Chapter 1- A Hero Arrives
"Is that him?" "No way!" "I can't believe 'he's' here." "I know, I thought he dropped out of school," "I heard he was expelled," "I heard he got caught harassing the teachers!" "I heard he killed a person," "Well I heard..." People started to converse at the sight of a new figure entering the gates of the illustrious and large Kuoh Academy.
"Come on guys! I've only been gone for three days, it's not too surprising, you all shouldn't have said I died!" he groaned in irritation. The figure was a young boy, about seventeen years of age with golden blonde hair that spiked out like the sun. As cerulean blue eyes like the ocean flickered with irritation he looked at the large crowd that had amassed. All of them wore the same uniform as him, although he chose to wear his outfit more on the casual side, only deciding to wear the Kuoh black blazer and pants with a stylish orange shirt added to it as well. As he pointed to a particular figure within the crowd, "And you!" he shouted, causing the stranger within the large crowd to gulp in both surprise and fear at the fact the local delinquent had caught sight of him. Before the blonde male smiled, showing off his pearly white teeth with enlarged canines, which was only accentuated by the set of three, whisker-like marks upon his face, almost like a fox. "Good job, saying that I became Emperor of Japan after I challenged the old fart to a ninja duel to the death was pretty funny, I approve," he flashed the boy a thumbs up, as he nearly passed out from being at the gaze of such a scary figure.
"Alright everyone break it up! Class is starting soon," a new voice said, as she broke through the crowd, or it was more like the crowd moved for her, as she stepped forward towards the blonde. Her appearance was something many would consider beautiful, with her short black hair in a bob cut, pink eyes and glasses, and her dominative and no-nonsense attitude she tapped the bottom of her foot as she saw him. he was dressed in the Kuoh Academy uniform for females. Which consisted of a white long-sleeved button-down shirt with vertical lining, and a black ribbon on the shirt collar. She also had a black shoulder cape which matched the black button-down corset, a magenta skirt with white accents, and brown dress shoes over white crew-length socks.
Instantly the blonde recognized her, as she moved to where she was directly in front of him, "Hello, Souna," he greeted lackadaisically, as if he didn't have a care in the world, or more like the conversation was having. He heaved his black school bag over his shoulder as he looked the student council president in the eyes, not a hint of respect in his gaze or tone. Which both shocked and surprised the many onlookers as nobody talked to the 'Souna Shitori' so casually out of fear of what she might do to them.
The older girl fixed her glasses, subtly sending a harsh glare towards the blonde's way, although he took it in stride and didn't care as to who was giving it to him. "Mister Uzumaki Naruto," Souna addressed him by his full name like a parent would scold a child, as she stomped her foot down resolutely. "You are going to tell me where exactly you were for the past few days, and then you are going to address all of your teachers in a verbal and written apology. And then you are going to come with me to the student body office to collect all of the work you missed and–" she told him before she was interrupted.
"Yeah, I'm not going to be doing any of that," Naruto told her flatly as he began to walk away, leaving a bewildered Souna and crowd in his wake. They were all too surprised to find out he had just done that to follow after.
Meanwhile, Naruto yawned, there had to be something that would be more entertaining than going to class. 'Eh, maybe I'll go see what Issei is up to… or maybe take a nap' he thought, it was getting way too loud over here. Seriously, didn't people have their own lives to take care of rather than worry about useless rumors and here say about him?
He wasn't that scary was he?
Half of Kuoh would disagree

Elsewhere in Kuoh
Kuoh was filled with rumors, more specifically it was also filled with local celebrities. People who were almost so beautiful or iconic that it made the whole school turn into an uproar whenever one of them walked by.
One of these celebrities was Souna Shitori, the student body president and overall someone you didn't want to mess with when it came to anything school-related. But even then her popularity was overshadowed by others among the school, particularly a pair of women within the same grade as Souna known as the 'Two Great Ladies of Kuoh Academy.' Who were the two most beautiful girls in the school, and members of the Occult Research club, practically a collection of the most popular students within the school.
Other such people within the Occult research clubs were the petite and every so adorable "school mascot" and even the 'Prince of Kuoh' whom nearly all of the girls within Kuoh fell in love and lusted after, much to many of the male student's ire.
To contrast these celebrities there were also those with fame infamy, Naruto Uzumaki was one of them. From the moment he had stepped into the school, he had caught the attention of everyone, not that he cared, especially given his more outgoing attitude. His appearance didn't help much, given his wild blonde looks, also feral whisker-like marks, and general attitude of not caring about anything school-related or practically everything that wasn't fighting. He was practically a model for the word delinquent and as such he had been dubbed the 'Demon Prince of Kuoh' for his rugged and wild nature and general look on the first day of coming to the illustrious and prestigious school of Kuoh Academy.
But to say he was the most infamous person on the campus was an understatement, as right at the top of that mountain, or more accurately the bottom of the totem pole, was a trio of very perverse boys known as the 'Perverted Trio,' known in the lowest regard for their constant peeping and overall harassment of practically everyone female within Kuoh academy grounds. And right now what were they doing?... peeping on girls through a peephole.
Nobody was surprised, and if they were they should not have been.
"Mirayama's jugs, they're frickin' huge" "Katasae's legs are crazy sexy!" "I found this yesterday, I call it the tin-hole," one of the 'perse trio' exclaimed, particularly the one with no hair who was generally labeled 'Perverted Badly' of the group. The one known as 'Perverted Glasses' watched on as well, giving surprisingly accurate measurements of the women they were peeking at. All the while the last of the three, a brown-haired boy with the Kuoh uniform and red shirt known as Issei Hyouudou and the most perverted of the three for his most vocal of the three for his aspirations of wanting a harem of beautiful women.
"Guy's my turn! Issei whined trying to get a view of the glorious sight he believed to be just right out of reach as he attempted to push his two perverse friends out of the way to view the hole. Gasps of awe and amazement left his friend's lips at the sight he would not be able to see.
Luckily, or rather unluckily the women of the kendo club seemed to overhear his squabbling."Huh, what was that?" she shouted in surprise, already knowing the answer as all the girls rushed out of the changing room.
Realizing this, the bald one of the trio yelled out, "Guy's run!" he shouted as his glasses-wearing compatriot ran in fear of what might happen should they get caught by the stick-wielding women. They just hit them so much, it was frightening.
Leaving Issei in the dust, who neither got a lick of the glorious sight before him nor a peek through the hole of wonders as he was left completely alone and vulnerable. Subsequently, the entire Kendo club came out of the changing room at that very moment, ready to unjustly pulverize him with all the energy he had.
Not that he didn't deserve such a beating.
And as such Issei did the only thing he could think of to evade such an outcome, gulping as fear entered his eyes… he ran with his tail between his legs as a gaggle of women chased after him.

"You'll never take me alive!" Issei's voice sounded throughout the school grounds, as a nearby sleeping naruto peaked his eye open in slight curiosity. Not that he sounded surprised, given how often such an interaction occurred.
And as such the female's chants of "tear off his manhood" weren't shocking, even if they were a bit brutal in their exclamations of war.
What he didn't expect, however, was for the perverted boy to suddenly come rushing right towards him at that very moment, rather fast too in the onslaught of enraged high school girls chasing after him with their very long and very hard kendo sticks in their hands. And the boy could climb too, as in the enhancement of his fear he nearly climbed up on the tree he was resting under in less than five seconds.
Unfortunately… his fear and panic didn't provide much insight, as it seemed he had chosen a rather unstable to sit upon as he fell to the ground before him with a loud thud. What followed was not a pretty sight, as Issei was nearly beaten within an inch of his life. He only managed to protect his manhood in such a brutal attack and nothing else.
Satisfied with their work done, Mirayama, Katase, and the rest of the kendo club left, leaving a damaged Issei and a nearly sleeping Naruto lying next to him in their wake.
"Issei…" Naruto drawled, once again peeking one of his cerulean eyes open, eying the boy as he got up from his beating. The fact that perverts somehow managed to instantly heal after every beating somehow both surprising and not surprising him at the same time. "I know you're my friend and all, but seeing you climb a tree like that, I was kind of hoping you would fail," he admitted.
As the brunette whipped the dust off of his pants, eyeing the blonde before him, "Yeah, well screw you too! Why didn't you help?" he questioned accusingly.
Naruto only raised an eyebrow, "Oh really? And why would I help you?" he inquired lazily.
Issei looked appalled, "Because it was unjust! It was unfair! It was…" he struggled to come up with a reason for Naruto to help him, but the look he got in return only got him to admit defeat. "Look I didn't do anything this time, you have to believe me," he sighed truthfully, he hadn't even seen anything this time and he still got punished.
Life was cruel.
"I'm sure," Naruto said, not entertaining the conversation as he really just wanted to get back to sleep before one particular teacher started to yell at him.
Two new shouts were heard as they started to approach the duo lying under the tree, "Hey, Issei!" the rest of the perverted trio called out to him, barely escaping with their lives as well.
"Matsuda, Motohama" Issei glared hard at his two friends for them abandoning him like a sheep to the slaughter by the group of angry women to save their own skin.
To their credit, baldy and glasses actually seemed sorry about the whole thing, maybe there was such a thing as honor among thieves? "Yeah Issei, we're sorry about that," Matsuda apologized, rubbing the back of his head as his glasses-wearing friend continued. "Yeah, and to make it up we promise we'll give you a new set of mags, on us," Motohama promised, they all knew what kind of 'magazines' they were talking about.
Issei thought about it before he decided on actually taking them up on their offer. "Alright guys, but they better be the good kind," he eyed them with an intensity not many could muster.
As they gave him a mock solute, "Promise," they both chanted.
"Alright it's a deal," Issei nodded, as Naruto rolled over, trying to ignore the lunacy around him. And it was at that moment that the other two-thirds of the perverted trio noticed his presence.
"No way, dude, is that the demon prince!" Matsuda realized, as their glasses-wearing friend nearly recoiled in surprise. "Like, seriously dude, we don't know why you're even friends with him."
"Hey, he's not all bad," Issei tried to argue in front of his friends before correcting himself, "... when he's not being such an ass," he added, and as such the half-asleep Naruto flipped him the bird.
His two other friends didn't believe him, as they slowly tried to back away from the blonde. But it was then they noticed the expression on Issei's face, as it was at that moment Naruto's cellphone had lit up with a notification. It seems the brunette had found the perfect way to get payback on the blonde for not helping him earlier. As he reached over Naruto's side to retrieve the phone that had subsequently fallen out of the blonde's pocket in his tossing and turning he opened it up, seeing that Naruto didn't keep a passcode on his phone it was easy to get in and snoop around in his messages. As Matsuda and Motohama looked on in curiosity as well; most were just school emails, but it seemed they had found a treasure trove of messages…
"Holly shit is that Titania!" one of them explained, as they saw a rather provocative photo of a rather popular cosplayer known as 'Titania.' Which wasn't all too surprising given her immense popularity on the interweb. No, what was surprising was the fact that in all their browsing of her works, this photo seemed to be one they had never caught a glimpse of.
Right now they were all staring at what was almost a perfect replica of Mai Shiranui from Fatal Fury down to her luscious brown hair tied up in a high topknot, fair skin, and chocolate eyes. And a crimson Kunoichi outfit with a white obi and red tassels at her backside that showed off her immensely well-endowed figure. She held a pair of twin fans and looked at the camera with a cheerful 'come hither' expression towards the camera.
"This is impossible, the craftsmanship is the same, it has to be her," "I know right, it has to be her! Do you think Naruto knows who she really is?" two of the perverse boys proclaimed. As Issei noticed something, pointing at the top of the page "Look the top of the screen says 'Red' Do you think that's her name or like a nickname?" he inquired.
Red? Now didn't that sound familiar? Maybe Titania was Rias Gremory, that would be something, imagining that type of woman dressing around in skimpy outfits was every male's wet dream, he didn't know whether to feel jealous or angry that Naruto was receiving such attention.
Motohama, the one who could somehow tell a woman's sizes just by looking at them, piped up, dismissing him of such delusions. "I don't know, the only person we know with red hair is Rias Gremory, and Gremory's proportions are too different from Titania's they can't be the same person," he stated. Although that left them all to wonder…
Just who was Titania?
Luckily, one of them got the rather genius idea; "let's scroll up in the text messages to see if we can figure out just who she is!" Matsuda resolved, none of them noticing the looming devil over their shoulders.
"What are you three idiots doing with my phone," a voice broke through all of their perverted fantasies. As they all turned, they saw Naruto looming upon them like a fox would his next prey.
"Ummmm… we were just…" Issei tried to say but he was left speechless in his fear, and as such he could only gulp. Naruto took the opportunity to take his phone out of the brunette's hands, much to his silent frustration, silent because he was too afraid to voice his cries.
As Naruto walked away the three of them thought that he would leave them alone, unconsciously they let out an exhale of relief, but not until Naruto looked at them once again.
Shouting, "Run."
They did what they were told.
It was rather amusing for Naruto.

Two females giggled at the scene from above, watching on with their enhanced vision as they saw the trio of perverts run from the blonde so fast it would put a cheetah to shame. "Hahahah, it seems Uzumaki-kun never ceases to entertain," one of the two females laughed. This girl was particularly beautiful, with crimson red hair, pale skin, a heart-shaped face, and blueish-green eyes that sparkled with amusement as she watched out the window. She was wearing the standard Kuoh uniform, which seemed to stress under the pressure of her impressive bust. This was Rias Gremory, one of the 'Two Great Ladies of Kuoh Academy,' and a pure-blooded devil of the Gremory family.
The female at her side also giggled, a noticeable blush on her face. "Yes, and the way Uzumaki-kun scared those poor innocent perverts, it almost got me going," she commented, showing a bit of her masochistic side at the thought of the fear lacing the trio of men. This was the other half of 'Kuoh's two great ladies,' Akeno Himejima, and her [Queen]. She appeared to be the staple model of a standard yet beautiful Yamato Nadeshiko, with her silky long black hair tied up in a ponytail with an orange ribbon, violet eyes, and the largest bust partially in the entire school. Which certainly strained her Kuoh uniform, even more so than Rias's did.
"Careful Akeno, your mask is slipping," Rias told her, noticing her [Queen] was letting her sadomasochistic tendencies loose, which would put a hamper on her 'perfect girl' image they liked to maintain while attending school.
Akeno only cupped her cheek," But I can't help it, it's just so nice seeing the fear upon their faces, Rias," she told her [King, evident euphoria upon her face. As Rias moved back to the table from the window she was looking out on. Seeing the usual chessboard in the center of the room, many of the pieces having been moved from their original positions, evident that a game was in session.
As the redhead moved her final piece, saying, "Looks like it's my win again, Akeno," she announced her checkmate. "I admit that your trap was indeed good, if I hadn't seen it I surely would have been punished," Rias told her, as Akeno pouted.
"Oh, I thought I had you there," the black-haired woman commented, as Rias began to strip out of her clothing. Akeno was unphased, this becoming almost a habit of her best friend, who liked to take showers throughout the day. But as Rias was about to step into the nearby shower the girl had installed within the room Akeno spoke up, gaining her [King's] attention. "So are you going to recruit them?" she inquired.
Rias knew exactly what she was referring to, and as such she only turned the nozzle on the shower as water released from the showerhead, steaming as to show its temperature and release a small cloud within the room. But it was only then that Rias mused to herself, "Uzumaki Naruto and Hyuudou Issei," she stated the names of their two prospects, each with their potential.
Akeno giggled, "Yes, two very interesting prospects, I can only wait for them to join our little 'family', having two younger brothers to tease could be interesting." And they certainly were interesting, in their way. Earlier Rias's [Rook] had caught the faint whiff of a dragon from Issei Hyuudou, so naturally they went to look in on it. The possibility of him being dragon-kin was low, but not impossible. No, the more likely option was the awakening of a Sacred Gear, one with draconic properties and would no doubt be immensely powerful. Dragons were symbols of power, greed, and strength, and no doubt any sacred gear with such a scent would be just as powerful.
Naruto Uzumaki was another prospect and certainly the one with more outward potential. She had seen his gym performance and certainly, it was record-breaking–Olympic record-breaking that is. And she did not doubt that Naruto had some sort of lineage that allowed it. Even she, as a devil, would be hard-pressed to reach such speeds, even with her enhanced body of an athlete. Then there was the strange energy that sometimes radiates off of him from time to time. It was certainly large, and something she had to look into.
"In due time, Akeno, in due time we will approach them," she told her [Rook, although if the fallen angels within the area acted how they perceived they might be forced to speed up their plans. They had already gotten permission from Sona, who was another Pure-blooded devil of the Sitri family. While she viewed Issei to be a potential prospect Rias had quickly shut her down in the wake of their chess match. Sona viewed Naruto Uzumaki as someone who would not work well with her peerage and authority, but her friend did comment that he would 'fit in better with her peerage given her tendency to take in strays.' She could imagine why, given Naruto's tendency to push her off, something she could only find amusing given how much it irritated her friend.
"And what about 'her'? Wouldn't she disapprove of you turning people from her territory?" Akeno spoke up, and Rias knew exactly who she was referring to, as such Rias frowned slightly, as she finished her shower. Stepping out of the tub she retrieved a nearby towel to cover her naked form.
"I can assure you she won't mind, not if they were to agree to it, that was our agreement when we negotiated for this territory," Rias commented, hoping to not stir up even more trouble with 'her.'
Akeno only nodded, as they prepared to head to class. Many of the third-year students, and some of the second-years, have had a free period at this time.

(With Naruto)
He was tired, really tired.
Now, Originally, he hoped to get some shut-eye during his free period, but that thought was promptly put out the drain the moment Issei had stepped up to face him, being so loud not even a sloth could sleep through it. Although don't get him wrong, he liked the guy well enough, he had a heart in his chest, even if he could tend to be a little less perverted. But he was used to it, given just who exactly his caretakers were.
He had met the guy as they were in the same grade, and same classroom as well. Given their teacher's tendency to assign partner work that usually left Issei and him alone to partner up given Issei's two friends had chosen to bail on him, and nobody would stand to step two feet up to him in fear of him tearing their face off. Of course, at first, Issei had been just as terrified, but eventually, he got over it in favor of not passing out and dying before he saw a girl's knockers–his words. Eventually, they found a pseudo-friendship together and they would sort of hang out from time to time. No matter how much he hates the guy at times.
Walking through Kuoh he began to notice the immense architecture around him, such as a standard for a school as 'Great' as Kuoh Academy, one of the greatest schools in the area. Originally this school was nothing but a female-only academy, but a couple of years ago the upper-heads of the school decided to allow boys within it, which left many desiring to enter the school for one reason or another. Of course, Issei's reasoning was nothing more than the status of the girls-to-boys ratio, given the fact this used to be an all-girl school that left many of the student population female. Given Issei's dream of owning a harem, he had no doubt the reason he entered such a school was such a prospect. But you had to be somewhat tolerable to women if you wanted a harem, and currently, Issei Hyouudou was not.
His reasons for joining were reasons entirely different, as aside from the fact two of his guardians worked here this school was pretty good to go to on paper, and would only further his goals when it came to achieving them, if only the classes weren't so boring.
Now, most people just assumed he was failing, or at the very least severely falling behind, especially given the number of days he skipped. But in all reality, it was quite the opposite, he was getting full marks on all of his work, even when he hadn't attended the days they covered the work on the assignment. He would never let himself slack on such important things as schoolwork, he just found that attending the classes when he knew he didn't need to was quite precarious, so he just stopped going. Especially when he could just sleep through them after getting a good night's day of training in.
As such he walked throughout the school with tired eyes, barely paying attention to anything as he moved forward. Staring out the windows he saw trees, birds, and leaves rustling in the wind although nothing caught his eye. That was, until, his cerulean orbs picked out something in his peripherals.
It was as if time seemed to stop when he gazed upon her, for reasons he didn't know, as he saw her completely clearly. It was a girl, probably in the same grade as him with long dark hair tied in twin tails with black ribbons that held them up and the teal eyes that seemed to gaze in front of her. Her attire seemed to be the normal Kuoh uniform as well, just modified to fit her tastes. She now wore a set of black stockings and shoes at her feet and a black skirt with the standard dark corset over a lined white shirt and black tie. Although instead of the normal black shoulder cape she had decided to forgo she wore a bright red jacket upon her shoulders.
This was one of Kuoh's prettiest women, certainly, even if she didn't necessarily have the same proportions that the two great ladies held. And as such she had been dubbed 'Kuoh's Princess' and the perfect model student just like Rias Gremory and Akeno Himejima.
But he knew the truth.
He didn't know how he didn't know why, but every time he gazed upon her, just when he gazed upon the other Two great ladies, he had felt that something was off. Like this girl was hiding something, or that she wasn't acting at all like they should be, or rather, the way she was acting was utterly contrived and fake. Like there was something else to her he could quite place.
Time seemed to go forward as neither of them broke into conversation with one another, neither idly noticed that the other had seemed to gain the attention of the other, and as such they only continued down the hallway as if nothing seemed to happen.
'What was that?' Naruto mused, thinking about the girl for reasons he didn't know why. Shrugging off the feeling was easy, as it was something he didn't get or neither had the time to care about.
But that brought the feeling of drowsiness back, he didn't feel 100% enough to get to class, not that he needed to as he knew what they were teaching. And as such the only thing he thought to do was find a good place to both sleep and hide.
Only one place came to mind.

(Kuoh's School Rooftops)
"Naruto what the hell are you doing when you should be in class!" an angry voice rang throughout the school rooftop, as Naruto peeked his eye open, realizing that he wouldn't be getting any sleep anytime soon. "Honestly it's reprehensible, to think that you would do such a thing like skipping school…"
Naruto said, trying to get his teacher's attention, "Erza-nee."
But the redhead continued with her ramblings, "I thought we instilled in you that punctuality and responsibility are key…"
"Erza-nee," he tried once again.
"But it seems that it was all for naught as it seems I have failed as your sister figure, yes, truly I am utterly deplorable, and I—" she kept on before she was interrupted.
"Erza-nee!" Naruto finally shouted, gaining the woman's attention, as he pushed his inner drowsiness away.
"Oh, what is it Naruto?" the woman finally asked, as Naruto sighed, she was always like this. This was Erza scarlet, with hair the color of her namesake and brown eyes like chocolate. She wore a highly punctual outfit which consisted of black boots, a blue shirt, and a sleeveless white button-up shirt with a bow tie the same color as her skirt. She also had a navy blue tattoo on her left arm that almost resembled a burning fire.
She was also one of his more enthusiastic guardians who liked to watch over and visit him from time to time. Over the years they had developed something of a brother-sibling relationship, even if they were related by blood, as they were only a few years apart in age. Naturally, when Erza and his older brother figure had both gotten jobs at this school he had decided to attend the school as well.
Naruto flashed her his phone, right on the image that she had sent him this morning. "Why did you send me this," he inquired.
And to the woman's credit she did have the decency to be embarrassed, "Well, you see… you weren't responding to my texts, and you haven't been attending school. I was worried, and you always responded to my cosplays so I wanted to know your opinion on it," she explained as if it was a normal thing to send a rather provocative photo to your younger brother. But he supposed given Erza's tendency to not know anything about boundaries it wasn't too unexpected. Before she bristled, "Was it so bad?" she questioned.
Naruto sighed, "No, it's not that, it's just that a few pervs stole my phone and saw it," he didn't want anybody getting any ideas.
"I see," Erza processed her words before a fire was lit within her eyes, with a shaking fist. "Then I will have to punish those three for laying a hand upon your personal property!" she stated.
As Naruto's sweat dropped, Erza's outrage seemed to be totally focused on the wrong thing, worrying more about the three stealing his phone for a few minutes rather than whatever dirty-minded things they might before at the thought of the image, or that others might find out her identity. Not that she cared, as cosplaying had become more of a little hobby Erza had gained over the years, that's why she tended to post them up on social media. Not knowing or caring about the near cultish following she had gained over the years. And the fact that she had never really let her identity known, choosing to label herself as 'Titania' and not thinking anything about it.
Naruto palmed his face, "Look, that's not the point. Why were you even worried in the first place, it isn't the first time I went out like this," he inquired.
And for some reason unknown to him Erza gained a faint dusting upon her cheeks, looking down, "Yes, it might not be the first time you went out on your own but it's the first time you refused to answer any of my messages when I sent them. What were you even doing anyways?" she asked. Naruto was usually so good when it came to answering them, as when she sent a message asking him about his day he would always answer her, and if he didn't it would usually just be because he was bust and he would apologize. But this time was different, as he hadn't even said a word for the past few days, of course, she would be worried.
Naruto realized that part of it was his fault for making her worry, as he answered her, "Look, Erza, I was just taking a few days off to train in the wilderness for the past few days. Y'know, outside the city, where there isn't any service," he explained.
But his red-haired teacher's eyes widened. "The wilderness, don't you know that is no place for a child!" the woman nearly shrieked, using her big sisterly tone, leaving no room for argument in the matter.
But still, Naruto persisted, "Nee-chan, you know I'm 17 right now, and I've been practically taking care of myself all my life. So there isn't any need to worry," he told her, that much was true, and even though he had always had a guardian looking after him a majority of the time they weren't strictly living with him in the same building. Which often meant he would need to take care of each of the facilities all on his own, especially given he only got a limited amount of money each month, most of which he would spend on strictly food. This was done to teach him some semblance of how to handle money responsibly to not spend the money simply on anything he desired. He had found out pretty quickly that hunting for food out in the forests was a lot less costly than strictly buying everything from the store. Which gave him even more spending cash to work with to buy things he didn't strictly need, like ramen for example. Although don't get him wrong, he loved the stuff, but it was simply unfeasible to spend all of his funds for money on the stuff, especially given how much of it he went through each meal. Hunting for food just gave him even more money to spend on the food of the gods, nothing more.
"17!" Erza realized, oh how the years flew by. However, the woman didn't take into account the fact she was only about 3 years older than him. "But that is still so young," she told him, intent on not letting him grow any longer. How she could do that they both didn't know, but given how stubborn the woman could be he wasn't keen on finding out.
"No, it's not," Naruto stated firmly, leaving no room for discussion before he walked toward the woman. The scarletette wanted to protest, but she felt a firm hand on her shoulder, as she looked to see Naruto's azure orbs staring towards her. It was then she realized that Naruto was beginning to outgrow her, as just a year prior, when he was sixteen, Naruto stood at a height of about 165 centimeters (5'5). And she was a pretty tall woman given that Japan's average height was about 170 cm (5'7)... for the men. Needless to say, compared to most women, who seemed to average a height of 159.5 cm (5'3), she was a giant, standing over half a foot taller than them at a height of about 175 cm (5'9). But here Naruto was, just a year later, at the same height as her almost, and she seemed to be eyeing him at eye level.
The thought of that was jarring, to her she had always seen him as a little kid, like a younger brother. Soon she was sure Naruto would surpass her in height as well. It was years ago she had realized that as a woman she likely had stopped growing a long time ago, and that was something she was content with. But now? She wasn't so sure, as changing her outlook about the blond could prove rather jarring.
"Look, I get it," Naruto spoke as if reading her mind. "But sooner or later you're going to have to realize that I'm going to grow up, and that's okay," he told her.
Erza wasn't so sure, "But what if…" she thought aloud, turning away from the whiskered blonde and looking off to the side of the rooftop, away from his cerulean eyes. "What if you don't need me anymore?" she said in almost a whisper.
Did Naruto ever need her? Sure, she was one of the people who looked after him, but she was closer to his age than any of his other guardians. And from the time she had begun to look after him, he was already independent enough to do it himself. Which only further began to prove the fact that he never really had a reliance on her.
Even if she said her thoughts in a hushed tone he still heard her.
Smiling at her as bright as the sun itself he told her, "Come on, you don't really think that, it's just cause I really haven't been spending that much time with you lately." the truth was he hadn't, as aside from school they haven't interacted much since the year began. "I know, why don't we go out for ramen sometime? On me," he suggested, but he could see Erza was still somewhat hesitant, and so he placed the final nail in the coffin. "...And then we'll get strawberry cake," he added, as the woman instantly perked up.
Whipping the sadness from her face she instantly returned back to her usual self. A light smirk upon her face, "Very well, then you and I shall arrange a meeting accordingly," she told him, stating the arrangement as if it were mere fact.
"Of course," Naruto chuckled. He always liked the usual Erza better, as seeing his older sister's figure sad released a pang within his heart. But as he pulled his hand away his sensei noticed something.
"Oh? What's that?" she inquired, a slight amount of worry in her voice.
Naruto raised an eyebrow, "What's what?" he questioned.
As the woman pointed to his retracted palm, "That, on the back of your hand it looks like a bruise, you're not hurt are you?" she asked in concern.
"The back of my–huh? "Naruto observed the back of his palm as well, seeing that indeed a light purple-ish red marking covered it, almost like a faded bruise. As if it had never really been there at all, "Oh, I must have injured it while I was training," he surmised. Although from what he recalled that bruise hadn't been there before he left.
Erza sighed, " Naruto, you really should get injuries checked out as soon as you notice them, who knows what could happen were it to be too late," she admonished.
Naruto wavered her off, "Oh, Nee-chan, I'm sure it's nothing," he spoke, but at Erza's concerned look he relented, "But if I do need to I will go see the nurse," he added with a sigh, and at that his older sister figure gave a satisfied nod.
It was then that the teacher began to notice something, particularly the time, as her free period where she didn't have a class to teach was sorely running out. "Oh, it seems I must depart, but I will message you exactly when I want my strawberry cake, and I assure you, I will get it," she spoke, walking towards the roof's exit as she left the student to himself.
Naruto paled, remembering just how much cake the woman could eat, as it was just about as much ramen he could eat in one sitting as well. He often wondered where it all went, but he supposed given the woman's rather active lifestyle, she managed to burn most of the calories just because of that. As for the rest of the fat, well…
He shook himself off from that thought, as the subtle tiredness within his eyes returned, as he realized he had wasted nearly another period that he had decided to sleep in. Given that right now was gym class, something he could always afford to skip as he always excelled in the class taught by Kakashi-sensei.

(With Erza)
"Oh, it seems you two got done with your little chat," a man with silver, almost gravity-defying hair said as he looked up from his book. A scar plastered his left eye, one that looked rather serious in nature, and it was phenomenal that both his dark eyes were intact. The man had a white surgical mask on his face, and wore a white button-up shirt with the sleeves rolled up. A set of dark pants, dress shoes, and a tie. as he had a set of suspenders over his shoulders to hold up his pants. A lackadaisical look plastered over his face as if he didn't have a care in the world as he leaned against the wall of the stairway. Upon seeing the red-haired woman close in, he decided to forgo his reading in favor of speaking up.
"Yes we did, Kakashi," Erza nodded, satisfied. "Naruto and I have resolved our differences and now there is no problem." He would be buying her strawberry cake, of course, she had no problem with that at all.
"I see," the now-named 'Kakashi' stated, looking back at his book, before he pointed out something. "You seem to be missing Naruto, though," he said, still reading.
It was then that Erza remembered why she had gone up there in the first place. "I completely forgot to get Naruto to go to class," she said, face faulting to the floor, as Kakashi decided that was the perfect moment to have a sweat drop fall down his face. Erza resolved to return to the rooftops and drag Naruto back down to the school so he wouldn't skip out on class any longer.
But, as she tried to open the door at her backside a hand on her shoulder stopped her. Erza turned, seeing her colleague and fellow teacher look at her with an eye smile. But as she tried to protest a voice stopped him. "Come now, why don't we let the little delinquent rest, after all, he'll need all he can for what's in store for him," he spoke, Erza knew exactly what he was referring to, as much as she despised the thought.
Gulping, she resolved herself to protect the boy as best as she could in the future. She let Naruto sleep to his heart's content.

(Kuoh's rooftops)
Hours later.
Rested eyelids awoke within an instant, as they firmly opened to reveal the deep blue oceans that lay beneath. Naruto rose from his slumber, instantly realizing just how much time had managed to let pass by. "Man, it's sunset, I missed school," he noticed, not really caring all too much that he had missed out on school for the day. But if he knew he was just going to attempt to sleep the entire day he would have just stayed at home, not wanting to have made the whole trip to school utterly pointless.
Well, he supposed there was no dwelling on it now, as he could spend the whole night training since he was already well rested, it would still be a pain though come morning time.
Hopping up from his sitting position he solved himself, as he felt the faint calling within his stomach, indicating the fact he had not eaten since breakfast. But he had no food at the moment and just heading to his house would be too much trouble.
Maybe he should go to the store and get some late-night ramen?

Elsewhere.
Two figures eyed each other from within the darkness of the moonlight.
One, a brown-haired girl with her hair tied in twin tails. Rin Tohasaka, the girl Naruto had seen earlier within the school building and magus heir of the Tohsaka family. Her red coat flailed in the wind, as she eyed the male in front of her. Watching every move he made with a coldness that would make even the sun freeze in place.
Her opponent is a middle-aged male with short black hair and eerie dark blue eyes. He wore a pale gray trench coat over a white dress shirt with a matching ascot, black pants, gloves, and an equally midnight fedora placed atop his head."Hmmm, to think I would encounter a Tohsaka within this town. Although I suppose it is only inevitable given how long your family has had territory here," he spoke, his voice gruff, almost eager to get into this battle.
Rin nodded, "Yes, and it seems you fallen angels have invaded my territory, and it is my responsibility to see you punished, Fallen Angel," she spoke, as the man unfurled his crow-like wings to the world, several black feathers being lost in the wind as he did so.
"Oh, did we know? We must have gotten lost on our trek," he said, pure deceit within his voice and they both knew it.
Rin stepped forward, her fingers at the ready to blast him, "Alright, quit the games, Fallen! And tell me what exactly it is you are doing in this town?" she demanded.
The fallen angel only laughed, confident he could take the girl on. "Very well, but first I will give you my name, for I am Dohnaseek, remember the name as it will be the last name you get to hear," he said, forming a spear of unholy light within his hands, as Rin fingered the infused jewels within her palms.
They were at a standstill, as each eyed each other from the ends of the street…
"Man, they changed the prices on my ramen? I could only afford… like, 20 cups this time," Naruto sighed, as he could be seen walking towards them, a bag in hand, likely filled with the groceries he had just purchased. He had his eyes firmly upon the moonlit sky, not even paying attention to them in the slightest.
Rin's blue eyes widened, not expecting a human to walk towards them so effortlessly. Especially considering she had placed up a bounded field to keep them away from prying eyes, just what or who, was Naruto?
Realizing it didn't matter at the moment, as she had to get the blonde out of there before the fallen angel acted on anything. The man's wings were out, plainly labeling him as a supernatural creature at the moment, and while it wasn't most creature's style to purely go after humans. It was always within their best interest to go after them should they find out about what exactly they were.
"Well, well, well, look what we have here," she heard him mutter. And out of the corner of her eye, she saw the smirk on the crow's face, knowing exactly what the man would do in this situation.
She did the only thing she could as she shouted, "Naruto, look out!" she said, gaining his attention.
But it was already too late…
Dohnaseek had already begun to strike, his unholy spear ready for the kill. As Naruto dropped his bag onto the floor.
Rin's eyes widened.
Not out of fear for Naruto's safety any longer but in surprise at her blunder. She had taken her attention off of the crow for far too long, and now she paid the price for it. Dohnaseek's spear lay firmly planted upon her neck, as he pinned both of her arms in place behind her. Rendering them nearly useless as she struggled to break free, "Big mistake, girl," he told her, leaning up against her ear as she felt utterly repulsed by the man. Yet there was nothing else she could do at the moment.
Naruto, of course, seemed to take notice of this, "Hey! What the hell are you doing?" he yelled, ready to intervene within a moment's notice, as he pulled out a silver object in his pocket. It was only then that he began to notice the unusual appendages upon the man's back. His eyes widened, "You're–" he stated.
But Dohnaseek beat him to it, "That's right, I'm a fallen angel, and you Human, have just made the greatest mistake that just cost you both of your lives," he spat, these two weren't even a challenge fighting, but even still he had to dispose of them. The Tohsaka's presence would be too much of a wild card for what they had planned, and this human just so happened to be at the wrong place and wrong time for such an ordeal.
Naruto wasn't having any of it, as he flicked his wrist to the side, revealing what was within his palms. A silver yo-yon with a dark cord flew into the air, right at the rooftops where they were located, as it hooked onto something. And with a harsh pull, it fell, revealing a tied-up blonde fallen angel on the ground. She was small, likely placed there to ensure whatever ambush they were planning would be a success.
Naruto didn't know much about this whole ordeal, but one thing was for certain, he wouldn't let anyone get hurt because of him. Especially not some young girl being taken in by this creep, whatever he may be.
He had been in way too many fights within his lifetime to prove weak enough in his conviction to allow that to happen.
"It seems we're at a stalemate," Naruto spoke, ready to kill the lolita-like fallen girl within a moment's notice, as he was currently using her as a prisoner to get the man to release the girl.
But the man holding Tohsaka only smirked, "As if, I don't care much about her, you can kill her for all I like," he said, the girl's eyes widening at his words.
"What? Dohnaseek! Get me out of here! For some reason, I can't break free!" Mittelt shrieked, none of them paying much attention to her.
As Naruto called his bluff, he twisted his yo-yo around as it wrapped firmly around the girl's neck. The girl wanted to scream, to cry out but she soon found that she was beginning to lose her much-needed oxygen that she was sorely lacking. It wasn't long before she found herself firmly asleep on the ground.
Naruto sighed, realizing the man didn't care much at all for the girl, not even bothering to give the girl so much as a glance as she was rendered unconscious, just eyeing him with curiosity at what he would do.
He removed his yo-yo from her, but her still form remained, he revealed his weapon back in on itself as he placed it within his pocket. Putting his hands high into the air he sighed, "What do you want?" he asked, trying to bargain with the man for Tohsaka's life.
Rin wasn't having any of it, as she squirmed in his grip once again, "Naruto! Run, Save yourself, I've got this!" she called out, trying to least save his life, lest he be taken by the fallen angels as well.
Neither was listening to the girl, as both were eyeing each other for dominance, "Nothing you can give me, human!" he spat, and it was at that moment, that a flying spear came flying towards them from the air, ready for blood. Naruto looked directly up at the sky as well, seeing it plainly, although he didn't quite have the time to react. Plus, if he did something, this man was sure to kill Rin.
Squelch.
Blood seemed to flow into the air, as Rin's eyes widened in surprise, seeing Naruto being impaled in the chest before her eyes.
As she saw another fallen angel come from the rooftops, a woman in a purple button-up shirt and dress flew down from the sky.
The one known as Dohnaseek addressed her, "Kalwarna, I see you decided to finish the boy off," he noted, remembering the woman's sadistic tendencies. Although to be fair he wasn't much better, as all he wanted was to seek out a good fight to get his blood pumping.
The woman smirked, "Yeah, I did, a real shame too, as he was quite the looker," she said, still eyeing the blonde boy lying in a pool of his blood. If these were different circumstances she might have even given him a nice reward should he have proven his worth. She thought, licking her lips, but she soon stopped, as that chance was utterly gone now a pity.
"Well I don't know about that, but I can say his timing was pretty useful. After all, he allowed me to capture this girl, I didn't even need your help," He said, smirking as he held onto the struggling girl. "To think the famous Tohsaka line will end all because of a boy," he remarked.
Rin glared, which only seemed to cause the male's grin to widen. "I don't know what you're thinking but it ends now, I am going to get free from here!" she told him, but her cries were on deaf ears.
"Watch it, Dohnaseek," Kalawarna warned as she walked up to them, glaring at her comrade, "What are we going to do with her?" she questioned.
"Well isn't it obvious, we're going to dispose of her," he said, before adding. "But not before seeing all she has to offer," The fallen said with a smirk, as RIn felt utterly repulsed for herself. But what happened next was unexpected for them all.
"If you think I'm going to allow that to happen then you're dead wrong," a voice spoke, Rin's eyes widened in recognition. It couldn't be… could it?
As all of them turned to see a wounded Naruto, with a spear still protruding from his chest, slowly getting up from the floor, as he got ready to get into a fighting position.
Dohnaseek raised an eyebrow, maybe this human wasn't half bad, He was surprised, that was for sure. "Oh, yeah, and what are you going to do about it?" he inquired, wondering just what this human had in store for him.
Naruto smirked, and although he had let himself get wounded he was sure he could still take these people on, as he raised his fists. "Well for starters… Now!" he shouted, as he lunged at them faster than any of them would have thought possible given his current condition. He took hold of Kalawarna at that moment, landing a devastating punch against her face.
Rin took their surprise as an opportunity of her own, as she charged the gems she still within her palms full of mana as they donated. Blasting Dohnaseek away from her she used the chance to recover as well.
As Naruto was at her side he spoke, "Hey… Tohsaka right…? What… do we… do now?" he asked, panting slightly. Wanting to know if the girl had a plan given she knew the most about this situation.
Rin looked worried at his condition, as no healthy person would ever survive having a spear shoved directly through their gut, as she could see that it had pierced through his backside. The fact that Naruto was still standing at the moment was a miracle in itself, and she knew he must be in some serious pain at the moment. "We need to fall back, as we are now I doubt you'll be able to take of them given your condition," she spoke in but a whisper.
Naruto gave her a smile that was still somewhat strained, "What, are you kidding? I can do this all day," he said, although she knew his statement was more bravado than anything. She didn't know how much longer Naruto could hold out.
But even as they were speaking in a whisper the two fallen angels still heard them, anger clear upon both of their faces as they recovered from their previous blows. "We aren't going to let you escape, I'll kill you, boy," Kalawarna spat, intent on getting her revenge on the one who had struck her beautiful face, a bruise forming upon her cheek.
Even as they were outmatched Rin still glared defiantly, "And you think I will allow that to happen," she said. This was still her territory, and she would not allow anyone to die on her watch, especially not him.
"Um… Rin," Naruto spoke up, gaining her attention as she heard the slight amount of worry in his voice. Unfortunately, it was at that moment that the unholy spear decided to run out of energy, disappearing within his stomach and leaving a large hole in its wake. Blood soon flowed out of him in even larger quantities, as he soon collapsed to the ground in a heap.
"Naruto?!" Rin shrieked at seeing his state, unfortunately, this had been the second time that night she had momentarily taken her eyes off of her opponent.
"I got you!" Dohnaseek warned, intent on skewering the girl as he charged at her, a spear in hand.
"I won't let that happen!" Naruto roared out, still on the ground as blood rushed out of his mouth. He grabbed onto the fallen angel's leg with all his might, which gave Rin just enough time to leap away.
Dohnaseek glared down," To think you would still be alive, even after all that," he glared, sending a harsh kick to Naruto's bleeding side as he was sent careening back. Rin's eyes widened at the sight, as she knew Naruto was truly gone for good, having used his last bits of strength to protect her.

Things weren't looking good, as of right now she had not been expecting a fight within her territory, and as such she hadn't supplied herself with the much-needed supplies for her jewel magecraft. Only brought a few gems she had in reserve should some worthless thug try to get the best of her.
But there were fallen angels within her territory, that had been completely unexpected. Just what was that bespectacled and red-haired bimbo doing if not taking on the supernatural they likely brought in?
What's worse…
She cast a small glance towards Naruto lying helplessly on the gravel road, as he lay still, lifeless, and in all likely, dead.
Naruto Uzumaki, a name almost as popular as her own within their little town of Kuoh, especially at the school. As she was sure everyone had heard the tale of the demon fox of Kuoh Academy. How he had beaten up at least ten adult gangs by himself the first month he had been here. How he was promiscuous when it came to the fairer sex. Hell, there were even tales about him seducing one of the teachers as well, before their red-haired sensei put a stop to it of course. There was practically any and every bad rumor there was to be placed upon the guy. And sure, she had seen him around the school as well, he stuck out like a sore thumb.
Although that is to say she never really interacted with him.
But right now, he was just another helpless lamb to the slaughter in the wake of her territory. No, it was her fault he had even been caught in the crossfire in the first place.
If only she had been better at bounded fields, that was obviously the problem. Naruto was just unlucky enough to pass through it at the right place and at the right time, getting caught in something he had no part in.
What's worse is he later risked his own body, his blood, just to save her. To get her out of a situation she had placed herself in. All in all, she felt rather terrible, all things considered.
But even more than that she felt rage, anger, at the fact that someone was dying because of her. The fact that it was him of all people made it even worse.
On some level, she knew that right now was the perfect time to escape, as the fallen angels– And originally it had been three, but thanks to Naruto he had evened up their numbers. She didn't know how to feel about that– with the two of them still nursing their wounds. Now would be the perfect time to leave.
But that would also mean leaving Naruto's body in her wake, something that utterly didn't sit right with her. Even the thought of leaving the person who had helped her– even in death– spelled a deep bitterness within her throat.
"Alright, now you two have done it, I don't think I can allow you to leave now," Rin spoke in an icy tone. But whether she was serious or not was up in the air, as she had used most of her gems just on that surprise attack Naruto provided to take out Dohnaseek. It failed.
Her two enemies only laughed, not taking her seriously at all. "Oh, you really think you can do anything, you'll die with that delusion," they spoke, as they unfurled their wings and flew into the air. Launching down a bombardment of unholy spears at her, almost like a rain of hellfire from the very heavens itself.
All Rin could do was dodge, hoping to get a clean shot at one of them as at the moment they were moving too fast for her to shoot them down. But even then she knew that was more wishful thinking than anything.
No, things weren't looking good at all.
None of them noticed Naruto's hand twitch, nor the slight breaths of air flowing into his mouth.

Darkness started to take over, it was all encapsulated, like a void of blackness, a deep midnight that you could never escape from. And in the center of it all, there was a single, holy, bright light.
"Damn it," Naruto choked, even as blood and bile spilled out of him. He just knew they both were royally screwed, most of this unknowingly his doing for stumbling upon the scene. Things just weren't looking good for him, he could feel the adrenaline pumping through his body strictly running out. His vision was becoming blurry and it was becoming increasingly hard to breathe. Just how many ribs had he broken? Because currently, it felt like all of them. What's worse was that he felt his internal organs having been punctured, although not any of his vitals, or he would be dead on the spot. He had all of his fumes on just trying to get an opportunity for Rin to get away. This was his fault, as he had been too focused on getting home to even worry about being attacked. Big mistake and this was all because he was negligent…
No, he wouldn't allow it, he wouldn't!
He wouldn't!
He would find a way out of this, he wasn't ready to die. All those years of training, all those hard spent years building up his body, all the bloodshed, all those hours drenched in sweat. What would he have accomplished if he died right now?
If he couldn't save one helpless girl. What would Erza-nee and Kakashi-nii think? Surely they would be disappointed.
No, he couldn't allow that to happen!
He wouldn't!
He had to find a way out of this…
'Argh!' he couldn't help but scream out. Suddenly, fire seemed to course through his veins, as pain shot through his body. Like his entire form had been split apart and severed like he had been pulled apart by his very atoms himself. But even as it was the worst pain he had ever suffered he still wouldn't give up, he would get through this, for the both of them!
Yes, He would…
Darkness soon overtook him.
The light soon engulfed his vision as well.

Meanwhile.
(With Rin)
She ducked under a spear aimed right for her head, nearly getting struck as she did so by another one aimed at her chest. She needed to get some ground, to distract them, and she knew just the way to do it.
Pulling a few gems out of her pockets, she charged them with mana and threw them towards the sky, a blinding light erupting in the moon. Which left the two fallen on her tail unable to see her.
Momentarily getting the best of them, she climbed up one of the tall buildings, as she aimed her fingers at one of them, and fired. The fallen angel tried to dodge, but it was too late, as it seemed that her wing got caught in the crossfire. Unable to fly with just one wing, that left the fallen to fall from the heavens, falling towards the ground on the same rooftop she was located on.
"You bitch!" Kalawarna seethed, getting close to her, but as Rin tried to close in on the woman for a close-quarters fight it seemed she was far too slow. As several small light spears were launched at her, she only barely managed to dodge them, but it seemed one had grazed her arm just enough to cause a large scratch to tear through her clothing and a layer of her skin.
"Ahh," Rin grits her teeth, blood dripping from her arm. Although it was a light graze she could tell that it would surely hinder her should she engage in a fight, it would also make shooting her magic blasts a lot harder as well. She had really done it now, didn't she, and now she was sorely screwed. With two fallen angels, although one was wounded and thus unable to fly away. But even then things didn't look good, she only had a few jewels left in her pocket, only really good for one small spell. And the only other jewel she had was…
A large light began to spawn around them, as it was nearly blinding to them all.
Soon Rin realized where the light had come from, as it was down below on top of the concrete road. 'Naruto?!' Did something happen to him, was there another fallen angel down below? No, the fallen at her side seemed equally as perplexed, shouting their obscenities to the wind.
Soon the light disappeared, and along came a new figure…
"Wo-oh-oh, what's this?" a new voice questioned, as if utterly unsure of where he was and what situation he was in.
All of them turned, seeing the new figure, a male, standing before them. His form was utterly engulfed in blue, from the tips of his Navy-colored hair tied in a ponytail at his backside to his blue bodysuit of a similar color. Silver shoulder guards, belts, and boots also littered his body. To contrast, there was a splash of red as well, namely within his piercing crimson eye, and the equally crimson lance he wielded, with the tip so sharp at the end she had no doubt it could pierce through a person cleanly.
But soon the man's confusion turned into understanding as he looked around at the scene, "Huh, oh? I see what's going on now," he spoke, his voice particularly with an Irish accent or decent. As he twirled his red spear and pointed it towards them, particularly the fallen angels. "Look, I'm going to have to let you leave the little lady alone, for all of our sakes," he spoke, readying himself for a fight.
At that Rin's widened her eyes, wondering just who this person was exactly. It seemed the fallen angels beat her to it, "What? Who are you, another one interfering on Tohsaka's behalf?" Dohnaseek questioned, ready to take this guy on.
But the blue man only sighed, "I was worried you'd want to continue the fight" he spoke, before he charged towards them at lightning-fast speeds.
'Fast,' was the only thing Rin could think of as she saw him close in on Kalawarna faster than she could react. In addition, he also proved himself to be rather skilled as well, weaving through her guard and dealing a vicious blow towards the woman, sending her careening back, spiraling off of the rooftops and back down to the road.
Donahseek noticed this as well, grinning at the chance to fight a worthy opponent. "Hey, you're not bad," he spoke before the man was upon him as well.
"And you're pathetically average!" he roared, deflecting the fallen's rather horrible defense of his light spear, as he too was sent back.
To the man's credit, Dohnaseek realized just how outmatched he was, with widened eyes. As he took to the skies, and soon the other fallen angels did as well, with the recently awoken Mittelt carrying Kalawarna, who still only had one good wing to fly on. Black feathers rained down from above as they were lit by the cool moonlight.
"What are you doing, why aren't you going after them?" Rin questioned, wondering why this mysterious man didn't pursue them.
The man twirled his spear and pointed it towards the air. "Right now we have bigger things to worry about, missy," he spoke, turning off to face the side of the building, staring down at Naruto's still bleeding-out body.
"My name is Cu, Cu Chulainn," he introduced. "And you wouldn't happen to know of any healing spells to help out my master, would you?" the spirit from the past asked.
Rin's eyes widened.
End Chapter.
An: Alright, so this was a suggestion a while ago from a reviewer who's asked to remain anonymous. And, since he's helped me quite a bit with things like developing ideas and proofreading and beta-ing that I decided to write this. And I have a decent layout for how I want this story to go about.
(Also, including Erza in this story was really his idea, which I didn't have a problem doing)
And the idea really started with me coming up with some way for Seraph Grail to be at least mildly balanced. Which brought me to the idea of it temporarily bringing people back from the dead, which in all honestly sounded a whole lot like servants.
Which, as you've seen, brought on this triple crossover with Naruto/DxD/ and Fate.
Of course, I'm not the first to do the concept of Naruto summoning servants in DxD, so I recommend you check out Madraptor's 'Naruto the Master of summons' story, as it's quite good.
And I hope to not do things too similar to his story.
Also, did a few things with Naruto's height, and I decided to make him around the same if not slightly taller than Erza (who's 5'9). So I've sort of so-called him up a little from canon.
Here's Naruto's canon heights:Shippuden; 5'5 End of Shippuden: 5'6? Last: 5'11 (same as kakashi) Adult: 6'2
Pairing is sort of decided, but it's also up in the air.
And if you have any suggestions about some interesting interactions that would be great.
Please leave me lots and lots of Nice reviews.
