Chapter Two

Of course, they had to go number 2. They had to go in a way that meant Jay had to go outside, which is precisely what he did this evening to go pick up the dog shit they left out here. And now that he's picked it up, it was time for him to finally get in bed with his wife. That is, if she was still in bed, which she most certainly was not. Rather, she came out here to the kitchen due to the fact that she was confused as to what was taking so long for Jay to come back to bed. And he truly was right on his way back to bed, but he just had to wash his hands first, which is precisely what Jay is in the midst of doing ahead of him going to join Alex in bed, something which was delayed now that Alex was out here. "So, you taking your time?" Turning his head when he heard Alex, Jay smiled. "Hey, what are you doing out here? I was on my way into bed." Alex agreed with her husband as he said that, well aware that he was on his way to bed. "Believe me, I know that you want to be in bed with me more than anything." Jay agreed with Alex and smiled as he reached for her.

He reached out for her by extending his hand, motioning for her to join him in the kitchen, which is precisely what his wife decided to do. She decided to make her way over to her loving husband so that she can get close to the man of her dreams, the man she loves more than anything in the entire world. And now that she was close with him, she smiled as she wrapped her arms around his muscular torso; while he wrapped his arm around her back and smiled as he pressed his lips to her forehead softly. "Sorry I'm taking so long out here." Alex agreed with her husband as he said that, rubbing his chest as she cuddled up to the man of her dreams. "I know. I mean, I know you want to be in bed with me when I'm wearing this." Placing his hand on Alex's butt, Jay smirked as he looked down at what his gorgeous wife was wearing for him right now. "God, you look so damn sexy in what you're wearing right now." Alex agreed with her husband as he told her that, before feeling him run his fingers up and down her back, while she placed her hand on his chest.

Leaning up, Alex smiled as she kissed the man of her dreams softly. "I love you." Jay agreed with his wife, as he loves her too. "I love you too, and I'm glad that we decided to come home before the end of the party; this is where I want to be after all." Alex laughed, well aware that was the case. "Babe, I think you mean that we kicked them out." Jay agreed with Alex, well aware that they kicked everybody out of their house. "I mean, do you blame me? My wife looks very sexy!" Jay said, as he stepped back and grabbed his wife's hand; only to take a minute to look at the sexy, red lace lingerie that his gorgeous wife was wearing for him this evening. "Now, this is something I like." Alex agreed with Jay as he told her that, well aware that he likes the lingerie she's wearing for him. "I knew that this is your favorite lingerie, so I decided to wear it. How does that sound?" Jay smirked, as that's precisely what he wanted her to do. "Well, I'm happy about that due to the fact that it's precisely what I want." Alex agreed with Jay as she kissed him again.

After which, she wrapped her arms around him and just smiled as she felt him rub her back; only to feel the man she loves kiss the top of her head. And he didn't just leave one kiss on the top of her head, he left a few kisses on top of her head to show her just how much he loves the woman of his dreams. "Listen, you want to head back to bed? Or are you going to wait for me?" Alex smiled. "I want to wait for you, then we can go together." Jay agreed with his wife as she told him that, prior to turning the water off. After which, he turned to face Alex and wrapped his arms around her; only to pick her up and smiling as he set her down on the edge of the counter. "Woah, what are you doing?" Jay smirked. "You, stay here. You are not to get down." Placing her hands on Jay's face, Alex agreed with him as she leaned in and started to take things nice and slow with the man of her dreams. Meanwhile, Jay placed his hands on her back as they took things nice and slow with the woman of his dreams. "I love you." Alex agreed with her husband again.

After all, she loves him too. "I love you too, but don't take too long." Jay agreed with his wife as he let her go, only to grab the bowl of water that he just filled up in the sink; after which, he picked it up and carried it towards the dogs where they were (patiently) waiting for some water. "Ok, calm down you two. I want you to take it easy and just wait for some water so that you don't make a mess." Smiling as she heard her husband say that, Alex agreed as that's precisely what she wants as well: she doesn't want the dogs to make a mess, as that means that she may not be able to get time with the man of her dreams she wants. She just wants to spend some time with Jay as they hold each other close in bed, which is precisely what they plan on doing for the rest of the night. And now that Jay set the water down, he was ready to take his gorgeous wife to bed; something he would do by carrying her to bed. "So, you ready to go to bed?" Alex agreed with her husband, as she's more than ready to make her way to bed with her husband. "Carry me to bed?"

Jay agreed with Alex, as that's precisely what he's going to do; he's going to carry his wife to bed, which is why he grabbed her legs right away and wrapped them around his waist. Meanwhile, Alex placed her hands on his toned chest and smiled as she leaned in and kissed the love of her life softly. "I love you." Placing his hands on Alex's back, Jay smirked and agreed due to the fact that he loves her too…something he told her as he wrapped her legs around his waist, prior to wrapping his arms around her nice and tight. "I love you too, forever my dear wife." Wrapping her arms around Jay's neck, Alex smirked as she started to take things nice and slow with her loving husband. The man she always wants in bed, but not tonight when she instead needs to rest; something Jay is already well aware of due to the fact that he has no plans to make love to the woman of his dreams when he instead wants to take it easy and just hold her in his arms. "I promise, we're just going to hold each other in bed and take it easy; I know you need that tonight."

Alex agreed with her husband as she wrapped her arms around his neck nice and tight, smiling due to the fact that this is precisely what they both want to do. They both want to hold each other close for the rest of the night. But first, Jay needs to carry his wife to bed, which is precisely what he's in the midst of doing right now, while also taking things nice and slow with her. "I love you and I can't wait to hold you in my arms for the rest of the night." Alex agreed with her husband, as she felt the same way; she wants to hold her husband in her arms until they fall asleep in each other's arms tonight. "Listen, let's just get to bed and then we can cuddle." Jay agreed with his wife as he turned his head and kissed her neck, while also sucking on it and just smirking as this is exactly what they both want to do right now. They want to take things easy with each other, as they relax and concentrate on what they need to do right now: relax and just hold each other close in bed after having been so busy of late. So busy, they barely had time for each other.

If you asked them when the last time they got a chance to take it easy with each other and just hold each other close, they would tell you that they had no idea; especially after how busy they've been over the past year. Between work and helping Will and Natalie plan their wedding, planning their own wedding, and then working some more…it just felt like the two of them have barely had any time with each other; something which made the both of them quite sad. After all, they always vowed to each other that they would always make sure that they spent time with each other, which is precisely what Jay and Alex are in the midst of doing right now as they cuddled up to each other in bed. At the same time, Jay placed his hand on Alex's back and rubbed it; only to play with her bra. And that's precisely why Alex decided to ask her husband whether he wanted to do something. "You want to take off my bra?" Jay agreed with his wife. "I know I said that we'd just take it easy and relax, but I just want to hold you close and give you pleasure."

Alex smiled as Jay said that. "Just, not sex. I don't want to have sex with you, as that's not what you want right now. Rather, I just want you to hold me in your arms as we both relax." Jay agreed with his wife, well aware that was the case. "Hey, I know that baby. And if you want me to keep your bra on…" Placing her hands on Jay's face, Alex shook her head as the last thing she wanted was for Jay to keep her bra on. "No, I want you to take it off." Jay agreed with his wife as he ran his hand up and down her bra, only for him to unclip it for her. After which, he ran his hand up and down her back as he kissed her softly. "That feel better?" Alex smirked. "I need you to take it off, because that's what I really want right now." Jay agreed with his wife as he decided to wrap his arms around her back and roll over onto his back. After which, he went to sit up and just smirked as he looked at the woman he loves. Meanwhile, Alex placed her hands on his face and just smiled as she leaned in and kissed the man of her dreams. "I love you." Jay agreed with Alex.

After which, he ran his hands up her back and smirked as he went to grab her bra; while Alex placed her hands on his chest and took things nice and slow with the man of her dreams. "I love you too Alex, and that's why I want you to just take it easy and relax right now. If you're tired and just need to take it easy, then that's what I want you to do; but that doesn't mean that I'm not going to give you the pleasure that you want." Alex smirked as she kissed Jay softly. "How about you do me a favor then, and take off my bra once and for all?" Jay agreed with his wife, prior to doing just that for the woman he loves; he took off her bra and threw it onto the ground where it belongs right now. After which, he leaned in and went to kiss her neck softly; prior to sucking on it as a way to tease the woman he loves. Meanwhile, Alex grabbed the back of his head and just moaned as she ran her fingers through his hair. After which, she looked down at her man and just smirked as she kissed him softly. "Ok, calm down and take it easy babe." Jay agreed.

After all, he did promise her that they would take it easy rather than have sex with each other. And that's precisely what they're going to do, as they held each other close here in their bed. "I think we both know that we're just playing with each other right now, like we always do. This is just sex play baby, I promise." Alex agreed with her husband, well aware that was the case as she leaned in and took things nice and slow with the man of her dreams. "God, I love you so much and you have no idea how many of those memories of our wedding came flooding back to me as we watched your brother get married." Running his hands up Alex's back once more, Jay leaned in and kissed his wife's neck. "Ok. No more mentioning him, not when I want you to concentrate on me." Alex agreed with her husband, as that's precisely what she wants to do as well. She wants to concentrate on her husband and take it easy with him. "I think that this is what we need to do right now, just relax as we take it easy with each other." Jay agreed with Alex and smiled at her.

After which, he leaned in and just took things nice and slow with Alex as they shared a really nice kiss with each other. "I love you so much, and I am so glad that we're taking this time with each other right now. Just know that we can always lay down and take it easy if that's what you want to do." Alex agreed with her husband as he said that, as that's precisely what she wants to do with him. "I want to be sexy with you, I really do Jay…but it's been a long day. We both know that." Jay agreed with his wife as he wrapped his arms around her, prior to leaning in and taking things nice and slow with his beautiful wife. "Maybe just a bit more time doing this, me taking things nice and slow with you until we lay down in bed with each other. We can cuddle and take it easy with each other." Alex agreed with her loving husband, as she loves that idea; the two of them taking things nice and slow with each other here in the comfort of their bed. And that's precisely what the two of them are doing right now, taking things slow with each other.

She decided not to put her bra back on after laying down, as she wanted to keep teasing her husband, which is precisely what Alex is in the midst of doing right now. She's teasing her husband by being topless in their bed, while also cuddling up to him as she pressed her body against his chest. Meanwhile, Jay had his arm wrapped her back as he leaned in and just took things nice and slow with the woman of his dreams; something which led to Alex placing her hand on his face and slipping her legs in between his. And let's just say that Jay was in paradise right now, as this is always how Jay wants to be in bed with his wife. He wants to have her right against his chest, with her topless chest pressed against his. "God, I love this feeling more than anything." Alex agreed with her husband, well aware that he loves the feeling of her topless body against his chest. "Why do you think I decided not to wear a bra?" Jay laughed as Alex said that. "I think you mean I took off your bra." Alex agreed with the man of her dreams, well aware that he took off her bra.

And honestly, that's always a great feeling. The feeling of his strong hands all over her body as he takes off her bra before Jay wrapped his arms around her and just held his gorgeous wife in his arms, only for him to kiss her as they took things nice and slow with each other once more. "Will and Natalie had a really nice wedding." Jay agreed with his wife, well aware that they had a nice wedding. "I think that Natalie was very happy over the fact that Will gave her the wedding of their dreams." Alex agreed with her husband, well aware that Natalie felt that way due to the fact that she said that. "Yeah, she told me that she was very happy over how nice the wedding came out. It was her dream come true, and she's just happy that they're finally married." Jay agreed with Alex as he wrapped his arm around her back once more, only to lean in and kiss his wife softly. "I'm glad that we got married sooner rather than later. I know this was originally our wedding day, but I think we made the right move in getting married earlier than the two of them."

Alex agreed with Jay, as she felt the same way. "We were in a better place, and we were pregnant." Yes, you heard that right; Jay and Alex were pregnant when they got married. Unfortunately, they lost the baby a month ago. "Yeah, I've been meaning to talk to you about that. How are you feeling babe? I know that you were really sad. Hell, that you still have times where you're hurting." Alex agreed with Jay as he said that, before placing her hand on his arm and stroking it with her thumb. After which, she placed her other hand on the side of her face and just smiled as she kissed the man of her dreams softly as they hold each other close. "I know. And I'm ok. I just have to believe that it was for a reason, and we weren't ready to be parents." Jay agreed with his wife, while Alex leaned in and took things nice and slow with the man of her dreams. The man she loves more than anything in the entire world. "We're going to be parents when we're ready. And right now, I think the dogs are okay." Jay smiled as he heard Alex say that, while looking at Jack.

After which, he decided to wrap his arm around Alex's back some more to make sure that she was close to him; after all, he knew that the dogs would eventually join them in bed. "Let me guess, you think the dogs are going to join us in bed eventually?" Jay agreed with his wife as she asked him if he thought the dogs would join them in bed, as that's precisely how he feels. "I mean, they always want to be in bed with us. But right now, I just want to be in bed with the woman I love more than anything. After all, tonight is our wedding night." Laughing as she leaned in and kissed the man of her dreams as he ran his fingers up and down her back, Alex just shook her head due to the fact that they aren't going to treat this as their wedding night. "Nice try Mr. Halstead, this is not our wedding night. This is your brother's wedding night, because ours was in September. And you aren't going to convince me otherwise." Jay agreed with Alex, still happy that the two of them have been married for three months. "Can't believe it's already been three months."

Alex laughed. "I can't believe it's already been eight years!" Jay snickered, as that's precisely how long the two of them have been together: eight, long, happy years. "And we've known each other so much longer. God, I am so glad that I finally got you in my life forever." Alex smiled, agreeing with the man of her dreams. "I know what you mean. But, can we not think back to the breakups?" Jay agreed with her husband, as that's precisely what he wants to forget. All the times they broke up and almost lost each other. "Well, we're forever now and that's all that matters." Alex agreed with Jay as he said that, well aware that was the case as she leaned in and just took things nice and slow with the man of her dreams. The man she loves more than anything, now and forever. The man she plans on having a family with and dying in his arms. But right now, she'd rather not talk about dying when she's so madly in love with Jay. "So, we staying here in California for a while?" Jay agreed with his wife, as they are staying here for a while.

They're going to spend Christmas here and just be with each other. "I think we need it. Time away from Chicago where we can be together, be in love and just hold each other close. I think you especially need it as it'll help you heal as we take it easy and concentrate on what matters right now: each other and how much we love each other." Alex smiled, as she most certainly does love her husband as she leaned in and took things nice and slow with the man she loves. "I love you." Jay agreed with his wife, well aware that was the case. "I love you too. Now, what are we doing? Are we going to stay awake? Or are we going to go to sleep?" Alex smiled as she wrapped her arms around Jay and leaned in to kiss the man she loves. "I think that we're going to go to sleep. I mean, we're tired and we've just had a long day with each other. And I think I want to stay in bed tomorrow." Jay agreed with his wife, as he likes that idea. "I like that idea, a nice day in bed with my wife as we take it slow with each other." Alex agreed with Jay.

After which, she pushed him onto his back and smiled as she went to climb on top of Jay; only to lay down and cuddle up to the man of her dreams as she wrapped her arms around his muscular torso. Meanwhile, Jay grabbed the covers and smiled as he tugged them up on top of him and his gorgeous wife, just like Alex wanted him to do right now; she wanted him to hold her just as he is right now as they fell asleep in each other arms this evening. But first, he gave her some forehead kisses; something Alex always loved feeling due to the fact that it's just so romantic. It's calming and she just loves the feeling more than anything. "God, I love that feeling. It's so comfortable and I am so glad that you just did that." Jay agreed with his wife as he scratched her back. "Believe me, I will always make sure that you're comfortable when we hold each other close." Alex agreed with her husband as she laid her head down on his heart and just smiled as she listened to it, which is everything she wants to do right now: listen to his heart as she fell asleep tonight.
