, but the bear and reindeer is staying outside.'' Said the guard.

''Chopper is a cleric; he likes to have the reindeer horns.'' Said Nami.

''Ok, but the bear is staying outside.'' Said the guard.

''Really?! What do you have against this guy?" Asked Luffy pointing at the animal.

The guards looked at each other in confusion, did this kid just asked a stupid question?

''He has to stay outside. Orders by your majesty.'' Said the guard.

''Fine, you guys win.'' Said Percy.

Vox Machina let their bear outside and Vex even gave the animal a hug.

''don't worry, we will back soon.'' Said her.

Roar.

''He said that's its ok.'' Said Chopper much to Vox Machina shock.

''Wait! You can understand him!?' Asked Pike.

''Oh yes, my master taught me how to learn the animal language. I can understand what they are saying, and I can talk to them.'' Said Chopper.

''Great, we can finally ask him a bunch of stuff that has been behind us for years.'' Said Vax.

''Like what?" Asked Chopper

''Like making fun of me when I am not looking!'' Said Grog looking pissed.

The bear looked to side a bit worried.

''Ok, how are we going to present ourselves?" Asked Usopp.

''This is a serious quest, so we better bring the best.'' Said Franky.

''I like the way you think.'' Said Vax.

''How do we that?" Asked Pike.

''With a song!'' Said Scanlan preparing his instrument.

''Great! Do you want a duet?" Asked Brook.

''Sure!'' Said Scanlan.

''No! We will not do that! It's too embarrassing!'' Scream Nami.

''What, but dear music brings joy and attention to people.'' Said Scanlan.

''don't make me beat you with your guitar.'' Said Nami all pissed.

The bard took a step back, scared of the wizard.

''She is mean.'' Said Vex.

''that's hot.'' Said Vax.

The two groups decided to be al ittle more formal as they entered the castle.

As they went inside they saw how big this place was, just wondering what kind of quest someone like the king of the region need to be done.

Inside of the castle.

King Uriel was with King Cobra as the two looked at their new strategies. While doing that a messenger arrived.

''My lord, two groups have arrived to answer the quest that you posted. They are called Vox Machina and Straw Hat.'' Said a message.

''Two groups, that's why better than we expected.'' Said Cobra.

''Agreed. Let's call the other royal members and see what these groups have to offer.'' Said Uriel.

The two kings were going to meet the people that have answered their quest, not knowing what kind of group these mercenaries were.

So yes, we have a standard chapter. The alliance of Vox Machina and the Straw Hats was formed. I plan to have the two teams banter and have a good amount of moment. I don't have any shipping between characters, but maybe some hit offs, I mean Vox Machina had a lot of romantic plots right? I just watched the two seasons; I know there is a huge lore that involves comics and the entire campaign that must be around 1000 hours. I hope you all understand.

One thing I want to be clear before I get a thousand messages, no. In this world Vivi never meet the Straw Hats, this is going to be her first time meeting them. I hope you all understand that.

I also know that the writing isn't the best, but what can I do? I am just a guy with a laptop, not a professional writer. I am just happy writing some stuff out there.

Also, if Vivi would join what kind of role would she be playing as? Just wondering, remember not much of a DnD player outside of watching Critical Role. Thank you all.
