Tooty Potter

Summary: When Voldemort attacks the potters the interaction between Lily's protection Ritual and the killing curse has unexpected results. the summary would be better but I'm new at this.

Chapter 1: Prologue arc chapter 1
It's Holloween 1991 at Godric's Hollow and Voldemort has attacked the Potter family and after killing James in a short duel he corners Lily and baby Harry and says "Stand aside and let me kill the child or else you'll share his fate." Lily says " never I'll never let you kill my son kill me instead but leave my son out of this." Voldemort then says "Very well since you're so eager to die I'll oblige you. Avada Kedavra." now what Voldemort didn't know is that by killing Lily he entered a magical contract that would kill him if he were to try to kill Harry. but he was determined to see Harry dead so after walking to Harry's crib he says "I can sense the potential you have but I can't allow you to live so you could become powerful enough to kill me. Avada Kedavra" and so Voldemort broke the magical contract he unknowingly accepted by killing Lily but the interaction between Lily's protection ritual and the AK have unexpected results. first the AK gets reflected back at Voldemort and he becomes a shade due to the horcruxes he made up to that point. second at the same time the AK hits Harry he turns into a baby version of Tooty the bear from Banjo-Kazooie. third a piece of Voldemort's soul latches on to a lightning bolt scar that was made due to the explosion that resulted from the AK. and lastly Harry's magic sends the now female anthropomorphic bear to spiral mountain which is located on a massive island in the bermuda triangle called the isle of hags.
When Rubeus Hagrid and Sirius Black show up they see the results for themselves and notice that Harry is nowhere to be seen so they temporarily split up with Hagrid going to Surrey to tell Miverva McGonnagal and Albus Dumbledore that it seems Harry survived but he's nowhere to be seen while Sirius tracks down Peter Pettigrew with Peter yelling out "Sirius how could you betray Lily and James." he proceed to use bombarda on a gas tank that explodes and kills thirteen muggles but before Peter can do anything else Sirius sends the stunning spell "Petrificus Totalis." and hits Peter and when Barty Crouch Senior and the aurors show up rather than jump to conclusions they check Sirius and Peter's wands with the spell check spell "Priori Incantum" which reveals Sirius only used a spell to capture while Peter used a spell to kill both are taken to the Wizengamot court room where Sirius demands Veritaserum a powerful truth potion that with three drops temporarily disables the ability to lie until the antidote is given. Sirius reveals he's the magic bound godfather of Harry which means his magic would have killed him if he had betrayed the Potters. when Peter was given the potion he not only admitted that he betrayed the Potters but also ratted out who was in Voldemort's inner circle and that the only way to join it was to willingly kill to recieve the Dark Mark. as a result all of the Death Eaters are sent to Azkaban for life and due to Peter being captured before he could frame Sirius Frank and Alice Longbottom are never put into since the Lestrange Trio are captured before they can attack the Longbottom family. and all of Magical England celebrates the fall of Voldemort and names Harry the boy who lived although that title would change when Harry appeared ten years later.
Meanwhile in the Bermuda Triangle on the Isle of Hags
Banjo the Bear and Kazooie the Breegull are enjoying a quiet night playing on a gameboy when out of nowhere a baby female bear appears in front of them. Kazooie the ever snarky female bird says "who is this pipsqueak?" Banjo says "I don't know Kazooie but it seems we have a baby to raise." Harry who woke up hearing voices says "who are you?" Banjo says "I'm Banjo and this is Kazooie my best friend." Harry says pleased to meet you now where do we go from here?" Banjo says "well I could blood adopt you as my little sister what do you say?" Harry responds "I'd love to have you as an older brother." Banjo then proceeds to set up the Blood Adoption Ritual and both exchange blood with the two saying "I Banjo the Bear hereby accept Tooty Potter as my sister." and since Harry is female and hadn't thought of a name yet her innate magic accepts the new name and Tooty says "I Tooty Potter hereby accept Banjo the bear as my older brother." and as a result of the blood adoption Banjo gets the last name Potter and the Potter family magic awakens his own innate magic while his bond with Kazooie makes her his magical familiar. the new Potter siblings have ten years of peace before seven years of adventure comes knocking on their door.
AN: I know normally 18 month old babies can't talk in full sentences without a heavy lisp but Tooty isn't a normal baby anymore because video game characters defy all logic and as a result can speak clearly.
