Prologue
Our story begins at the North Pole, where Santa's Workshop resides in the middle of a massive village. At this moment, several tourists were walking through the village led by a tour guide.
"And to your left, there is the cafe, where the elves enjoy sweets, or hot drinks if they feel like a change." the tour guide said as the tourists looked inside the shop and saw the elves enjoying refreshments. The elves smiled and waved at the tourists as they took pictures and videos.
Meanwhile, Santa watched from his workshop, a smile on his face.
"Well, this certainly is a welcome change." Santa said.
"What do you mean, Santa?" Mrs. Claus asked.
"Well, ever since tourists came here, more people have started believing in me, Mrs. Claus. I've never felt happier." Santa said.
Little did he know in the back of his workshop, one of his elves didn't feel the same way.
"This should be a place of work, not tourism. This is all that little Spankenheimer brat's fault! If he hadn't been so desperate to find his grandma, this wouldn't be happening! Now, thanks to him, our North Pole is more a place for play than work!" the elf said as he marched to a back room and found a vial confiscated from Krampus that said "Dark Reindeer Magic".
"I'll show him." the elf said.
Meanwhile, in Cityville, the Spankenheimer family was getting ready for Christmas.
"3…2…1…GO!" Rita said as she, Jake, and Daphne started drinking cups full of eggnog.
"You won't win this one, Mom!" Daphne said as she drank her eggnog.
"Neither will you, Daphne!" Jake said as he started on another mug of eggnog.
This went on for a while until Jake and Daphne started slowing down before they couldn't drink anymore eggnog, with Rita drinking more eggnog.
"I win!" she said before Jake burped.
"Excuse me." Jake said before Rita smirked and burped louder.
"Looks like we've got a burping contest going now!" Rita said before Daphne smirked and burped loudly.
In response, Jake burped a long one. Rita burped a loud but short one. This started a burping contest that went on for a while until Rita let out a burp so loud and long, Jake and Rita thought she would never stop.
"You win again, Mom." Daphne said.
"Of course!" Rita said before she hugged her kids and kissed both of their foreheads.
Suddenly, they heard a commotion from outside.
"What's going on?" Jake asked before the Spankenheimers rushed to the front door.
