CHAPTER 114

Bill didn't let Elizabeth get close to Willian, he wouldn't allow that man to hurt her. Wynn's family now knew all the tricks Willian Thatcher had played to steal Elizabeth when she was a newborn. Willian himself shouted it to the four corners of the police station, never mind the witnesses.

Bill couldn't get out of his head that moment inside the police station, where Willian clung to the bars of the fence where he was being held, screaming with uncontrollable fury, he looked at Bill and Wynn and their sinister laughter, their bulging eyes showing all the hatred at that moment. He ended up shouting:

- I'm going to get out of here... I'm going to get Elizabeth and none of you can stop me. And he laughed and mocked.

- Mr. William, I have to warn you that everything you say right now could be used against you. Please restrain yourself. Said the lawyer who had arrived the previous morning and who was trying in every way to silence the man.

- Mr. William?

But Willian, you can't shout like that. This is a police station. Wynn said seriously in his red serge.

Frankison, Jack and Edward, along with Lee and Hickman, were there because Bill needed them as witnesses during William's conversation with that lawyer.

- Shut up, Wynn. You're going to see me get your daughter. Willian laughed.

- To tell you the truth, you've already had a taste of my hands all over that beautiful little body.

- Shut up! Bill shouted at the same time as Wynn and the lawyer, everyone knew the weight of those words.

Bill and Wynn were fathers and they weren't going to accept those comments about Elizabeth. Jack and Frankison were held back by Lee, Edward and Hickman. As for William's lawyer, he was trying in every way to keep his client's mouth shut, but...

But it was no use...

Willian, in his excitement, and thinking he was the best of the lot, ended up shouting and telling Elizabeth all about his attack. He laughed and talked about the moments with her in his arms, his hands on her body, and how he groped Wynn's daughter, still laughing and saying that she was appetizing.

- She's hot, I'm going to have her in my bed," laughed Willian.

Everyone in the room's stomach churned, it was disgusting to hear that from a man, especially someone who had raised her and was supposed to be like a father.

Willian, in his moment of debauchery, where he tried to hit Wynn where it hurt the most, talked about everything he'd ever done in that girl's life, he even said that if she hadn't saved him, he'd be a dead man today, he also laughed with a malicious laugh and a cruel voice, he told them all about the birth of the children and his crazy plan to swap them, he sneered at the pain and agony of Wynn's family and said that he was taking revenge for them marrying without his permission.

Bill couldn't listen to that man any longer, after all, Elizabeth was his daughter.

And in one swift gesture, he pulled Willian Thatcher, causing him to hit his head on the railing, fainting on the spot. The lawyer tried to confront Bill, but the man turned into an animal when he heard about the aggressions Elizabeth had suffered inside the school, and looking the lawyer in the eye, he spoke:

- Mr. Lawyer! Are you sure you're on the wrong side of the law?

- You may be the judge, but you are not the owner of the truth...

- Are you sure? Do you really want to meet the real Bill Avery? Bill had a scary voice and his gaze was even worse...

- I think you'd better go to the hotel. This prisoner's stagecoach will leave early tomorrow morning, said Wynn.

Bill didn't give the man a chance to speak and shooed him out of the police station. Jack looked at Edward, and they both held back their laughter...

Now they had all of William's shouted statements, and the case of Elizabeth's gunshot would be self-defense.
