Chapter 1
4 Privet Drive, Surrey, England
I-it h-h-hurts." Mumbled a small child from the cupboard under the stairs at 4 Privet Drive. "S-someone... h-help me..."
Harry, though not that he knew his name, had just turned four, and was given a beating for his birthday by his Uncle Vernon before being locked in the cupboard. He never got to know his parents, but he heard his Aunt and Uncle saying bad things about them. If the way he was being treated was anything to go by, they must not be telling the truth.
Meanwhile in a space center in orbit, a young lady with purple hair and mechanical rabbit ears in a very 'Alice in Wonderland' kind of dress was furiously typing on her computer. She was searching for something specific, the multiple maps on her screen showing a targeting locator as she typed fast enough that you'd think her keyboard would catch on fire.
"Mado-chi, I have the coordinates you pointed to on the map pin-pointed. I'm sending them your way." The young girl was mad. Her best friend Chi-chan's Ikkun sensor had been thought to be lost to both Chi-chan and her clone/younger sister Mado-chi when Ikkun passed away from the poison that had been put in his blood when he was kidnapped. To find out from Chi-chan and Mado-chi when they had that meeting to settle their differences after Ikkun's passing that they could feel Ikkun's pain like they had in the past had her confused. Finding out that they could feel his age was only four had made her furious. 'Ikkun's spirit must have been reborn anew just after he was born. Chi-chan said that she felt a faint pull toward Ikkun at about July 31, three weeks after Ikkun passed away. Mado-Chi and Chi-chan felt it flare for a moment eighteen months later for a brief moment, and just a month ago felt it again, only much louder and longer. From what I can gather, Ikkun's reborn self is around four now, same age as my little sister, Houki. You may have a new name, and a new life, but if Chi-chan and Mado-chi can sense your pain, you are definitely Ikkun reborn. No need to worry, Ikkun, we will save you, or my name isn't Tabane Shinonono.'
Flashback Military Base, two days ago.
Chifuyu Orimura was training the girls at the base she was at in Germany. She had been here trying to keep herself distracted since her little brother died. Ichika was why she had pushed herself to be the best, she had to protect the only family she had left. After he passed, she was all alone. Sure there was this weird pull that told her Ichika was in pain, but that couldn't be possible. It had been four years since his passing. As she was thinking about this she heard a familiar voice.
"CHI-CHAN!" Chifuyu put her arm out and caught the incoming annoyance by her face. the offender smiled and waved at her. "Hi Chi-chan. You haven't lost your touch."
"Shut up, Tabane." Chifuyu frowned. "What are you doing here? I haven't heard from you since that rampage you did after Ichika passed away."
"Ne Ne, Chi-chan. Remember that project that was making a clone of you?" Tabane wasn't phased by her frown. "I Rescued her and made her my own personal messenger. I brought her here with me so you two can work out your differences." As Tabane said this, a shorter version of Chifuyu ran up.
"How are you so fast?!" The clone looked at Chifuyu. "Hi, Chifuyu-nee. I heard about Ichika." The clone looked down.
"So you were told about him. Why does that matter?" Chifuyu would have throttled the clone of herself if Tabane hadn't gotten in the way. "Tabane, move."
"Hear her out, Chi-chan. I told her what happened." Tabane kept her smile.
"I had been angry about you choosing him over me, and was going to hold a grudge against you for it, but Tabane explained about that sixth sense you had. If you could feel when he was hurt, and with him being the only family you had, I can see why you chose him over me. Since I'm your clone that made him my brother too, and you my sister, so Tabane thought it would be a good idea for us to bond as a family since I would technically count as a younger sister." Madoka and Chifuyu both flinched hard and jerked their heads to face the general direction of England. "Okay, that hurts. It feels like a broken leg, broken arm, five cracked ribs, and two black eyes."
"Don't forget the busted lip, and twelve lashes on the back." Chifuyu commented dryly. "Madoka, that was my Ichika sense, and you feel it too?"
"I do, though I haven't figured out why." Madoka frowned as Tabane came to a conclusion.
"Chi-chan and Mado-chi are sensing Ikkun?" Tabane puzzled and looked the direction they did. "Ikkun passed four years ago, and yet they feel his pain?" Tabane gasped. "Ikkun was reborn!" Tabane pulled up the map of the world as she grew a furious look as to why this was happening. "Mado-chi, Chi-chan, point to the rough location on the map as to where he is. We are getting him out of there. Those signs tell me he is not safe. Chi-chan, I'm giving Mado-chi the Brynhildr, and I know you still have the Shirokishi on you. We move now!"
"Hold on, Tabane. You and I both know that Shirokishi and Brynhildr are too strong to be used for just anything, never mind the fact that the Brynhildr is only a prototype. The 'White Knight' incident is proof of that." Chifuyu tried to reason. "How are you so sure that Ichika has been reborn? There is no way possible for that to happen." Chifuyu's scowl deepened as she thought of her brother.
"Nee-san, you know that isn't true." Madoka spoke up. "I know you feel him, since I feel him as well. His pain is real, and we can sense it, as much as it doesn't make sense. I know Ichika passed away four years ago, but I can feel his pain, and have had a strange pull towards the eastern part of Europe since July 31st roughly four years ago."
"Three weeks after Ichika passed away due to being poisoned, and two weeks after Tabane's rampage." Chifuyu surmised. "I've had the same pull, but I can't leave here. My work here has been what's kept me going since losing my little brother. There was that other time the sense flared about 18 months later."
"Ne, Ne, Chi-chan, Mado-chi, You've both been feeling this for four years?" Tabane asked. "Why didn't you tell me?"
"It wasn't important. If He has been reborn, I was just going to ignore it as I was no longer his sister." Chifuyu sighed. "Fine, you both are right. I will meet you at the hospital in London." Chifuyu walked off to inform her boss that she was taking care of a familial issue, and would be back later that week.
Flashback end, Little Whingen, Surrey.
It took Tabane a day to get the Brynhildr to Madoka, and a day for her to fly from the Military base in Germany to England. Locating the exact coordinates via the link that Madoka has to this reborn brother of hers and Chifuyu's was all that kept her focused right now.
'Mado-chi, you're three miles out, and ten over. Looks like the exact coordinates are for 4 Privet Drive. Get Him out of there. Chi-chan will be expecting you in about an hour.' Tabane's voice carried through the coms link from her station in orbit. 'I've set the Brynhildr's language functions into auto- translate for you since I know you don't speak English, and the people you're rescuing Ikkun from don't speak Japanese. I've also loaded a smaller version of the Romantia, Brynhildr's main weapon. Much like the Shirokishi, your weapon is way too strong for normal use otherwise. I'm signing off for now, arrival in five.'
Madoka refocused into her landing trajectory, and spun in the air as she disengaged the main form of the Brynhildr. (AN : The Brynhildr basically looks like a gray copy of the White Knight IS that we all are very sure Chifuyu is the Pilot of.) Looking about the neighborhood, she was slightly disturbed at the lack of difference of appearances amongst the houses. Looking at the numbers on the houses, she quickly walked up to number 4, and pulled the smaller Romantia. The door wasn't able to withstand the force of the thrust as Madoka broke the door down after hearing the cry for help, and the sharp pain in her gut.
"Wha? How dare you? You are breaking an entering!" A walrus looking man and a horse-like woman were shocked upon seeing her, but not as shocked as they were when Madoka pointed the spear at the walrus.
"You will put the child down now, and step away from him." Madoka Glared at the Walrus as her IS automatically translated her words for the two. "Tabane, Target located. Moving to retrieve the boy and take him to the hospital. Let Chifuyu know we'll be there in a few minutes."
"Perhaps, I might be of assistance there, young lady." An old man spoke as he approached the door. "I had been on my way to check on young Harry when I saw you bust the door down." Glancing at the man, she saw an elderly man in a purple suit.
"Who are you?" Madoka refocused on the people in front of her. Neither of the two moved with her spear pointed them.
"I am Albus Dumbledore, I am the Headmaster at a private boarding school in northern Scotland, and a good friend of young Harry there's late parents. When they were murdered, his godfather let me bring him here for temporary protection so he could do his job, and arrest the man that got them killed. However, he sits in prison himself for the crime of selling out Harry's family to the leader of a terrorist group while the actual traitor is thought to be dead. I try to come by and check on the young boy when I can get the chance. Today just happened to be the first chance I've had." Dumbledore stepped past Madoka. "I'm disappointed in you, Petunia. You couldn't let go of your hatred and jealousy of Lily to care for your orphaned nephew?"
The horse lady, now named Petunia to Madoka, glared at Dumbledore. "As if I need to explain myself to a freak like you. My parents were excited to have a Witch, in the family. Perfect Lily and her world of magic could do no wrong in their eyes. I was the only one to see her magic as just that, unnatural. Of coarse her child is the same. I'd rather stamp out the freakishness, or send the freak off to be put down like a rabid mutt."
"Magic? I thought that was a myth." Madoka spoke.
"No, my dear, magic is very much real, and is supposed to be kept secret from those who don't know about it, as a way to keep those with magic safe." Dumbledore was about to raise his wand to obliviate her when Madoka spoke out.
"Does magic have a way to let you feel a sibling's pain, even if that sibling has passed on and been reborn?" Madoka's question stopped him.
"Magic does work in strange ways, though it is possible. Is that what brought you here?"
"It is. My older sister and I can feel our brother Ichika's pain, though we thought it was impossible as Ichika died four years ago, but we have been feeling a pull towards England since three weeks after his passing." Madoka explained.
"Then I say we take Harry from here and get him medical attention. I shall meet you and your sister at the hospital, and explain more to you there." Dumbledore refocused on the Dursleys. "I will deal with these people. Since you did not know of magic, before hand, normally you would have your memories of magic modified, so that the Statute of Secrecy could be maintained. However, your connection to Harry makes you and your sister exempt. Petunia and her husband are subject to our laws due to breaching that statute."
"Add my sister's best friend Tabane to that list. She has been listening in thanks to the link that the device I'm using has to her Space center." Madoka picked Harry up gently, left the house and engaged the Brynhildr. she lightly lifted off into the air, and slowly flew to London to where her sister/ genetic donor was waiting for her.
"Remarkable what muggles can do now a days." Dumbledore said as he looked back to the Dursleys. "I will repair the door, but I will also be staying here while we wait for the Aurors to arrive. just me flaring my magic is enough to signal them. I told you when he was left here that it was only going to be a temporary time he would be here. In that time, I have been trying to find a better place for him to be placed, and you did that to him. If your son had been orphaned, I am sure Lily would never have treated him like that."
"Don't act all high and mighty, you will be in just as much trouble as us." Petunia smirked.
"We all make mistakes, Petunia. It is whether or not we accept our mistakes that will determine how we grow. I have made many, including leaving Harry here with you, but I accept my fault. Do you, is the real question." Dumbledore spoke in a grandfatherly tone.
Three weeks later. 12 Grimmauld Place, London
Albus Dumbledore had gotten through the ordeal with the Dursleys, with only a slap on the wrist due to his ongoing work to fix the situation. It was after Meeting with the Orimura sisters, that he found they did indeed have a magic link to the young Potter boy. He told them he might be able to set up something for them to keep them safe, while letting them truly become family with young Harry. He asked they give him some time to get things worked out with a certain family. That is what brings him here to the Black Family's home in London, to Meet with the Lady Regent of the house.
Walburga Black was calmly sitting across from Albus Dumbledore as she watched her grandchildren. She used to be a firm supporter of the Pure-blood Supremacy movements that Voldemort espoused, until it was pointed out to her at Saint Mungo with her son, Sirius, and his wife Maria Black nee Greengrass. She was surprised that her son would marry a pure-blood, but she was even more surprised to get the call to meet him at Saint Mungo. Finding out that Regulus had kept in contact with Sirius was one thing, finding out her youngest was confirmed dead thanks to the family tapestry was another.
Her Daughter-in-bond , as it turned out, was frail, and child birth nearly killed her. She and Sirius reconciled, and she agreed to listen to her child and his wife. From him, she learned of the truth behind Voldemort's goals. That he was actually not after what he preached shattered her faith in him. Her faith in pure-blood supremacy was shattered even more after she met her granddaughters, Morgan Dorea Black and Maeve Cassiopeia Black. While her son and daughter-in-bond were human, Morgan was born half fae, and Maeve was born half kitsune. Despite that fact, she put her prejudices aside to raise her grandchildren while their mother recovered in the magical hospital.
"Headmaster, it has been some time." Walburga spoke regally as she sipped from her cup of tea. "You mentioned in your letter having an important reason to meet with me."
"It indeed has been a while, Lady Black." Albus responded. "Please, call me Albus. Indeed I did write of an important matter, but first, how is Bellatrix fairing? I know she is suffering in her own way thanks to both her father, her late husband, and the Dark Lord."
"My dear niece has been better, especially thanks to the slave betrothal her father put her in with Rudolphus Lestrange." Walburga almost hissed. "That contract magically sealed her true personality and created a false one over her mind, separating her s. When her husband died in the attack on the Longbottom family, she was released from the contract's control. However, she still had to go through trial, which thanks to a master legilimens and the Unspeakables, she was cleared to come home." Walburga paused to take a sip of her tea. "Though I'm more angry with Tom Riddle. Yes, I know the dark lord's real name. Through the use of a dark ritual, he made my dear niece give him a child. Delphini Riddle may have Black blood in her veins, she is not a Black and has already been disowned. But because of the ritual, Bella is crestfallen every day. She has no memory of giving birth to Delphini, and is unable to bear any more children. I sit with her as she cries herself to sleep after I've put Morgan and Maeve to bed."
"A truly despicable ritual and contract." Albus mused. "I knew Tom had delved deep into the dark art, but I never dreamed he would go that far. I do have some good news for you and Bella though. It pertains to why I asked to meet with you."
"Oh? Do tell, albus, what is this good news."Walburga set her cup down as Morgan and Maeve ran up to her. "Dears, Grandma is busy right now. Why don't you go play with your Auntie Bella?"
"Okay!" the two excited children replied before running out of the room.
"As you know, the late Lily Potter was a potions prodigy of untold renown. She actually created a blood adoption potion that will adopt the parent into the child's family. I wish to speak with Bella about using it to adopt her into the Potter family so she can be young Harry's adoptive mother, before adopting two muggle girls into her new family, while asking you if you would house them and a family friend of theirs." Albus stopped to let his words sink in.
Walburga slowly thought about it. "While I have no doubt she would love the idea, I have to ask. Why would you have her adopt two muggle girls, and house another?"
"The girls in question, Madoka and Chifuyu Orimura, are a unique case among muggles. They are able to feel the pain inflicted on their brother Ichika. When he passed away at the age of eight due to poison, that sense should have died with him, instead it woke back up three weeks later when Harry was born." Albus explained to her. "They can feel his pain, and as such, have a right to be in the loop about Magic. They see Harry as their brother reborn, and want to be part of his life. The third girl, while I have not met her, is a world renowned genius that made a massive name for herself with one of her inventions. I know you don't exactly follow the news in the Muggle world, but the governments of the world are constantly hunting for her. Given her affection towards Harry from the conversations I had with her through her personal messenger, I believe she would be a fine, if eccentric house guest for when she isn't in her personal space center in orbit around the planet."
"Yes, I see your point." Walburga sighed as she thought about it. "You believe this will help both Bella, Harry, and these girls?" Albus nodded. "Very well. If you will set up a meeting with the Orimura girls and this..."
"Tabane Shinonono."
"Thank you, Albus. If you will set up a meeting with them and Heir Potter, I will inform Bella of the good news." Walburga stood up to leave the room.
"I will set it up for a meeting in two week's time. I am unable to do any sooner, as Harry is currently in the hospital fifteen miles away due to the injuries caused by his muggle relatives. Before you ask, they have already been dealt with. I shall excuse myself. Thank you for letting me visit." Albus bowed to her before heading for the door.
"No, thank you for the good news. Bella is going to be elated." Walburga smiled as she turned to head up the stairs, happy to give her dear niece some good news for once in the last few years.
AN: Hey guys!

I wasn't originally going to start writing this one until I finished FRW, but it and that comment would not leave me alone, so HERE IT IS!
I hope you enjoyed it. let me know what you think, and keep being awesome!
