Disclaimer: This is it everyone. The chapter where Charm and Coral talk about Starfish Cove. Here's hoping the conversation they have lives up to what it's been building up to since the season premiere.

Paw Patrol X
Land and Sea arc Episode sixteen: Starfish Cove
The Paw Patrol, along with Charm, Sweetie, Moby, and Caiohme, were having their annual camping trip. Charm and Moby were talking, as expected, and Charm was telling Moby about his trip to Dragon's Hamlet. "It's crazy to think about. I've spent the past three months trying to get the forgiveness of the Paw Patrol, and it never once occurred to me that there's a difference between not forgiving someone, and being unable to be their friend."
F.M. and Skye were helping Coral with a tent nearby, and it was confirmed that she was on the trip too. She was watching as Moby responded to what Charm just said. "Well from what I've learned from you guys, when you have one goal, other outcomes you'd be okay with are often overshadowed."
F.M. and Skye saw Coral looking right at Charm and nodded to each other with F.M. being the first to speak up. "Remember what we talked about Coral. If you want to talk to Charm, do it privately. That way, you'll get each others perspectives without any interruptions."
Skye went next to F.M. as Coral expressed concern over that being able to happen. "I do want to. I just don't wanna be rude an cut his time with Charm short."
"Charm and Moby are smart. They'll understand." Skye assured Coral, standing up with F.M. as she offered some more help. "F.M. and I can come with you to help you explain."
Coral felt comfortable with that, standing up and walking over with them as she complied. "Okay." Moby was laughing at a joke Charm just told him as Coral tried to find the right words to say. She wasn't sure how to approach this, and when Charm and Moby noticed her with F.M. and Skye, she finally spoke. "Charm, Moby. Hi. Um... this might be hard to explain, especially since I don't wanna ruin your good time."
Charm looked to F.M. and Skye as Moby replied to what Coral just said. "If you came over to sing then I'm leaving."
F.M. silently mouthed 'It's about Starfish Cove' to Charm to help him understand as Coral objected to Moby's concerns. "No, it's not that. I... need to talk to Charm about... something."
Charm stood up, assuring Moby that they'd have plenty of time to talk later. "We'll continue as soon as I get back Moby. Then you can show me that gadget you made."
"Okay, sure." Moby responded, seeming satisfied with that as he walked off with F.M. and Skye.
Charm signaled Coral to walk with her, which she did, and the two of them saw Claw grabbing a grape soda from the cooler. He looked at both Charm and Coral with friendly eyes, and he gave them both a similar style greeting. "Hey Coral. Hey Charm."
"Hi Claw!" Coral exclaimed, and as Claw held his paw up, Coral did as well and they hi pawed. Claw offered it to Charm as well, who was surprised for a bit before smiling. He hi pawed Claw as well, sensing how close they were to reaching real friendship.
Claw walked off after that, allowing Charm and Coral to continue onward as Coral made a request. "Let's talk about this away from the camp."
"A serious topic, huh? I think I know what this is about." Charm insinuated, and not just because F.M. gave him that silent hint.
F.M. and Skye were showing Moby around the campsite as he showed them a gadget he and Rocky made before the trip. "It's something that'll keep our tent safe from being covered in your guys' sleep farting. And trust me. Most of you could seriously use this."
F.M. and Skye couldn't help snickering at that truth as F.M. then joked about something regarding the device. "Here's hoping Chase and Claw can't overpower it."
"After years of being the victim of your guys' noxious fumes, Rocky was confident he'd know how high to set it." Moby assured F.M.. "We only made one so far, and thankfully, I have my own tent, so I won't need it."
"You don't sleep fart?" Skye asked out of curiosity, and Moby shrugged, showing that he wasn't aware of what he did while he was sleeping. Skye then remembered something about a particular gasbag she found herself in love with. "Chase and Marshall should've been back with the firewood by now."
"Knowing Marshall, he's probably getting into some mishaps with the critters again." F.M. said, and then she looked to Moby to guide him to somewhere else. "Rocky and Zuma should be over by the lake Moby. It's super calming over there, and I know you love their company."
Moby did like the sound of visiting a lake. He also started thinking about learning how to fish. Then again, learning anything from Rocky and Zuma sounded like it could at least be fun to try. "I'll head on over. Thanks F.M.. You too Skye."
Moby headed off with F.M. and Skye setting out to find Chase and Marshall. F.M. joked about this to Skye as she leaned in close. "Remember. Follow the sounds of loud noises and tumbling dogs." Skye snickered with F.M. as the two got to searching for the two for real.
Charm and Coral were now in a safe part of the forest, one that was close to the campsite as well. Charm got right to the point, since he already knew what Coral wanted to talk about. "So. Does this mean you're finally going to stop being cryptic about Starfish Cove?"
"Yes. You're gonna get the full story." Coral assured Charm, knowing he was probably getting sick of that by now. "And I'm letting you know right now, you might not like what you have to hear."
"That doesn't surprise me. I don't like hearing about my past in general." Charm replied, and then he walked up to a nearby tree and sat down beside it. Coral was confused until Charm explained why when pointing to the other side. "Sit on the other side. If what I hear makes me go crazy, you'll at least have a chance at getting away."
Coral did as Charm instructed and sat on the opposite side of the tree. After letting the memories sink in for a few seconds, she got to explaining. "Did Skye tell you about the attack that took place in Starfish Cove seven years ago?"
"No. She didn't even mention you to me until we met." Charm informed Coral, revealing that her mention of it was his first time hearing about it in forever. He did catch onto what Coral was trying to say however. "If I had to guess, I was involved in that attack."
"Yep." Coral confirmed, and then she started explaining her part in the attack. She began flashing back to a time where a coastal town, aka, Starfish Cove, was overrun by scorpions. "The town was attacked by an army of scorpions." Coral was peeking out of a wooden closet as someone was banging on the door to the bedroom. "My parents and I hid in their room, and they hid me in the closet. It was wooden, but I could breathe just fine in there, and the scorpions couldn't fit through the cracks. But that wasn't the scariest part of the attack."
A four year old Charm burst into the room, and Coral watched in horror as he lunged at her parents. "That would be when you burst into the room." Coral screamed out in horror as Charm stabbed both of her parents in cold blood. "The next minute... my parents were dead." Charm rushed for the closet, but Coral kicked the doors open at the perfect moment to knock Charm down. She ran off as soon as she had an opening. "By some miracle, I managed to knock you down. And the scorpions weren't there."
The flashback ended as Charm clenched his fist when remembering that attack. The remorse and anger in his eyes said all that needed to be said on his end. "That was my first attack." He looked at the ground when he remembered more. "Slash wanted to test me after I killed mother, and-" Charm remembered something else in that moment, which was the image of Miranda in his head. That helped him remember who informed them of the attack. "Miranda recommended that town."
"I was afraid something like that would be the case." Coral replied, explaining what she thought went down with the attack. "I didn't know how you managed to get the scorpions into town. But after seeing Miranda control them..."
"She's the one who supplied us." Charm confirmed, leaving Coral to start tearing up at the memory once again. She tried to hold it in, and since she didn't do it silently, Charm didn't hear her. Charm still made an attempt to comfort her in the best way he could. "I'm sorry Coral." Charm continued looking at the ground as he started crying silently from remembering that day. "If I were stronger... your parents might have survived."
Coral wiped her tears at the same time Charm did as she brought up something else about that day. "Slash might have killed them instead. And at least you have the decency to apologize for it."
"Well... now I do." Charm corrected, and the two of them let the moment sit, unsure of how to continue. They decided to rest it off before they continued the conversation.
F.M. and Skye were looking for Chase and Marshall somewhere else in the forest with F.M. having something stuck on her mind. She hoped Skye wouldn't mind her bringing it up, since it had something to do with her as well. "Sunshine called me last night about Charm coming to Dragon's Hamlet." Skye looked at F.M., wondering what she was going to say. "The way the two of them reconciled was kind of... eye opening."
Skye stepped over to F.M., knowing this was about her struggle to forgive Coral. "For what it's worth, it means a lot to me that you're at least okay with being around Coral."
F.M. looked at Skye when she opened up about her dilemma. "I think it can still be more than that. It's weird though. I keep looking all around me for a part of me that can forgive Coral, but I still haven't found anything." F.M. tried to find the right way to ask her question, continuing to walk with Skye as she did. "Do you think that happened with Sunshine when he met Charm again?"
Skye thought about that for a moment, figuring that it would make sense for him to go through that. "It would definitely make sense. Not everyone can just, forgive someone who took the life of someone they care about." Skye then made it clear that it wasn't F.M.'s fault. "I don't blame you if you can't forgive her F.M.. You lost your mother."
"I guess I'm just not used to this feeling." F.M. admitted, and she and Skye stayed quiet for a moment as they let that feeling sink in. F.M. smiled after doing so, and she assured Skye that she didn't have anything to worry about. "It's probably because it's new to me."
Skye smiled when she saw how close F.M. was to fully recovering as the two of them heard Marshall's voice. "I know, I know; it's a weird allergy to have!"
Marshall sneezed, prompting F.M. and Skye to run in the direction they heard it from. They soon found Chase and Marshall near a skunk with Marshall sneezing as the Chase was casually sitting down with the skunk behind him "Ha! You call THAT a bad smell!? Try this one!" Chase lifted his butt and grunted as he hit the skunk with...
PHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHT
...a loud and bassy twenty second fart with a big yellow cloud of rotten eggs, making his butt vibrate as the skunk dropped dead after the butt blast was over. Marshall still put on a close pin for obvious reasons as he commented on Chase's flatulence. "You always were the skunky type!"
"Marshall!" F.M. and Skye stated in sync with Chase when revealing themselves, and then the four laughed at the pun, and the incident that just took place.
Charm and Coral were still beside the tree as Coral thought of something else to bring up during their conversation. "After Starfish Cove fell, Miranda found me on the beach right outside town."
Charm figured something like that happened, deciding to keep the conversation going now that Coral started speaking again. "And then she convinced you to come to Pup-Lantis with her."
"Yeah." Coral admitted, and then she realized how stupid she was to have ever believed her. "You know, I should've known she was full of crap with her 'change is evil' philosophy. She convinced me to change into a dog with a mermaid tail the very moment we met."
Charm chuckled a bit as he looked back on his own past. When he noticed Coral didn't respond, he corrected himself. "Sorry. It's just that I thought the same thing after I learned what my father did to me." Coral stayed silent, which told Charm that she wanted to hear his story. "He was good friends with the Demon King Burner. He had him inject me with pure demon blood. The black stuff; not the mixture of red and black that Richie has." Charm then realized he wasn't there for Richie telling Coral that. "Did anyone tell you that Richie's a hybrid."
"No, but don't worry. I know now that being different isn't a bad thing on it's own." Coral assured Charm. She didn't even have to think about his past to realize how awfully he had it. Right from birth, he was used as a slave. "I don't know much about demons. Is that demon blood why you were heartless for so long?"
"It was what started it, yes." Charm answered, and then he admitted that a lot of his darkness was of his own volition too. "Over time, I started acting without my father's command and started hurting others when I wanted too, and how I wanted to." Coral remained emotionless before showing sorrow as she heard what Charm said next. "The only thing I can fully blame my demon blood for... is the fact that it prevented me from ever being a real child."
Coral found herself curious after hearing Charm say that. She figured the Paw Patrol would've tried to help him there. "Are you able to be one now?"
"Somewhat, yes." Charm answered, smiling as he thought about how much the Paw Patrol, especially F.M. and Rocky, have helped him once he started trying to change. "Ever since I found what was previously locked away inside of me... I started to feel things that were even better than my love for killing." Charm looked up to the sky as he thought about how uplifted the pups made him. "I felt the amazement of love. I could have fun like a real child, and do real child things."
Charm then sighed when he confessed to something else that's been on his mind for a long time. "Still. With all of the progress I've made, I still can't feel like I've changed into the Canine I want to be. It still feels as if I'm being held back by something."
Coral felt her heartstrings ache in sorrow when she heard Charm mention that last part. After getting to know him, she wanted him to succeed in becoming the Canine he wanted to be. She also felt that something else was in order. "I'm sorry I tried to kill you."
"I don't fear death." Charm replied, showing that he was more angry about Wave's death than the attempt to kill him. "I've lived my entire life being violent and angry before Rocky came into my life in full time. I'm not going to waste more of it on someone who's trying to redeem herself for her sins." Coral understood what Charm meant by that, and the two smiled in sync as Charm looked at the ground, and Coral looked up. This talk seemed to be helping both of them reach closure.
F.M. and Skye were washing Chase and Marshall off with tomato juice, with F.M. washing Marshall and Skye washing Chase respectively. F.M. couldn't help snickering as she pointed out how hilarious Marshall's latest wipeout was. "You actually backed up into a log and lured a skunk towards you and Chase?"
Marshall laughed nervously, having to admit that it wasn't his proudest moment. "Yeah. Definitely one of my more consequential wipeouts."
"Just be glad you didn't knock the skunk into me." Chase boasted regarding the fact that he killed the skunk. "If it were the other way around, that skunk would've gotten even more of his friends to spray us all over. And God only knows how painful that would've been to wash out."
Skye started getting Chase's butt, knowing it would need the best washing out of all of them. "Thanks for reminding me." Thankfully, Chase loved the feel of Skye's paws on any part of his body.
F.M. continued washing Marshall as he asked about how she was doing. "So. How have you been feeling since visiting mom and dad's graves?"
F.M.'s smile showed that yesterday made a surprising amount of progress on F.M.'s recovery. "I've felt content." The three pups allowed F.M. to let out what she had to say about the day before. "Weirdly enough, our encounter with Miranda helped me feel that way too. The way she responded when I asked about why she was doing what she did made it clear to me that she couldn't be helped anymore. Some of the Mer-Pups could be like that too. Mom saw that, and said so in her last advice. Before I did something stupid and got myself killed."
"Exactly." Marshall placed a paw on F.M.'s shoulder to let her know something else important. "And... it's okay to still be sad about her death. I still am about when dad died." F.M. continued washing Marshall as she listened to him. "Even after coming to terms with a loved one's death, it'll still make us sad to think about."
"I know. Just like I know to take Mom's advice to heart." F.M. assured Marshall, bringing up something else regarding what she learned yesterday. "I can't say I'll never take a serious risk again, but weirdly enough, it feels... good, to finally know what 'you can't save everyone' really means. It's not said out of cynicism. It's said to let remind you that life isn't as simple as it may seem." F.M. laughed a bit at how long that took her. "I will say. It's funny how long it took me to fully realize that."
"Take it as something you learned at just the right time. You always seem to know how to pick the good ones." Skye reminded F.M., who smiled in response. She hoped that fact would continue as time went on.
Charm and Coral were still sitting by the tree as something else popped into Charm's mind that he felt was worth bringing up at least once. He didn't know if this would be okay in Coral's eyes for him to bring up, but he wanted to let her know anyway. He hoped she'd understand why. "It's dangerous to hold it in Coral."
Coral flinched in surprise before wondering why Charm told her that. "What brought advice like that up?"
"On the way home from Dragon's Hamlet, Skye mentioned how you always seem to hold back sadness when you're around us." Charm revealed, and then he continued encouraging her to let out her negative emotions. After making sure he knew where it came from that is. "Did you learn that from Miranda?"
Coral held her heart when she remembered what Miranda taught her. It was hard, but she worked up the courage to confirm it. "Yes. She started teaching me as soon as we arrived in PupLantis."
Charm sighed in anger aimed at Miranda before calming down well enough to tell Coral what he knew about negative emotions. "I'm still working on expressing my emotions in a healthy manner. I got serious anger issues after I learned the truth about my demon blood, and I've had several moments of doubting my chances at feeling normal. The fear inside of me always told me that I wouldn't feel the way I was supposed to. But after Snow taught me emotional control, I realized that my negative emotions are something I'm more than capable of managing."
Coral found that interesting, especially since she'd never seen this side of Charm before. Her voice crack told her she was close to seeing the truth for herself. "So... it's okay to cry?"
"Of course it is. And sometimes, it's something we have to do." Charm encouraged Coral, smiling as he expressed how much the Paw Patrol helped him realize this. "When I worked with the Paw Patrol in Wolfland, one of many things about myself that I recaptured. When I cried tears of sadness for the very first time... I realized how lonely I was." Coral started to tear up when she realized how true Charm's words rang to her. "At first, I thought it made me look weak. But then I realized, crying is part of what makes us all... human. Or, Canine in our case."
Charm shed a tear himself, noticing it on his cheek and allowing it to flow down, and not just because he was still smiling. He even had his own version of F.M.'s phrase about kindness showing who you are relating to crying he wanted to share. "To express one emotion, can be a good feeling. But to express all normal emotions... is amazing. Do you know why?"
That was something Coral had forgotten for a long time, and her response made that clear. "No. I... I don't."
Charm looked ahead and told Coral the final part of his lesson on making the choice to express your emotions, and learn how to do so in a healthy way. "Because the best part about expressing your negative emotions… is that it makes the impact of your positive emotions that much stronger… and you start to realize what will truly make you happy."
That was when Coral decided to finally let it out, and in that moment, tears started streaming down her cheeks, showing that she was finally comfortable with showing sadness. This time, it wasn't silent, so Charm went over to the other side of the tree and saw Coral letting out all of the tears while wiping her eyes. He saw how much Coral was bottling up her emotions and decided to help her. Since he wasn't much of a hugger, he simply placed a paw on Coral's shoulder and patted it gently. After a few more seconds, he asked Coral a question. "How do you feel?"
Coral continued crying, but managed to crack a smile to show that letting out all of her inner pain was exactly what she needed. To finally be free from bottling up her sadness lifted a massive weight off of her shoulders. And now, she felt like she could finally express herself without worrying about looking weak. Because she knew that wouldn't be the case. "I feel... everything."
Charm couldn't be happier when he heard that. Having gone through something similar himself, it made his day to see someone else letting out all of their pain and sorrow. He had to figure that Coral had been bottling this up for a while now too. Whether it be physical abuse, emotional abuse, or so on from Miranda, he could see how hard it's been just by watching Coral. The two of them just stood there in the forest as the cool air and beauty of nature surrounded them. Any animal who saw what was happening could tell that Charm was helping Coral out.
After a little longer, Coral wiped her eyes one more time, and while she was still crying, the smile she gave opened Charm's eyes to something. He helped her. He really, helped her. He simply talked to someone about the problems they both had, and that led to him helping Coral. After realizing this, Charm finally realized that his demon blood wasn't a curse that would forever hold him back. If he could help someone with their problems, then that was proof he was becoming better every day.
Charm also realized one more thing as a result of this talk. He didn't have to get rid of his demon blood, or even suppress it. He just had to learn how to manage that part of him well enough to only let it out when he needed it. And he did just that by talking about the horrible things he's done, and the horrible things he went through, that two months ago, would've sent him into a fury as a result of anyone he wasn't close to mentioning it to him. He didn't feel alone, he didn't feel like a burden, and he didn't feel lost and confused. In this moment, he felt... good.
Coral noticed something glow on Charm, and what she saw amazed him. When she addressed it, it was revealed that Charm now had discolored eyes: his right eye being blue, and his left eye being yellow. "Charm! Your eyes!"
Charm was confused before Coral took out her phone and showed Charm what he looked like in the mirror. "Whoa! That's a new look!" When he saw his discolored eyes, he wasn't sure what caused it at first, but he had an idea on what it was. "Call me crazy, but I think this is a demon blood side effect." Coral put her phone away as Charm elaborated. "I spent all of this time fighting my demon blood, and, believe it or not, our talk just now helped me finally accept it as a part of me."
Coral felt incredibly happy for Charm in that moment, taking both of his paws as she asked him a very important question. "So does this mean you've changed!?"
Charm had to think about that for a moment, knowing that he couldn't just go off of blind assumption. After all, there were a lot of factors to consider, particularly whether or not this moment being the one made sense. After realizing that it did, at least to him, he smiled and confirmed Coral's thought to be true. "Yes. I suppose I have."
F.M. was grilling up some burgers and hot dogs for everyone, and as she focused on the food, Snow appeared next to her with a loving smile. "There's my ray of sunshine girlfriend doing one of the many things she does best!"
"And after visiting mom and dad's graves, I'm finally in the perfect mood for it!" F.M. exclaimed, feeling the same amount of joy Snow was in that moment. She hoped Snow wouldn't mind her bringing up what she'd learned in the past while. "Thanks again for helping me with that."
"Of course! I'll always be there for you." Snow assured F.M., even though she knew she didn't need it. She also checked up on her with what happened yesterday. "I know you're feeling better about Wave, but how do you feel about your latest encounter with Miranda?"
"I'm okay." F.M. answered, finishing one of the burgers and designing it in exactly the way Chase loved it as she continued her answer. "I actually wish you could've been there to meet Coral's new team when Marshall and I did. You'd really like their commitment to protecting Twin Flame Island."
Snow wanted to make sure F.M. knew about one thing before the day was over and they all went home. "Just remember F.M., that your battle with Miranda yesterday might not be the last time any of us face her."
"Oh I'm well aware of that." F.M. said confidently, letting Snow know about one more thing before she got back to the grill. "As soon as we get back to the Lookout, I'm gonna be training as hard as I can to get ready for it!" F.M. then kissed Snow's cheek to make it clear that she'd be sure to fit her into her days. "While finding time to shower you in love and affection of course."
"And knowing when to look after yourself too." Snow reminded F.M., who giggled in agreement. That was something else she'd learned lately.
Snow nuzzled F.M. lovingly as Charm and Coral arrived back at camp with Charm calling out for the food. "Is that meat I smell!? If so, put it into my belly!"
F.M. and Snow smiled to each other as F.M. gave Snow Charm's plate to help him eat. "Coming right up Charm! Prepared with love from yours truly!" F.M. flipped another burger patty that was shown flipping after she tossed it up with the spatula.
The burger patty formed into a full burger with F.M. taking a bite out of it as everyone sat by the tents together. As they ate up, F.M. gave her opinion on Charm's discolored eyes. "You look really cool with discolored eyes Charm. They really say a lot about who you are."
Charm smiled in response to the compliment, and Coral saw Moby sitting next to him and decided to get another conversation out of the way. She let Skye know as well so someone would know what she was doing. "I think I should talk to Moby too."
"Now's as good of a time as any." Skye encouraged, smiling to Coral to let her know that she knew she would do well. "Good luck."
Coral smiled back before walking over to Moby. He simply ate his hot dog and allowed Coral to sit next to him while she started a conversation. "Hey Moby."
Moby looked at Coral, but not out of resentment or hostility. He remained neutral and avoided making any expectations. "Hey Coral."
F.M. signaled Charm, who was sitting next to Moby, to scoot away with her, which he did. After that, Coral started talking about Moby's time in Adventure Bay. "I noticed you haven't been anywhere near as grumpy. You must really love your new home."
"I sure do. Way more friendly than PupLantis." Moby pointed out, and then he started talking about how much he loved Charm's company. "I still can't thank Charm enough for helping me come here. Katie's been so respecting of my time since I moved in with her. And the townspeople are so friendly and know how to take no for an answer."
Despite knowing Moby wasn't trying to hurt her, Coral still felt awful after being reminded of how she was in PupLantis. "I'm sorry I never did." Moby continued listening to see where Coral was going with this. "I should've done something to help you feel comfortable down there. Obviously I wouldn't know how to help you get out of there, heck; I used to not know how anyone could want to. But at least listening and helping you would've been something."
Moby didn't hold any resentment towards Coral now. His response showed that he moved on quite a bit. "It's fine."
"No, it's not fine. You were clearly uncomfortable down there, and I failed to notice because I was so busy always pleasing Eveline." Coral responded, and then she started thinking about how 'Eveline' was a completely different person than what she thought. "Once I realized that Eveline was really some revenge obsessed freak named Miranda... I realized how awful I must've been. Never noticing your feelings, supporting her nonexistent cause, failing to see how fake I really was... I thought I was a good Canine for so long... but I wasn't. Especially not to you."
Moby could tell how serious Coral was about acknowledging her past mistakes. He also knew by now that she was accepting any and all accountability for them. He had his own take on who she was that he felt she'd want to hear. "That last one isn't exactly accurate Coral." Coral showed surprise as Moby explained what he always thought about Coral. "I never really saw you as a fake like Miranda. I just saw you as seriously, seriously ignorant to be worshiping her as hard as you did when she played her role as Eveline."
Coral continued to listen, just in case Moby had more to say. And as she expected, he did. "But after thinking about it, I realized that she had everyone fooled." Moby looked back on how easily the Mer-Pups fell for Miranda, bigotry and all. "She was so good at faking this persona, that even the smartest people in the world could fall for her if she covered up her flaws well enough." He also snickered in response to how ironic one detail in that was. "Heck, she even had her true intentions hidden from Ryder and Rocky when she hid her true identity."
Moby finished his hot dog and set his plate down so he could focus even more on telling Coral how he felt. "I never got that vibe from you. Sure you annoyed me, but I always passed your actions off as well meaning stupidity. Except for the potion thing of course."
Coral showed even more remorse upon that last one being mentioned. "I wish I'd seen through her lies before helping with that."
"You were obviously blinded by your desire to repay her for taking you in. The only one of her stories that wasn't crap." Moby also had something to say about Miranda, and how Coral never really her as anyone other than Eveline for the longest time. "And you may not know Miranda as Miranda. But whether she's Eveline, or Miranda, she's still the same Canine who took away your childhood, and essentially tainted the Mer-Pups morality."
Moby took Coral's paw, knowing that she'd need it, even with what he had to finish off with. "The only difference between how she treats you... is that 'Eveline' is a lot more vague about it than 'Miranda'. So technically, you're confronting both of them." Coral completely understood what Moby was telling her, and he was quick to hold her back when she tried to hug him. "I don't do hugs."
Coral nodded in understanding, and then she addressed one more thing she was late on. "I know I should've apologized to you sooner. I just didn't know if you'd want one."
"Hey. The one you gave me just now made the wait worth it." Moby assured Coral with a smile. It was clear that this talk had helped both of them a lot.
Coral was glad to have finally given herself and Moby closure. Even if she was the one who really needed it. "Thanks Moby. For what you said." Moby nodded in response, and the two shook paws before Coral went back to sitting next to Skye. Moby signaled F.M. and Charm to come back over, which they did, leaving Charm and Moby to hi paw over how well the talk went. F.M. also gave both Moby, and Coral, each an individual thumbs up. They gave one back, and F.M. then smiled to Charm. Both of them were glad that everything worked out today.
Rocky and Zuma were also eating together, and Zuma wrapped his arm around Rocky after they saw what went down. "I bet you're pwoud of him."
Rocky looked at Charm, who smiled and waved to him, and he did so back while confirming Zuma's belief. "You bet I am." Rocky brought up something else that could go forward as he looked at his nearly finished cheeseburger. "Now my list of goals and desires can consist of helping Charm learn when to use what side."
"Knowing Chawm, he's alweady thinking about that." Zuma replied as Rocky finished up his burger. Once he did, Zuma reminded him of something he probably didn't need a reminder on. "He might still need help with his angew though."
Rocky kissed Zuma's cheek lovingly before confirming that he was thinking the same thing. "Already planned on it." Rocky and Zuma snuggled in front of their tent as F.M., Charm, and Moby were talking together, and Skye and Coral were doing the same. This trip seemed to be a great success for all five of them. All of them managed to find closure in their own way.
Rock music played as F.M. started speaking in regards to what was going to happen with specific moments from the next chapter being shown. "I knew Miranda was gonna do something big sooner or later! And now we have to prepare for a battle against her entire army! Good thing I've been training at my maximum limit to stop her. We should all be ready by then. And hopefully this song Coral has planned will be powerful enough to convince some of the Mer-Pups to join us."
F.M. finished the announcement with the words Paw Patrol in all blue with red outlines surrounded with a white border with F.M. on the right, and Marshall on the left. "Next time, Miranda's Warning: Brace Yourself Paw Patrol! (Rocky, Charm, and Moby are shown in Moby's room as Charm sharpens his knife and Rocky and Moby make a drone) You should brace yourself too Miranda!"
