When the message came, there was little left of Cassiopeia Black in her — soon she would move on, shed her face and her name for another. But, at the last possible moment, she found a reason to carry on, the smouldering embers of her identity sparking to new life. Unfortunately, adopting the Boy Who Lived came with complications. Twenty years had passed, but hate and prejudice still ruled the people's hearts, and Hogwarts was not a friendly place for Slytherins, especially if you were the son of a Death Eater. Scorpius hated that place, his father, and the Wizarding World at all. The multi-chapter story about his difficult friendship with Albus and his fight for acceptance.
