In the Amazon Rainforest. It's December 14. Blu got a call from Linda. Linda says that she, Tulio, and Fernando are going to Minnesota for Christmas. Blu decides to talk to Jewel about going to Minnesota.

"Jewel, Linda said she, Tulio, and Fernando are going to Minnesota for Christmas. She wants us to come. Do you want to come?" Blu asked her.

"Yes, I would love to come to Minnesota." Jewel said.

"Minnesota." Bia, Carla, and Tiago said excitedly.

"I want to take our family and friends." Blu said.

"Blu, you want to take our friends and family with us?" Jewel asked him.

"Yes, we can all celebrate together." Blu said.

"Okay, you need to talk to our friends, my dad, Roberto, and Mimi about going to another country. My dad never went to a human population but what does Christmas means to you?" Jewel asked him.

"Oh Jewel, Christmas means everything to me. There is a lot of things to do for Christmas days." Blu said.

"Go dad, you can sing. You should be the star of Uncle Nico and Pedro's Carnival Show next year." Tiago said.

"Awesome singing voice Blu." Jewel said.

"Thank you guys." Blu said.

"You're welcome." Jewel, Bia, Carla, and Tiago.

"Wow Blu, you are a great singer. You really know what is Christmas about." Jewel said.

"Thank you Jewel, Christmas is not getting presents. It's about spending time with the people you love and the person for Christmas is the one and only Jesus Christ. Christmas is celebrated to remember the birth of Jesus Christ, who Christians believe is the Son of God. The name 'Christmas' comes from the Mass of Christ (or Jesus). A Mass service (which is sometimes called Communion or Eucharist) is where Christians remember that Jesus died for us and then came back to life." Blu explains to Jewel and his kids.

"Wow, you are so smart dad." Tiago said.

"Thank you. Linda taught me everything about Christmas and different holidays." Blu said.

"Awesome dad." Bia said.

"Thanks, now I need to talk to Eduardo." Blu said.

Blu came to find Eduardo. Eduardo is at his home.

"Hello Eduardo." Blu said.

"Hello Blu." Eduardo said.

"My owner Linda called me and said she, Tulio, and Fernando are going to Minnesota for Christmas. She wants us to come. How about you, Roberto, and Mimi come to Minnesota with us?" Blu asked his father-in-law.

"I don't know about going to another country. I never went to a human population. I don't mind joining you and it's time to give human city a chance." Eduardo said.

"That's the spirit." Blu said.

"Hey guys, what are you guys doing?" Roberto asked them.

"We are talking about going's to Minnesota for Christmas with Blu's humans owners." Eduardo said.

"Cool, can me and my girlfriend Violet come?" Roberto asked Blu.

"Sure you guys can come." Blu said.

"Awesome." Violet said.

Mimi approach in.

"I heard from Jewel that we are going to Minnesota. I would love to come" Mimi said.

"Mimi, you are invited to come." Blu said.

"Awesome, I am so excited." Mimi said.

"Man, I love Christmas. It's the best time of the year. When I was in Minnesota with Linda, it snow every year in December. I listened to Christmas music." Blu said.

"Did you Blu?" Jewel asked him.

"Yes I did honey. It was the best day of my life." Blu said.

"We love Christmas." Bia, Carla, and Tiago said in excitement.

"What's Christmas?" Eduardo asked him.

"Christmas is an annual festival commemorating the birth of Jesus Christ, observed primarily on December 25 as a religious and cultural celebration among billions of people around the world." Blu explains to his father-in-law.

"Blu, you know human holidays." Eduardo said.

"I do. Linda told me all about human holidays." Blu said.

"Linda is a good teacher Blu. That's why she is a good owner to you." Mimi said.

"I know she is a great owner who took care of me in fifteen years." Blu said.

"You are lucky Blu that a human took care of you." Roberto said.

"Rafael, Eva, Nico, Pedro, and Luiz. My owner Linda invited me and my family to come to Minnesota with her, Tulio, and Fernando. Do you guys wants to come and celebrate?" Blu asked them.

"Of course amigo, we will be happy to go. Right guys?" Rafael said.

"Yes." Nico, Pedro, Eva, and Luiz answered.

"Okay, we are in Blu." Pedro said.

"That's good to hear guys." Blu said.

"Dad, can I invite Swoop to come with us?" Bia asked her father.

"Of course." Blu said.

"Really, thank you dad. I will go get him." Bia said.

"You're welcome." Blu said.

Bia flys to Swoop's house.

"Hello Rosa, Sam, Mia, and Swoop." Bia said.

"Hello Bia. What we can do for you?" Sam asked her.

"I am here to ask Swoop something." Bia said.

"What is it?" Swoop asked Bia.

"Swoop, my family and I are going to Minnesota to celebrate Christmas with my dad's human friends. Do you want to come with us?" Bia asked Swoop.

"Of course." Swoop said.

"Great, now let's go." Bia said.

Swoop hugged his family. His family hugged him back. Swoop said goodbye to his family.

"See you guys when I get back." Swoop said.

"Safe travels Swoop." Rosa, Sam, and Mia.

"I am going to love Minnesota and I want to spend time with my girlfriend Bia there." Swoop said.

"Awwww Swoop, you are so sweet." Bia said blushing.

"Blu, Minnesota has snow." Pedro said.

"I never seen snow before." Nico said.

"Yeah, we live in Rio all our lives." Rafael said.

"Blu, what you did in Minnesota?" Eva asked him.

"Well after I was raised by Linda. Me and Linda drink coffee, cook breakfast, and Linda owns a bookstore called Blue Macaw Books." Blu said.

"Wow Blu, how was Minnesota for you?" Luiz asked him.

"Minnesota was perfect for me." Blu said.

The blue macaw tribe gathered. Eduardo is about to make his announcement.

"Tribe, we are going to a state named Minnesota. Blu's owner Linda invited him and his family to go there to celebrate Christmas with Linda and her family. We will be back in a few days and I leave Peri in charge of the tribe until we get back. Christmas is the holidays where humans celebrate with their families. We love y'all and have a good year until we return." Eduardo announced.

"Have a safe flight." The female macaw said.

"We will." Jewel said.

Blu and his friends started flying to Rio De Janeiro to meet up with their human friends. Rafael was carrying Luiz the way there. A few days passed, Blu and his family made it to Rio De Janeiro. The Spix Macaws and their friends made it to Linda's house. Blu rings the doorbell. Linda answered and greeted Blu and his family.

"Hello Blu and family. How are you guys?" Linda said.

"We are good Linda, just tired." Blu said.

"How was the flight?" Tulio asked.

"It was good, we made a lot of stops." Jewel said.

"Okay, we are ready for Minnesota tomorrow." Fernando said.

It was nighttime. Linda, Tulio, and Fernando went to sleep so did Blu and his family. The next day the birds and humans woke up and headed to the airport. After they got in the airport, they went through security and sit in seats until it was time.

"We are on the plane." Jewel said.

"This is our first time being on a plane." Roberto said.

The plane to Minnesota from Eduardo Games International Airport came off. The Spix Macaw family and their friends were down in the luggage hold, within a yellow carrier.

"We are flying." Eduardo said.

"I remember I was on the plane to my flight to Rio. The plane have animals and I was in my cage." Blu said.

"How was the flight to Rio?" Jewel asked her mate.

"It was a long flight to get to Rio." Blu answered.

Four hours passed the plane finally landed in Minnesota. Linda, Tulio, and Fernando got their belongings and they waited for Blu and his family. After everyone got their belongings, they got a rental car for the trip.
